ORIENTASI KERJA ISLAMI VS KONVENSIONAL: PERAN MOTIVASI SPIRITUAL DAN KEPUASAN KERJA DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRODUKTIVITAS SDM ORGANISASI MODERN

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan mendasar antara orientasi kerja Islami dan konvensional, serta mengkaji peran motivasi spiritual dan kepuasan kerja dalam meningkatkan produktivitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) di lingkungan organisasi modern. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif berbasis kajian pustaka (library research) dengan sumber literatur dari tahun 2019 hingga 2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kerja Islami yang berlandaskan konsep ibadah, amanah, dan khalifah memberikan dimensi spiritual yang tidak terdapat dalam pendekatan konvensional. Motivasi spiritual yang bersumber dari nilai-nilai tauhid terbukti mampu memperkuat komitmen, integritas, dan kualitas kerja karyawan secara lebih berkelanjutan. Kepuasan kerja dalam perspektif Islam tidak semata-mata diukur dari aspek material, tetapi juga mencakup dimensi maslahah dan keseimbangan dunia- akhirat. Integrasi nilai-nilai Islami dalam manajemen SDM berpotensi menciptakan tenaga kerja yang lebih produktif, berintegritas, dan memiliki loyalitas jangka panjang terhadap organisasi.
