PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR BERBASIS PEMBELAJARAN DIFERENSIASI MATERI PEDULI LINGKUNGAN KELAS II MIS MIFTAHUL JANNAH

In teaching and learning activities in elementary schools, teaching materials must be adapted to the needs and characteristics of students so that the learning process is more interesting, effective, and useful. One way that can be done is by creating teaching materials that focus on differentiated learning, which is able to accommodate variations in students' abilities, interests, and learning styles. This study aims to create teaching materials with a differentiated learning approach on environmental topics for second-grade students at MIS Miftahul Jannah Palangkaraya. This study adopted the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. The results of validation by material experts, media experts, and field trials showed that teaching materials based on differentiated learning were declared very suitable for use in the learning process. The assessment from material experts obtained a percentage of 85.4% with the category of "Very Suitable", from media experts 100.0% also with the category of "Very Suitable", teacher assessment reached 97.1%, and the results of the trial from students were 84.4%. Effectiveness testing demonstrated that the teaching materials improved students' understanding and learning outcomes regarding environmental issues. Therefore, the developed differentiated learning-based teaching materials were deemed appropriate and effective for use in second-grade classes at MIS Miftahul Jannah Palangkaraya.
