Pemberdayaan Finansial Ibu-Ibu PKK Melalui Pemanfaaatan Pemasaran Online

This community service activity aimed to improve digital literacy and improve online marketing skills among Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) women of Kaligading Village on managed their home-based businesses. Training focused on the use of Electronic Commerce (e-commerce) application to expand the marketing reach Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) products. Implementation methods included preparation, execution, and evaluation stages. Presentations material hands on practice and mentored were conducted to guide participants in create and manage online stores, allow them to understand basic branding strategies. Results showed participants experienced an increase their understand of e-commerce concepts, operational skills on use digital platforms, and read the market of their products online. Participants were able to create online store accounts, uploaded product information, and applied digital promotion strategies which matched their product characteristics. Evaluation indicated training provided tangible benefits. Participants improved confidence on used digital tools to saw wider marketing opportunities without required significant costs. Overall, activity contributed to empower technology based UMKM and had sustainable potential to improved household income and support local economic development in Kaligading Village.
