The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of annual financial statements. The research method used is a comparative method with a quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques use financial ratios including Current ratio to measure liquidity, Debt to Equity Ratio to measure solvency, and Return on Assets to measure profitability. The result show that the company’s financial performance fluctuated during the study period. Liquidity ratios indIcate an unstable ability to meet short-term obligations. Solvency ratios show a relatively high dependence on debt . Meanwhile, profitability ratios indIcate that the company’s ability to generate profits is still not optimal. So the analysis is focused on the processing and interpretation of numerical data sourced from the company's annual financial statements. The data used are secondary data obtained from the financial position statement and income statement, which are published consistently during the observation period and are considered representative in describing the company's financial condition over time. Data analysis is carried out through several stages, starting from classical assumption testing to multiple linear regression analysis. To assess the feasibility of the research model, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficients, simultaneous tests (F), and partial tests (t) are used with the help of EViews 12 software. The test results show that DER has no significant effect on ROA, with a significance value of 0.1715 which is greater than the significance level of 0.05. Similar results were found for CR, which had a significance value of 0.3738, thus not being proven to have an effect on ROA. In contrast to TATO, this variable actually showed a positive and significant effect on ROA with a significance value of 0.0354, indicating that asset utilization efficiency plays a significant role in increasing company profitability. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test showed that DER, TATO, and CR together did not have a significant effect on ROA, with a probability value of 0.068577. However, the Adjusted R² value of 0.503867 indicates that the research model is able to explain 50.39% of the variation in ROA. The liquidity ratio is proxied by the Current Ratio (CR), while the profitability ratio is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA). This research uses a quantitative method with a comparative approach. The data used are secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of both companies during the period 2015–2024, obtained from the official websites of the companies. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling.The data analysis techniques include financial ratio analysis, normality test (Shapiro-Wilk), homogeneity test (Levene Statistic), and hypothesis testing using ANOVA. The results show that descriptively, the Current Ratio (CR) of both companies is in the good to very good category, while Return on Assets (ROA) tends to fluctuate and remains relatively low. The normality test indicates that the data are normally distributed, and the homogeneity test shows that the data are homogeneous.Based on the ANOVA test results, the significance values are greater than 0.05 for both CR and ROA variables, indicating that there is no significant difference in financial performance between PT Alam Karya Unggul Tbk and PT Kedaung Indah Can Tbk. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method using observation, interviews, and literature review, with analysis covering market, management, financial, and SWOT aspects. The results indicate that the business has strong market potential, particularly among students and the general public. Financial analysis shows an R/C ratio of 1.0216 and a Return on Investment (ROI) of 10%, indicating that the business is feasible, with a payback period of 2.22 years. The population in this study is employees of PT Bumi Berkah Boga which amounts to 55 employees and the sample in this study uses saturated samples, which uses the entire population as a sample. with an error rate of 5%. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques with simple and multiple linear regression. The results showed that partial compensation (X1) had a positive effect on the performance of cariawan (Y) with a coefficient of 19.3% and Tcalculate (4.482&gt;2.00665). The work environment (x2) has a positive effect on the performance of Y employees with a coefficient of determination of 3.3% tcalculate (-2.849&lt;2.00665). Employee performance (Y), correlation coefficient Compensation (X1) and work environment (X2) have a moderate level of influence or relationship on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 30.2% and Fcalculate (11.271&gt;3.17). This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data used are secondary data obtained from the company’s financial statements during the study include descriptive stastistical analysis, classical assumption tests, multipe linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, and hypothesis testing using t-tests and f-tests using SPSS version 26. The results indicate that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially has a significant negative effect on Financial Performance with a significance value of 0.088 &lt; 0.5 and t-value &gt; t-table (|-3.487| &gt; 2.051). Meanwhile, the Current Ratio (CR) did not significantly influence Financial Performance, with a significance value of 0.218 &gt; 0.05 and a calculated t-value &lt; t-table (|1.388| &lt; 2.051). The data sources consist of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials obtained through a literature review, and a descriptive-analytical normative legal approach was employed. The results of the study indicate that Stamp Duty serves two primary roles: a fiscal role to boost state revenue and a legal role to verify documents. Law No. 10 of 2020 brought significant changes due to technological advancements, such as the implementation of a single rate of Rp10,000 and the recognition of electronic stamps. However, in practice, numerous obstacles remain. These include a lack of public awareness, technical issues with e-Stamps, and deficiencies in infrastructure and regulations. Additionally, the implementation of Stamp Duty impacts taxpayer compliance levels; simplifying the system and increasing public outreach can improve compliance. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Asosiatif dan pengolahan data kuesioner menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 27. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen PT Cyberindo Aditama, sebanyak 9.172 konsumen kemudian dilakukan perhitungan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin untuk menentukan seberapa banyak sampel yang dibutuhkan. Setelah perhitungan &nbsp;mendapat 98,92 dibulatkan menjadi 99 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kualitas Pelayanan Digital secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen, dibuktikan dengan nilai <em>t <sub>hitung</sub></em> &gt; <em>t <sub>tabel</sub></em> (5,113 &gt; 1,985) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 &lt; 0,05, dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 21,2%. (2) Kualitas Produk secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen, dibuktikan dengan nilai <em>t <sub>hitung</sub></em> &gt; <em>t <sub>tabel</sub></em> (5,164 &gt; 1,985) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 &lt; 0,05, dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 21,6%. (3) Secara simultan, Kualitas Pelayanan Digital dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen, ditunjukkan oleh nilai <em>F<sub>hitung</sub></em> &gt; <em>F<sub>tabel</sub></em> (29,964 &gt; 3,09) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi, diperoleh nilai <em>R Square</em> sebesar 0,384. The research method used is an associative method with a quantitative approach. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements for the period 2019–2023. Liquidity is measured using the Current Ratio (CR), profitability is measured using Return on Assets (ROA), and firm value is measured using Price to Book Value (PBV). The data analysis techniques used include multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing consisting of partial tests (t-test) and simultaneous tests (F-test). The results show that liquidity has no significant effect on firm value, while profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. This research uses a quantitative approach with a comparative method. The data used are secondary data obtained from the companies’ financial statements for the period 2015–2024. The data analysis techniques include normality testing using Shapiro-Wilk and comparative analysis using the Mann-Whitney test. This research was conducted in manufacturing companies in the property and real estate sector. The research method used is quantitative. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the years 2019-2023. The sample was collected using the purposive sampling method. The number of companies sampled for the research was 22 companies over a 5-year period, resulting in a total of 110 observation data points. The results of the F statistical test show that company growth, leverage, and audit tenure simultaneously affect audit delay. The research population consists of PT Gudang Garam Tbk's annual financial reports during the research period. Data analysis includes descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing using t-tests, F-tests, correlation coefficients, and determination coefficients with the help of SPSS Version 26 software. The results show that, partially, the Net Profit Margin (NPM) variable has a significant effect on Price to Book Value (PBV), while Current Ratio (CR) and Earning Per Share (EPS) do not have a significant effect on PBV. However, based on the simultaneous test results, CR, NPM, and EPS together have a significant effect on PBV. The correlation coefficient test results show an R value of 0.909, which means there is a very strong relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. Meanwhile, the results of the coefficient of determination test show an Adjusted R Square value of 0.739, indicating that CR, NPM, and EPS are able to explain 73.9% of the variation in PBV, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the research model. The research findings indicate that university origin stigma is formed through social constructions influenced by the culture of educational hierarchy, perceptions of institutional reputation, and cognitive biases in the selection process by recruiters. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The sample used was the entire population of 53 employees, using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression, as well as t-tests and F-tests with SPSS version 27. The results show that the teamwork variable (X1) partially has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), with a t-count value of 8.583 &gt; t-table 1.675 and a significance value of 0.001</em></p> <p><em>&lt; 0.05. Its contribution to employee performance is 59.1% (R² = 0.591). This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy and social media on investment decisions through risk perception as a mediating variable among university students in Kediri City. This research used a quantitative explanatory approach. The sample consisted of 160 students who had investment experience in the capital market and were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through an online questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS. The results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions. Social media also has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions. Financial literacy and social media have positive and significant effects on risk perception, while risk perception has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions. Furthermore, risk perception mediates the relationship between financial literacy and investment decisions, as well as the relationship between social media and investment decisions. These findings indicate that students’ investment decisions are shaped by cognitive ability, digital information exposure, and risk evaluation. However, in practice, breach of contract often occurs, either by workers or employers. This study aims to analyze the forms of breach of contract in employment agreements, their legal consequences, and the legal protection available to the disadvantaged parties. The research method used is normative juridical with statutory, conceptual, and case approaches. Primary legal materials include the Civil Code, Law No. 13 of 2003 on Manpower, and Law No. 2 of 2004 on Settlement of Industrial Relations Disputes. The results show that breaches committed by employers are easier to prove and may result in administrative to criminal sanctions, while breaches committed by workers require a high standard of proof and rarely lead to termination of employment. Preventive legal protection through standardization of employment agreement content and repressive protection through industrial relations dispute settlement mechanisms have been comprehensively regulated, but implementation still faces obstacles such as lengthy resolution processes and disparities in court decisions. Legal gaps are also found in the protection of digital platform workers who do not have written employment agreements. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method using secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial reports. Data collection techniques were carried out through documentation and literature studies. Data analysis was carried out by calculating financial ratios using the Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, and Return on Asset formulas, then analyzed descriptively through tables and interpretation of the company's financial ratio developments. The results of the study indicate that the company's Current Ratio is in very good and stable condition because it is always above the general liquidity standard. The Debt to Asset Ratio shows a downward trend in recent years, thus reflecting the company's healthy solvency condition with a relatively low debt level. The results show that partially, the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), while Non-Performing Loan (NPL) has a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Simultaneously, CAR and NPL have a significant effect on ROA. These findings indicate that higher capital adequacy and lower levels of non-performing loans will improve the bank’s profitability.In conclusion, capital management and credit risk control are crucial factors in enhancing the financial performance of banks. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method using secondary data from annual financial reports. The results show that both companies have good liquidity conditions, with Current Ratios above the minimum standard. In terms of solvency, both companies have a fairly healthy capital structure with controlled debt levels. However, from a profitability perspective, both companies experienced losses for most of the research period due to high operational costs and business expansion strategies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results show that leverage has a negative effect on cash holding, indicating that companies with higher debt levels tend to hold less cash. Profitability has a positive effect on cash holding, meaning that companies with higher profits tend to maintain larger cash reserves. Meanwhile, net working capital also has a positive effect on cash holding, reflecting the company's liquidity condition. This research contributes to financial management by providing insights into factors influencing corporate cash holding policies. This study aims to analyze the role of maqashid syariah values in improving the quality of human resources and their contribution to Indonesia’s economic development. This study employs a qualitative approach using library research. Data were obtained through a literature review of books, scientific journals, official reports, and previous studies relevant to maqashid syariah, Islamic economics, and HRD. Data analysis utilized descriptive-qualitative analysis with content analysis as the method. </em><em>The results of the study indicate that the maqashid al-sharia values—which include hifz al-din, hifz al-nafs, hifz al-‘aql, hifz al-nasl, and hifz al-mal—play a crucial role in shaping competent, ethical, productive, and socially responsible human capital. The implementation of maqashid syariah in education, employment, and Islamic economic institutions can improve the quality of human capital and support equitable and sustainable economic development. In this study, the population is all FIMI Drone consumers at PT Hugo Prima Sakti, Tangerang Regency, totaling 2,000 from the latest data for the period 2022-2024 seen from the sales realization data of PT Hugo Prima Sakti, Tangerang Regency for one year. Using the 10% slovin formula, the sample is 95 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. It can be stated that Guarantee (X1) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). The results of the calculation of the t-test value of the Guarantee variable (X1) with a t count of 5,142 and a significance of 0,000 are obtained. The study employs a quantitative research design. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling via convenience sampling, involving 65 respondents. Data analysis techniques used include: validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis. Hypothesis testing used the t-test and F-test. The analysis results showed: Workload partially influences employee work productivity with the simple linear regression equation Y = 43.254 − 0.208X<sub>1</sub>. A correlation coefficient of -0.302 indicates a low level of relationship, and a coefficient of determination of 9.1% means that work productivity is influenced by workload by 9.1%. This is evidenced by the t-test, which yielded a calculated t-value &gt; table t-value (-2.515 &gt; 1.998) and is supported by a significance level &lt; 0.05 (0.014 &lt; 0.05). The non-physical work environment partially influences employee work productivity, as shown by the simple linear regression equation Y = 13.971 + 0.620X². A correlation coefficient of 0.582 indicates a moderate or fairly strong relationship, and a coefficient of determination of 33.9% means that work productivity is influenced by the non-physical work environment by 33.9%. This is evidenced by the t-test, which yielded a calculated t-value &gt; table t-value (5.680 &gt; 1.998) and is further supported by a p-value &lt; 0.05 (0.000 &lt; 0.05). The results of the simultaneous effects of workload and non-physical work environment on employee work productivity are shown by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 18.066 − 0.077X1 + 0.579X2, a correlation coefficient of 0.591 indicates a strong relationship, and a coefficient of determination of 32.9% means that productivity is influenced by workload and the work environment by 32.9%. The results of this research show that there is a significant influence between communication and transformational leadership on employee performance simultaneously. Riau Province, as a resource-based region, faces challenges in achieving a balanced and competitive economic structure. This study aims to analyze the interlinkages among the agricultural, industrial, and service sectors in regional development in Riau Province during the period 2021–2025. The research employs a quantitative descriptive approach using Location Quotient (LQ), Shift Share, Klassen Typology, and Input-Output (I-O) analysis based on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) data. The results indicate that agriculture, mining, and manufacturing are base sectors, with the manufacturing sector demonstrating the highest level of competitiveness. Based on Klassen Typology, the agricultural sector is classified as advanced and fast-growing, while the industrial and mining sectors are categorized as advanced but under pressure. Most service sectors are identified as potential sectors, whereas transportation and accommodation remain relatively lagging. Furthermore, the Input-Output analysis reveals that the manufacturing sector and electricity and gas supply are key sectors with strong backward and forward linkages, generating significant multiplier effects in the regional economy. This study examines the phenomenon of dualism in Indonesia’s macroeconomic indicators, reflected in the depreciation of the rupiah exchange rate amid positive Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth. The study aims to descriptively analyze the relationship between exchange rates and Indonesia’s economic growth. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using secondary data obtained from official publications of Bank Indonesia, Badan Pusat Statistik, and relevant scientific literature. The findings indicate that the rupiah depreciated from IDR14,308/USD in 2021 to IDR15,855/USD in 2024. Meanwhile, Indonesia’s economic growth, which contracted by -2.07% in 2020, recovered to 3.70% in 2021 and increased to 5.31% in 2022 before remaining relatively stable at around 5% through 2024. These findings suggest that exchange rate depreciation does not necessarily lead to slower economic growth. Domestic economic resilience, supported by household consumption, government expenditure, and investment, plays an important role in maintaining national economic stability. Therefore, strengthening domestic economic fundamentals and implementing comprehensive macroeconomic policies are essential to maintaining Indonesia’s economic resilience amid global uncertainty.</em></p> <p>Penelitian ini membahas fenomena dualisme indikator makroekonomi Indonesia yang ditandai dengan pelemahan nilai tukar rupiah di tengah pertumbuhan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) yang tetap positif. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara nilai tukar dan pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia secara deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder dari publikasi resmi Bank Indonesia, Badan Pusat Statistik, dan literatur ilmiah terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tukar rupiah mengalami depresiasi dari Rp14.308/USD pada tahun 2021 menjadi Rp15.855/USD pada tahun 2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 58 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, serta uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F) melalui perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja (t-hitung 13,501 &gt; t-tabel 2,003) dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,807 dan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,875. Variabel kemampuan kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja (t-hitung 15,512 &gt; t-tabel 2,003) dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,958 dan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,901. Secara simultan, pengawasan dan kemampuan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai f-hitung 164,277 &gt; f-tabel 3,165 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,001 &lt; 0,050.
