This study aims to analyze the influence of workload, work stress, and work fatigue on employee performance at Cafe Kopi Flores in Buduran, Sidoarjo. The background of this research arises from the decline in employee performance, which is suspected to be affected by high job demands, emotional pressure, and physical as well as mental exhaustion experienced by employees. This research employs a quantitative approach with a total sampling technique involving 31 employees as respondents. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression through SPSS. The results show that workload, work stress, and work fatigue significantly influence employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Workload and work stress tend to negatively affect performance, while work fatigue also contributes to decreasing employee productivity and work quality. These findings highlight the importance of managing workload, controlling stress, and preventing burnout to improve employee performance in service industries, particularly within café settings.
