PERAN KUALITAS INFORMASI TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI GEN Z

This article discusses the role of information quality in the development of information technology among Generation Z. Generation Z, born between 1995 and the early 2010s, is in the midst of rapid technological advances, where access to information through the internet and social media is very easy. This research aims to explore how information quality, which includes accuracy, relevance, and timeliness, affects the acceptance and use of technology by this generation. The methods used in this research include literature study and literature review to collect and analyze data. The results show that high information quality can increase technology adoption among Generation Z, while low information quality can hinder innovation and create confusion. In addition, this study provides recommendations for technology providers and policy makers to improve the quality of information delivered to Generation Z, in order to support innovation, better decision making, and create a more positive user experience. Thus, good information quality is key to maximizing the potential of technology in this digital era.
