PT Bella Agung Citra Mandiri Sidoarjo, which is located at Jalan Kedung Peluk Sidoarjo, is a springbed company. The company implements a system that focuses on achieving targets, so employees are required to be active in competing in the market by creating high-quality products. In the past three years, the company has experienced rapid development and managed to capture nearly 80% of the market share. This increase in sales is supported by various forms of motivation, facilities, and financial support from the company. Competition in business is getting tighter, so companies need to maintain the performance of their employees. However, in the company's operations, there are still several obstacles, such as employees who have not been able to achieve the set production targets. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, reward system and punishment on the performance of employees of PT Bella Agung Citra Mandiri Sidoarjo. This study uses a sample of 100 respondents and the method used in this study uses a quantitative method to collect data using a questionnaire. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient, and Hypothesis Test, namely Test F and Test T. Then the analysis tools used in this study use SPSS version 30. While the data used is primary data. Primary data was obtained based on respondents' answers to a questionnaire distributed by the researcher to employees of PT Bella Citra Agung Mandiri Sidoarjo. And the results of this research partially show that organizational culture, reward system and punishment have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Bella Agung Citra Mandiri Sidoarjo.
