Mineral downstreaming is a strategic policy designed to enhance the added value of mineral products and optimize the utilization of natural resources. This policy aims to reduce the export of raw ore and increase the production of finished goods domestically, which has significant potential to secure the country's foreign exchange reserves and strengthen Indonesia's competitiveness in the global market. This study aims to analyze the implications and effects of mineral downstreaming policies on Indonesia's economy. The methodology employed is a literature review using a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings indicate that by promoting further processing and innovation in technology development, nickel downstreaming not only yields positive economic impacts through increased revenue in the non-oil and gas sector and corporate contributions to state revenues but also significantly aids in maintaining environmental sustainability. The development of the nickel downstream industry not only creates new job opportunities and reduces unemployment rates but also stimulates growth in related industries while increasing the demand for domestic technology.

This study aims to determine the role of the Village Government towards the Economic Activities of the Nebura Hamlet Community of Koja Gete Village. Qualitative research can show research on community life, history, behavior, or kinship relationships. This research took place in Nebura hamlet, Koja Gete village, East Alok sub-district, Sikka district, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) province. This research was conducted in February 10, 2023 - March 10, 2023. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis can be interpreted as an activity of discussing and understanding data in order to find meaning, interpretation and certain conclusions from all data in the research. In Koja Gete Village, the government's attention has not been maximized for the community. The government has not prepared equipment and supplies for farming activities. For example: mills, tractors, and so on. Many problems are faced by the community in agricultural activities, especially problems with pests in plants, waterways, and also the income of farm laborers who do not meet their daily needs so they look for other alternatives to meet their needs.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the integrity of the information management system (SIM) in local community-based industries in the digital age. As the use of digital technology increases, local industry is impacted by new opportunities and challenges in information processing. This study employs a deskriptif kualitatif approach, gathering data through observation, document analysis, and fieldwork in a few local communities that use SIM. The study's findings indicate that factors such as effective communication, human safety, and technological infrastructure have a significant impact on SIM integrity. Even while digital technology can increase productivity and efficiency, there are still issues with how members of the community understand and use it. In addition, the main focus is on issues related to data security and accessibility. This study emphasizes the importance of education for community members and the development of policies that support technology use in a responsible manner.

Studi ini mengkaji evolusi dan prospek asuransi syariah (Takaful) di Indonesia. Sebagai negara dengan populasi Muslim tertinggi di dunia, Indonesia menyaksikan peningkatan kesadaran dan permintaan terhadap layanan keuangan yang mematuhi prinsip-prinsip syariah, termasuk asuransi syariah. Bidang ini menghadirkan keunggulan tersendiri seperti hasil dan larangan riba, selaras dengan ajaran Islam. Meskipun pertumbuhannya konsisten, namun masih terdapat kendala seperti terbatasnya pengetahuan masyarakat, kurangnya sumber daya manusia, dan lambatnya integrasi pasar. Namun demikian, dukungan dari pemerintah, kerangka peraturan, dan inisiatif kolaboratif antar pemangku kepentingan memberikan peluang untuk kemajuan lebih lanjut.

Lobster merupakan salah satu komoditas ekspor penting bagi sektor perikanan Indonesia, tetapi menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam hal keberlanjutan dan pengelolaan sumber daya. Penelitian ini berfokus pada alasan di balik kebijakan larangan ekspor benih lobster serta dampaknya terhadap volume dan nilai ekspor. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berupa studi literatur dan analisis dokumen kebijakan, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa larangan tersebut bertujuan melestarikan populasi lobster di alam, meningkatkan kesejahteraan nelayan, dan mengoptimalkan nilai ekonomi melalui budidaya lokal. Namun, dinamika politik dan ekonomi sering kali memengaruhi efektivitas kebijakan ini, termasuk adanya penyalahgunaan kekuasaan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya regulasi yang konsisten, penguatan budidaya lobster di tingkat nasional, serta investasi yang bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga kelestarian lingkungan dan mendukung kesejahteraan para nelayan.

Green Economy adalah konsep yang berkembang dalam perdagangan internasional untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi berkelanjutan dengan mempertimbangkan aspek lingkungan. Di Indonesia, penerapan kebijakan Green Economy penting mengingat peran strategis negara ini sebagai pengekspor produk yang berasal dari sumber daya alam yang rentan terhadap praktik yang merusak lingkungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan Green Economy di Indonesia, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitasnya, dan kontribusinya dalam mendukung perdagangan berkelanjutan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang melibatkan tinjauan literatur dan analisis kebijakan yang relevan. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Indonesia telah mengadopsi beberapa kebijakan terkait Green Economy, tantangan terkait regulasi, persepsi industri, dan keterbatasan teknologi hijau tetap menjadi kendala utama implementasi kebijakan. Oleh karena itu, agar produk Indonesia lebih berdaya saing di pasar global yang semakin mensyaratkan keberlanjutan lingkungan, maka perlu memperkuat kerja sama antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat internasional serta memperkuat kebijakan tersebut.

Edukasi Masyarakat Mengenai Daun Kelor (Moringa Oleifera) Di PT Keloria Moringa Jaya Medan

Daun Kelor (Moringa oleifera) merupakan tanaman herbal yang dikenal sebagai “miracle tree” karena kandungan nutrisinya yang melimpah dan manfaat kesehatannya yang beragam. Tanaman ini kaya akan senyawa aktif seperti alkaloid dan flavonoid, yang berperan penting dalam menurunkan kadar kolesterol, meredakan nyeri akibat rematik, bersifat antiinflamasi, dan memiliki efek antioksidan. Kelor telah digunakan dalam pengobatan tradisional untuk mencegah lebih dari 300 jenis penyakit, termasuk penyakit kardiovaskular, dan terbukti efektif melalui berbagai penelitian pada manusia dan hewan. Melihat potensi ini, PT Keloria Moringa Jaya Medan mengolah kelor menjadi berbagai produk herbal, seperti teh kelor dan Moringer, yakni kombinasi daun kelor dan jahe. Proses produksi melibatkan pengeringan daun kelor hingga menjadi bubuk, pengemasan dalam bentuk teh celup, dan pemasaran produk yang praktis serta bergizi. Produk ini telah mendapatkan sertifikasi halal dan terdaftar di BPOM, menjadikannya aman untuk dikonsumsi. Selain sebagai minuman herbal, produk ini juga meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap potensi tanaman lokal dalam mendukung kesehatan. Melalui inovasi ini, PT Keloria Moringa Jaya Medan menunjukkan kontribusi nyata dalam pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal dan edukasi masyarakat, sekaligus memperkenalkan solusi kesehatan berbasis bahan alami yang praktis dan terjangkau.

ANALISIS PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN IMPOR BERAS TERHADAP PERMINTAAN DALAM NEGERI

Rice import policy plays an important role in maintaining national food security in Indonesia, given that rice is a staple commodity for most people. This study aims to analyze the impact of rice import policy from an economic perspective on national food security. The analysis is conducted by analyzing changes in domestic rice supply and demand, price increases, and the influence of international trade policies on the local agricultural sector. In addition, this study also examines the role of rice imports in stabilizing rice prices in the domestic market, especially in the event of crop failures or production disruptions. The results show that rice import policy can provide short-term benefits in the form of price and supply stabilization, but on the other hand, it can weaken the incentives for local farmers to increase production. The implications of this policy should be carefully considered to achieve a balance between short-term food security and long-term sustainability of the agricultural sector. This study recommends the importance of a holistic policy that includes increasing local agricultural productivity, food diversification, and better management of national food reserves.

Perlindungan Perdagangan dan Penguatan Sistem Hukum Industri Ekspor di Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perlindungan perdagangan dan penguatan sistem hukum yang berkaitan dengan industri ekspor di Indonesia. Globalisasi dan liberalisasi perdagangan internasional telah meningkatkan volume ekspor Indonesia, tetapi di sisi lain juga meningkatkan risiko terhadap praktik perdagangan yang merugikan. Untuk itu, peran sistem hukum nasional menjadi penting dalam melindungi industri lokal dari ancaman eksternal seperti dumping dan subsidi yang tidak adil. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya kebijakan perdagangan yang terkoordinasi dengan baik dan memperkuat regulasi terkait dengan penegakan hukum. Dengan demikian, diharapkan bahwa sistem hukum perdagangan yang kuat dapat memberikan perlindungan yang lebih baik bagi pelaku industri ekspor Indonesia.

Asuransi syariah merupakan instrumen penting untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Analisis literatur dan teknik kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menyelidiki peran asuransi syariah terhadap ekspansi ekonomi. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, asuransi syariah mendorong stabilitas perekonomian. manajemen risiko keuangan, dan investasi, khususnya di sektor usaha kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Asuransi syariah meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap sistem keuangan berbasis syariah dengan berpegang pada prinsip-prinsip syariah seperti tabarru' dan ta'awun. Selain itu, investasi jangka panjang melalui asuransi syariah juga berdampak positif terhadap pembangunan infrastruktur nasional. Pendidikan dan peraturan yang lebih baik diperlukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan seperti pertumbuhan aset yang melambat dan kontribusi yang masih rendah jika dibandingkan dengan asuransi tradisional. Kesimpulannya, asuransi syariah memiliki banyak potensi untuk membantu Indonesia mencapai kesejahteraan ekonomi yang adil dan berjangka panjang.

SUBJECTIF WELL BEING GURU HONORER DI PONDOK PESANTREN AL MANAR PENGASIH

This research aims to describe subjective well-being (SWB) honorary teachers at the Al Manar Pengasih Islamic Boarding School, Kulon Progo and to find out the factors that influence the subjective well-being of these honorary teachers. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The research informants consisted of honorary teachers at the Al Manar Pengasih Kulon Progo Islamic Boarding School, who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. A total of 15 honorary teachers teach at this Islamic boarding school, but the research informants are honorary teachers who teach in the field of Islamic Religious Education, such as jurisprudence, PPKN, and Mathematics, with a teaching period of more than five years. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that subjective well-being Honorary teachers at the Al Manar Pengasih Kulon Progo Islamic Boarding School tend to focus on positive cognitive and affective aspects, reflecting satisfaction with their work and the sense of happiness created in carrying out teaching duties.

This study aims to analyze the impact of training and development on teacher performance in the education sector, focusing on the implementation of effective performance management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of good performance management contributes significantly to improving teacher performance, work motivation, and teacher satisfaction. In addition, there is a positive relationship between the quality of teacher teaching and student learning outcomes. Improved communication and cooperation between teachers are also observed, creating a collaborative culture that supports professional development. This study concludes that investment in teacher training and development is essential to improving the overall quality of education. Recommendations are given to strengthen the performance of the management system in order to achieve better education goals in the future.

The purpose of this journal research is to identify effective strategies for enhancing employee engagement among Generation Z to boost workplace productivity. In the era of Generation Z, who grew up in the digital age, they possess unique characteristics that can influence their work behavior and expectations towards the work environment. This study employs a quantitative method through surveys conducted with 200 Generation Z employees across various industries. The research findings indicate that factors such as work flexibility, recognition of contributions, and opportunities for personal development significantly affect their engagement levels. Strategies such as implementing technology that supports collaboration, continuous training programs, and an inclusive company culture have proven to enhance employee productivity. The implications of this research provide practical guidance for managers in designing more targeted engagement programs to improve the performance and loyalty of Generation Z employees.

LANDASAN HUKUM DAN PRINSIP-PRINSIP ASURANSI SYARIAH DI INDONESIA

Sharia insurance is a type of financial institution that functions in accordance with Islamic sharia, which upholds the concept of mutual protection (takaful) and mutual assistance (ta'awun). This thinking is regulated in Indonesian laws and regulations, including DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 21/DSN-MUI/X/2001, and is based on the teachings of the Koran, hadith, ijma, and ulama fatwas. Its guiding principles include mutual protection, cooperation in virtue, and avoiding aspects of riba, gharar (uncertainty), maisir (gambling), and activities that violate sharia. Islamic insurance offers Muslims a way to fulfill their risk protection requirements in line with Islamic principles, according to this research, which combines descriptive techniques with literature review methods. Sharia insurance builds a transparent and socially responsible financial system through the application of fair principles and a strong legal basis.
