Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, organizational commitment, and motivation on the performance of Kediri Customs and Excise employees. This study employs a quantitative approach using a saturation sampling technique involving 84 employees. Data analysis was conducted using statistical tests with the aid of SPSS version 26. The results show that, individually, competence, organizational commitment, and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the calculated t-values for each variable being greater than the critical t-values and significance levels < 0.05. Simultaneously, these three variables also significantly influence employee performance, as indicated by calculated F values greater than the critical F value and a significance level of < 0.05. Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected.
