Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of incentives, work environment and work motivation on employee productivity in Home Industry Souvenir Packybag Vintage. This study was conducted using a quantitative method. The sample in this study were all employees in Home Industry Souvenir Packybag Vintage with a population of 35 respondents. Data collection tools using questionnaires, the scale preparation method using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. The test tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26.0 software. From the results of the calculation table, it can be seen that all indicators of incentive variables, work environment and work motivation on employee productivity with 23 statements have results that the overall value of r count> r table. So it can be stated that all indicators used in this study are VALID. The next result with t-test with incentive variable, and significance value 0.001 <0.05 and seen from the comparison of t-count of 3.812> t-table of 2.039 so it can be concluded that H01 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted which means there is an influence between incentive variables, on employee productivity significantly. In the work environment variable (X2), the significance value is 0.003 <0.05 and seen from the comparison of t-count of 3.809> t-table of 2.039 so it can be concluded that H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted which means there is an influence between work environment variables on work environment significantly. In the work motivation variable (X3), the significance value is 0.001 <0.05 and seen from the comparison of t-count of 2.650> t-table of 2.039 so it can be concluded that H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted which means there is an influence between work motivation variables on employee productivity significantly. It is known that the sign value is 0.003 <0.05 and the calculated F value is 5.669> 3.29 so it can be concluded that H04 is rejected Ha4 is accepted which means that there is a simultaneous influence by incentive variables, work environment and work motivation on employee productivity variables.
