ANALISIS STRATEGI BERSAING MELALUI PENDEKATAN RESORCE BASED-VIEW GUNA MENCAPAI SUSTAINABLE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE (Studi desa wisata ketambe)

This research aims to identify overall resources and capabilities in the Ketambe Tourism Village that have the potential to be a source of competitive advantage through a resource based-view (RBV) approach. The research was carried out by dividing resources into four categories to identify all existing resources in tourist villages and analyzed using the VRIO framework. The VRIO framework is an analytical tool used to determine the nature of existing resources and capabilities. The results of the VRIO analysis are used as a basis for identifying the core competencies possessed. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected using observation and interview methods with purposive sampling of informants. The research results show that the Ketambe tourist village has a role and is competitive in the tourism industry
