Peran Disiplin Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Di Kelurahan Cinere Depok

This study aims to analyze the role of work discipline and work environment on the performance of officials in Cinere Subdistrict, Depok City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of subdistrict officials directly involved in the implementation of tasks and public services. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively in a descriptive manner through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results indicate that the work discipline of the Cinere Village officials has been implemented through adherence to working hours, regulations, and service procedures; however, its execution has not been entirely consistent, particularly regarding punctuality and the utilization of working hours. The non-physical work environment is fairly conducive, marked by harmonious working relationships and cooperation among employees, whereas the physical work environment still faces limitations in facilities and infrastructure, which impacts work effectiveness. Work discipline and the work environment together play an important role in influencing the performance of personnel, particularly in aspects such as service quality, timeliness, and work responsibility. Therefore, it is necessary to make consistent efforts to improve work discipline as well as continuously enhance the work environment to support the improvement of sub-district personnel performance.
