Abstract

The implementation of law on businesses in Indonesia is one of the protections for people who are consumers of a business, for this reason cosmetic marketing is also included in legal monitoring in Indonesia, through the POM Agency it is one of the drivers of enforcing business laws. Legal analysis aims to determine whether the business plan is legally feasible or not. If an unfeasible business plan is still implemented, then the business is at high risk, especially being stopped by authorities or opposed by the community. This research uses a qualitative approach based on articles read by the author, ultimately obtaining results related to cosmetic products that do not meet the qualifications of the POM Agency so that consumers/the public are educated and more careful about the safe use of cosmetics.
