Pengaruh Komunikasi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Ciputat Kota Tangerang Selatan

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of communication and motivation on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Ciputat Branch, South Tangerang City. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sampling technique used is Slovin sampling with a 10% error level, resulting in 62 respondents. Data analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that communication has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 47.2% and the hypothesis test obtained tcount > ttable (7.328 > 2.000). Motivation also has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 57.1% and the hypothesis test obtained tcount > ttable (8.932 > 2.000). Communication and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 8.055 + 0.256X1 + 0.558X2. The coefficient of determination value is 60.0%, while the remaining 40.0% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount > Ftable (44.226 > 2.761)..
