Pengaruh Komunikasi Dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Bina Artha Semesta Di Kota Depok

This research aims to find out how communication and transformational leadership influence employee performance at PT Bina Artha Semesta, both partially and simultaneously. Researchers also found that there are many receivable invoices that are not collected every year due to less than optimal employee performance which is influenced by poor communication and less than optimal leadership. This research method uses quantitative methods with a sample size of 130 respondents. The data collection technique is by means of a questionnaire, and the data analysis techniques are validity test, reliability test, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that there is a significant influence between communication and transformational leadership on employee performance simultaneously. This can be seen from the value of the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 9.119 + 0.462 X1 + 0.329 X2. A constant of 9.119 indicates that if there is a change in the constant of the independent variable (X1 and The multiple correlation coefficient value shows that the communication variables (X1) and transformational leadership (X2) have a significant influence on employee performance (Y), with a significant change value F of 0.000 or less than 0.05, the correlation coefficient value is 0.724 and is positive. Where this value is in the interval 0.600 - 0.799, it means that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 0.524, so it can be concluded that the communication variables (X1) and transformational leadership (X2) influence the employee performance variable (Y) by 52.4% while the remaining 47.6% is influenced by other factors. Simultaneously testing the hypothesis obtained a calculated F value > F table or (69.829 > 3.07), this was also strengthened by a ρ value < Sig.0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). This shows that there is a significant simultaneous influence between communication and transformational leadership on employee performance at PT Bina Artha Semesta in Depok City.
