EVALUASI KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT.X DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE RANKING METHOD

This study aims to evaluate employee performance at PT. X using the Ranking Method to improve objectivity and accuracy in performance assessments. At PT. X, the evaluation system currently in place has not been fully optimized to reflect individual performance accurately. The Ranking Method was chosen because it allows for a more systematic evaluation through comparisons between employees based on various predetermined criteria. This research uses a quantitative approach by analyzing employee performance data obtained from evaluations conducted over a specific period. The results of the study show that implementing the Ranking Method can enhance the objectivity of assessments, clarify performance differences between employees, and provide a more accurate picture of each employee's contribution to the company's goals. The implication of this study is the importance for PT. X to consider adopting the Ranking Method in their performance evaluation system to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of decision-making related to employee development. This study contributes to the development of a better performance evaluation system in manufacturing companies.
