Abstract

The Teh Poci Franchise is a franchise business engaged in the sale of ready-to-drink tea drinks at affordable prices and with a simple concept. Although it has a wide market potential, the long-term success of the Teh Poci Franchise is highly dependent on effective management. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the Teh Poci Franchise business in terms of managerial aspects, including planning, organizing, human resource management, marketing, and control. The results of the analysis show that the Teh Poci Franchise has good planning and a structured business model, but faces challenges in human resource management and quality control between branches. The marketing strategy used is quite effective, but more creative product and marketing innovation is needed to face competition. Tighter operational control and the use of technology in branch supervision are also needed to ensure quality is maintained. This study recommends improving training programs, product development, and technology implementation to support the sustainability of the Teh Poci Franchise business.
