Learning in elementary schools requires teaching materials that are able to accommodate students’ needs and characteristics so that the learning process becomes more engaging and meaningful. This study aims to develop differentiated learning-based teaching materials on the topic Let’s Get to Know Pancasila for class III C at MIS Al-Jihad Palangkaraya. The developed teaching materials are expected to help students understand the material according to their abilities, interests, and learning styles. This research used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results showed that the material expert validation obtained a percentage of 91.1% in the “Very Feasible” category, the design expert validation obtained 92% in the “Very Feasible” category, the teacher assessment obtained 75% in the “Feasible” category, and the student trial results obtained 83.4% in the “Very Feasible” category. Based on these results, the differentiated learning-based teaching materials were declared very feasible to be used in the learning process for class III C at MIS Al-Jihad Palangkaraya because they were able to increase students’ interest in learning Pancasila Education.
