From an Islamic economic viewpoint, the process of buying and selling should be carried out with honesty, fairness, and agreement between the individuals participating in the transaction. This study is intended to examine how QS is understood and interpreted. An-Nisa verse 29 discusses the principle of mutual agreement in buying and selling transactions and its importance in today's economic activities. This study uses a qualitative method based on library research, involving an analysis of the Qur’an, traditional interpretations of the text, and related scholarly works. The findings indicate that QS. An-Nisa verse 29 forbids gaining wealth in an unfair or illegal way and highlights the need for both parties to agree willingly in business dealings. Mutual consent is not only shown by an agreement between the seller and the buyer but also requires honesty, openness in providing information, and adherence to the principles of Islamic law. In today's transactions, especially in electronic commerce, this principle is essential for stopping fraud, lowering uncertainty, and ensuring the rights of both parties are protected. Therefore, mutual agreement plays a vital role in creating just and equitable exchanges that align with the principles of Islamic economics.
