This type of research is quantitative. The population studied in this research were all employees at Mauza Gallery Factory. The number of samples in this study was 50 respondents. The sample collection technique in this research was carried out using saturated sampling. The data collection technique used in this research was a questionnaire distributed to all Mauza Gallery Factory employees. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Services Solution) software version 29.0. The research results show that reward and punishment partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at Mauza Gallery Factory. By relying on literature sources available on the internet, such as journals, articles, and industry reports, this research analyzes various elements of the work environment that can have an impact on employee well-being. Some of the main factors found in this study include work flexibility, supportive organizational culture, use of technology, and stress management. The results showed that flexibility in working hours and work location, a collaborative culture that supports open communication, and wise use of technology can increase job satisfaction and reduce stress. However, excessive use of technology without balance with social interaction can lead to psychological problems such as digital stress. In the rapidly growing digital era, MSMEs face challenges in managing financial statements effectively to support strategic decision-making. Accounting digitalization offers solutions through transaction recording efficiency, ease of data access, and increased accuracy of financial statements. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through a survey of 100 MSME actors in various industrial sectors. In addition, the in-depth interview method is used to obtain a qualitative perspective.Research results show that the adoption of digital accounting technology, such as cloud-based financial applications, significantly increases operational efficiency and financial transparency. MSMEs that have implemented accounting digitization recorded an average increase in net profit of 20% compared to MSMEs that still use traditional methods. This finding also reveals that the main obstacle in the implementation of digitalization is the lack of technological literacy and initial investment costs.This research recommends training and digital literacy education for MSMEs as well as the provision of incentives by the government or financial institutions to support digital transformation. Pengujian dalam penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji instrumen (uji validitas dan reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas), regresi linier berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa semua instrumen dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Hasil uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan bahwa semuanya memenuhi kriteria. Hasil uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F) menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel yaitu rekrutmen, <em>organizational citizenship behavior</em> dan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Analisis koefisien menunjukkan Adjusted R square sebesar 0,728. This can be seen from the value of the regression equation, namely Y = 4.552 + 0.298 X1 + 0.595 X2. The constant of 4.552 indicates that Customer Satisfaction (Y) will be worth 4.552 if Service Quality (X1) and Claim Settlement (X2) are equal to zero. If other independent variables remain Service Quality increases by 1%, then the Customer Satisfaction (Y) will increase by 0.298. The correlation coefficient value is 0.850 and is positive. where the value is in the interval 0.800-1,000 meaning that the two variables have a very strong relationship. The results of the study indicate that partially, Work Environment (X1) has a significant positive influence on Employee Performance, with a t-count value of 3.127 and a significant value of 0.003. Teamwork (X2) also has a significant positive influence, with a t-count value of 5.345 and a significant value of 0.000. Job Stress (X3) has a significant positive influence on Employee Performance, with a t-count value of 2.734 and a significant value of 0.010. Untuk mengukur efektivitas desain menggunakan metode <em>EPIC </em>(<em>Empathy, Persuation, Impact, Communication</em>). The research population consists of 43 employees. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample, where the entire population is used as the sample. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with measurements based on a Likert scale, and the data was processed statistically using multiple linear regression analysis with the equation Y = 2.795 + 0.106X1 + 0.038X2. Esa Solusi Mandiri (ESACO). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 44 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial harga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan klien dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,005, lokasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan klien dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,038 dan pemasaran media sosial juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Selanjutnya uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan klien, dengan nilai F sebesar 70,920 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Kemudian koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 84,2% menunjukkan bahwa harga, lokasi dan pemasaran media sosial memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. This type of research is quantitative. The population studied in this research were all employees at PT Pertamina Retail. The number of samples in this study was 50 respondents. The sample collection technique in this research was carried out using saturated sampling. The data collection technique used in this research was a questionnaire distributed to all PT Pertamina Retail employees. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Services Solution) software version 29.0. The research results show that compensation, motivation and work discipline partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Pertamina Retail. Utilizing a qualitative research approach, this study involved five informants who are business actors in the dessert sector. The results indicate that Instagram &nbsp;serves as a primary platform that facilitates interaction between business actors and consumers while expanding audience reach. Several key factors identified include hobbies as the main motivation, consistency in content posting, relevance to current trends, and maintaining good relationships with </em><em>Loyal Consumers. Additionally, the ease of access and interactive features of Instagram , such as stories and reels, contribute to the effectiveness of promotions.
