<p><em>This study aims to analyze the influence of recruitment and work discipline on employee performance</em> <em>at PT Sinar Jernih Sarana in South Tangerang. Recruitment is understood as the process of selecting and placing employees appropriately according to the company’s needs, while work discipline includes employee compliance with established rules and work standards. Employee performance is measured based on productivity, work quality, and efficiency in carrying out assigned tasks. This research employs a quantitative method using a survey approach and data analysis through multiple linear regression techniques. The sample consists of 100 randomly selected employees. The results indicate that effective recruitment has a positive impact on employee performance, and work discipline also significantly contributes to improving performance. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that effective recruitment and strong work discipline can enhance employee performance at PT Sinar Jernih Sarana. <p><em>This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and job training on the performance of Generation Z employees at PT Cipta Nindita Nusapala, East Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The research data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to Generation Z employees working in the company. The independent variables in this study are transformational leadership and job training, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The regression analysis results indicate that transformational leadership and job training have a positive influence on employee performance. The regression coefficient of transformational leadership is 0.339, indicating that improvements in transformational leadership can enhance employee performance. Meanwhile, the regression coefficient of job training is 0.389, showing that job training has a greater effect in improving employee performance. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of effective transformational leadership and appropriate job training programs for Generation Z employees can significantly improve employee performance. <p><em>Abstract</em><em>- This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Ciseeng District Office. Discipline and motivation are two important factors influencing employee performance in providing optimal public services. The method used was quantitative with an associative approach. The sample in this study consisted of 61 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests. The results of the analysis indicate that, partially, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, as does work motivation. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Thus, improving discipline and motivation can improve employee performance at the Ciseeng District Office.</em></p>Siti HolisohSuprapto Suprapto

<p><em>The growth of the culinary industry in Indonesia has intensified competition in creating purchase intention. Purchase intention refers to a consumer’s desire to purchase a product or service after undergoing an evaluation and consideration process. In the culinary industry, Product Innovation and Content Marketing in the digital era have become key factors influencing purchase intention. Delscakery faces competitive pressure from Fudgy Bro and Cakeexpress, which are also striving to increase their purchase intention. This study aims to examine the partial effects of Product Innovation, Content Marketing, and Brand Awareness on Purchase Intention among consumers Delscakery in Blok M. This type of quantitative research. The technique of determining the population uses non-probability sampling. The population in this study is unknown. The sample used in this study was 97 respondents, using the accidental sampling method and using the Lemeshow formula. In this study, data were analyzed using the SPSS version 26 program and Microsoft Excel 2024. <p><em>This study aims to explain the concept and system of Islamic economics as a comprehensive solution (kaffah), integrating the dimensions of faith, sharia, and morality in every economic activity to achieve happiness in this world and the hereafter (falah). This study uses a library research approach by critically reviewing and in-depth review of various relevant sources, such as books and scientific journals. Data is analyzed descriptively to provide a systematic overview of the principles of Islamic economics. The research demonstrates that Islamic economics is a social science built on a foundation of revelation (the Qur'an and Sunnah). Unlike capitalist systems, Islam does not separate economics from ethics. Humans are viewed as trustees (wali) who have the freedom to strive but are bound by moral constraints and sharia law. This system also recognizes a broader concept of rationality, encompassing devotion to the Creator and the welfare of others. Islamic economics is an integral system that unites material and spiritual aspects. <p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><em>. </em><em>This study aims to see the effect of Current Ratio and Debt to Assets Ratio on Return on Assets at PT Matahari Department Store TBK. Period 2014-2024. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. Data analysis used are: Descriptive Statistical Test, Normality, Multicollinearity, Heteroscedasticity, Autocorrelation, Multiple Linear Regression, t-test (partial), f-test (simultaneous), Determination Coefficient (R2). The t-test results show that Current Ratio has a significant effect on Return on Assets with t count (2.921) > t table (2.365) and significance of 0.019 < 0.05. Meanwhile, Debt to Assets Ratio does not have a significant effect on Return on Assets with t count (1.328) < t table (2.365) and significance of 0.221 > 0.05. The F-test results show that Current Ratio and Debt to Assets Ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on Return on Assets with F count (4.460) ≈ F table (4.46) and significance of 0.050 = 0.05. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) of 0.409 or 40.9% indicates that both independent variables can explain the variation in Return on Assets by 40.9%, while the remaining 59.1% is influenced by other factors outside this study.</em></p>Bait Dwi UmbiBulan Oktrima

<p><em>This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of Locus of Control on Employee Performance, Reward on Employee Performance, and Locus of Control and Reward simultaneously (together) on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Harmoni Branch Office, Background Employee performance is a key determinant of a company's success. At PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk., Harmoni Branch Office, employee performance evaluations for the 2022-2024 period show fairly good results but still require improvement efforts. Furthermore, attendance data indicates a significant number of employee absences, especially in 2023, suggesting an issue that could affect performance. This problem is suspected to be influenced by internal employee factors such as Locus of Control and also management policies such as the provision of Reward. Methodology The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a survey approach. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the aid of the SPSS version 27 program. Results t-test results indicate that Locus of Control has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, evidenced by the calculated t-value (t count = 7.556) being greater than the t-table value (t table = 1.980) and the significance value (0.000) being less than 0.05. Reward is also proven to have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. F-test results indicate that Locus of Control and Reward simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. Overall, Locus of Control and Reward are proven to significantly influence Employee Performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Harmoni Branch Office, Central Jakarta. <p>Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya penerapan sistem bagi hasil dalam akad mudharabah sebagai salah satu mekanisme kerja sama dalam ekonomi syariah yang menekankan prinsip keadilan, transparansi, dan kemitraan antara pemilik modal dan pengelola usaha. Dalam praktiknya, penerapan sistem bagi hasil pada lembaga keuangan syariah belum sepenuhnya berjalan sesuai dengan konsep ideal ekonomi Islam karena masih terdapat berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan pengawasan usaha, risiko pembiayaan, serta rendahnya transparansi dalam pelaporan keuntungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem bagi hasil dalam akad mudharabah serta menjelaskan penerapannya dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan memanfaatkan berbagai sumber literatur seperti buku, artikel, jurnal ilmiah, dan referensi lain yang berkaitan dengan akad mudharabah dan sistem bagi hasil. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk memahami konsep, prinsip, serta mekanisme bagi hasil dalam akad mudharabah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem bagi hasil dalam akad mudharabah merupakan bentuk kerja sama usaha antara pemilik modal dan pengelola usaha yang didasarkan pada kesepakatan pembagian keuntungan melalui nisbah yang ditentukan di awal akad. Dalam sistem ini, keuntungan dibagi sesuai kesepakatan, sedangkan kerugian ditanggung oleh pemilik modal selama tidak disebabkan oleh kelalaian pengelola usaha. Mekanisme tersebut mencerminkan prinsip keadilan, tanggung jawab, dan keseimbangan dalam ekonomi syariah. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem bagi hasil dalam akad mudharabah dapat menjadi alternatif yang sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi syariah dalam kegiatan usaha karena menghindari unsur riba serta mendorong kerja sama yang adil antara para pihak yang terlibat.</p>Intan Ayu Lestari

<p>Fraud is a risk that is prone to occur in organizations engaged in direct financial transaction activities, including regional government-owned enterprises. PD Pasar Surya Surabaya has the potential for fraudulent practices, particularly among market levy collectors, thus requiring effective preventive measures. This study aims to analyze the effect of internal control, compensation suitability, and organizational ethical culture on fraud prevention, both partially and simultaneously. The research employs a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. The population consists of all active levy collectors of PD Pasar Surya Surabaya, totaling 40 individuals, using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results indicate that internal control, compensation suitability, and organizational ethical culture have a significant effect on fraud prevention, both individually and collectively. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover dan Net Profit Margin terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data sekunder yang berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan publik sub sektor kosmetik dan keperluan rumah tangga yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2024. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sampling jenuh berdasarkan kriteria tertentu dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 5 dari 9 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan alat pengolahan data menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2019 dan program IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Net Profit Margin tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. <p><span class="s18">Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis</span><span class="s18"> berbagai strategi adaptasi </span><span class="s18">Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam merespons perubahan perilaku konsumen di tengah perkembngan ekonomi digital. </span><span class="s18">k</span><span class="s18">emajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah memicu perubahan </span><span class="s18">signifikan </span><span class="s18">alam kebiasaan konsumsi masyarakat, di mana </span><span class="s18">konsumen semakin memanfaatkan </span><span class="s18">teknologi digital dalam mencari informasi produk, melakukan transaksi, dan berinteraksi dengan pelaku usaha. Perubahan tersebut menuntut UMKM </span><span class="s18">agar mampu beradaptasi terhadap </span><span class="s18">memanfaatkan teknologi digital </span><span class="s18">u</span><span class="s18">ntuk mempertahankan daya saing dalam lingkungan bisnis yang kian dinamis</span><span class="s18">. </span><span class="s18">Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan berpedoman pada Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA)</span><span class="s18">.</span><span class="s18"> Proses penelusuran literatur dilakukan melalui beberapa basis data ilmiah, yaitu Google Scholar, Portal Garuda, DOAJ, SINTA, dan Neliti pada rentang tahun 2018–2025. Dari hasil proses seleksi literatur diperoleh **15 artikel* yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi untuk dianalisis secara kualitatif. </span><span class="s18">T</span><span class="s18">emuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa </span><span class="s18">strategi adaptasi utama yang dilakukan oleh </span><span class="s18">UMKM dalam menanggapi dinamika perilaku konsumen </span><span class="s18">meliputi *digitalisasi bisnis, pemanfaatan media sosial dan digital marketing, serta inovasi produk dan layanan*. Digitalisasi usaha terbukti </span><span class="s18">dapat memperluas cakupan pasar, meningkatkan efektivitas operasional, serta menguatkan daya saing UMKM.</span><span class="s18">Namun demikian, proses transformasi digital </span><span class="s18">masih menghadapi sejumlah kendala, seperti</span><span class="s18"> keterbatasan </span><span class="s18">kemampuan literasi digital yang rendah, modal yang terbatas, dan infrastruktur teknologi yang belum merata. <p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment and motivation on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Ciputat Branch, South Tangerang City. The research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires using the Slovin formula, resulting in 62 respondents representing a population of 160 employees. Data analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing.The results indicate that the physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the hypothesis test where t-count > t-table (9.318 > 1.671). Motivation also significantly affects employee performance with t-count > t-table (9.101 > 1.671). Simultaneously, the physical work environment and motivation influence employee performance with F-count > F-table (60.672 > 4,004). <p><em>The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of communication and motivation on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Ciputat Branch, South Tangerang City. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sampling technique used is Slovin sampling with a 10% error level, resulting in 62 respondents. Data analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that communication has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 47.2% and the hypothesis test obtained tcount > ttable (7.328 > 2.000). <p>Prosedur vouching merupakan salah satu teknik audit substantif yang digunakan untuk memverifikasi eksistensi dan validitas transaksi keuangan melalui penelusuran pencatatan akuntansi ke dokumen sumber. Dalam konteks praktik audit di Indonesia, efektivitas prosedur ini menjadi penting mengingat perannya dalam mendeteksi kesalahan material dan mendukung kualitas opini auditor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas pelaksanaan vouching dalam praktik audit berdasarkan refleksi pengalaman magang serta wawancara dengan auditor senior. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung terhadap pelaksanaan prosedur audit di sebuah Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP), serta melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan tiga auditor senior berpengalaman. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis isi kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi tema dan makna dari tanggapan narasumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas prosedur vouching ditentukan oleh kualitas dan kelengkapan bukti, pemahaman konteks transaksi, keterlibatan aktif auditor junior, serta komunikasi efektif dalam tim audit. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely 80 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. The results of this study are organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 55.6% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (9.277> 1.990). Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 69.6% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (12.478> 1.990). <p>Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) umumnya diposisikan sebagai intervensi gizi untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Namun, dalam perspektif manajemen, MBG juga merupakan sistem rantai pasok pangan publik berskala besar yang mencakup perencanaan kebutuhan, pengadaan bahan baku, pengelolaan pemasok, distribusi, pengendalian mutu, pelacakan, dan evaluasi kinerja. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana manajemen rantai pasok MBG dapat mendukung ketahanan pangan nasional. Penelitian menggunakan studi literatur naratif dengan penelusuran terarah terhadap artikel jurnal 2021–2026 dan dokumen resmi pemerintah yang relevan dengan <em>school feeding</em>, <em>public food procurement</em>, <em>local sourcing</em>, <em>food supply chain resilience</em>, digitalisasi agro-pangan, dan implementasi MBG di Indonesia. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa MBG memiliki potensi strategis sebagai instrumen pengadaan pangan publik yang tidak hanya memperbaiki akses gizi kelompok sasaran, tetapi juga membentuk permintaan yang stabil bagi pangan lokal, memperluas pasar bagi petani, peternak, UMKM, dan BUMDes, serta mendorong transformasi sistem pangan. Namun, manfaat tersebut tidak bersifat otomatis. Literatur menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan program makan sekolah sangat dipengaruhi oleh tata kelola pengadaan, hubungan pembeli-pemasok, keamanan pangan, diversifikasi komoditas, integrasi data, dan kapasitas monitoring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekspor, tenaga kerja, utang luar negeri, inflasi, dan investasi sektor ekonomi terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan regresi linier berganda (Multiple Regression Analysis Model). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap PDB Indonesia adalah variabel ekspor, tenaga kerja dan investasi sektor ekonomi. Sedangkan variabel utang luar negeri dan inflasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap PDB Indonesia. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh mekanisme <em>Good Corporate Governance </em>(GCG) terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2021–2024. Mekanisme GCG diproksikan melalui ukuran dewan komisaris, frekuensi rapat dewan komisaris, dan proporsi dewan komisaris independen, sedangkan kinerja keuangan diukur menggunakan <em>Growth</em> <em>Return on Assets (Growth ROA</em>). Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode <em>purposive sampling</em>, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 44 perusahaan perbankan (114 observasi setelah eliminasi outlier). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran dewan komisaris berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Sebaliknya, frekuensi rapat dewan komisaris tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Adapun proporsi dewan komisaris independen ditemukan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap <em>Growth ROA</em>. <p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Experience and Online Customer Reviews on Consumer Satisfaction at FamilyMart Wolter Monginsidi branch, South Jakarta. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique uses the Rao Purba formula with a sample size of 96 respondents. Data analysis was carried out through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results show that Brand Experience and Online Customer Reviews have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 2.737 + 0.182 (X1) + 0.320 (X2). The correlation coefficient (R) value of 0.749 indicates a strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.560 or 56% indicates the contribution of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable, while the remaining 44% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Partially, the Brand Experience hypothesis test produces a calculated t value of 7.094> t table 1.985 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is a significant influence of Brand Experience on Consumer Satisfaction. The partial test of Online Customer Review produces a calculated t value of 10.091> t table 1.985, so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, which means there is a significant influence of Online Customer Review on Consumer Satisfaction. The results of the F test show a calculated F value of 59.278> F table 2.700 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Berangkat dari fenomena tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan <br>bagaimana teori-teori ekonomi yang mapan dapat ditransformasikan menjadi strategi penguatan ekonomi <br>yang aplikatif. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka, riset ini melakukan tinjauan <br>mendalam terhadap literatur otoritatif, jurnal ilmiah, serta dokumen penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. <br>Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa jembatan antara teori dan implementasi dapat diwujudkan melalui empat <br>pilar utama: peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, akselerasi pemberdayaan sektor Usaha Kecil dan <br>Menengah (UMKM), pemanfaatan potensi kearifan lokal secara optimal, serta dukungan regulasi yang <br>adaptif dari pemerintah. <p>Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana variabel-variabel makroekonomi, seperti inflasi dan harga emas, berpengaruh terhadap Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI). Data yang digunakan adalah data deret waktu (<em>time series</em>) secara bulanan dari periode Oktober 2020 hingga November 2025. Metode analisis yang diterapkan adalah <em>Error Correction Model </em>(ECM) dengan pendekatan Prais-Winsten untuk mengatasi masalah autokorelasi. Tahapan pengujian meliputi uji ]Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF), uji kointegrasi Engle-Granger, serta estimasi model jangka panjang dan jangka pendek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inflasi dan harga emas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ISSI dalam jangka panjang. Sementara dalam estimasi jangka pendek, hanya variabel harga emas yang berdampak signifikan terhadap pergerakan ISSI, sedangkan inflasi tidak signifikan. <p><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Workload and Job Stress on Employee Performance at PT Sumber Indah Lestari (Warehouse Division), Tangerang Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population of this study consists of all employees of PT Sumber Indah Lestari (Warehouse Division), Tangerang Regency. The sample used in this study amounted to 69 respondents. Data analysis methods include simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, partial t-test, and F-test. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of Workload on Employee Performance at PT Sumber Indah Lestari (Warehouse Division), Tangerang Regency. This is evidenced by the simple linear regression equation Y = 10.940 + 0.914X₁, with a correlation value of 0.900 (very strong relationship), a coefficient of determination of 80.9%, and a t-value of 16.852, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.996, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, there is a positive and significant effect of Job Stress on Employee Performance at PT Sumber Indah Lestari (Warehouse Division), Tangerang Regency. This is supported by the simple linear regression equation Y = 5.230 + 0.870X₂, with a correlation value of 0.918 (very strong relationship), a coefficient of determination of 84.4%, and a t-value of 19.005, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.996, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, Workload and Job Stress have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Sumber Indah Lestari (Warehouse Division), Tangerang Regency. This research employs a quantitative method with the assistance of SPSS 26 software. The results indicate that Equity Profitability proxied by ROE partially has no significant effect on Price to Book Value, with a significance value for the ROE variable (X1) of 0.506 ≥ 0.05. The results of this study show that partially the Company Size has a significant effect on the Stock Price with a calculated t value of 2.817 > t Table 2.4117 and a significance value of 0.03 < 0.05, Total Asset Turnover has an effect but is not significant on the Stock Price with a calculated t of -0.653 < t Table 2.4117 and a significance of 0.538 > 0.05, and Earning Per Share has an effect but is not significant on the Share Price with a calculated t of 1.427 < t Table 2.4117 and a significance value of 0.204 > 0.05. <p>This study aims to analyze work discipline in improving employee performance at PT Cube Integrasi Media, South Jakarta. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The results show that work discipline in the company is for the influenced by effective and inspirational leadership, good communication between leaders and subordinates, consistent company policies with a fair reward and punishment system, employees’ personal awareness and commitment, and a positive work environment. Work discipline has been proven to improve work quality and quantity, operational efficiency, reduce work errors, enhance teamwork, and accelerate target achievement, thus creating sustainable company competitiveness. <p>This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity proxied by the Current Ratio (CR) and capital structure proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), both partially and simultaneously, on profitability proxied by Return on Assets (ROA) at PT Maha Properti Indonesia Tbk during the period 2015–2024. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The research sample consists of the company’s annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, over a ten-year observation period. Based on the results of the partial test (t-test), the liquidity variable (CR) shows a t-value smaller than the t-table value (0.067 < 2.36462) with a significance value (Sig.) greater than the significance level α (0.984 > 0.05). The capital structure variable (DER) also shows a t-value smaller than the t-table value (│−1.552│ = 1.552 < 2.36462) with a significance value (Sig.) greater than the significance level α (0.165 > 0.05). These results indicate that partially, liquidity and capital structure do not have a significant effect on profitability. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test (F-test) shows a significance value of 0.354, with an F-table value of 4.74. This indicates that the F-value is smaller than the F-table value (1.210 < 4.74), and the significance value (Sig.) is greater than the significance level α (0.354 > 0.05). Therefore, liquidity and capital structure simultaneously do not have a significant effect on profitability. <p>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Karyabera Perdana Jaya Bojongsari. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 65 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. The results of this study are leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 57.6% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (5.503> 2.000). Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 55.4% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (8.440> 2.000). Leadership and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation Y = 9.423 + 0.176X1 + 0.589X2. <p>This study aims to determine the effect of workload and physical work environment on employee performance in the laundry and CSSD sub-installation of the University of Indonesia Hospital. This research method uses an associative quantitative method, with a population of 32 respondents who are employees of the laundry and CSSD sub-installation of the University of Indonesia Hospital. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficients of determination with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study indicate that partially the workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value of 5.512> 2.045 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The physical work environment also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value of 6.112> t-table 2.045 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously, workload and physical work environment significantly influence employee performance with an F-count value of 18.253 > F-table 3.33 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. <p>This thesis research aims to test and analyze the Analysis of Capability, Internal Communication, and Organizational Climate on HR Creativity in Improving Employee Performance at PT Atom Jaya Makmur Kota Tangerang. The type of research used is associative quantitative. The research population uses 217 companies registered with the company PT Atom Jaya Makmur Kota Tangerang. The sampling process uses simple random sampling, are obtained which are used in this study. The research data is then processed using Smart PLS 4 Software. The analysis method used is Outer Loading Factor showing that in each indicator, the outerloading factor has a value> 0.70, Convergent Validity shows a value greater than 0.70 that each variable statement is valid. The Coefficient of Determination test on the Performance model shows an R-square value of 0.745 which means that the contribution of Capability, Internal Communication and Organizational Climate to HR Creativity is 74.5% while the remaining 25.5% is a contribution from other variables outside the study. The significance test for capability (X1) showed a T-statistic of 7.617, greater than 1.96, and a P-value of 0.000, less than 0.05. The significance of the relationship between internal communication (X2) was supported by a T-statistic of 5.458, greater than 1.96, and a P-value of 0.002. The relationship between organizational climate (X3) was significant, with a T-statistic of 4.443, greater than 1.96, and a P-value of 0.000. The relationship between performance (Z) and HR creativity (Y) was significant, with a T-statistic of 5.142, greater than 1.96, and a P-value of 0.002. The measurement results for each variable indicated a significant influence of each variable on performance. <p>Penelitian ini melihat pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan belanja pemerintah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Sumut pada tahun 2014 hingga 2023. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan uji t untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial masing-masing variabel dan uji F untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial masing-masing variabel. efek gabungan. Dengan koefisien sebesar 2,83, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa belanja pemerintah mempunyai dampak positif namun dapat diabaikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Di sisi lain, dengan nilai -2,08, PAD mempunyai dampak buruk terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Nilai R-squared sebesar 65,90% menunjukkan bahwa belanja pemerintah dan PAD secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. <p>Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beauty influencer, digital marketing, dan electronic word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare Skintific di Surakarta. Industri kecantikan di Indonesia yang terus berkembang pesat, ditandai dengan tingginya persaingan antar merek skincare baik lokal maupun internasional, mendorong perusahaan untuk mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Skintific sebagai merek skincare yang relatif baru namun berhasil menempati posisi teratas pangsa pasar e-commerce Indonesia, menjadi objek menarik untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan Skintific di Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online (Google Form) dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Beauty influencer tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Skintific (p-value = 0,340 > 0,05); (2) Digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Skintific (p-value = 0,003 < 0,05); dan (3) Electronic word of mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Skintific (p-value = 0,000 < 0,05). Nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R²) sebesar 0,513 menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen mampu menjelaskan 51,3% variasi keputusan pembelian, sedangkan sisanya 48,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan bagi produsen Skintific untuk memfokuskan strategi pemasaran pada penguatan digital marketing dan mengoptimalkan electronic word of mouth dari konsumen nyata, serta tidak terlalu bergantung pada beauty influencer sebagai strategi utama.<em>.</em></p> <p> </p>Sinta Natasya HRizky Ramadhan Aprian Aditama

The data analysis test in this study uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, R Determination Coefficient Test, Simple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis t Test, F Test (simultaneous) the results of this study are Leadership has a significant effect on DPR as indicated by the results of the hypothesis with a value of (2.013 <2.776) and a significant value greater than Sig. 0.05 or (0.79> 0.05), thus H01 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted this shows that there is a significant influence between ROA on DPR. Uji Analisis Data Dalam Penelitian Ini Menggunakan Uji Validitas, Realibilitas, Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Heterokedasitas Uji Koefisiendeterminasi, Uji Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana, Uji Analisis Regresi Berganda, Uji Hipotesis T, Uji F (Simultan). Hasil penelitian ini adalah kedisiplinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis 1 diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (3,378 > 1.688). Hal ini juga di perkuat dengan nilai sig. > 0,05 atau ( 0,000 > 0,005), dengan demikian maka H01 ditolak dan Ha1 di terima hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan anatara disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Rama Teknik Tangerang Selatan, stres kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja yang ditujuk oleh hasil hipotesis dengan nilai t hitung t table atau atau (3,378 > 1.688) , hal tersebut juga di perkuat dengan nilai sig. < 0,05 atau (0,000 < 0,005) dengan demikian maka H02 ditolak dan Ha2 diterima , hal ini menujukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan anatara Stres Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Rama Teknik Tangerang Selatan. <p><em>Business law plays a strategic role in creating a healthy and sustainable business climate amid globalization and digital economic transformation. This study aims to analyze the role of business law in regulating, protecting, and promoting sustainable business activities in Indonesia. The research employs a normative juridical method using statute and conceptual approaches, with secondary data derived from laws and regulations such as Law No. 5 of 1999, Law No. 8 of 1999, and Law No. 11 of 2020, as well as official reports from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU). The results indicate that business law contributes to legal certainty, promotes fair competition, and ensures the protection of consumers and the environment. Policies such as the risk-based licensing system through the Online Single Submission (OSS) platform facilitate business processes and enhance investment. However, the implementation of business law still faces several challenges, including weak law enforcement, regulatory disharmony, and low legal awareness among business actors, particularly micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). <p><em>This research aims to determine the influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at Permata Pamulang Hospital in South Tangerang either partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and the sample obtained in this study was 79 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. Work Discipline and Work Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This can be proven by obtaining the regression equation Y= 2,007 + 0,372X1 + 0,473X2. The simultaneous correlation coefficient value is 0,773, meaning it has a “strong” relationship. And the coefficient of simultaneous determination is 0,598 or 59,8% while the remaining 40,2% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test was simultaneously obtained by Fcalculate > Ftable or (56,475 > 3,12) it was also strengthened by ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). <p><em>This study aims to explore the impact of social media usage on brand awareness within the context of digital marketing at Nguyup, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) located in South Tangerang. The rapid development of digital technology, particularly social media, has become a strategic tool for businesses to build brand awareness and reach wider consumer markets at relatively low cost. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving internal parties of Nguyup who are directly engaged in marketing activities.The findings indicate that social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok, play a significant role in increasing Nguyup’s brand awareness through creative, consistent, and interactive content. The digital marketing strategies implemented contribute to improving brand recognition, expanding market reach, and strengthening relationships with consumers. However, the study also identifies challenges such as intense competition and the limited awareness of the brand among certain consumer segments. <p><em>This study aims to determine the Influence of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Finance in South Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample of 62 respondents. Data analysis techniques use data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests. The results of the analysis show: Leadership style partially has a significant effect on employee performance with a simple linear regression equation Y = 6,650 + 0.819X1. This is proven by the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table (10,874> 2,001) and is strengthened by a significant value <0.05 (000<0.05). Work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance with a simple linear regression equation Y = 2,967 + 0.887X2. This is proven by the hypothesis test which obtained thitung > ttabel (12,431 > 2,001) and is strengthened by a significant value <0.05 (000<0.05). The research results show that leadership style and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, using the multiple regression equation Y = 3.043 + 0.179X1 + 0.713X2. A correlation value of 0.851 indicates a very strong relationship, and a coefficient of determination of 71.5% indicates that employee performance is influenced by leadership style and work discipline by 71.5%, while other factors contribute to the remaining 28.5%. <p><em>This study aims to analyze the factors of work stress and their impact on employee performance at the Serua Sub-District Office, South Tangerang. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation involving employees selected through purposive sampling. Data validity was ensured using source and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that work stress is influenced by three main factors: environmental, organizational, and individual factors. Environmental factors relate to a crowded work environment and high public service demands. Organizational factors include uneven workload distribution, tight deadlines, and ineffective internal communication. Individual factors are associated with differences in adaptability and personal responsibility pressure. Work stress affects employee performance, particularly in terms of work quality, timeliness, and concentration. However, employees continue to demonstrate responsibility in performing their duties and providing public services in accordance with established standard operating procedures. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun kerangka sistem ekonomi Islam yang komprehensif dengan mengintegrasikan tiga pilar utamanya: Maqashid Syariah, etika, dan prinsip dasar. Menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis, penelitian ini menganalisis sumber-sumber primer (Al-Qur'an dan Hadis) serta literatur sekunder dari para pemikir ekonomi Islam kontemporer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Maqashid Syariah berperan sebagai fondasi teleologis (tujuan), etika berfungsi sebagai mekanisme kontrol operasional (moral), dan prinsip-prinsip dasar seperti tauhid, 'adl, dan khilafah bertindak sebagai aksioma filosofis (nilai dasar). Integrasi ketiga pilar ini menghasilkan sistem yang bercirikan ketuhanan (rabbaniyyah), moralitas (akhlaqiyyah), keseimbangan (tawazun), dan keadilan. <p><em>This research aims to determine the influence of Burn Out and Work Facilities on Work Effectiveness at PT Bina Artha Semesta Depok City, both partially and simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative methods with a sample size of 99 respondents. The data collection technique is by means of a questionnaire, and the data analysis techniques are validity test, reliability test, simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that there is a significant influence between Burn Out and Work Facilities on Work Effectiveness simultaneously. This can be seen from the value of the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 15.066 + 0.485+ 0,159 X2 The constant shows 15.066, meaning that if there is a change in the constant of the independent variable (X1 and X2 values = 0) then the value of the dependent variable Work Effectiveness (Y) is 15.066. The multiple correlation coefficient value shows that the variables Burn Out (X1) and Work Facilities (X2) have a significant influence on Work Effectiveness (Y), with a significant change value F of 0.000 or less than 0.05. The correlation value obtained is 0.612, which is between 0.600 - 0.799 with a strong relationship level. The coefficient of determination value is 0.719, so it can be concluded that the Burn Out (X1) and Work Facilities (X2) variables influence the Work Effectiveness variable (Y) by 71.9% while the remaining 28.1% is influenced by other factors. Simultaneously testing the hypothesis obtained a calculated F value > F table or (11.789 > 3.09), this was also strengthened by a ρ value < Sig.0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). <p><em>Product distribution is one of the key activities in a company’s operations because it is directly related to cost efficiency and the smooth delivery of products to their destinations. A distribution system that has not been optimally planned can lead to inefficient operational costs. This issue also occurs in the distribution process of Aqua mineral water at PT Tirta Utama Abadi in Bandung Regency, which is still carried out conventionally, resulting in delivery allocations that do not optimally consider cost efficiency. This study employs a descriptive quantitative approach by applying transportation models, namely Vogel’s Approximation Method (VAM) to obtain the initial solution and the Modified Distribution Method (MODI) to test the optimality of the solution. The research data include supply capacity from two warehouses, demand from three distribution areas, and transportation costs for the period from November to December 2025. The results of the analysis show that the application of the transportation model is able to produce a more efficient distribution pattern compared to the previous system. Distribution costs in November 2025, which were originally Rp21,794,083, were reduced to Rp19,331,108, resulting in savings of Rp2,462,975 (11.30%). Meanwhile, in December 2025, distribution costs of Rp20,803,010 were reduced to Rp17,640,728, resulting in savings of Rp3,162,282 (15.20%). <p>This study aims to determine the effect of Price and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction of the Maxim application (a study of 7th-semester Marketing students at Pamulang University), both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative associative approach. The population in this study consists of 7th-semester marketing students at Pamulang University, with a total of 98 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 27. The tests conducted include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that price has a positive and significant partial effect on customer satisfaction, with a calculated t-value of 2.655 > 1.661 and a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05. Service quality also has a positive and significant partial effect on customer satisfaction, with a calculated t-value of 9.130 > 1.661 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, price and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with an F-value of 47.891 > 3.092 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. <p><sup>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inflasi dan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap nilai impor di Provinsi Sumatera Utara periode 2005–2021. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada fenomena fluktuasi nilai impor yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor makroekonomi, khususnya inflasi dan pergerakan nilai tukar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder berbentuk time series yang diperoleh dari publikasi resmi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan pendekatan Ordinary Least Squares (OLS), yang didukung dengan uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inflasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai impor, yang mengindikasikan bahwa inflasi bukan faktor utama dalam menentukan perubahan impor di Sumatera Utara. Sebaliknya, nilai tukar rupiah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai impor, yang menunjukkan bahwa perubahan nilai tukar memiliki peran dominan dalam menentukan biaya dan permintaan impor. Secara simultan, inflasi dan nilai tukar rupiah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai impor. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya menjaga stabilitas nilai tukar dalam mengendalikan impor, sementara pengendalian inflasi saja belum cukup efektif. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh utang luar negeri dan cadangan devisa terhadap nilai tukar di Indonesia periode 2015–2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder time series yang diperoleh dari World Bank dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial utang luar negeri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai tukar dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,011 < 0,05, yang mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan utang luar negeri diikuti oleh peningkatan nilai tukar (pelemahan rupiah). Sementara itu, cadangan devisa berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap nilai tukar dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,888 > 0,05. Secara simultan, utang luar negeri dan cadangan devisa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai tukar dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,005 < 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,779 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen mampu menjelaskan variasi nilai tukar sebesar 77,9%. This research is motivated by the fluctuation in consumer visits and the decline in turnover at Raja Cukur Cipondoh due to suboptimal marketing strategies amidst the barbershop industry competition. This study aims to formulate marketing strategies to create consumer satisfaction using the Marketing Mix 7P framework and SWOT analysis. The research method applied is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was conducted through participatory observation, documentation, and semi-structured interviews with the owner and consumers, which were then validated using source triangulation. The calculation results of the IFAS and EFAS matrices indicate that the company has a strong internal position (strength score 2.1 > weakness 1.2) and significant external potential (opportunity score 2.1 > threat 1.5). Based on the SWOT diagram, the business is in Quadrant I, supporting an aggressive strategy. Research findings reveal that competitive pricing and friendly service are the main strengths, while minimal digital promotion and simple physical appearance are identified as weaknesses. <p><em>This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and work discipline, both partially and simultaneously, on employee produktivity at PT. Sumber Trijaya Lestari. The research applied an associative method with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to60 respondents and analyzed using validity and reliability tests. The results confirmed that all indicators were valid ( r count > r table 0,2542) and reliable, with Cronbach’s Alpha values of 0,931, 0928, and 0,945 for organizational culture, work discipline, and employee productivity, respectively.Simple regression analysis shows that organizational culture significantly affects employee produktivity with the regression model Y = 30,093 + 0,574X1, supported by t count 5,533 > t table 1,672 and a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. The correlation coefficient 0f 0,588 idicates a moderately strong relationship, with a determination coefficient 0f 34,5%. Similarly, work discipline significantly influences employee produktivity with the regression model Y = 33,981 + 0,516X2, tcount 4,302 > t table 1,672, significance 0,000 < 0,05, a correlation coeficient of 0,492, and a determination coefficient of 24,2%.Furthemore, multiple regression analysis confirms the organizational culture and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee productivity, with F count 15,043 > F table 3,08 and significance 0,000 < 0,05. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ketahanan daya beli buruh tani di tengah inflasi dan kebijakan suku bunga dengan pendekatan <em>Purchasing Power Theory</em>. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data bulanan periode 2020-2022 sebanyak 36 observasi. Variabel dependen adalah upah riil buruh tani, sedangkan variabel bebas mencakup inflasi dan tingkat suku bunga. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode regresi linear berganda menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa inflasi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap upah riil buruh tani. Sebaliknya, suku bunga terbukti memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap daya beli. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan moneter melalui suku bunga memiliki peran yang lebih dominan dibandingkan inflasi dalam memengaruhi daya beli buruh tani. <p>Perdagangan internasional berperan besar dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara, termasuk Indonesia yang kaya akan keanekaragaman serta sumber daya alamnya yang melimpah. Indonesia memposisikan kakao sebagai komoditas unggulan di pasar dunia berkat permintaan tinggi dari berbagai negara, salah satunya China. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis daya saing ekspor Indonesia dan pengaruh produksi, nilai tukar, dan harga internasional terhadap nilai ekspor periode 2014-2024. <p><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the significant influence</em><em> partially and simultaneously</em><em> between compensation and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Metro Duta Klin. This research method is a quantitative method. The population used in this study were employees of PT. Metro Duta Klin. The sample used was 57 people. The analysis test in this study used a validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, simple linear regression analysis test, multiple linear regression analysis test, hypothesis test, simultaneous (F) test. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Metro Duta Klin. Based on the partial hypothesis results (t test) obtained 11.479> 2.00488 and a significant value <0.05, then the first hypothesis is accepted. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance Employees Based on the partial hypothesis results (t-test) 13.495 > 2.00488 and a significant value <0.05, the second hypothesis is accepted. Compensation and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance Because f count > f table or 97.833 > 3.16 and a significant value <0.05, the third hypothesis is accepted. The R Square value of 0.784 indicates that employee performance is influenced by Compensation and work motivation by 78.4% while the remaining 21.6% is influenced by other factors outside this study. This indicates that the influence of compensation and work motivation on employee performance at PT. <p><em>Ranu Original Store specializes in authentic fashion and sneakers. It operates as a digital provider for school procurement, focusing on education-related products, rather than clothing or general retail goods as the name "Original Store" suggests, in South Jakarta. In collecting data, the author used qualitative descriptive analysis through observation and interviews. The research findings indicate that Ranu Original Store's product attributes (quality, features, design, brand, and packaging) have been implemented very well and meet the needs of the target market, both retail and institutional. Authenticity is the primary foundation of branding, successfully building a positive reputation. Customer satisfaction is significantly influenced by responsive service quality, staff empathy, and ease of transaction. <p>This study examines the relationship between unemployment rate, Human Development Index (HDI), and poverty levels in North Sumatra Province during the period 2009–2023. Poverty remains a multidimensional issue influenced by various socio-economic factors, including labor market conditions and human development quality. The objective of this research is to analyze both the partial and simultaneous effects of unemployment and HDI on the number of poor people. This study employs a quantitative approach using time series secondary data obtained from official statistical publications. The analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression with Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method, supported by classical assumption tests to ensure model validity. The findings indicate that the unemployment rate has a positive but statistically insignificant effect on poverty, suggesting that unemployment does not directly determine poverty levels in the observed period. In contrast, HDI shows a negative and statistically significant effect on poverty, implying that improvements in education, health, and living standards effectively reduce poverty. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence poverty, with the model explaining a substantial proportion of variation. These results highlight the dominant role of human development in poverty reduction and suggest that policies focusing on improving human capital are more effective than those solely targeting unemployment reduction.</p>Ainun SaskiaJoko Suharianto

<p><em>This study aims to examine how product price and quality influence purchasing decisions at Toko Asih Lestari Cake in Bandung Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and verificative approach. The study involved 96 participants, determined using Lemeshow's formula. The data analysis techniques used include validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination.The results of the multiple linear regression analysis show the equation Y = 2,314 + 0,352X₁ + 0,487X₂. Partially, the price variable (X₁) has a significant effect on the purchase decision, with a calculated t-value of 3.215, which is greater than the table t-value of 1.985, and a significance value of 0.002, which is less than 0.05. The quality of the product variable (X₂) has a significant effect, as shown by a calculated t-value of 4.876, which is greater than 1.985, and a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. At the same time, both the price and quality of the product have a significant effect on the purchasing decision, with an F value of 45.632, which is greater than the F table value of 3.09, and a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.495 shows that 49.5% of the purchase decisions are influenced by product price and quality, while the remaining part is affected by other factors not included in this study.</em></p>Riska RahayauWawat Setiawati

<p><em>This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Anugrah Analisis Sempurna in Depok City, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The sampling technique employed is saturated sampling, whereby all employees totaling 60 individuals were included as research samples. Data analysis techniques consisted of instrument testing, classical assumption testing, quantitative analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that based on the t-test, the work discipline variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), as evidenced by the value of t count > t table (6.799 > 1.671). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that work discipline significantly influences employee performance. The multiple linear regression equation obtained is Y = 4.544 + 0.933X2. The correlation coefficient of 0.641 indicates a strong relationship, while the coefficient of determination of 64.1% shows that work discipline and work motivation collectively explain 64.1% of the variation in employee performance. Simultaneously, work discipline and work motivation are proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is supported by the F-test results showing that F count > F table (115.417 > 3.159) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance simultaneously at PT Anugrah Analisis Sempurna in Depok City.</em></p>Mohammad Faiz IrawanEndang Suprapti

<p><em>This research is motivated by the rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia and the dominance of the Shopee platform, which presents both opportunities and competitive challenges for MSMEs. The micro-business Buketku.bdg faced a decline in sales trends during the final quarter of 2025 despite utilizing paid advertising features. This study aims to analyze marketing strategies through Shopee Ads in increasing sales, using Kotler and Keller’s marketing management theory, which encompasses the marketing mix and Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) strategies. The research method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews with the business owner, employees, and customers, as well as direct observation and documentation studies of advertising performance. The findings indicate that the use of "Product Search Ads" with relevant keywords significantly increases product visibility to consumers. The results of the SWOT analysis place Buketku.bdg in a strong internal position to capitalize on seasonal graduation market opportunities through a Strength-Opportunity (S-O) strategy. <p><sup>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh sertifikasi halal dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli sebagai variabel intervening pada produk kosmetik halal MUI (studi pada wanita muslim di Kabupaten Brebes. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan anlisis statistik. seluruh wanita Muslim yang berada di Kabupaten Brebes dan memiliki pengalaman menggunakan atau membeli produk kosmetik halal yang telah memperoleh sertifikasi halal dari Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI). Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 97 responden dengan perhitungan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow. Penelitian ini menggunakan software SmartPLS untuk menjawab fakta-fakta utama dengan menggunakan daftar kuesioner yang telah dijawab oleh responden. <p><em>A conducive work environment is one of the essential factors in supporting employee performance and comfort. PT. Ganesa Mitra Edutama, a company operating in the education and service sector, faces challenges in consistently implementing organizational work culture to create a harmonious, comfortable, and productive work environment. The issues encountered are related to internal communication patterns, the implementation of work values, and the alignment of employee work behavior with the prevailing organizational culture. This study aims to examine the implementation of organizational work culture in creating a conducive work environment at PT. Ganesa Mitra Edutama and to formulate improvement strategies for organizational culture that can be implemented by the company.This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with informants selected through purposive sampling, focusing on key persons who possess an in-depth understanding of the company’s work culture and work environment. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis is based on the work environment theory proposed by Budiasa (2021:43), which includes indicators of physical and non-physical work environment, such as work relationships, communication, comfort, work atmosphere, and leadership support.The results indicate the implementation of organizational work culture at PT. Ganesa Mitra Edutama has been carried out fairly well, particularly in fostering harmonious work relationships and a familial work atmosphere. However, several aspects still require improvement, especially in the consistency of applying organizational work culture values, internal communication patterns, and strengthening the role of leadership as a role model for organizational culture. The proposed organizational culture improvement strategies include reinforcing work culture values through continuous socialization, enhancing internal communication quality, and creating a more participative work system to support the establishment of a more conducive work environment.</em></p>Elsa Oktavia DillaAgnesia Natania Lumiu
