Pengaruh Transformational Leadership, Budaya Organisasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Dinas Kelautan Dan Perikanan Provinsi Jawa Timur

This research was conducted at the Marine and Fisheries Service of East Java Province. This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture and work environment partially on the performance of employees of the Marine and Fisheries Service of East Java Province. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The sample taken was 65 employees at the Marine and Fisheries Service of East Java Province. The analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) determination coefficient test (R²) which were processed using the SPSS version 30 program. The results of the study concluded that partially there is a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of <0.001 from 0.05. Organizational culture partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of <0.001 from 0.05. The work environment partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of <0.001 from 0.05. Transformational leadership, organizational culture, and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the East Java Provincial Marine and Fisheries Service. This can be seen from the significant value of F of <.001b from 0.05. This study is expected to be used as a reference and supporting material in decision making for the East Java Provincial Marine and Fisheries Service related to transformational leadership (X1), organizational culture (X2), and work environment (X3) at the East Java Provincial Marine and Fisheries Service.
