PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI INSTANSI

Background of this research is the performance gap at the Manpower Office of Bandung City, as indicated by the achievement of Employee Performance Targets (SKP) which is rated as Fair. This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the institution. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a saturated sample technique to 58 ASN respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance partially (sig. 0.044 < 0.05), and Work Discipline also has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (sig. <0.001 < 0.05). Furthermore, Work Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with a contribution of 48.4% (R Square). These findings indicate that improving employee performance can be achieved through integrated management of motivation and work discipline.
