This community service program was conducted in Kelantan, Malaysia, aiming to enhance financial literacy, entrepreneurial skills, and community networking among legal Indonesian citizens living as part of the diaspora. The program employed a participatory approach through several stages, including needs assessment, socialization, mentoring, and evaluation. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of personal financial management, including income and expense recording and the use of digital financial applications. Furthermore, the program stimulated the emergence of small business ideas based on Indonesian culinary products suitable for the Malaysian market and led to the establishment of the “WNI Berdaya” forum as a platform for communication and economic collaboration. The activity also fostered the rise of local leaders who play a crucial role in ensuring program sustainability. Overall, this program contributed to increasing financial awareness, entrepreneurial motivation, and economic independence among the Indonesian diaspora community.
