The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) requires higher education institutions to equip students with relevant digital competencies. This article describes the implementation and evaluates the effectiveness of a public lecture entitled "AI for Business: Strategy Transformation, Innovation, and Competitive Advantage in the Digital Era," organized by the Business Administration Study Program, FISIP Mulawarman University. The event was attended by 70 students from the Class of 2025 using an expert-driven lecture method combined with interactive discussion. Pre-test and post-test evaluation revealed significant improvements: AI comprehension in a business context increased by 21.2%, interest in learning AI rose by 10.9%, and the average participant score improved from 3.97 (Good) to 4.35 (Very Good). The activity effectively enhanced students' AI literacy and digital work readiness, while supporting the university's Key Performance Indicators and SDG 4 (Quality Education).

This research aims to analyze the form of PT Pasangkayu's Public-Private
Partnership in Mertajaya Village through the clean water program. This research uses
qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation,
interviews and documentation. Research informant, Head of Public Services, Mertajaya
Village and Community. The results of this research show that the clean water program has
been implemented since 2025 and is sustainable. PT Pasangkayu provides water reservoirs,
pipe installations, and building materials such as bricks to strengthen clean water
infrastructure.

Partnership Between Public and Private institutions are on important form of cooperation in supporting regional development and improving community welfare. This study aims ro examine the implementation of partnership management beetwen PT Astra Argo Lestari through PT Pasangkayu Regional Government in Martajaya Village. The focus of this research includes the forms of cooperatinon, the implementation process of the partnership, and the benefits experiencedby the Community troughCorporate Social Responsbility (CSR)Programs.The research method used was descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the partnership between PT Astra Agro Lestari and the Pasangkayu Regional Government was carried out through various CSR programs in the fields of health, environment, and community empowerment. The cooperation has provided positive impacts on improving health services, environmental cleanliness, and relationships among the company, local government, and the people of Martajaya Village. The public-private partnership demonstrates synergy between the company and the local government in supporting sustainable social development for the community.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Indonesia Green Program through the Astra Hijau pillar carried out by PT Pasangkayu in ring 1 villages within the company’s operational area. This research is motivated by the importance of implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs in supporting environmental preservation and sustainable development. The research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were conducted through Focus Group Discussions (FGD) to obtain information regarding community perceptions, participation, and experiences related to the implementation of the company’s environmental programs. The results showed that the implementation of the Indonesia Green Program was carried out through several main activities, including clean water assistance, waste management and environmental revitalization, ecobrick programs, greening and tree seedling assistance, environmental education, and environmental infrastructure development. These programs had a positive impact on improving environmental quality and increasing public awareness in preserving the environment. In addition, the community development approach implemented by the company encouraged community involvement in program implementation, thereby supporting the sustainability of environmental activities in the assisted villages. However, the implementation of the program still faced several obstacles, such as budget limitations, uneven distribution of programs across all ring 1 villages, and differences in community participation levels in each area. Therefore, stronger coordination between the company, village government, and the community is needed so that the implementation of environmental CSR programs can run more optimally, participatively, and sustainably.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become an important strategy for companies in supporting sustainable development and improving community welfare. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the four pillars of Corporate Social Responsibility programs carried out by PT Pasangkayu in improving the economic conditions of communities in Pasangkayu Regency. The four CSR pillars consist of education, health, environment, and economic empowerment. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that PT Pasangkayu has implemented the four CSR pillars through various community-based programs. In the education sector, the company provides educational assistance and capacity-building activities. In the health sector, it supports public health services and preventive health programs. Environmental programs focus on environmental conservation and community awareness. Meanwhile, economic empowerment programs include entrepreneurship training, support for micro and small enterprises, and community-based economic development initiatives. The implementation of these programs has contributed to increasing community income, strengthening local economic activities, and improving community self-reliance. The study concludes that the successful implementation of CSR programs depends on collaboration among companies, local governments, and communities to achieve sustainable development goals.

Legal awareness is an important element in realizing a law-abiding society and ensuring access to justice for all citizens. One of the efforts to increase public legal awareness is through legal counseling programs conducted by Legal Aid Institutions. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of legal counseling conducted by the Legal Aid Institution of Keadilan Junjungan Bengkalis (LBH KNJB) in improving community legal awareness. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach using observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The findings indicate that legal counseling activities carried out by LBH KNJB have contributed positively to increasing public understanding of legal rights and obligations. The institution actively provides legal education through community outreach, legal consultation, client assistance, and legal awareness campaigns. Supporting factors include institutional commitment, government cooperation, and community participation. However, several obstacles remain, such as limited resources, uneven dissemination of legal information, and varying educational backgrounds of participants. The study concludes that legal counseling conducted by LBH KNJB is relatively effective in promoting legal awareness and expanding access to justice among the community.

Pendidikan adalah hak mendasar setiap warga negara dan kunci kemajuan suatu bangsa; namun, kesenjangan akses dan kualitas masih menjadi tantangan utama, khususnya di daerah terpencil dan di kalangan masyarakat adat seperti Suku Bunggu di Kabupaten Pasangkayu, Sulawesi Barat. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model manajemen kemitraan publik-swasta yang diimplementasikan dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat implementasi program bimbingan belajar bagi anak-anak Suku Bunggu. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data termasuk observasi dan tinjauan pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Pasangkayu (anak perusahaan PT Astra Agro Lestari) telah berkolaborasi dengan PKBM Mapasitujue, pemerintah daerah, kepolisian, Kementerian Agama, dan tokoh masyarakat untuk menyelenggarakan program Kejar Paket A, B, dan C sejak Juli 2023, dengan 27 peserta. Model kemitraan ini didasarkan pada prinsip saling membutuhkan dan saling menguntungkan, dan melibatkan tahapan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengendalian.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kemitraan PT Astra Agro Lestari Pasangkayu melalui program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) pilar ekonomi dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di sekitar wilayah perusahaan. Program CSR merupakan bentuk tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan yang dilaksanakan untuk membantu pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan usaha ekonomi, peningkatan keterampilan, serta pemberian bantuan modal usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari pihak perusahaan, pemerintah setempat, dan masyarakat penerima program CSR.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program CSR pilar ekonomi yang dilaksanakan perusahaan memberikan dampak positif terhadap kondisi ekonomi masyarakat. Masyarakat yang sebelumnya memiliki pendapatan tidak tetap mulai mampu mengembangkan usaha kecil dan meningkatkan penghasilan keluarga melalui bantuan modal usaha, pelatihan keterampilan, dan pembinaan usaha produktif. Selain meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat, program kemitraan juga membantu menciptakan hubungan yang lebih harmonis antara perusahaan dan masyarakat sekitar. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya masih ditemukan beberapa hambatan seperti keterbatasan kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengelola usaha serta kurangnya pendampingan secara berkelanjutan.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan program CSR pilar ekonomi oleh PT Astra Agro Lestari Pasangkayu telah berjalan cukup baik dan mampu membantu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan pembinaan, pengawasan, dan partisipasi masyarakat agar program CSR dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan dalam mendukung peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat.

This study aims to improve the competitiveness of local products through product innovation training and digital bookkeeping at YY Cake and Bakery MSMEs in Bima City. YY Cake and Bakery MSMEs are businesses in the food and bakery sector that have the potential to grow, but still face obstacles in the form of limited product innovation and the suboptimal implementation of digital bookkeeping in business financial management, making it difficult for business actors to develop competitive products and carry out systematic financial records. The methods used in this activity include observation, interviews, socialization, training, and mentoring, where observations and interviews are conducted to identify the needs and problems of MSMEs, innovation training is focused on developing more attractive product variations according to consumer needs, and digital bookkeeping training aims to improve the ability to record financial transactions effectively, efficiently, and structured based on digital technology. The results of the activity show that MSMEs have gained a better understanding of the importance of product innovation and digital financial management, are able to develop innovative ideas to improve product quality, and have begun implementing a digital bookkeeping system in their daily business activities, which is expected to increase the competitiveness of local products, strengthen business management, and support the sustainability of MSMEs YY Cake and Bakery in Bima City.

Program Pengabdian Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi visual dan pemahaman siswa SMA/SMK jurusan Desain Komunikasi Visual (DKV) mengenai peluang monetisasi desain digital melalui penggunaan Canva. Di era digital saat ini, siswa tidak hanya dituntut untuk memiliki keterampilan desain tetapi juga mampu mengubah keterampilan tersebut menjadi peluang ekonomi kreatif. Namun, berdasarkan pengamatan awal, sebagian besar siswa masih menggunakan Canva hanya untuk tujuan akademis dan belum memahami potensinya untuk menghasilkan pendapatan. Metode pelaksanaan program ini menggunakan pendekatan sosialisasi dan pendidikan interaktif, yang meliputi penyampaian materi tentang konsep literasi visual, pengenalan fitur Canva, dan penjelasan tentang peluang monetisasi digital seperti pembuatan konten media sosial, penjualan template, dan jasa desain lepas. Kegiatan ini juga dilengkapi dengan sesi diskusi dan evaluasi untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman peserta. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan PKM ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kesiapan siswa DKV dalam menghadapi tantangan industri kreatif digital dan tuntutan tenaga kerja di masa depan.

Artikel pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini membahas optimalisasi Canva sebagai sarana monetisasi desain digital bagi pelajar SMK Al Ikhwaniyah. Kegiatan dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi pelajar yang telah akrab dengan teknologi digital, tetapi pemanfaatannya masih cenderung konsumtif dan belum diarahkan secara maksimal pada kegiatan produktif bernilai ekonomi kreatif. Metode kegiatan meliputi observasi awal, koordinasi dengan pihak sekolah, ceramah interaktif, demonstrasi Canva, praktik pembuatan desain, pendampingan berbasis proyek, diskusi, simulasi monetisasi, evaluasi, dan monitoring lanjutan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu memahami potensi desain digital, menggunakan fitur dasar Canva, menghasilkan desain sederhana, menerima umpan balik, serta mengenali peluang menawarkan jasa desain melalui portofolio dan media sosial. Kegiatan ini berimplikasi pada penguatan literasi digital, kreativitas, kesiapan kerja, dan motivasi kewirausahaan pelajar SMK.

The increasing volume of household waste, low public awareness of waste sorting and management, and the decreasing availability of green open spaces have become environmental issues faced by the residents of Padaulun Village, Majalaya District, Bandung Regency. These conditions encouraged the implementation of a Community Service Program aimed at improving public knowledge and awareness of environmentally friendly waste management, promoting the habit of sorting waste from an early stage, and increasing concern for environmental greening. The activities carried out included waste management socialization for the community and the planting of 26 mahogany tree seedlings as a greening initiative. Overall, the program had a positive impact on enhancing environmental awareness through the successful implementation of educational activities on environmental stewardship and tree-planting efforts to support greening in Padaulun Village.

Next, the PKM FEB UHAMKA team is present to accompany and provide training in the form of seminars and interactive Q&A sessions to guide how Generation Z should respond to this FOMO phenomenon.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a legal and moral obligation for companies operating in the natural resource sector in Indonesia, as mandated by Law Number 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Companies and Government Regulation Number 47 of 2012. This study aims to analyze the implementation of CSR programs by PT Astra Agro Lestari in Martajaya Village, Pasangkayu Regency, West Sulawesi. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through interviews and direct observation involving company representatives, local government officials, and community beneficiaries. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman (1994), encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that PT Astra Agro Lestari implements CSR through four main pillars: Astra Cerdas (education), Astra Sehat (health), Astra Kreatif (economy), and Astra Hijau (environment), across six assisted villages including Martajaya. The programs are designed through a participatory consultative approach, ensuring community involvement from planning to evaluation. Overall, the CSR implementation has provided tangible benefits to the local community and contributed to strengthening the harmonious relationship between the company and the surrounding population. However, continuous monitoring and adaptive evaluation are needed to ensure the long-term sustainability and effectiveness of these programs.

This study examines the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of PT Astra Agro Lestari through its subsidiary PT Pasangkayu under the Astra Green (Astra Hijau) pillar, specifically the clean water facility assistance program through water tank installations in Martajaya Urban Village, Pasangkayu District, Pasangkayu Regency, West Sulawesi. The research aims to describe the implementation process and identify supporting and inhibiting factors. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed through field observation and document review. The findings indicate that program implementation proceeded according to technical plans, supported by a pre-implementation needs assessment, synergy among stakeholders (company, village government, and community leaders), and positive community reception. Key supporting factors include stakeholder collaboration, sound technical planning, regulatory commitment under Law No. 40 of 2007, and high community acceptability. Inhibiting factors include geographic and seasonal challenges to water source availability, and the risk of low community participation in long-term maintenance. This program has had a positive impact on improved clean water access, enhanced sanitation conditions, and strengthened community ownership of the constructed facilities.

Educational access disparities in plantation areas remain a structural problem that has not been fully addressed by public services. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Astra Cerdas Program as a form of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by PT Astra Agro Lestari through PT Pasangkayu in Martajaya Village, Pasangkayu Regency, West Sulawesi, as well as to identify the factors that support and hinder the program's success. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed through field observation, in-depth interviews with stakeholders, and documentation review. The findings indicate that the Astra Cerdas Program operates multidimensionally, encompassing academic scholarships, incentives for contract teachers, strengthening of affiliated school facilities, and non-formal education interventions specifically targeting the indigenous Bunggu community. The program's success is supported by the company's long-term institutional commitment, cross-sector coordination among the private sector, schools, communities, and local government, as well as a program design grounded in the actual needs of the local community. On the other hand, obstacles encountered include geographic infrastructure limitations, funding vulnerability that remains dependent on CSR allocations, uneven distribution of educational facility assistance, and program monitoring capacity that requires further strengthening. This study affirms that strategic partnerships between corporations and local governments hold significant potential in expanding an inclusive and sustainable educational ecosystem in remote areas surrounding plantation industrial zones.

Penerapan Program Csr Astra Kreatif Oleh Pt Pasangkayu Di Kelurahan Martajaya Kecamatan Pasangkayu Kabupaten Pasangkayu

This study evaluates the implementation of the Astra Kreatif corporate social responsibility (CSR) program carried out by PT Pasangkayu in Martajaya Village, Pasangkayu Subdistrict, Pasangkayu Regency. The objectives are to identify the program activities, assess their socio-economic impacts on the local community, and explore supporting and inhibiting factors in implementation. The study employs a qualitative case study approach with data collected through in-depth interviews with stakeholders (company representatives, village officials, and beneficiaries), participatory observation, and program document analysis. Results indicate that Astra Kreatif focuses on building local entrepreneurial capacity, creative skills training, and provision of small-scale production facilities. Observed positive impacts include improved technical knowledge among participants, increased home-based business opportunities, and strengthened local market networks. However, program effectiveness is constrained by limited sustainable funding, suboptimal inter-institutional coordination, and the need for follow-up to improve access to financing. Recommendations include sustainability planning (micro-financing schemes or market partnerships), enhanced coordination with village government, and regular community-inclusive monitoring and evaluation. These findings inform companies, local policymakers, and researchers on designing more responsive and impactful CSR programs at the community level

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program by PT Astra Group together with PT Tanjung Sarana Lestari (TSL) and its influence on the economic improvement of the Martajaya Village community, Pasangkayu Regency, West Sulawesi Province. The research was conducted as part of the Field Experience Practice (PPL) activity of the Public Administration Study Program at Tadulako University on May 8–9, 2026. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Research informants consisted of representatives from the Human Resource Development and Administration (HRDA) division of PT Astra Group and PT TSL, as well as the Secretary of Martajaya Village. The findings reveal that the company's CSR program is implemented through four main pillars—health, education, economy, and environment with the economic pillar designated as the primary priority. The flagship program under the economic pillar is Astra Kreatif, which encompasses micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) empowerment, livestock and fisheries sector development, and women's group empowerment. These programs have made positive contributions to community economic development through a village-based coordination mechanism that serves as a bridge between the company and the community. Nevertheless, program implementation still faces five major obstacles: limited public information transparency, minimal community participation in the program planning stage, cultural barriers arising from ethnic heterogeneity, limited geographic reach of the program's target areas, and weak inter-agency coordination. Recommended solutions include adopting an open CSR reporting system, applying a Participatory Program Planning approach, strengthening local wisdom-based strategies, expanding target areas with improved targeting mechanisms, and establishing a structured Multi-Stakeholder Partnership Forum. This study concludes that the effectiveness of CSR as an instrument of community economic empowerment requires program governance that is transparent, participatory, inclusive, and sustainably integrated with regional government development programs.

EFEKTIVITAS PERAN MEDIATOR DALAM MENEKAN ANGKA GUGAT CERAI: ANALISIS YURIDIS EMPIRIS DI PENGADILAN AGAMA JOMBANG

The high rate of divorce lawsuits (gugat cerai) at the Jombang Religious Court from 2022 to 2025 emphasizes the need for optimal dispute resolution. Although mediation is mandated by PERMA No. 1 of 2016 as a peaceful instrument, its overall success rate remains relatively low due to complex socio-economic issues. This empirical juridical study aims to analyze the effectiveness of mediators and the supporting and inhibiting factors influencing the process based on Soerjono Soekanto's legal effectiveness theory. Data were gathered through observation, in-depth interviews with judicial and non-judicial mediators, and documentary analysis, subsequently evaluated using descriptive qualitative methods. The findings indicate that while the formal implementation of mediation aligns with legal procedures, its effectiveness in curbing the divorce rate is constrained by the parties' lack of good faith, economic pressures, domestic violence, and the mediators' limited time due to heavy case backlogs. However, the application of humanistic communication strategies—such as triggering past romantic memories, optimizing the psychological layout of the mediation room, and executing caucuses—significantly contributed to a spike in successful mediations in 2025. Structurally, increasing the number of certified non-judicial mediators is essential to balance the heavy caseload and preserve family institution stability. Hipertensi masih menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan risiko penyakit kardiovaskular dan komplikasi kesehatan lainnya. Rendahnya pemanfaatan pemeriksaan kesehatan secara rutin serta masih ditemukannya faktor risiko hipertensi dalam masyarakat menjadi tantangan dalam upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian penyakit. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai hipertensi serta pentingnya deteksi dini melalui pemeriksaan kesehatan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Pasar Pagi, Kecamatan Samarinda Kota. Pelaksanaan kegiatan diawali dengan pengkajian komunitas melalui wawancara dan observasi lingkungan, dilanjutkan dengan pemeriksaan tekanan darah serta penyuluhan kesehatan mengenai hipertensi dan pola hidup sehat. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 5 orang peserta berusia 20–30 tahun. Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan rata-rata tekanan darah peserta sebesar 130/80 mmHg. Selain itu, ditemukan beberapa faktor risiko hipertensi, antara lain pola makan tidak teratur, kebiasaan begadang, kurang aktivitas fisik, serta konsumsi makanan tinggi garam. Selama kegiatan berlangsung, peserta menunjukkan antusiasme yang baik dan aktif berpartisipasi dalam sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab. Kegiatan pemeriksaan kesehatan dan penyuluhan memberikan kesempatan bagi masyarakat untuk memahami faktor risiko hipertensi, pentingnya deteksi dini, serta penerapan pola hidup sehat sebagai upaya pencegahan hipertensi dan komplikasinya..

Donor darah merupakan salah satu bentuk kepedulian sosial yang berperan penting dalam menjaga ketersediaan darah bagi pelayanan kesehatan. Namun, pengetahuan mengenai donor darah masih perlu ditanamkan sejak usia remaja untuk membentuk sikap positif terhadap donor darah sebagai kegiatan kemanusiaan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi kesehatan mengenai donor darah kepada anggota Palang Merah Remaja (PMR) MTs Antasari Samarinda. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12 Juni 2026 dengan sasaran 28 anggota PMR yang terdiri atas 16 siswa kelas VII dan 12 siswa kelas VIII. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi, dan tanya jawab dengan dukungan media PowerPoint, leaflet edukatif, dan banner kegiatan. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi pengertian donor darah, pentingnya donor darah, manfaat donor darah, persyaratan menjadi pendonor, mitos dan fakta donor darah, serta peran remaja dalam mendukung gerakan donor darah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mengikuti kegiatan dengan antusias, aktif berpartisipasi dalam diskusi, serta mampu menjawab pertanyaan evaluasi yang diberikan pada akhir kegiatan. Selain itu, peserta menunjukkan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai donor darah dan pentingnya peran remaja dalam mendukung kegiatan kemanusiaan. Kegiatan edukasi kesehatan ini dapat menjadi salah satu upaya untuk memperkenalkan donor darah kepada remaja serta menumbuhkan kepedulian sosial dan semangat kemanusiaan sejak dini.

Collaboration between the private sector and local government is a crucial tool in accelerating community welfare development at the village level. This study aims to analyze the implementation of PT Astra's Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) programs in synergy with the Pasangkayu Regency Government and their impact on community development in Martajaya Village. The research employed a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. Information was obtained through in-depth interviews with PT Astra management, local government officials, village officials, and community leaders inMartajaya Village, supported by documentation studies. The study revealed that the synergy of responsibilities between PT Astra and the Pasangkayu Regional Government in Martajaya Village focuses on four main pillars: village infrastructure development, strengthening the local potential-based economy,increasing healthcare accessibility, and providing educational scholarships. This collaboration is considered successful in covering the shortfall in the regional budget (APBD). However, this study also identified challenges in the form of the need for more dynamic coordination to ensure program implementation is more sustainable and avoids overlapping. The study's conclusions confirm that effective collaboration between companies and the local government can have a significant positive impact on the independence of the Martajaya Village community.

Global economic instability and high financial market fluctuations present significant challenges for novice investors, particularly Generation Z who are newly entering the investment world. The main problems encountered include limited knowledge of investment instruments, restricted initial capital, and vulnerability to losses due to stock price volatility. This community service activity aims to enhance financial literacy and mutual fund investment skills among members of the Cerdas Financial Community (CFC) Semarang, which represents Generation Z in Semarang City. The training was conducted at the Sinarmas Sekuritas Branch Building in Semarang, employing a methodology that combined theoretical introduction to mutual fund instruments with practical purchase simulations and direct asset monitoring. Results indicate a significant improvement in participants' understanding of mutual fund types, purchasing mechanisms, risk management, and defensive investment strategies amid uncertain economic conditions. Mutual funds are proven to be suitable instruments for Generation Z novice investors as they offer automatic diversification, are managed by professional investment managers, and can be initiated with affordable minimum capital. This activity is expected to foster the growth of smart and sustainable investment culture among Generation Z in Semarang.

Emerald Mart Batam, a supermarket in Batam City, faces challenges in increasing brand awareness among the public, as not many people know about its existence. Furthermore, intense competition from well-known minimarkets with numerous branches further impacts Emerald Mart Batam's competitiveness. One proposed strategy to increase brand awareness is the implementation of innovative digital marketing. The research approach used was a qualitative approach, with data obtained from interviews and observations. The results showed that after implementing innovative digital marketing, Emerald Mart Batam successfully increased brand awareness, with an increase in the number of followers on its Instagram account of 600 new followers in the first 3 months with an average engagement rate of 7-10% per post. In fact, the number of daily store visitors increased by 35% from 150 to 200-250 people, especially on weekends when joint promotions were posted on social media.

The development of the palm oil plantation industry requires companies not only to pursue profitability, but also to carry out social and environmental responsibilities in a sustainable manner in accordance with Law no. 6 of 2023. PT Pasangkayu, as a subsidiary of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, realizes this commitment through the "Astra Sehat" Program in its operational ring one area. However, empirical studies regarding the effectiveness and obstacles of this program specifically at the sub-district level are still very limited. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Astra Sehat Program by PT Pasangkayu in Martajaya Village, evaluate the benefits felt by the beneficiary community, and identify supporting and inhibiting factors for its implementation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with company management, sub-district officials, as well as field observations and secondary documentation. The research results show that the Astra Sehat Program in Martajaya Village is implemented consistently through the development of Posyandu Merpati and Sayang Toddlers. Real contributions include distributing intensive funds to cadres and providing additional food (PMT) to reduce stunting rates and improve maternal and child health. The main supporting factors are strong partnership relationships (social engagement), the commitment of the CSR team, and the active participation of PKK women and the sub-district government. The obstacles found include limited operational geographical service coverage and fluctuations in the level of citizen attendance. The implementation of the Astra Sehat Program by PT Pasangkayu has proven to have a positive social-health impact for the people of Martajaya Village. This multi-party synergy can become a reference model for CSR management in the health sector in the oil palm area.

The development of broadcasting technology has significantly changed the landscape of television journalism. This study aims to describe the implementation of news voice-over activities as a form of practical broadcasting experience for students at Sriwijaya TV, explain the news production process involving voice-over, identify the challenges encountered, and analyze the benefits in enhancing students' professional competencies. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative based on field observations, involvement in production activities, and documentation during an internship program from March to June 2026. The results indicate that news voice-over plays a vital role in the post-production stage to clarify visual content and maintain news narrative flow. Students were actively involved in 35 broadcasting and voice-over packages for the 'Kabar Sriwijaya Malam' program, covering various public issues in Palembang. The main challenges included technical constraints in studio camera operations and field journalism difficulties, such as finding reluctant sources at local markets. These challenges were successfully overcome through consistent vocal practice, pre-interview adjustments, and intensive technical guidance from network mentors. This practical experience significantly improved students' technical skills in articulation, intonation, breath control, and enhanced their readiness for professional careers in the broadcast media industry.

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan tentang penggunaan website "EDUKASIH" sebagai media pembelajaran adaptif untuk anak-anak Down Syndrome di SLB Negeri Cinta Asih Soreang. Ini juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengelola materi, tugas, dan pemantauan perkembangan belajar siswa. Proses pelaksanaan mencakup: (1) menentukan kebutuhan pembelajaran dan kesiapan pengguna (guru/staf), (2) membuat materi pelatihan dan petunjuk penggunaan, (3) memberikan pelatihan tatap muka berbasis praktik langsung (hands-on), termasuk manajemen akun, unggah materi, pembuatan latihan sederhana, dan penggunaan fitur pemantauan, (4) membantu implementasi di kelas dan di rumah dengan dukungan teknis terjadwal, dan (5) mengevaluasi pemahaman guru, observasi penggunaan, dan umpan balik melalui pre-test dan post-test. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan di Pupuk BUMDes Karya Bersama Desa Kolam sebagai upaya mendukung swasembada pangan desa melalui integrasi teknologi biokonversi dan digital. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pemasaran produk pupuk organik sehingga jangkauan pasar dan daya saing produk masih terbatas. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas digital pengelola BUMDes serta mengembangkan sistem pemasaran berbasis website guna memperluas akses pasar produk pupuk organik. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan pemberdayaan partisipatif yang meliputi Focus Group Discussion (FGD), pelatihan dan sosialisasi digital marketing, pengembangan prototipe website, implementasi sistem, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa FGD berhasil mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pemasaran digital dan fitur website yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasional BUMDes. Pelatihan yang diberikan meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesiapan pengelola dalam mengadopsi teknologi digital. Luaran utama kegiatan berupa prototipe website yang berfungsi sebagai media promosi, penyedia informasi produk, katalog digital, dan sarana komunikasi dengan pelanggan. Implementasi website terbukti mampu meningkatkan efektivitas penyebaran informasi produk, memperluas jangkauan pemasaran, serta meningkatkan kemampuan pengelola dalam mengelola pemasaran berbasis teknologi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pengelola BUMDes telah mampu mengoperasikan website secara mandiri dan memanfaatkan fitur-fitur yang tersedia untuk mendukung kegiatan pemasaran. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk pupuk organik, memperkuat kapasitas digital pengelola BUMDes, serta mendukung penguatan ekonomi desa dan pencapaian swasembada pangan berkelanjutan.

Karakteristik anak downsyndrom sangat berbeda dengan anak pada umumnya. Hal utamanya pada motorik, kognitif, afektif, dan kecenderungan belajar visual-auditori. Media belajar yang terbatas menjadi kendala bagi guru, dan orang tua di SLB Negeri Cinta Asih, khususnya pada jenjang SMP. Media belajar yang dibutuhkan adalah medi belajar yang menarik perhatian, mudah digunakan, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Media pembelajaran konvensional sering kali belum mampu memberikan pengalaman belajar yang interaktif, terstruktur, dan adaptif. Oleh karena itu, program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan media pembelajaran digital berbasis website interaktif yang dirancang khusus bagi siswa dengan sindrom Down. Metode yang digunakan adalah User-Centered Design (UCD), dengan tahapan meliputi analisis kebutuhan melalui wawancara dan observasi, perancangan prototipe bersama guru, terapis, dan orang tua, uji coba terbatas kepada siswa, revisi berdasarkan umpan balik, serta pelatihan penggunaan website bagi guru dan orang tua. Website yang dikembangkan memuat materi sederhana dan tematik yang disesuaikan dengan kurikulum SLB, serta dilengkapi fitur navigasi sederhana, ikon besar, tampilan ramah warna, gambar, audio, animasi, latihan interaktif, dan umpan balik langsung. Temuan awal menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan utama pengguna mencakup kemudahan akses, tampilan visual yang jelas, instruksi yang sederhana, serta aktivitas belajar yang menyenangkan dan berulang. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya dukungan terhadap proses pembelajaran siswa dengan sindrom Down, baik di sekolah maupun di rumah, melalui media yang lebih inklusif, adaptif, dan mudah digunakan. Program ini juga berpotensi menjadi model pengembangan media pembelajaran digital yang dapat direplikasi di SLB lain di Indonesia.

Children with intellectual disabilities at elementary school age require consistent developmental stimulation, particularly to strengthen hand-eye coordination. This ability serves as an important foundation for the development offine motor skills, concentration, and children’s independence in carrying out daily activities. However, learning media available in many educational institutions are often limited, less engaging, and have not fully provided structured visual-motor activities that suit children’s abilities. Therefore, this community service program aims to design and implement an “Interactive Painting Wall” as a medium to stimulate hand-eye coordination through color recognition activities andgradual painting movements. This medium is designed in the form of a patterned or thematic wall equipped with interactive elements, such as step markers, coloring areas, and simple visual instructions. The design is expected to helpchildren follow activity sequences more clearly, enjoyably, and with minimal dependence on verbal instructions. The implementation method includes partner needs analysis, media and visual material design, production and installation ofthe painting wall, trial use with the target children, and evaluation through structured observation. The evaluation focuses on several indicators of hand-eye coordination, including accuracy in following patterns, brush movement control, color suitability, and activity completion time. The outputs of this program include a ready-to-use Interactive Painting Wall, a brief user guide, and documentation of the implementation process and children’s developmental stimulationachievements. This program is expected to increase children’s engagement in learning activities, strengthen hand-eye coordination, and provide a sustainable learning medium to support the education of children with intellectual disabilitiesin the school environment.

This internship report discusses communication style strategies in the voice-over process for the news program Kabar Sriwijaya at Sriwijaya TV. The internship was conducted to understand the application of effective communication techniques in delivering information to audiences through television media. The main focus of this study is the use of communication styles by voice-over talents in presenting news scripts so that messages can be conveyed clearly, attractively, and easily understood by viewers.The methods used in preparing this report include participatory observation, direct practice, documentation, and active involvement in the news production process throughout the internship period. The author participated in various stages of work, including studying news scripts, recording voice-overs, adjusting intonation and speech tempo, and taking part in evaluations of recording results with the production team. In addition, the author gained experience in archiving reporting materials used for news editing purposes.The results of the internship indicate that the effectiveness of news delivery through voice-over is greatly influenced by the communicator’s ability to apply clear articulation, appropriate intonation, controlled speech tempo, and emphasis on important information. The selection of a suitable tone of voice according to the nature of the news also plays a significant role in building credibility and enhancing the attractiveness of the broadcast. Furthermore, coordination among voice-over talents, reporters, editors, and the production team is an important factor in producing high-quality news programs.Through this internship, the author gained a deeper understanding of the role of communication in television broadcasting and improved professional skills in journalism and mass media.

This article presents findings from participatory action research (PAR) aimed at exploring and implementing the use of social media in Islamic Cultural History (IS) learning in Grade 10E of MAN 1 Palangka Raya City. Amidst the dominance of the digital era and the challenges of conventional IS learning in attracting students' interest, this research seeks to transform Islamic historical narratives into dynamic and relevant content through digital platforms familiar to adolescents. The PAR approach was chosen to ensure active collaboration between researchers and students, empowering them as agents in the learning process. The research cycle, which included planning, action, observation, and reflection, focused on developing participatory IS learning strategies based on social media. Through data analysis from questionnaires, observations, social media content analysis, and interviews, it was found that the use of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp significantly increased student engagement with IS material. Students demonstrated higher enthusiasm, deeper understanding, and the development of crucial digital skills. Challenges related to access and distractions were overcome through collaboration and adaptation to the local context. This study concludes that social media, with the right strategies, is an effective tool for revitalizing SKI learning, empowering students to become independent, creative, and digitally literate learners. Recommendations are provided for schools, teachers, and students to continue integrating and optimally utilizing social media in SKI education.

Harmonious working relationships between employees are the main pillar in supporting bureaucratic effectiveness and the quality of public services in government agencies. The Community Service Program (PKM) integrated with internship activities aims to provide technical assistance and strengthen internal communication governance through optimizing the Public Relations function at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of South Sumatra Province. The implementation method uses a qualitative descriptive approach based on a structured participatory assistance scheme by implementing students from March to April 2026. Intervention activities focused on three main programs, namely the reconstruction of information dissemination flows, assistance with internal communication media mixes, and mitigating sectoral barriers (silo mentality). The results of the activities show that the actualization of the internship student work program successfully optimized the role of Public Relations as a communication bridge (boundary spanner) that synchronizes leadership directives to employees through the utilization of a media mix, such as the implementation of structured coordination meetings, digital-based circular archiving, and agency communication group governance. These tactical interventions have proven effective in reducing operational and structural barriers, particularly overlapping understandings (message distortion) and delays in information flow due to high operational workloads. It can be concluded that strengthening the role of Public Relations through this student internship service scheme can create a supportive, adaptive, and conducive internal communication climate for improving the collective performance of government agencies.

KEGIATAN LAPANGAN PROGRAM “Creative Action Camp: Pengembangan Karakter Inovatif melalui Experiential Learning”

This field activity aims to develop innovative character among rural youth through an experiential learning approach in the program "Creative Action Camp: Development of Innovative Character through Experiential Learning". Innovative character includes the ability to think creatively, take initiative, solve problems, and generate new solutions in facing various situations. This activity involved 13 participants from the rural youth community divided into three groups. The method used was experiential learning through a series of group games, namely Mission Without Leader, Save The Egg, Problem Solving Race, and 3-Minute Spontaneous Idea. Evaluation was conducted through observation of participant activeness, collaboration skills, courage in expressing ideas, creativity, and initiative-taking ability, concluding with a reflection session. The results showed that all participants demonstrated high enthusiasm and developed five indicators of innovative character, namely initiative, creativity, collaboration, communication, and courage in decision-making. These findings were reinforced by reflection results indicating that participants were able to connect their experiences during the activity with daily life. Thus, the experiential learning approach proved effective in supporting the development of innovative character among rural youth and can serve as an alternative learning method relevant for sustainable implementation.

Seeing these conditions, Benny Cuaca and the community service team carried out a bakery SME coaching program which aims to increase the capacity of business actors through training and mentoring in aspects of business management, product quality improvement, packaging development, and digital marketing. Coaching activities are carried out through a participatory approach that actively involves business actors in each stage of activities. Through this program, it is hoped that bakery SMEs will be able to improve the quality of their products, expand their marketing reach, and manage their businesses in a more professional and sustainable manner.

Perkembangan pesat ekosistem digital memaksa industri media konvensional untuk mengadopsi platform multi-kanal guna mempertahankan relevansi bisnis dan memperluas audiens. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pembuatan konten kreatif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan (engagement) audiens pada akun media sosial Jobhunter yang dikelola oleh PT Sumsel Media Grafika (Tribun Sumsel). Melalui pendekatan studi kasus deskriptif kualitatif berbasis pengalaman praktik kerja lapangan (internship-based research) selama 16 minggu, data dihimpun melalui observasi partisipatif, dokumentasi logbook operasional harian, serta analisis metrik digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi pengelolaan konten dari sekadar publikasi informasi lowongan kerja statis menjadi konten video kreatif berbasis narasi realitas kerja (seperti fenomena bioskop perkantoran, benturan antargenerasi Gen Z dan Kolonial, serta relevansi jurusan kuliah) secara signifikan memicu interaksi audiens. Selama periode pengamatan, akun Jobhunter mencatat pertumbuhan pengikut sebesar 112%, jangkauan akumulatif (reach) sebesar 37.146 akun, dan total tayangan (views) mencapai 117.597 kali. Temuan krusial mengindikasikan bahwa jangkauan audiens baru didominasi oleh non-pengikut sebesar 82,4%, yang didorong oleh optimalisasi penyusunan naskah, teks visual interaktif, dan penulisan caption komunikatif yang sesuai dengan algoritma penyebaran video pendek. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sinkronisasi antara aspek kreativitas visual dengan pemahaman psikologi pencari kerja merupakan determinan utama dalam memperluas ekosistem digital media lokal.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan podcast sebagai media relations dalam menarik audiens pada kanal YouTube Tribun Sumsel. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus berbasis pengalaman magang (internship-based case study) yang dilaksanakan selama empat bulan di Tribun Sumsel. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, dokumentasi kegiatan, logbook magang, serta studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa podcast menjadi salah satu media relations yang efektif dalam membangun hubungan antara perusahaan media dengan publik. Melalui penyajian topik yang aktual, menghadirkan narasumber yang kredibel, serta distribusi melalui YouTube dan media sosial lainnya, podcast mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan audiens sekaligus memperkuat citra Tribun Sumsel sebagai media informasi yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi digital. Selama kegiatan magang, mahasiswa terlibat dalam berbagai proses produksi podcast mulai dari tahap persiapan, observasi produksi, koordinasi narasumber, hingga evaluasi program. Pengalaman tersebut memberikan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya strategi komunikasi digital dalam menarik perhatian audiens di era media baru. Drug abuse not only impacts physical health but also affects an individual's psychological health. Therefore, successful rehabilitation is determined not only by recovery from substance dependence but also by the psychological well-being of the rehabilitation participants. This study aims to describe the role of psychological well-being as a supporting factor in the rehabilitation of drug inmates at the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) South Sumatra Prison. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation during the rehabilitation program. The results indicate that psychological well-being plays a role in increasing motivation to recover, helping inmates accept themselves, build more positive social relationships, and foster hope and purpose in life after undergoing rehabilitation. Various development programs, such as counseling, religious activities, and skills training, also support the improvement of psychological well-being of rehabilitation participants. Good psychological well-being helps individuals cope with stress during the recovery process and strengthens their readiness to return to optimal functioning in society. These findings indicate that psychological well-being is an important aspect that needs to be considered in the implementation of drug rehabilitation because it can support successful recovery and reduce the risk of relapse.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of internal employee mobility as a human resource management strategy at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III Palembang. Internal mobility refers to the process of shifting employee positions within an organization—encompassing promotions, rotations, and demotions—to support operational effectiveness and employee competency development. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing observation, documentation, and interviews with relevant units during the internship period. The findings indicate that internal mobility has been implemented systematically based on objective parameters such as work competence, tenure, work experience, job status, and educational background. Between January and April 2026, 162 employees underwent internal mobility; job rotation was the most prevalent form (145 employees), followed by promotion (15 employees) and demotion (2 employees). The high rate of rotation reflects the company's proactive efforts to cultivate a workforce that is flexible and adaptable to the dynamic nature of railway operations. Internal mobility has proven beneficial for the company in meeting operational needs, and for employees by broadening work experience, fostering career development, and enhancing work motivation. Recommendations for the company include optimizing transition programs or providing brief orientation sessions before employees assume new roles to minimize adaptation challenges, as well as strengthening the competency mapping database to enhance the objectivity of future policies.

Desa Kalukubula yang terletak di Kecamatan Sigi Biromaru, Kabupaten Sigi, merupakan wilayah strategis penopang ketahanan pangan dan ekonomi yang memiliki kerentanan ekologis tinggi pasca-bencana hidro-meteorologis dan tektonik di Lembah Palu. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan program intervensi multidimensi guna mengakselerasi kapasitas adaptif ekonomi warga sekaligus membangun ketangguhan desa menghadapi bencana secara mandiri. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif (Participatory Rural Appraisal) yang mengintegrasikan penguatan kelembagaan lokal dengan pemanfaatan teknologi tepat guna.

Metode pelaksanaan program dibagi menjadi tiga tahapan utama: analisis kebutuhan bersama komunitas (data primer melalui FGD dan pemetaan spasial), pelaksanaan lokakarya pelatihan tematik (diversifikasi pengolahan pangan pasca-panen dan simulasi mitigasi bencana), serta pendampingan intensif kelembagaan kelompok usaha desa. Data sekunder bersumber dari profil Desa Kalukubula, Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Desa (RPJMDes), dan dokumen kerentanan bencana daerah.

Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan signifikan pada kapasitas produktif kelompok perempuan tani melalui hilirisasi komoditas pertanian lokal (padi dan palawija) menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Di sisi lain, pembentukan Tim Siaga Bencana Desa (TSBD) berbasis rukun tetangga berhasil menyusun peta jalur evakuasi partisipatif serta sistem peringatan dini sederhana. Tantangan utama di lapangan mencakup keterbatasan modal awal komunitas dan fluktuasi komitmen peserta akibat kesibukan domestik harian. Pengabdian ini menyimpulkan bahwa model integrasi ekonomi-mitigasi (eco-resilience model) sangat efektif diterapkan di daerah pasca-bencana seperti Kabupaten Sigi demi menjamin keberlanjutan penghidupan masyarakat lokal secara inklusif.

The stability of computer network infrastructure is a critical factor in supporting public service operations, including at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Palembang Branch Office, which serves four divisions across two floors with a total of 37 Personal Computers (PCs). This study aims to design and analyze a Local Area Network (LAN) topology based on the Extended Star topology combined with a Class C IPv4 addressing scheme (192.168.1.0/24), and to evaluate its fault tolerance characteristics through simulation using Cisco Packet Tracer. The method includes field observation, simulation experiments, and literature study, with two testing scenarios: normal operating conditions and backbone link-failure conditions. Results under normal conditions show a 100% ICMP packet delivery success rate (0% packet loss) with an average Round Trip Time (RTT) of 5 ms. However, under the backbone failure scenario, the network experienced total communication failure with 100% packet loss, confirming the vulnerability of a pure Star architecture to a single point of failure. Based on these findings, this study recommends a Hybrid Star-Ring architecture, combining an Extended Star topology at the client level with a Spanning Tree Protocol (STP)-based Backbone Ring at the main switch interconnection, together with VLAN, Port Security, Access Control List (ACL), and Quality of Service (QoS) to enhance security and service quality in real-world deployment.

This community service activity aimed to assist Saung Granit MSME in formulating business development strategies based on an analysis of the company's internal and external conditions. The assistance process involved observation, interviews, and documentation. Strategic analysis was conducted using the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) Matrix, External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix, and SWOT Analysis. The results of the assistance indicated that Saung Granit MSME possesses favorable internal and external conditions to support business growth. Based on the Internal–External (IE) Matrix analysis, Saung Granit MSME is positioned in the Growth Stability (Quadrant V) category. Therefore, the recommended strategies include strengthening digital marketing, enhancing business branding, expanding cooperation networks, and improving customer service quality. This study aims to analyze the implementation of business services on improving service quality at the Directorate of Business and Commercialization of Bina Darma University. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of business services has been carried out in accordance with established procedures, supported by information technology and competent human resources. The service quality provided is considered good based on SERVQUAL dimensions, including tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The main supporting factors include employee competence, technology utilization, work coordination, and adequate facilities and infrastructure. Constraints encountered include cross-unit coordination, increased workload, and technical disruptions in internet networks. Improvement efforts are conducted through periodic evaluations, employee competency enhancement, and strengthening service systems. This study concludes that the implementation of business services plays an important role in improving service quality, thus the better the implementation of business services, the better the quality of services produced.

Introduction of local history of Central Kalimantan through the utilization of the Balanga Museum as a learning resource for Grade X E students of MAN Kota Palangka Raya aims to describe the implementation of museum-based learning activities and analyze their contribution to students’ understanding of local history. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach within community service activities (PKM) through field trip methods. Data were collected through participatory observation, documentation, and interactive discussions during learning activities at the Balanga Museum. The results show that museum-based learning enhances students’ engagement, provides meaningful learning experiences, and improves their understanding of local history. Learning outside the classroom through direct observation of historical objects makes students more active and interested in learning history. These findings indicate that museums can function as effective contextual learning resources in supporting history education, especially in introducing local cultural heritage to students.

The utilization of the KAI Learning Center e-learning platform serves as the primary digital solution for mass knowledge distribution. The program portfolio encompasses occupational safety and health training, customer service refreshment, AKHLAK corporate culture socialization, and digitalization training. Evaluation results indicate positive impacts on employee behavior and organizational outcomes, contributing significantly to the formation of a robust talent pool that supports internal mobility policies, rotation, and promotions.

Student activities in Vocational High Schools (SMKs) require the proper implementation of management functions, particularly the controlling function, to ensure that every activity is carried out effectively and achieves optimal outcomes. However, based on the preliminary observations conducted at SMK Makarya 1, the evaluation process of student activities had not been implemented systematically, resulting in evaluation findings that were not optimally utilized as a basis for improving subsequent activities. This community service program aimed to enhance students' understanding of the controlling function and improve their ability to evaluate school activities effectively. The implementation methods consisted of preparation, interactive lectures, discussions and question-and-answer sessions, student mentoring, motivational activities, and program evaluation through observation and documentation. The results indicated an improvement in students' understanding of the importance of the controlling function in school and organizational activities. Students were able to recognize that evaluation is an essential component of the management process to identify obstacles, assess the level of activity achievement, and formulate recommendations for future improvements. Therefore, this community service program made a positive contribution to enhancing students' ability to evaluate school activities while fostering a more systematic, objective, and continuous improvement-oriented controlling culture at SMK Makarya 1.

This community service program (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat) was conducted at SMK Makarya 1 Jakarta with the aim of optimizing the implementation of the organizing function within the institution. The background of this activity is the limited understanding and practice of the organizing function among students and student-organization administrators, which leads to unclear division of tasks, weak coordination between units, and the absence of a properly documented organizational structure. The implementation method consisted of lectures, interactive discussion, group simulation, and direct mentoring on the concepts and practice of organizing, involving 32 participants and 12 student facilitators from the Management Study Program of Universitas Pamulang. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants' understanding of organizing principles, reflected in their ability to design a clear division of tasks, build inter-unit coordination, and draft a simple organizational structure chart. This activity is expected to contribute to the sustainable strengthening of organizational management capacity at the partner institution.

The methods employed in this program included educational counseling, interactive lectures, group discussions, case studies, and evaluations through pre-tests and post-tests administered to participants. The program was conducted directly with vocational high school students as the primary participants. The results indicated a significant improvement in students' understanding of the concept and stages of the planning function, as reflected in their ability to develop systematic activity plans, establish priorities, and identify appropriate strategies for completing academic and organizational tasks. Furthermore, participants demonstrated a high level of enthusiasm throughout the program, as evidenced by their active involvement in discussions and successful completion of the assigned case studies. The optimization of the planning function not only enhanced students' managerial competencies but also contributed to the development of discipline, responsibility, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Therefore, the continuous implementation of the planning function should be integrated into both classroom learning and extracurricular activities to improve students' effectiveness, productivity, and overall quality of human resources at SMK Makarya.

This community service article describes the acceleration process of inputting and validating Key Performance Indicator (IKK) data at the Regional Finance and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of South Sumatra Province into the South Sumatra One Data Portal. BPKAD, as the steward of IKK 4.b.3, faces challenges in ensuring the accuracy, validity, and timeliness of budget realization data for Mandatory Basic Public Service expenditures. The implementation of this service activity was carried out through data collection assistance from financial systems (SIMDA and SIPD), cross-data validation assistance, Microsoft Excel-based data processing, and data upload into the One Data Portal using electronic signatures certified by BSrE-BSSN. The service activities resulted in IKK 4.b.3 achievement of 76.98% with a budget realization of IDR 4,037,023,860,288.94 from an allocation of IDR 5,244,085,538,092.00 for Fiscal Year 2025. This program improved data quality, accelerated reporting timelines, and enhanced accountability in regional government performance data management. The activity also contributed to strengthening the implementation of the One Data Indonesia policy at the provincial level.

Cooperatives at the village/sub-district level play a strategic role in driving the people's economy, yet they are frequently constrained by limited managerial capacity and access to formal capital. This community service program, organized by the Provincial Government of South Papua, aims to enhance the capacity of cooperative managers through business mentoring and the formulation of bankable credit proposals for Himbara Banks (State-Owned Banks). This activity featured Adi Maulana Rachman, a lecturer from Universitas Musamus (Unmus), as the keynote speaker and was attended by cooperative management representatives from four regencies in South Papua Province, focusing the workshop on the Merah Putih Village/Sub-district Cooperative. The implementation method was carried out through three stages: material presentation (theory), proposal drafting workshop (practice), and post-training mentoring. The results of the activity indicated a 75% increase in the partners' understanding regarding cooperative regulations and capital application techniques, alongside the compilation of draft business proposals ready to be submitted to banking institutions. The Department of Public Works for Highways and Spatial Planning (DPUBMTR) of South Sumatra Province is responsible for providing accurate infrastructure feasibility data, in line with Presidential Regulation No. 39 of 2019 on One Data Indonesia. In practice, the existing E-Laporan platform suffered from recurring bugs, a static interface, and insufficient server performance during peak usage. This study aims to redesign (rewrite) a web-based E-Laporan prototype to operate reliably on a local server (localhost). The development method used was the Prototyping model, covering requirements analysis, UI/UX design (Figma), back-end development using Native PHP, MySQL database management, and Bootstrap-based interface styling, followed by functional testing. Black Box Testing results confirmed that all core features—including authentication, CRUD operations, form validation, and dashboard charts—functioned correctly. Two technical issues were resolved during development: a MySQL port conflict (3306 redirected to 3307) and data type precision errors in road length calculations (INT changed to FLOAT). The resulting prototype successfully eliminated data duplication and accelerated the digitalization of physical records. Future development is recommended to deploy the system to a public cloud server.

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa serta perangkat sekolah MTs Saadatul Mahabbah Pamulang dalam melakukan pencatatan keuangan berbasis spreadsheet. Latar belakang kegiatan ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan sekolah terhadap administrasi keuangan yang lebih tertib, sistematis, transparan, dan akuntabel. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah pencatatan keuangan yang masih membutuhkan penguatan dari sisi ketertiban data, ketepatan perhitungan, penyusunan rekap, dan pemanfaatan teknologi sederhana. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, penyusunan materi dan template, sosialisasi, pelatihan, praktik input transaksi, pendampingan, diskusi, tanya jawab, serta evaluasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di MTs Saadatul Mahabbah Pamulang dengan peserta sebanyak 40 orang yang terdiri atas siswa dan perangkat sekolah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mengikuti pelatihan dengan antusias, mampu memahami pentingnya pencatatan pemasukan, pengeluaran, saldo, dan bukti transaksi, serta mampu menggunakan spreadsheet untuk membuat tabel, memasukkan data, menggunakan rumus dasar, dan menyusun rekapitulasi sederhana. Rata-rata capaian kegiatan mencapai 89%, sehingga program ini dinilai berhasil dan relevan dengan kebutuhan mitra. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendukung peningkatan literasi keuangan, literasi digital, dan tata kelola administrasi keuangan sekolah secara berkelanjutan.

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman literasi investasi dan keterampilan perencanaan keuangan berbasis telepon pintar bagi pelajar MTs. Sa’adatul Mahabbah Kota Tangerang Selatan. Permasalahan mitra berkaitan dengan keterbatasan pengetahuan mengenai perbedaan menabung dan investasi, karakteristik instrumen investasi yang legal, risiko investasi, investasi syariah, serta penggunaan aplikasi digital secara bijak. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 18–19 April 2026 melalui survei kebutuhan, penyuluhan, diskusi interaktif, demonstrasi, praktik penyusunan anggaran dan simulasi investasi, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Target peserta berjumlah 38 orang. Kehadiran pada hari pertama mencapai 36 orang atau 94,73%, sedangkan hari kedua sebanyak 32 orang atau 84,21%. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 28 dari 36 peserta atau 77,78% mampu memahami konsep dasar literasi investasi, sedangkan 22 dari 32 peserta atau 68,75% mampu menggunakan telepon pintar untuk menyusun rencana keuangan dan simulasi investasi sederhana. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan edukatif dan praktik langsung relevan untuk memperkuat literasi keuangan pelajar. Pendampingan berkelanjutan tetap diperlukan agar peserta lebih konsisten menyusun anggaran, membedakan investasi legal dan ilegal, serta memilih instrumen investasi yang sesuai usia dan prinsip syariah.

Women’s economic empowerment based on local potential represents a strategic approach to strengthening community economic self-reliance. However, members of the Tonasa Sukses Mandiri Cooperative in Tombolo Pao District, Gowa Regency, continue to face various challenges in developing potato-based enterprises. Potatoes are generally marketed as fresh produce, resulting in limited value addition, while cooperative members also face constraints related to processing skills, packaging, business management, and digital marketing. This community engagement program aimed to strengthen women’s entrepreneurial capacity by promoting the downstream processing of potatoes into value-added products. The program employed a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach, comprising the identification of local potential and key challenges, participatory program planning, program implementation, and participatory monitoring and evaluation. The program was implemented through training in potato chip production, the application of appropriate simple technologies, assistance with packaging and branding, business management training, and digital marketing. The results demonstrated improvements in participants’ knowledge and skills in processing potatoes into value-added products, applying simple technologies to enhance production efficiency, developing product packaging and brand identity, maintaining basic financial records, and utilizing digital media for marketing purposes. The program contributed to strengthening the entrepreneurial capacity of women within a cooperative-based framework and to sustainably increasing the added value of potato commodities.

Pelaksanaan kegiatan magang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, inventarisasi dokumen, pengelompokan arsip berdasarkan tahun anggaran dan jenis belanja, serta penataan dokumen secara sistematis sesuai dengan standar pengarsipan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum optimalnya pemanfaatan sumber daya alam lokal, khususnya jeruk nipis (Citrus aurantifolia) dan daun pandan (Pandanus amaryllifolius), yang melimpah di Desa Mekarsari, Kecamatan Tambun Selatan, Kabupaten Bekasi, namun selama ini hanya dimanfaatkan sebagai pelengkap makanan dan minuman. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah komoditas lokal tersebut menjadi produk rumah tangga bernilai tambah berupa sabun cuci piring alami, sekaligus mendukung pemberdayaan ekonomi rumah tangga dan mengurangi ketergantungan pada produk komersial berbahan kimia sintetis. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui lima tahapan, yaitu identifikasi permasalahan dan analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan program, pelaksanaan pelatihan, monitoring dan evaluasi, serta keberlanjutan program. Pelatihan dilaksanakan pada Mei–Juni 2026 di RW 14 Desa Mekarsari dengan melibatkan 30 peserta ibu-ibu PKK. Kegiatan diawali dengan penyampaian materi, dilanjutkan demonstrasi oleh tim mahasiswa, dan praktik langsung oleh peserta dalam membuat sabun cuci piring menggunakan texapon, natrium klorida, air perasan jeruk nipis, dan ekstrak daun pandan sebagai bahan utama. Hasil pelatihan berupa 25 botol sabun cuci piring siap pakai dengan warna hijau muda alami, aroma segar khas pandan dan jeruk nipis, tekstur kental dan homogen, busa yang melimpah, serta daya bersih yang efektif mengangkat lemak. Peserta menunjukkan partisipasi aktif selama pelatihan dan antusiasme tinggi terhadap peluang pengembangan produk sebagai usaha skala rumah tangga. The method employed in this activity combined an education and action approach, specifically through socialization in the form of interactive lectures, followed by simulations or real-time practice in the field. The results of this activity indicated a significant improvement; participants not only received a conceptual knowledge transfer regarding financial literacy, but also gained clear guidance on adopting the QRIS payment system and understanding the eligibility requirements for accessing bank credit facilities as additional business capital. In conclusion, this financial and digital education intervention has proven effective in motivating entrepreneurs, organizing transaction records, and ultimately strengthening the resilience and sustainability of their businesses in the future.

The development of digital technology has transformed product marketing from conventional approaches to digital-based promotional strategies. Although many Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have utilized social media as a promotional platform, the quality of their promotional content remains limited and often fails to present product information in an attractive and professional manner. This condition highlights the need to strengthen MSMEs' competencies in developing effective digital promotional media. This community service program aimed to improve the knowledge and practical skills of MSME owners in designing digital product catalogs as a promotional tool. The program was conducted in Kendari City using a participatory educational approach consisting of three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation included presentations on the importance of digital promotion for MSMEs, demonstrations of digital catalog examples on Instagram, hands-on training in creating digital catalogs, participants' presentations, and program evaluation. The results indicated that participants gained a better understanding of digital promotion strategies, acquired practical skills in designing digital catalogs, and successfully produced attractive and informative promotional catalogs ready for publication on social media platforms. Overall, the program contributed to strengthening participants' digital competencies and supported the improvement of digital marketing practices among MSMEs.

Participants consisted of undergraduate students from the Faculty of Economics and Business. The implementation method included preparation, material delivery, simple simulation, and evaluation stages. The results indicated an increase in participants’ understanding of AI concepts, digital business opportunities, content creation strategies, and the ethical use of AI technology. Participants also demonstrated higher motivation to develop digital entrepreneurship initiatives utilizing AI-based platforms such as content generators, chatbot services, and digital marketing tools. Usaha jahit skala mikro merupakan salah satu penopang perekonomian lokal yang masih menghadapi hambatan struktural berupa lemahnya identitas merek dan minimnya pemanfaatan media pemasaran digital. Kondisi ini juga dijumpai pada Bulan Empat Textile, usaha jahit mikro di Kota Pangkalpinang, yang telah memiliki keterampilan menjahit mumpuni namun belum memiliki nama usaha, logo, dan strategi promosi yang terstruktur sehingga jangkauan pasarnya masih bergantung pada pelanggan lama. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis proses dan dampak kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pendampingan penguatan branding pada mitra tersebut. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan participatory action research yang mencakup enam tahapan, yaitu sosialisasi konsep branding, identifikasi nilai jual usaha, perancangan nama dan logo, penyusunan slogan, pelatihan pemanfaatan media sosial, serta pendampingan evaluatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan instrumen evaluasi sebelum-sesudah, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif dengan rujukan teori Resource-Based View, Brand Equity, dan Signaling Theory. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mitra berhasil memiliki identitas usaha yang utuh, yaitu nama "Bulan Empat Textile", logo berinisial B4 dengan palet warna Midnight Black dan Pearl Grey, serta slogan "Berkualitas di Setiap Cerita", yang kemudian diterapkan pada label, kemasan, dan akun media sosial usaha. Perubahan ini disertai peningkatan kepercayaan diri mitra dalam mempromosikan produknya serta pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai konsistensi visual sebagai modal membangun kepercayaan konsumen. However, most SMEs at Universitas Teknologi Mataram still face limitations in managing digital marketing, developing strong personal branding, and utilizing e-commerce platforms effectively. This community service program aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of SME owners through digital marketing and personal branding training based on e-commerce. The program employed a participatory approach consisting of needs assessment, training sessions, hands-on practice in developing digital promotional content, optimization of social media and marketplace platforms, and mentoring in implementing digital marketing strategies. Program evaluation was conducted through observation, discussions, and a comparison of pre-test and post-test results. The findings indicated that the training significantly improved participants' competencies across all assessed aspects. The average score increased from 50.2% in the pre-test to 83.8% in the post-test, representing an average improvement of 33.6%. The improvements covered participants' understanding of digital marketing, personal branding, e-commerce utilization, promotional content creation, and online product marketing skills. These results demonstrate that e-commerce-based digital marketing and personal branding training, supported by continuous mentoring, is effective in enhancing the digital competencies of SME owners and strengthening their product competitiveness in the era of digital transformation.

Perkembangan teknologi digital dan kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) telah membuka peluang baru dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris yang lebih interaktif, adaptif, dan berpusat pada peserta didik. Namun, pemanfaatan platform pembelajaran berbasis AI di tingkat sekolah menengah masih relatif terbatas, sehingga diperlukan kegiatan yang dapat memperkenalkan teknologi tersebut secara langsung kepada peserta didik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan program Smart Learning English with EnglishCentral serta mendeskripsikan respons siswa terhadap penggunaan EnglishCentral sebagai platform pembelajaran bahasa Inggris berbasis AI di SMA Negeri 1 Alasa. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi dan catatan lapangan selama pelaksanaan program pelatihan. Program dilaksanakan melalui tahap persiapan, penyampaian materi, demonstrasi penggunaan platform, praktik mandiri, serta diskusi dan refleksi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa memberikan respons yang sangat positif, ditandai dengan tingginya antusiasme, partisipasi aktif, motivasi belajar, serta kemampuan menggunakan fitur-fitur EnglishCentral untuk melatih keterampilan menyimak, berbicara, pengucapan, dan memperkaya kosakata. Platform ini juga mendorong kemandirian belajar melalui pemberian umpan balik secara langsung dan kesempatan belajar sesuai kemampuan masing-masing. Meskipun terdapat kendala berupa koneksi internet yang kurang stabil dan beberapa masalah teknis pada perangkat komputer, hambatan tersebut tidak mengurangi keterlibatan siswa selama kegiatan berlangsung. Program ini memberikan implikasi bahwa pemanfaatan platform pembelajaran berbasis AI dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif dalam mendukung pembelajaran bahasa Inggris sekaligus meningkatkan literasi digital peserta didik, serta berpotensi direplikasi di sekolah lain sebagai bagian dari inovasi pembelajaran pada era transformasi digital.

Administrative services, public services, and community activities are essential components of local government administration at the village level. The increasing public demand for fast, accurate, and effective services requires village governments to continuously improve the quality of their services. In supporting this effort, higher education institutions, through the Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN), play a strategic role in implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, particularly community engagement. This article aims to describe the role of students from the Christian Education Management Study Program of the Indonesian Christian State Institute (IAKN) Tarutung in supporting administrative services, public services, and community activities in Tomuan Village, Pematangsiantar City. The community service program employed a participatory and collaborative approach consisting of observation, coordination, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and direct participation during the program and were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach. The results indicate that the students contributed to administrative support by assisting in document management, record organization, and administrative reporting. In addition, they supported public services and actively participated in various community activities, including community clean-up programs, environmental initiatives, assistance with the UP2K PKK program, and other social activities. The students' involvement enhanced the effectiveness of administrative and public services while providing valuable practical experience in applying the knowledge and skills acquired during their academic studies. Therefore, the Community Service Program (KKN) serves as a tangible form of collaboration between higher education institutions and local government in improving the quality of public services and promoting community empowerment.

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di sektor kuliner menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan tata letak fasilitas yang efisien. Seblak Bang Faaz, sebuah usaha kuliner berbasis seblak di Kota Depok yang berdiri sejak 2024, mengalami permasalahan pada tata letak operasionalnya, meliputi bottleneck di area kasir, posisi kompor yang berdekatan dengan ruang makan, serta alur pergerakan pelanggan yang tidak linear. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi tata letak eksisting dan merancang usulan tata letak kombinasi process & product layout yang lebih efisien. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi lapangan langsung, wawancara dengan pemilik UMKM, dan analisis kebutuhan menggunakan pendekatan 5W+1H. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan tata letak kombinasi mampu memisahkan alur produksi dan alur pelayanan pelanggan secara lebih terstruktur: kompor dipindahkan ke sisi berventilasi, kasir direlokasi agar tidak menjadi titik kemacetan, dan orientasi meja makan diubah menjadi lebih nyaman. Kesimpulannya, adopsi tata letak kombinasi berpotensi meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, kenyamanan pelanggan, dan kapasitas pelayanan Seblak Bang Faaz secara signifikan.

Sampah organik rumah tangga masih menjadi tantangan utama dalam pengelolaan lingkungan di Indonesia. RW 05 Desa Cikadut, Kabupaten Bandung, menghadapi keterbatasan dalam pemilahan dan pengolahan sampah sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan pencemaran dan risiko kesehatan. Penelitian ini menawarkan kebaruan melalui integrasi metode Kompos Takakura, budidaya Black Soldier Fly (BSF), dan pembuatan insektisida alami sebagai model pemberdayaan masyarakat. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif pre-eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest, melibatkan 30 responden. Instrumen berupa kuesioner digunakan untuk mengukur perubahan pengetahuan dan sikap sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan (kategori baik meningkat dari 26,7% menjadi 100%; p<0,001) serta sikap positif (dari 16,7% menjadi 100%; p<0,001). Model ini tidak hanya berorientasi pada reduksi timbulan sampah, tetapi juga membangun kesadaran ekologis dan potensi ekonomi. The low level of financial literacy among Islamic boarding school students (santri) is an issue that requires serious attention. Students often struggle to manage their allowances, distinguish needs from wants, prepare simple budgets, and develop consistent saving habits. This Community Service activity (PKM) aims to improve the financial literacy of santri at Daarul Azmi Islamic Boarding School, Kp. Rawalembang, Cibinong Village, Gunung Sindur District, Bogor Regency, through personal financial management training integrated wirh Islamic values. The implementation methods included financial literacy counseling, simple budget preparation training, allowance management simulations, interactive discussions, educational games, and practical financial mentorinng. This activity involved 15 students from the Management Study Program of Universitas Pamulang under the supervision of a supervising lecturer and was held on March 12, 2026. The result showed significant improvements in the students’ understanding of financial literacy concepts, budgeting skills, ability to distinguish needs from wants, saving awareness, and confidence in making financial decisions. This program also successfully instilled Islamic Financial principles such as amanah (trustworthiness), qana’ah (contentment), and avoiding israf (extravagance). These findings affirm that integrating Islamic values in financial education significantly enhances the effectiveness of financial literacy training in the pesantren environment. Sustained mentoring programs are needed to maintain and optimize students’ financial management capabilities in the long term.

Kewirausahaan merupakan salah satu bidang yang terus didorong pengembangannya di lingkungan perguruan tinggi karena berperan besar dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja baru dan mengurangi angka pengangguran, terlebih di tengah percepatan transformasi digital yang mengubah pola bisnis secara menyeluruh. Himpunan Mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Negara (HIMAGARA) Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Universitas Negeri Makassar menginisiasi kegiatan Workshop Entrepreneur 2026 dengan tema “Smart Entrepreneur: Strategi, Innovation, and Growth” sebagai program kerja unggulan bidang perekonomian untuk menjembatani kesenjangan antara minat berwirausaha mahasiswa yang tinggi dengan bekal pengetahuan praktis yang masih terbatas. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 29 April 2026 di Ballroom D Phinisi UNM dan diikuti oleh 287 peserta yang berasal dari mahasiswa lintas program studi maupun masyarakat umum. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri atas tiga tahap, yaitu persiapan dan sosialisasi, realisasi kegiatan berupa pemaparan materi oleh tiga narasumber dari unsur akademisi, praktisi digital, dan pemerintah, serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep dasar kewirausahaan, strategi membangun merek melalui kerangka 4P, serta ekosistem dukungan pemerintah bagi pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah pemula. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi pemantik lahirnya wirausahawan muda yang adaptif, inovatif, dan siap bersaing di ekosistem bisnis digital.

Advancements in digital technology have prompted various organizations to adopt more effective and efficient work management systems. One widely used application is Trello, a Kanban-based platform that facilitates task management, team collaboration, and visual progress tracking. However, the Notary & Land Deed Official (PPAT) office of Anindita Dea Rosa, S.H., M.Kn. still manages its work using conventional methods, creating a risk of delays, administrative errors, and suboptimal staff coordination. This Community Service (PkM) initiative aims to enhance the partners' knowledge, skills, and capabilities in utilizing Trello as a digital task management tool. The methodology employed involved participatory training and mentoring conducted in four stages: needs analysis, three online training sessions, an offline training session featuring hands-on practice at the partner's workplace, and an evaluation using pre- and post-training questionnaires. The results indicate that prior to the training, 60% of participants were unfamiliar with Trello, and 80% relied on spreadsheets as their primary tool for work management. Following the training, all participants (100%) expressed interest in using the application. Furthermore, 80% of participants demonstrated improved understanding of Trello's functions—specifically board creation, card management, deadline setting, checklist usage, and team collaboration. Nevertheless, some participants still require further mentoring to fully optimize collaborative features and establish digital-based work habits. Overall, this Community Service activity successfully enhanced the partners' competence in managing tasks more systematically, collaboratively, and efficiently, thereby potentially improving service quality at the Notary & PPAT office.

Inventory is one of the key assets that supports business operations. A. Majid Store experienced several inventory management problems, including difficulties in monitoring stock availability, delays in obtaining inventory information, and time-consuming report preparation. This study aims to design an Inventory Accounting Information System using the First In, First Out (FIFO) method based on Microsoft Access. Data were collected through interviews and documentation. Based on the analysis of the existing system, a computerized inventory accounting information system was designed to manage inventory transactions, apply the FIFO method in inventory valuation, and generate inventory reports efficiently. The proposed system improves the accuracy of inventory records, accelerates information processing, and supports decision-making related to inventory management.

Community Service Activities (PKM) were conducted by a team from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. HAMKA, on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Jakarta, located on Jl. Garuda No. 33, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. This activity, titled “Building an Entrepreneurial Spirit since High School,” aimed to introduce students to the basic concepts of entrepreneurship and encourage them to build an entrepreneurial mindset as early as possible. A baseline assessment gathered from 120 students showed that 54.2% had never engaged in any entrepreneurial activity at all, reflecting a low level of practical experience despite most students already being at the senior-high level. This condition was compounded by a school policy prohibiting students from selling goods on school grounds, which closed off the practice space most accessible to them. The methods used included lectures, interactive discussion, a question-and-answer session, sharing of success stories from young entrepreneurs, and a simple business-idea exercise. Pre-test results indicated a fairly good baseline understanding, with 93.57% correct responses, while the post-test used an essay format so students could express their understanding more fully. The evaluation showed a marked shift in students’ perception of entrepreneurship, supported by family, peer, and teacher influence as well as constrained by low self-confidence, limited motivation, and fear of failure. The expected outcome of this activity is an increase in students’ awareness, creativity, and courage to take the first step toward becoming young entrepreneurs, grounded in honesty and integrity as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad SAW as a trader.
