Abstract

This study aims to describe the efforts of BTQ teachers in providing Al-Qur'an education for migrant workers' children in Tracap Kaliwiro Wonosobo Village through BTQ learning, the implementation of learning, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors encountered. This study employs a qualitative approach using field research methods, involving 15 migrant workers' children, 4 BTQ teachers, and 1 parent as research subjects. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the interactive model by Miles and Huberman. The results of the study indicate that BTQ teachers implement adaptive strategies such as adjusting schedules, providing additional hours, using varied teaching methods and media, and employing intensive interpersonal approaches to improve children's Quranic literacy skills. The implementation of learning is structured and adaptive, with classes divided according to educational level and age, and regular evaluations showing that most children are already proficient in reading and writing the Quran. The main supporting factors were teacher commitment, availability of learning facilities, and student motivation, while the main challenge was the lack of parental involvement due to parents working abroad. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of synergy between teachers, families, and the environment in the success of Quranic education for migrant workers' children.
