Gaya Bahasa Dalam Novel “Antara Ibu dan Luka” Karya Hindhiastinaaa

Abstract

The problem raised in this study is how the language style in the novel Between "Ibu dan Luka" by Hindhiastinaaa, with the aim of this study to describe the language style of hyperbole, erotesis, and personification contained in the novel "Between Ibu dan Luka" by Hindhiastinaaa. The benefits of this study are Research on the language style of hyperbole, and personification used by Tere Liye in the novel Si Putih is expected to provide a concrete contribution to increasing the treasure trove of scientific references in the field of literature and in the field of education, especially for readers who will analyze the language style in the novel Between Ibu dan Luka by Hindhiastinaaa. For researchers, this study can provide answers to problems regarding the language style contained in the novel Between Ibu dan Luka by Hindhiastinaaa. For readers, this study can be used as additional knowledge for readers in depth about the language style of hyperbole, erotesis, and personification contained in the novel Between Ibu dan Luka by Hindhiastinaaa. For other researchers, it can be used as a reference material for further research, especially in the field of language style in novels. For education, it is expected to increase knowledge and insight for language learning, especially in the field of Indonesian Language Education. The theory used in this study is Stylistics Theory, The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results of the analysis that the language style in the novel Between Mother and Luka by Hindhiastinaa, the figures of speech contained in the quotation are Hyperbole, Erotesis and personification. Each sentence uses a rich and varied language style to describe emotions and the character's inner conflict. Hyperbole is used to emphasize the intensity of emotions, personification to describe the atmosphere and objects and erotesis to emphasize feelings and rhetorical questions.
