Abstract

The development of technology today can no longer be stopped, instead of feeling threatened by the maturity of current technology, we should be able to take advantage of its existence. Recently, there has been a lot of talk about artificial intelligence (AI) or artificial intelligence that can help facilitate human activities, from the education sector to the economic sector has adopted the AI system as a step to improve performance efficiency in the field. However, the existence of this AI can help in the justice enforcement sector, this still needs to be researched and continuously developed for that in this study it is intended to be able to answer how to use AI in the legal field, especially in the mediation stage. AI is used at the mediation stage because the more advanced technology is, the level and diversity of crime also increases, for that non-litigation dispute resolution is needed. artificial intelligence (AI) in mediation resolution certainly has advantages and disadvantages, so from this study will be produced obstacles that hinder or become shortcomings of the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the mediation process in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). The method used in this study is normative juridical, which is descriptive.
