This article describes the implementation and evaluates the effectiveness of a public lecture entitled&nbsp;"AI for Business: Strategy Transformation, Innovation, and Competitive Advantage in the Digital Era,"&nbsp;organized by the Business Administration Study Program, FISIP Mulawarman University. The event was attended by 70 students from the Class of 2025 using an expert-driven lecture method combined with interactive discussion. Pre-test and post-test evaluation revealed significant improvements: AI comprehension in a business context increased by 21.2%, interest in learning AI rose by 10.9%, and the average participant score improved from 3.97 (Good) to 4.35 (Very Good). This research is motivated by the importance of implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs in supporting environmental preservation and sustainable development. The research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were conducted through Focus Group Discussions (FGD) to obtain information regarding community perceptions, participation, and experiences related to the implementation of the company’s environmental programs. The results showed that the implementation of the Indonesia Green Program was carried out through several main activities, including clean water assistance, waste management and environmental revitalization, ecobrick programs, greening and tree seedling assistance, environmental education, and environmental infrastructure development. These programs had a positive impact on improving environmental quality and increasing public awareness in preserving the environment. In addition, the community development approach implemented by the company encouraged community involvement in program implementation, thereby supporting the sustainability of environmental activities in the assisted villages. However, the implementation of the program still faced several obstacles, such as budget limitations, uneven distribution of programs across all ring 1 villages, and differences in community participation levels in each area. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the four pillars of Corporate Social Responsibility programs carried out by PT Pasangkayu in improving the economic conditions of communities in Pasangkayu Regency. The four CSR pillars consist of education, health, environment, and economic empowerment. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that PT Pasangkayu has implemented the four CSR pillars through various community-based programs. In the education sector, the company provides educational assistance and capacity-building activities. In the health sector, it supports public health services and preventive health programs. Environmental programs focus on environmental conservation and community awareness. Meanwhile, economic empowerment programs include entrepreneurship training, support for micro and small enterprises, and community-based economic development initiatives. The implementation of these programs has contributed to increasing community income, strengthening local economic activities, and improving community self-reliance. One of the efforts to increase public legal awareness is through legal counseling programs conducted by Legal Aid Institutions. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of legal counseling conducted by the Legal Aid Institution of Keadilan Junjungan Bengkalis (LBH KNJB) in improving community legal awareness. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach using observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The findings indicate that legal counseling activities carried out by LBH KNJB have contributed positively to increasing public understanding of legal rights and obligations. The institution actively provides legal education through community outreach, legal consultation, client assistance, and legal awareness campaigns. Supporting factors include institutional commitment, government cooperation, and community participation. However, several obstacles remain, such as limited resources, uneven dissemination of legal information, and varying educational backgrounds of participants. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model manajemen kemitraan publik-swasta yang diimplementasikan dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat implementasi program bimbingan belajar bagi anak-anak Suku Bunggu. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data termasuk observasi dan tinjauan pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Pasangkayu (anak perusahaan PT Astra Agro Lestari) telah berkolaborasi dengan PKBM Mapasitujue, pemerintah daerah, kepolisian, Kementerian Agama, dan tokoh masyarakat untuk menyelenggarakan program Kejar Paket A, B, dan C sejak Juli 2023, dengan 27 peserta. Program CSR merupakan bentuk tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan yang dilaksanakan untuk membantu pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan usaha ekonomi, peningkatan keterampilan, serta pemberian bantuan modal usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari pihak perusahaan, pemerintah setempat, dan masyarakat penerima program CSR.</p> <p>Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program CSR pilar ekonomi yang dilaksanakan perusahaan memberikan dampak positif terhadap kondisi ekonomi masyarakat. Masyarakat yang sebelumnya memiliki pendapatan tidak tetap mulai mampu mengembangkan usaha kecil dan meningkatkan penghasilan keluarga melalui bantuan modal usaha, pelatihan keterampilan, dan pembinaan usaha produktif. Selain meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat, program kemitraan juga membantu menciptakan hubungan yang lebih harmonis antara perusahaan dan masyarakat sekitar. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya masih ditemukan beberapa hambatan seperti keterbatasan kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengelola usaha serta kurangnya pendampingan secara berkelanjutan.</p> <p>Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan program CSR pilar ekonomi oleh PT Astra Agro Lestari Pasangkayu telah berjalan cukup baik dan mampu membantu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. YY Cake and Bakery MSMEs are businesses in the food and bakery sector that have the potential to grow, but still face obstacles in the form of limited product innovation and the suboptimal implementation of digital bookkeeping in business financial management, making it difficult for business actors to develop competitive products and carry out systematic financial records. The methods used in this activity include observation, interviews, socialization, training, and mentoring, where observations and interviews are conducted to identify the needs and problems of MSMEs, innovation training is focused on developing more attractive product variations according to consumer needs, and digital bookkeeping training aims to improve the ability to record financial transactions effectively, efficiently, and structured based on digital technology. Di era digital saat ini, siswa tidak hanya dituntut untuk memiliki keterampilan desain tetapi juga mampu mengubah keterampilan tersebut menjadi peluang ekonomi kreatif. Namun, berdasarkan pengamatan awal, sebagian besar siswa masih menggunakan Canva hanya untuk tujuan akademis dan belum memahami potensinya untuk menghasilkan pendapatan. Metode pelaksanaan program ini menggunakan pendekatan sosialisasi dan pendidikan interaktif, yang meliputi penyampaian materi tentang konsep literasi visual, pengenalan fitur Canva, dan penjelasan tentang peluang monetisasi digital seperti pembuatan konten media sosial, penjualan template, dan jasa desain lepas. Kegiatan dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi pelajar yang telah akrab dengan teknologi digital, tetapi pemanfaatannya masih cenderung konsumtif dan belum diarahkan secara maksimal pada kegiatan produktif bernilai ekonomi kreatif. Metode kegiatan meliputi observasi awal, koordinasi dengan pihak sekolah, ceramah interaktif, demonstrasi Canva, praktik pembuatan desain, pendampingan berbasis proyek, diskusi, simulasi monetisasi, evaluasi, dan monitoring lanjutan. These conditions encouraged the implementation of a Community Service Program aimed at improving public knowledge and awareness of environmentally friendly waste management, promoting the habit of sorting waste from an early stage, and increasing concern for environmental greening. The activities carried out included waste management socialization for the community and the planting of 26 mahogany tree seedlings as a greening initiative. This study aims to analyze the implementation of CSR programs by PT Astra Agro Lestari in Martajaya Village, Pasangkayu Regency, West Sulawesi. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through interviews and direct observation involving company representatives, local government officials, and community beneficiaries. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman (1994), encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that PT Astra Agro Lestari implements CSR through four main pillars: Astra Cerdas (education), Astra Sehat (health), Astra Kreatif (economy), and Astra Hijau (environment), across six assisted villages including Martajaya. The programs are designed through a participatory consultative approach, ensuring community involvement from planning to evaluation. Overall, the CSR implementation has provided tangible benefits to the local community and contributed to strengthening the harmonious relationship between the company and the surrounding population. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed through field observation, in-depth interviews with stakeholders, and documentation review. The findings indicate that the Astra Cerdas Program operates multidimensionally, encompassing academic scholarships, incentives for contract teachers, strengthening of affiliated school facilities, and non-formal education interventions specifically targeting the indigenous Bunggu community. The program's success is supported by the company's long-term institutional commitment, cross-sector coordination among the private sector, schools, communities, and local government, as well as a program design grounded in the actual needs of the local community. The research was conducted as part of the Field Experience Practice (PPL) activity of the Public Administration Study Program at Tadulako University on May 8–9, 2026. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Research informants consisted of representatives from the Human Resource Development and Administration (HRDA) division of PT Astra Group and PT TSL, as well as the Secretary of Martajaya Village. The findings reveal that the company's CSR program is implemented through four main pillars—health, education, economy, and environment with the economic pillar designated as the primary priority. The flagship program under the economic pillar is Astra Kreatif, which encompasses micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) empowerment, livestock and fisheries sector development, and women's group empowerment. These programs have made positive contributions to community economic development through a village-based coordination mechanism that serves as a bridge between the company and the community. Nevertheless, program implementation still faces five major obstacles: limited public information transparency, minimal community participation in the program planning stage, cultural barriers arising from ethnic heterogeneity, limited geographic reach of the program's target areas, and weak inter-agency coordination. Recommended solutions include adopting an open CSR reporting system, applying a Participatory Program Planning approach, strengthening local wisdom-based strategies, expanding target areas with improved targeting mechanisms, and establishing a structured Multi-Stakeholder Partnership Forum. Although mediation is mandated by PERMA No. 1 of 2016 as a peaceful instrument, its overall success rate remains relatively low due to complex socio-economic issues. This empirical juridical study aims to analyze the effectiveness of mediators and the supporting and inhibiting factors influencing the process based on Soerjono Soekanto's legal effectiveness theory. Data were gathered through observation, in-depth interviews with judicial and non-judicial mediators, and documentary analysis, subsequently evaluated using descriptive qualitative methods. The findings indicate that while the formal implementation of mediation aligns with legal procedures, its effectiveness in curbing the divorce rate is constrained by the parties' lack of good faith, economic pressures, domestic violence, and the mediators' limited time due to heavy case backlogs. However, the application of humanistic communication strategies—such as triggering past romantic memories, optimizing the psychological layout of the mediation room, and executing caucuses—significantly contributed to a spike in successful mediations in 2025. Structurally, increasing the number of certified non-judicial mediators is essential to balance the heavy caseload and preserve family institution stability. Rendahnya pemanfaatan pemeriksaan kesehatan secara rutin serta masih ditemukannya faktor risiko hipertensi dalam masyarakat menjadi tantangan dalam upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian penyakit. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai hipertensi serta pentingnya deteksi dini melalui pemeriksaan kesehatan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Pasar Pagi, Kecamatan Samarinda Kota. Pelaksanaan kegiatan diawali dengan pengkajian komunitas melalui wawancara dan observasi lingkungan, dilanjutkan dengan pemeriksaan tekanan darah serta penyuluhan kesehatan mengenai hipertensi dan pola hidup sehat. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 5 orang peserta berusia 20–30 tahun. Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan rata-rata tekanan darah peserta sebesar 130/80 mmHg. Namun, pengetahuan mengenai donor darah masih perlu ditanamkan sejak usia remaja untuk membentuk sikap positif terhadap donor darah sebagai kegiatan kemanusiaan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi kesehatan mengenai donor darah kepada anggota Palang Merah Remaja (PMR) MTs Antasari Samarinda. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 12 Juni 2026 dengan sasaran 28 anggota PMR yang terdiri atas 16 siswa kelas VII dan 12 siswa kelas VIII. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi, dan tanya jawab dengan dukungan media PowerPoint, leaflet edukatif, dan banner kegiatan. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi pengertian donor darah, pentingnya donor darah, manfaat donor darah, persyaratan menjadi pendonor, mitos dan fakta donor darah, serta peran remaja dalam mendukung gerakan donor darah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mengikuti kegiatan dengan antusias, aktif berpartisipasi dalam diskusi, serta mampu menjawab pertanyaan evaluasi yang diberikan pada akhir kegiatan. Selain itu, peserta menunjukkan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai donor darah dan pentingnya peran remaja dalam mendukung kegiatan kemanusiaan. This community service activity aims to enhance financial literacy and mutual fund investment skills among members of the Cerdas Financial Community (CFC) Semarang, which represents Generation Z in Semarang City. The training was conducted at the Sinarmas Sekuritas Branch Building in Semarang, employing a methodology that combined theoretical introduction to mutual fund instruments with practical purchase simulations and direct asset monitoring. Results indicate a significant improvement in participants' understanding of mutual fund types, purchasing mechanisms, risk management, and defensive investment strategies amid uncertain economic conditions. Mutual funds are proven to be suitable instruments for Generation Z novice investors as they offer automatic diversification, are managed by professional investment managers, and can be initiated with affordable minimum capital. Furthermore, intense competition from well-known minimarkets with numerous branches further impacts Emerald Mart Batam's competitiveness. One proposed strategy to increase brand awareness is the implementation of innovative digital marketing. The research approach used was a qualitative approach, with data obtained from interviews and observations. The results showed that after implementing innovative digital marketing, Emerald Mart Batam successfully increased brand awareness, with an increase in the number of followers on its Instagram account of 600 new followers in the first 3 months with an average engagement rate of 7-10% per post. PT Pasangkayu, as a subsidiary of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, realizes this commitment through the "Astra Sehat" Program in its operational ring one area. However, empirical studies regarding the effectiveness and obstacles of this program specifically at the sub-district level are still very limited. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Astra Sehat Program by PT Pasangkayu in Martajaya Village, evaluate the benefits felt by the beneficiary community, and identify supporting and inhibiting factors for its implementation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with company management, sub-district officials, as well as field observations and secondary documentation. The research results show that the Astra Sehat Program in Martajaya Village is implemented consistently through the development of Posyandu Merpati and Sayang Toddlers. Real contributions include distributing intensive funds to cadres and providing additional food (PMT) to reduce stunting rates and improve maternal and child health. The main supporting factors are strong partnership relationships (social engagement), the commitment of the CSR team, and the active participation of PKK women and the sub-district government. The obstacles found include limited operational geographical service coverage and fluctuations in the level of citizen attendance. The implementation of the Astra Sehat Program by PT Pasangkayu has proven to have a positive social-health impact for the people of Martajaya Village. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative based on field observations, involvement in production activities, and documentation during an internship program from March to June 2026. The results indicate that news voice-over plays a vital role in the post-production stage to clarify visual content and maintain news narrative flow. Students were actively involved in 35 broadcasting and voice-over packages for the 'Kabar Sriwijaya Malam' program, covering various public issues in Palembang. The main challenges included technical constraints in studio camera operations and field journalism difficulties, such as finding reluctant sources at local markets. These challenges were successfully overcome through consistent vocal practice, pre-interview adjustments, and intensive technical guidance from network mentors. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pemasaran produk pupuk organik sehingga jangkauan pasar dan daya saing produk masih terbatas. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas digital pengelola BUMDes serta mengembangkan sistem pemasaran berbasis website guna memperluas akses pasar produk pupuk organik. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan pemberdayaan partisipatif yang meliputi Focus Group Discussion (FGD), pelatihan dan sosialisasi digital marketing, pengembangan prototipe website, implementasi sistem, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa FGD berhasil mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pemasaran digital dan fitur website yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasional BUMDes. Pelatihan yang diberikan meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesiapan pengelola dalam mengadopsi teknologi digital. Luaran utama kegiatan berupa prototipe website yang berfungsi sebagai media promosi, penyedia informasi produk, katalog digital, dan sarana komunikasi dengan pelanggan. Implementasi website terbukti mampu meningkatkan efektivitas penyebaran informasi produk, memperluas jangkauan pemasaran, serta meningkatkan kemampuan pengelola dalam mengelola pemasaran berbasis teknologi. Sriwijaya TV. The internship was conducted to understand the application of effective communication techniques in delivering information to audiences through television media. The main focus of this study is the use of communication styles by voice-over talents in presenting news scripts so that messages can be conveyed clearly, attractively, and easily understood by viewers.The methods used in preparing this report include participatory observation, direct practice, documentation, and active involvement in the news production process throughout the internship period. The author participated in various stages of work, including studying news scripts, recording voice-overs, adjusting intonation and speech tempo, and taking part in evaluations of recording results with the production team. In addition, the author gained experience in archiving reporting materials used for news editing purposes.The results of the internship indicate that the effectiveness of news delivery through voice-over is greatly influenced by the communicator’s ability to apply clear articulation, appropriate intonation, controlled speech tempo, and emphasis on important information. The selection of a suitable tone of voice according to the nature of the news also plays a significant role in building credibility and enhancing the attractiveness of the broadcast. Amidst the dominance of the digital era and the challenges of conventional IS learning in attracting students' interest, this research seeks to transform Islamic historical narratives into dynamic and relevant content through digital platforms familiar to adolescents. The PAR approach was chosen to ensure active collaboration between researchers and students, empowering them as agents in the learning process. The research cycle, which included planning, action, observation, and reflection, focused on developing participatory IS learning strategies based on social media. Through data analysis from questionnaires, observations, social media content analysis, and interviews, it was found that the use of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp significantly increased student engagement with IS material. Students demonstrated higher enthusiasm, deeper understanding, and the development of crucial digital skills. The Community Service Program (PKM) integrated with internship activities aims to provide technical assistance and strengthen internal communication governance through optimizing the Public Relations function at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of South Sumatra Province. The implementation method uses a qualitative descriptive approach based on a structured participatory assistance scheme by implementing students from March to April 2026. Intervention activities focused on three main programs, namely the reconstruction of information dissemination flows, assistance with internal communication media mixes, and mitigating sectoral barriers (silo mentality). The results of the activities show that the actualization of the internship student work program successfully optimized the role of Public Relations as a communication bridge (boundary spanner) that synchronizes leadership directives to employees through the utilization of a media mix, such as the implementation of structured coordination meetings, digital-based circular archiving, and agency communication group governance. These tactical interventions have proven effective in reducing operational and structural barriers, particularly overlapping understandings (message distortion) and delays in information flow due to high operational workloads. This activity involved 13 participants from the rural youth community divided into three groups. The method used was experiential learning through a series of group games, namely Mission Without Leader, Save The Egg, Problem Solving Race, and 3-Minute Spontaneous Idea. Evaluation was conducted through observation of participant activeness, collaboration skills, courage in expressing ideas, creativity, and initiative-taking ability, concluding with a reflection session. The results showed that all participants demonstrated high enthusiasm and developed five indicators of innovative character, namely initiative, creativity, collaboration, communication, and courage in decision-making. These findings were reinforced by reflection results indicating that participants were able to connect their experiences during the activity with daily life. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pembuatan konten kreatif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan (engagement) audiens pada akun media sosial Jobhunter yang dikelola oleh PT Sumsel Media Grafika (Tribun Sumsel). Melalui pendekatan studi kasus deskriptif kualitatif berbasis pengalaman praktik kerja lapangan (internship-based research) selama 16 minggu, data dihimpun melalui observasi partisipatif, dokumentasi logbook operasional harian, serta analisis metrik digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi pengelolaan konten dari sekadar publikasi informasi lowongan kerja statis menjadi konten video kreatif berbasis narasi realitas kerja (seperti fenomena bioskop perkantoran, benturan antargenerasi Gen Z dan Kolonial, serta relevansi jurusan kuliah) secara signifikan memicu interaksi audiens. Selama periode pengamatan, akun Jobhunter mencatat pertumbuhan pengikut sebesar 112%, jangkauan akumulatif (reach) sebesar 37.146 akun, dan total tayangan (views) mencapai 117.597 kali. Temuan krusial mengindikasikan bahwa jangkauan audiens baru didominasi oleh non-pengikut sebesar 82,4%, yang didorong oleh optimalisasi penyusunan naskah, teks visual interaktif, dan penulisan caption komunikatif yang sesuai dengan algoritma penyebaran video pendek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa podcast menjadi salah satu media relations yang efektif dalam membangun hubungan antara perusahaan media dengan publik. Melalui penyajian topik yang aktual, menghadirkan narasumber yang kredibel, serta distribusi melalui YouTube dan media sosial lainnya, podcast mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan audiens sekaligus memperkuat citra Tribun Sumsel sebagai media informasi yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi digital. This study aims to describe the role of psychological well-being as a supporting factor in the rehabilitation of drug inmates at the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) South Sumatra Prison. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation during the rehabilitation program. The results indicate that psychological well-being plays a role in increasing motivation to recover, helping inmates accept themselves, build more positive social relationships, and foster hope and purpose in life after undergoing rehabilitation. Various development programs, such as counseling, religious activities, and skills training, also support the improvement of psychological well-being of rehabilitation participants. Good psychological well-being helps individuals cope with stress during the recovery process and strengthens their readiness to return to optimal functioning in society. Internal mobility refers to the process of shifting employee positions within an organization—encompassing promotions, rotations, and demotions—to support operational effectiveness and employee competency development. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing observation, documentation, and interviews with relevant units during the internship period. The findings indicate that internal mobility has been implemented systematically based on objective parameters such as work competence, tenure, work experience, job status, and educational background. Between January and April 2026, 162 employees underwent internal mobility; job rotation was the most prevalent form (145 employees), followed by promotion (15 employees) and demotion (2 employees). The high rate of rotation reflects the company's proactive efforts to cultivate a workforce that is flexible and adaptable to the dynamic nature of railway operations. Internal mobility has proven beneficial for the company in meeting operational needs, and for employees by broadening work experience, fostering career development, and enhancing work motivation. This study aims to design and analyze a Local Area Network (LAN) topology based on the Extended Star topology combined with a Class C IPv4 addressing scheme (192.168.1.0/24), and to evaluate its fault tolerance characteristics through simulation using Cisco Packet Tracer. The method includes field observation, simulation experiments, and literature study, with two testing scenarios: normal operating conditions and backbone link-failure conditions. Results under normal conditions show a 100% ICMP packet delivery success rate (0% packet loss) with an average Round Trip Time (RTT) of 5 ms. However, under the backbone failure scenario, the network experienced total communication failure with 100% packet loss, confirming the vulnerability of a pure Star architecture to a single point of failure. The service quality provided is considered good based on SERVQUAL dimensions, including tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Data were collected through participatory observation, documentation, and interactive discussions during learning activities at the Balanga Museum. The results show that museum-based learning enhances students’ engagement, provides meaningful learning experiences, and improves their understanding of local history. Learning outside the classroom through direct observation of historical objects makes students more active and interested in learning history. The implementation of this service activity was carried out through data collection assistance from financial systems (SIMDA and SIPD), cross-data validation assistance, Microsoft Excel-based data processing, and data upload into the One Data Portal using electronic signatures certified by BSrE-BSSN. In practice, the existing E-Laporan platform suffered from recurring bugs, a static interface, and insufficient server performance during peak usage. This study aims to redesign (rewrite) a web-based E-Laporan prototype to operate reliably on a local server (localhost). The development method used was the Prototyping model, covering requirements analysis, UI/UX design (Figma), back-end development using Native PHP, MySQL database management, and Bootstrap-based interface styling, followed by functional testing. Black Box Testing results confirmed that all core features—including authentication, CRUD operations, form validation, and dashboard charts—functioned correctly. Two technical issues were resolved during development: a MySQL port conflict (3306 redirected to 3307) and data type precision errors in road length calculations (INT changed to FLOAT). The resulting prototype successfully eliminated data duplication and accelerated the digitalization of physical records. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, penyusunan materi dan template, sosialisasi, pelatihan, praktik input transaksi, pendampingan, diskusi, tanya jawab, serta evaluasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di MTs Saadatul Mahabbah Pamulang dengan peserta sebanyak 40 orang yang terdiri atas siswa dan perangkat sekolah. Target peserta berjumlah 38 orang. Kehadiran pada hari pertama mencapai 36 orang atau 94,73%, sedangkan hari kedua sebanyak 32 orang atau 84,21%. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 28 dari 36 peserta atau 77,78% mampu memahami konsep dasar literasi investasi, sedangkan 22 dari 32 peserta atau 68,75% mampu menggunakan telepon pintar untuk menyusun rencana keuangan dan simulasi investasi sederhana. This condition highlights the need to strengthen MSMEs' competencies in developing effective digital promotional media. This community service program aimed to improve the knowledge and practical skills of MSME owners in designing digital product catalogs as a promotional tool. The program was conducted in Kendari City using a participatory educational approach consisting of three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation included presentations on the importance of digital promotion for MSMEs, demonstrations of digital catalog examples on Instagram, hands-on training in creating digital catalogs, participants' presentations, and program evaluation. Participants consisted of undergraduate students from the Faculty of Economics and Business. The implementation method included preparation, material delivery, simple simulation, and evaluation stages. The results indicated an increase in participants’ understanding of AI concepts, digital business opportunities, content creation strategies, and the ethical use of AI technology. Kondisi ini juga dijumpai pada Bulan Empat Textile, usaha jahit mikro di Kota Pangkalpinang, yang telah memiliki keterampilan menjahit mumpuni namun belum memiliki nama usaha, logo, dan strategi promosi yang terstruktur sehingga jangkauan pasarnya masih bergantung pada pelanggan lama. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis proses dan dampak kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pendampingan penguatan branding pada mitra tersebut. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan participatory action research yang mencakup enam tahapan, yaitu sosialisasi konsep branding, identifikasi nilai jual usaha, perancangan nama dan logo, penyusunan slogan, pelatihan pemanfaatan media sosial, serta pendampingan evaluatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan instrumen evaluasi sebelum-sesudah, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif dengan rujukan teori Resource-Based View, Brand Equity, dan Signaling Theory. However, most SMEs at Universitas Teknologi Mataram still face limitations in managing digital marketing, developing strong personal branding, and utilizing e-commerce platforms effectively. This community service program aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of SME owners through digital marketing and personal branding training based on e-commerce. The program employed a participatory approach consisting of needs assessment, training sessions, hands-on practice in developing digital promotional content, optimization of social media and marketplace platforms, and mentoring in implementing digital marketing strategies. Program evaluation was conducted through observation, discussions, and a comparison of pre-test and post-test results. The findings indicated that the training significantly improved participants' competencies across all assessed aspects. The average score increased from 50.2% in the pre-test to 83.8% in the post-test, representing an average improvement of 33.6%. The improvements covered participants' understanding of digital marketing, personal branding, e-commerce utilization, promotional content creation, and online product marketing skills. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan program <em>Smart Learning English with EnglishCentral</em> serta mendeskripsikan respons siswa terhadap penggunaan EnglishCentral sebagai platform pembelajaran bahasa Inggris berbasis AI di SMA Negeri 1 Alasa. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi dan catatan lapangan selama pelaksanaan program pelatihan. Program dilaksanakan melalui tahap persiapan, penyampaian materi, demonstrasi penggunaan platform, praktik mandiri, serta diskusi dan refleksi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa memberikan respons yang sangat positif, ditandai dengan tingginya antusiasme, partisipasi aktif, motivasi belajar, serta kemampuan menggunakan fitur-fitur EnglishCentral untuk melatih keterampilan menyimak, berbicara, pengucapan, dan memperkaya kosakata. Platform ini juga mendorong kemandirian belajar melalui pemberian umpan balik secara langsung dan kesempatan belajar sesuai kemampuan masing-masing. Meskipun terdapat kendala berupa koneksi internet yang kurang stabil dan beberapa masalah teknis pada perangkat komputer, hambatan tersebut tidak mengurangi keterlibatan siswa selama kegiatan berlangsung. The increasing public demand for fast, accurate, and effective services requires village governments to continuously improve the quality of their services. In supporting this effort, higher education institutions, through the Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN), play a strategic role in implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, particularly community engagement. This article aims to describe the role of students from the Christian Education Management Study Program of the Indonesian Christian State Institute (IAKN) Tarutung in supporting administrative services, public services, and community activities in Tomuan Village, Pematangsiantar City. The community service program employed a participatory and collaborative approach consisting of observation, coordination, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and direct participation during the program and were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach. The results indicate that the students contributed to administrative support by assisting in document management, record organization, and administrative reporting. In addition, they supported public services and actively participated in various community activities, including community clean-up programs, environmental initiatives, assistance with the UP2K PKK program, and other social activities. The students' involvement enhanced the effectiveness of administrative and public services while providing valuable practical experience in applying the knowledge and skills acquired during their academic studies. Seblak Bang Faaz, sebuah usaha kuliner berbasis seblak di Kota Depok yang berdiri sejak 2024, mengalami permasalahan pada tata letak operasionalnya, meliputi bottleneck di area kasir, posisi kompor yang berdekatan dengan ruang makan, serta alur pergerakan pelanggan yang tidak linear. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi tata letak <em>eksisting</em> dan merancang usulan tata letak kombinasi <em>process &amp; product layout</em> yang lebih efisien. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi lapangan langsung, wawancara dengan pemilik UMKM, dan analisis kebutuhan menggunakan pendekatan 5W+1H. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan tata letak kombinasi mampu memisahkan alur produksi dan alur pelayanan pelanggan secara lebih terstruktur: kompor dipindahkan ke sisi berventilasi, kasir direlokasi agar tidak menjadi titik kemacetan, dan orientasi meja makan diubah menjadi lebih nyaman. RW 05 Desa Cikadut, Kabupaten Bandung, menghadapi keterbatasan dalam pemilahan dan pengolahan sampah sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan pencemaran dan risiko kesehatan. Penelitian ini menawarkan kebaruan melalui integrasi metode Kompos Takakura, budidaya <em>Black Soldier Fly</em> (BSF), dan pembuatan insektisida alami sebagai model pemberdayaan masyarakat. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif pre-eksperimental dengan rancangan <em>one group pretest-posttest</em>, melibatkan 30 responden. Instrumen berupa kuesioner digunakan untuk mengukur perubahan pengetahuan dan sikap sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan (kategori baik meningkat dari 26,7% menjadi 100%; p&lt;0,001) serta sikap positif (dari 16,7% menjadi 100%; p&lt;0,001). Model ini tidak hanya berorientasi pada reduksi timbulan sampah, tetapi juga membangun kesadaran ekologis dan potensi ekonomi. Students often struggle to manage their allowances, distinguish needs from wants, prepare simple budgets, and develop consistent saving habits. This Community Service activity (PKM) aims to improve the financial literacy of santri at Daarul Azmi Islamic Boarding School, Kp. Rawalembang, Cibinong Village, Gunung Sindur District, Bogor Regency, through personal financial management training integrated wirh Islamic values. The implementation methods included financial literacy counseling, simple budget preparation training, allowance management simulations, interactive discussions, educational games, and practical financial mentorinng. This activity involved 15 students from the Management Study Program of Universitas Pamulang under the supervision of a supervising lecturer and was held on March 12, 2026. The result showed significant improvements in the students’ understanding of financial literacy concepts, budgeting skills, ability to distinguish needs from wants, saving awareness, and confidence in making financial decisions. This program also successfully instilled Islamic Financial principles such as amanah (trustworthiness), qana’ah (contentment), and avoiding israf (extravagance). These findings affirm that integrating Islamic values in financial education significantly enhances the effectiveness of financial literacy training in the pesantren environment. Himpunan Mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Negara (HIMAGARA) Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Universitas Negeri Makassar menginisiasi kegiatan Workshop Entrepreneur 2026 dengan tema “Smart Entrepreneur: Strategi, Innovation, and Growth” sebagai program kerja unggulan bidang perekonomian untuk menjembatani kesenjangan antara minat berwirausaha mahasiswa yang tinggi dengan bekal pengetahuan praktis yang masih terbatas. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 29 April 2026 di Ballroom D Phinisi UNM dan diikuti oleh 287 peserta yang berasal dari mahasiswa lintas program studi maupun masyarakat umum. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri atas tiga tahap, yaitu persiapan dan sosialisasi, realisasi kegiatan berupa pemaparan materi oleh tiga narasumber dari unsur akademisi, praktisi digital, dan pemerintah, serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. One widely used application is Trello, a Kanban-based platform that facilitates task management, team collaboration, and visual progress tracking. However, the Notary &amp; Land Deed Official (PPAT) office of Anindita Dea Rosa, S.H., M.Kn. still manages its work using conventional methods, creating a risk of delays, administrative errors, and suboptimal staff coordination. This Community Service (PkM) initiative aims to enhance the partners' knowledge, skills, and capabilities in utilizing Trello as a digital task management tool. The methodology employed involved participatory training and mentoring conducted in four stages: needs analysis, three online training sessions, an offline training session featuring hands-on practice at the partner's workplace, and an evaluation using pre- and post-training questionnaires. The results indicate that prior to the training, 60% of participants were unfamiliar with Trello, and 80% relied on spreadsheets as their primary tool for work management. Following the training, all participants (100%) expressed interest in using the application. Furthermore, 80% of participants demonstrated improved understanding of Trello's functions—specifically board creation, card management, deadline setting, checklist usage, and team collaboration. Nevertheless, some participants still require further mentoring to fully optimize collaborative features and establish digital-based work habits. This study aims to design an Inventory Accounting Information System using the First In, First Out (FIFO) method based on Microsoft Access. Data were collected through interviews and documentation. Based on the analysis of the existing system, a computerized inventory accounting information system was designed to manage inventory transactions, apply the FIFO method in inventory valuation, and generate inventory reports efficiently. Garuda No. 33, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. This activity, titled “Building an Entrepreneurial Spirit since High School,” aimed to introduce students to the basic concepts of entrepreneurship and encourage them to build an entrepreneurial mindset as early as possible. A baseline assessment gathered from 120 students showed that 54.2% had never engaged in any entrepreneurial activity at all, reflecting a low level of practical experience despite most students already being at the senior-high level. This condition was compounded by a school policy prohibiting students from selling goods on school grounds, which closed off the practice space most accessible to them. The methods used included lectures, interactive discussion, a question-and-answer session, sharing of success stories from young entrepreneurs, and a simple business-idea exercise. Pre-test results indicated a fairly good baseline understanding, with 93.57% correct responses, while the post-test used an essay format so students could express their understanding more fully. The evaluation showed a marked shift in students’ perception of entrepreneurship, supported by family, peer, and teacher influence as well as constrained by low self-confidence, limited motivation, and fear of failure.
