Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between human resource development and employee work productivity at CV. Cahaya Agency. The focus of the research is to identify which variables have the greatest impact on employee productivity, both partially and simultaneously.The research method used includes interviews, questionnaire filling, and documentation. The research instruments were tested using appropriate data analysis techniques to ensure the validity and reliability of the results.The results of the data analysis show that there is a significant effect of human resource development on employee work productivity, both partially and simultaneously. Based on the regression coefficients of each independent variable, the variables of compensation and benefits proved to have the most dominant influence on employee work productivity at CV. Cahaya Agency.This study provides valuable insights for the company management in improving human resource development policies, particularly in terms of compensation and benefits, to effectively enhance employee productivity.
