This decision is interesting because it presents a different legal construction from divorce court practices that generally focus on proving continuous disputes and quarrels without the hope of living together in harmony again. This study uses a normative legal research method with a case approach and a conceptual approach. The primary legal materials are court decisions and laws related to divorce, while secondary legal materials are books, journals, and previous research results. The results show that the Supreme Court not only considers the existence of domestic conflict as a reason for divorce but also assesses the parties' contributions in creating the conflict. The Supreme Court places the plaintiff's behavior as the main factor causing the breakdown of the household, so that the divorce suit she filed is deemed unworthy of being granted. Such considerations indicate a shift from an approach oriented on the fact of the conflict to an approach that also takes into account the dimension of the parties' moral responsibility. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&amp;D) dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap: Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anak-anak usia 4–6 tahun di TK Al-Istiqomah Kota Cilegon, sedangkan sampelnya berjumlah 16 anak yang dipilih secara purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket validasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran digital berbasis PowerPoint berhasil dikembangkan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Media ini dirancang secara khusus untuk mengenalkan huruf abjad dan nama sayuran kepada anak usia dini dengan tampilan visual yang cerah dan interaktif, dilengkapi audio pelafalan serta permainan tebak huruf yang sesuai dengan karakteristik perkembangan anak usia 4–5 tahun. Hasil validasi dari ahli media menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan sebesar 97,64%, sedangkan ahli materi memberikan penilaian sebesar 94,28%, keduanya termasuk dalam kategori “sangat layak”. Respons guru terhadap media ini mencapai 100% dalam kategori “Sangat Layak”, sementara peserta didik menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan, dari 60,54% pada uji coba tahap pertama menjadi 93,35% pada tahap kedua. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain <em>One Group Pretest Posttest</em>. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 10 anak berusia 5-6 tahun. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi sebelum dan sesudah penerapan pembiasaan membaca doa harian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada karakter kedisiplinan anak setelah diterapkannya pembiasaan membaca doa harian. Nilai rata-rata skor kedisiplinan sebelum pembiasaan adalah 30,60, sedangkan setelah pembiasaan meningkat menjadi 37,40. Uji Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Test dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 menghasilkan nilai sig. (2-tailed) = 0,005, yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. In addition to providing significant benefits, these developments have also given rise to various moral problems such as declining ethics, increasing individualism, misuse of social media, and low social awareness. This condition demonstrates the importance of character education in an effort to shape a young generation with noble morals. This study aims to analyze the role of Sufism in character education and its relevance in developing a young generation with noble morals in the modern era. The method used is a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were obtained through a review of various books, scientific journals, and academic sources related to Sufism and character education. The results show that Sufism values such as tazkiyatun nafs (purification of the soul), muraqabah (awareness of God's supervision), muhasabah (self-introspection), and zuhud (simplicity) have a significant contribution to the character formation of the younger generation. These values can foster honesty, discipline, responsibility, humility, and social awareness. Furthermore, integrating Sufi values into education can be a solution to address moral challenges in the digital age. Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami pengalaman kecemasan digital tersebut serta peran religiusitas sebagai coping spiritual. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kecemasan digital mendorong responden memaknai religiusitas sebagai kebutuhan eksistensial, bukan sekadar rutinitas. Praktik spiritual seperti doa, dzikir, istighfar, dan mendengarkan murattal terbukti meredakan ketegangan psikologis serta mengembalikan kesadaran penuh diri. Namun responden juga menyadari bahwa religiusitas memiliki keterbatasan; ketika kecemasan mencapai tingkat parah, bantuan profesional kesehatan mental tetap diperlukan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hadirnya unsur-unsur futuristik dalam iklan Marjan yang selama ini dikenal melalui narasi Ramadan yang sarat dengan nilai budaya dan tradisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-interpretatif dengan metode analisis naratif berdasarkan Paradigma Naratif Walter Fisher. Data diperoleh melalui observasi nonpartisipan terhadap teks dan visual iklan pada kanal YouTube resmi Marjan serta wawancara dengan narasumber yang memiliki kompetensi di bidang komunikasi, komunikasi visual, dan media digital sebagai triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koherensi naratif terlihat secara menyeluruh dalam iklan, di mana pergeseran terjadi pada kemasan visual dan konteks konflik, sedangkan nilai-nilai inti tetap dipertahankan. Koherensi struktural terlihat melalui hubungan sebab-akibat yang membangun alur cerita secara runtut dari konflik hingga penyelesaiannya. Koherensi material tampak melalui elemen-elemen visual futuristik seperti gedung-gedung metropolitan dan pencahayaan neon. Koherensi karakter terlihat dari konsistensi peran tokoh pewayangan Nakula, Sadewa, dan Sengkuni yang tetap mempertahankan karakteristik dasarnya meskipun direpresentasikan dalam konteks futuristik. Salah satu reaksi yang muncul akibat kesepian adalah <em>attention seeking behavior</em> (perilaku mencari perhatian), yaitu kecenderungan individu untuk mencari pengakuan, persetujuan, atau validasi sosial dari lingkungannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara <em>loneliness</em> dan <em>attention seeking behavior</em> pada mahasiswa Generasi Z. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik <em>purposive sampling</em>. Sebanyak 125 mahasiswa aktif yang lahir antara tahun 1997–2012 dilibatkan sebagai responden. Pengukuran <em>loneliness</em> menggunakan UCLA <em>Loneliness Scale Version</em> 3 (Russell, 1996), sedangkan <em>attention seeking behavior</em> diukur menggunakan <em>Attention Seeking Scale</em> (Hawk et al., 2019). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji korelasi <em>Pearson’s Product Moment</em> melalui JASP. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara semi terstruktur terhadap guru matematika di Pondok Pesantren Pekanbaru. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana (2014) yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hal ini tercermin dari: (1) kemampuan guru dalam membangun komunikasi dua arah yang efektif, empatik, dan persuasif dengan siswa; (2) kemampuan guru dalam mengelola dinamika sosial di kelas melalui penerapan sistem kerja kelompok dan metode tutor sebaya; (3) kemampuan guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa melalui sistem yang diberikan berupa pemberian bintang atau poin; serta (4) kemampuan guru dalam menjaga hubungan yang harmonis dengan siswa tanpa mengurangi wibawa sebagai pendidik. Sistem pesantren yang diterapkan di Pondok Pesantren Pekanbaru juga terbukti memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam mendukung pengembangan kompetensi sosial guru karena memungkinkan terjadinya interaksi yang lebih intens dan berkelanjutan antara guru dan siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian merupakan pihak yang terlibat dalam proses perencanaan dan pengadaan obat di instalasi farmasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan obat sudah mengacu pada kebutuhan, namun belum optimal karena keterbatasan data dan koordinasi. Proses pengadaan juga mengalami kendala seperti keterlambatan dari distributor dan lamanya proses administrasi, sehingga berdampak pada ketersediaan obat. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah proses perencanaan dan pengadaan obat belum berjalan optimal dalam menjamin ketersediaan obat. Sungai Niyama di Kecamatan Besuki, Kabupaten Tulungagung, memperlihatkan bagaimana akumulasi sampah lintas wilayah tidak hanya menimbulkan pencemaran lingkungan, tetapi juga membentuk risiko ekologis yang terus berlangsung dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis proses normalisasi risiko dalam krisis pengelolaan sampah di Sungai Niyama melalui perspektif Masyarakat Risiko (Risk Society) Ulrich Beck dan teori konstruksi sosial Peter L. Berger dan Thomas Luckmann. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik observasi lapangan dan wawancara terhadap aktor-aktor yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan lingkungan di kawasan Sungai Niyama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa krisis sampah di Sungai Niyama tidak dapat dipahami semata sebagai kegagalan teknis pengelolaan limbah, melainkan sebagai konsekuensi dari distribusi risiko ekologis yang tidak merata, lemahnya koordinasi antarlembaga, serta proses sosial yang menormalisasi keberadaan pencemaran dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Praktik pembuangan sampah yang berlangsung secara terus-menerus, absennya komunikasi risiko yang efektif, dan keterbatasan kapasitas kelembagaan telah mendorong terbentuknya kondisi di mana masyarakat menerima pencemaran sungai sebagai realitas yang wajar. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa normalisasi risiko ekologis berperan penting dalam mereproduksi krisis lingkungan secara berkelanjutan. Salah satu platform yang populer adalah TikTok, aplikasi video pendek yang menampilkan konten melalui algoritma For You Page (FYP). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis ketergantungan Generasi Z terhadap TikTok dan dampaknya terhadap manajemen waktu, dengan studi kasus pada subjek IN-01, mahasiswa laki-laki berusia 22 tahun. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi aktivitas harian subjek. Analisis difokuskan pada intensitas penggunaan TikTok, pola konsumsi konten FYP, perilaku prokrastinasi, distraksi, pengelolaan waktu, dan perbedaan karakteristik FYP antara laki-laki dan perempuan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subjek mengalami ketergantungan signifikan terhadap TikTok, ditandai dengan perilaku scrolling otomatis (automatic behavior), kehilangan kesadaran terhadap durasi penggunaan, dan kesulitan dalam membatasi waktu penggunaan. Ketergantungan ini memicu perilaku prokrastinasi, di mana subjek menunda tugas akademik untuk menonton video, serta mengalami distraksi yang mengganggu fokus dan konsentrasi. Algoritma FYP berperan penting dalam memperkuat kecanduan, karena menampilkan konten yang sesuai minat pengguna secara berkelanjutan. Selain itu, FYP yang berbeda antara laki-laki dan perempuan memengaruhi jenis konten yang dikonsumsi dan cara pengaturan waktu, misalnya subjek laki-laki cenderung menonton konten olahraga, teknologi, dan hiburan instan, sementara perempuan lebih banyak mengonsumsi konten lifestyle, musik, dan fashion, yang berdampak pada prioritas aktivitas mereka. Meski demikian, TikTok juga memberikan efek positif berupa hiburan, kreativitas, dan akses informasi yang luas. Penelitian ini menekankan bahwa manajemen waktu dan kontrol diri yang baik sangat penting untuk memastikan penggunaan TikTok tetap produktif dan seimbang, sehingga generasi muda dapat memanfaatkan kemajuan digital tanpa mengalami dampak negatif yang berlebihan. This program is implemented as an effort to increase public awareness of environmental conservation through social and religious approaches. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the obligation to plant tree seedlings for prospective brides and grooms at the KUA, Gudo District, Jombang Regency and review the policy from an Islamic legal perspective. The study used a qualitative method with a case study research type. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the KUA and prospective brides and grooms. The results showed that the program was implemented by prospective brides and grooms planting tree seedlings in their respective home environments one day before the marriage contract and sending documentation as proof of implementation to the KUA. This program is not a valid requirement for marriage, but rather an administrative policy aimed at building environmental awareness. From an Islamic legal perspective, this policy can be categorized as maslahah mursalah because it contains general benefits and does not conflict with sharia. This research employs a quantitative approach using the purposive sampling method. The data utilized are secondary data obtained from the companies’ annual financial statements. The research sample consists of 32 financial service companies that met the established criteria over a six-year observation period, resulting in 192 observations. Data analysis was conducted using logistic regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the assistance of EViews 13 software. The results indicate that audit tenure and firm size simultaneously affect audit quality. Partially, audit tenure has no significant effect on audit quality, while firm size has a positive effect on audit quality. Furthermore, the moderation analysis reveals that audit fees are unable to moderate the relationship between audit tenure and audit quality. However, audit fees are capable of moderating the relationship between firm size and audit quality. This study aims to analyze legal protection for business actors in QRIS-based digital payment systems under Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions, as amended by Law Number 1 of 2024. This research employs a normative juridical method with statute and conceptual approaches. The findings indicate that although a legal framework has been established, particularly under Article 15 of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law which mandates electronic system providers to ensure system reliability and security, legal protection for business actors remains suboptimal. However, the reality shows that the success rate of mediation in reaching peace agreements leading to the withdrawal of cases fluctuates massively. This study aims to comprehensively examine the effectiveness of formal mediation implementation, identify the process of withdrawing divorce cases, and map out the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by mediators at the Jombang Religious Court from 2021 to 2025. This field research applies a qualitative legal-empirical approach. Primary data were gathered through deep observations and structured interviews with both judge and non-judge mediators. The data were analyze descriptively based on Lawrence M. Friedman's Legal Effectiveness Theory. This study aims to identify the root causes using the&nbsp;<strong>5 Why Analysis</strong>&nbsp;method and to analyze the effect of implementing&nbsp;<strong>multicavity dies</strong>&nbsp;on productivity and labor efficiency. A descriptive quantitative approach with a before-after comparison design was employed. Before data were collected over 63 effective working days (Juni-August 2025), and after data over 64 effective working days (September-November 2025). The 5 Why Analysis identified three root cause categories:&nbsp;machine&nbsp;(drilling produced only 1 cavity per stroke and generated burrs requiring reaming),&nbsp;safety&nbsp;(safety cover obstructed visibility and caused non-ergonomic work posture), and&nbsp;man&nbsp;(separated workflow required more operators). This study aims to examine the application of ethical Sufi values in shaping the character of Generation Z through a literature review. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with a literature review method, including narrative analysis of books, scientific articles, journals, and classical Sufi literature. The research findings indicate that the application of ethical Sufi values is carried out through an internalization process encompassing the stages of takhalli, tahalli, and tajalli, which aim to eliminate undesirable traits, instill virtuous qualities, and internalize divine values in daily behavior. Implementation strategies include integrating Sufi values into character education curricula, fostering regular worship practices, providing spiritual guidance, and utilizing digital culture as an educational tool. One of the factors that often triggers domestic violence is possessiveness and low trust towards one's partner which develops into jealousy, excessive control, and acts of violence. This study aims to analyze possessiveness and low trust as triggers of domestic violence and their impact on the failure to realize a blessed family through a case analysis of PPPK teachers in Wonogiri. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study design and literature review. Data were obtained through documentation studies and reviews of various relevant sources regarding the concept of marriage, a harmonious family, factors causing domestic violence, and the cases analyzed. The data were then analyzed descriptively through the processes of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that low trust, lack of communication, excessive jealousy, and the inability to control emotions are the main factors that trigger domestic violence. The forms of violence identified included physical violence, psychological violence, threats, and restrictions on freedom, which impacted the victims' psychological, social, and occupational well-being. The study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research informants consisted of the Village Head, the Chairperson of Karang Taruna, Bhabinkamtibmas, community leaders, parents of adolescents, and adolescents who are active in Karang Taruna activities. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the village government's strategy in preventing juvenile delinquency is carried out through a joint formulation program with Karang Taruna, the implementation of youth training activities, religious activities, sports, and skills training. The village government also provides support in the form of facilities, mentoring, and cooperation with various parties. However, the implementation of this strategy has not been optimal due to ongoing obstacles such as budget constraints, low youth participation in Karang Taruna activities, and a lack of community support and awareness of the importance of youth development. This research employs a qualitative library research method using a thematic interpretation (maudhu‘i) approach integrated with perspectives from both Qur'anic exegesis and science. The data were obtained from the Qur'an, classical and contemporary tafsir literature, as well as relevant scientific sources in the fields of biology, zoology, and ecology. The findings reveal that the mention of sheep in the Qur'an encompasses economic, social, legal, and spiritual dimensions. In the context of herding (Qur'an 20:18), the biological characteristics of sheep as herbivorous and flocking animals correspond to traditional herding practices. In the context of agricultural disputes (Qur'an 21:78 and 38:23), the grazing behavior of sheep, which may damage vegetation, is consistent with the ecological concept of overgrazing. Meanwhile, in the narrative of sacrifice (Qur'an 37:107), the selection of sheep as sacrificial animals has rational foundations in terms of domestication, environmental adaptation, and economic value within pastoral societies. The mention of wolves in Qur'an 12:17 portrays them as symbols of threat used as a pretext for deception. Scientifically, wolves are social predators that rarely attack humans except under extreme circumstances. Therefore, the narrative conveys a moral message concerning the manipulation of facts and deliberate falsehood. Thus, the scientific exegesis approach demonstrates a harmony between Qur'anic descriptions and empirical realities while affirming that verses concerning animals are not merely narrative in nature but also reflective and informative. The data analysis technique was conducted through identifying, reviewing, comparing, and synthesizing various concepts found in the literature in order to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the philosophical foundations of education and the contribution of various schools of educational philosophy in the development of the education system. The results of the study indicate that the philosophical foundations of education play a strategic role in providing a conceptual framework for developing educational goals, curriculum design, and learning methods that are relevant to students needs. The analysis was conducted using thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns and relationships between findings. This reality drives Indonesian netizens to carry out linguistic resistance through contextual spelling modifications. This study aims to analyze the forms of spelling modifications used by netizens on the TikTok platform and to test their effectiveness in circumventing the platform's automated censorship system. Using a qualitative descriptive approach within the framework of cyber sociolinguistics, textual data were collected through passive participatory observation and the note-taking technique from comment sections and video captions on TikTok Indonesia throughout the period of January to March 2026. Data analysis was conducted interactively following the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model. The results demonstrate three main typologies of spelling modification: (1) alphanumeric graphemic substitution based on visual resemblance (such as encoding violent words into T3W4S and D1T3MB4K), (2) morphological segmentation and tactical acronymization (bundir, pekob), and (3) semantic transformation based on visual euphemisms (saus tomat, bercocok tanam). These findings prove the technical limitations of TikTok's Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology in detecting rigid visual orthographic distortions. On the contrary, human readers remain cognitively capable of reconstructing messages instantly based on the pragmatic context of the speech. Artikel ini ingin membahas sejarah bagaimana Mandi Balimau berkembang, bagaimana Islam dan budaya setempat saling memengaruhi, arti yang terkandung dalam ritual tersebut secara agama, sosial, dan budaya, serta dampak dari kemajuan zaman terhadap cara melaksanakannya dan maknanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan mempelajari berbagai buku dan sumber tertulis yang membahas tradisi Mandi Balimau serta perkembangan peradaban Islam di wilayah Nusantara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Mandi Balimau adalah bentuk adaptasi budaya lokal yang digabungkan dengan ajaran Islam, khususnya konsep kebersihan dan persiapan spiritual menjelang Ramadan. Tradisi ini digunakan untuk membersihkan diri, memperkuat tali persaudaraan, persaudaraan Islam, serta menjaga budaya masyarakat Melayu. Namun, modernitas membuat makna dari tradisi yang sakral berubah menjadi lebih fokus pada hiburan dan pariwisata. Kondisi ini dapat memengaruhi perilaku mahasiswa, salah satunya berupa prokrastinasi akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stres akademik dan prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 92 mahasiswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner daring yang terdiri dari 34 item stres akademik dan 25 item prokrastinasi akademik yang telah dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Hasil uji reliabilitas menunjukkan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,934 untuk variabel stres akademik dan 0,795 untuk variabel prokrastinasi akademik. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal (p = 0,585). Analisis korelasi Pearson menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara stres akademik dan prokrastinasi akademik (r = 0,494; p &lt; 0,001). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat stres akademik yang dialami mahasiswa, semakin tinggi pula kecenderungan mereka melakukan prokrastinasi akademik. The purpose of this study is to determine how the Role of Village Government in Public Services through the implementation of SPBE in Panulisan Timur Village. This study uses a qualitative approach with a total of 9 informants. The data collection techniques are through structured interviews, participant observation and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the role of village government in public services through SPBE is not in accordance with the theory of the role of government in the public sector according to Jones in Mahsun (2013: 6). This can be seen from the 9 indicators, there are 3 indicators that have not been running optimally. The obstacles that occur include the lack of operational guidelines and technical guidelines that specifically regulate the implementation of SPBE. Then there is the lack of mass socialization to the village community, and the lack of special training that is evenly distributed and has not reached all village officials and communities that focus on the implementation of SPBE at the village level. One tradition that reflects this dynamic is the Tabuik Tradition in Pariaman City, West Sumatra. This study aims to analyze the history and formation process of the Tabuik Tradition, the factors contributing to its development within a predominantly Sunni Muslim society, the reasons for its preservation, the positive values embedded in the tradition, and its role as a cultural identity and Islamic heritage. The research employs a library research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through documentation studies of academic books, scientific journal articles, previous research findings, and official documents relevant to the study. The collected data were analyzed using content analysis based on the theoretical perspectives of cultural acculturation, local wisdom, and socio-cultural functions. The findings reveal that the Tabuik Tradition is the result of a harmonious acculturation process between Islamic culture from South India and the local Minangkabau culture. Its sustainability is supported by historical, cultural, social, and institutional factors that work synergistically within the Pariaman community. Beyond serving as a symbol of local cultural identity, Tabuik functions as a medium for intergenerational transmission of cultural values, social solidarity, education, economic development, and tourism promotion. Metode tartil merupakan pendekatan pembelajaran Al-Qur'an yang menekankan pada aspek ketepatan tajwid dan keindahan bacaan, sementara metode takror berfokus pada pengulangan intensif untuk memperkuat daya ingat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi kedua metode tersebut memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas hafalan santri. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan implementasi meliputi komitmen pengajar, lingkungan yang kondusif, serta dukungan keluarga. Adapun hambatan yang dihadapi antara lain keterbatasan waktu, heterogenitas kemampuan santri, dan tantangan menjaga konsistensi muraja'ah. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to describe the ability to write exposition texts of eighth-grade students of SMP Ki Hajar Dewantoro Kupang in the 2025/2026 academic year through the application of the observation method. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research design. This design was chosen because it is considered capable of clearly illustrating efforts to develop writing skills and describing students' learning outcomes in Indonesian language learning in depth. The results showed that the ability to write exposition texts of eighth-grade students of SMP Ki Hajar Dewantoro Kupang using the observation method falls into the Highly Adequate category. Based on data analysis of 10 students, the class average score was 81, which significantly exceeded the Minimum Mastery Criterion (KKM) of 70. All students (100%) were declared proficient, with a percentage distribution of 1 student (10%) in the Excellent category, 6 students (60%) in the Good category, and 3 students (30%) in the Fairly Good category. No students fell into the Fair or Poor categories. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the occurrence of domestic violence and identify efforts that can be made to create a blessed family. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach through case studies with content analysis techniques on data obtained from news reports, scientific literature, and relevant theories regarding marriage readiness, interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence, religiosity, and psychosocial development. The results of the study indicate that the occurrence of domestic violence is influenced by economic pressure, low quality of communication within the family, mental unpreparedness of partners, weak emotional control abilities, and minimal understanding of rights and obligations in the household. These conditions can cause psychological impacts, prolonged conflict, and an increased risk of divorce. This study examined the role of chat and social media evidence in divorce cases and analyzed its evidentiary position, probative strength, and consideration by judges.</em> <em>This research used a normative juridical method with statute and conceptual approaches. Legal materials were collected through library research, including statutory regulations, court-related legal documents, scholarly literature, and other relevant secondary sources. The study found that chat records and social media evidence helped reveal marital facts that were often difficult to prove through conventional evidence, such as continuous disputes, verbal conflict, suspected infidelity, neglect, and the breakdown of marital communication. However, such evidence did not stand alone and had to be supported by witness testimony, party admissions, or other corroborating evidence. Sebagai kajian kepustakaan, penelitian ini memetakan dan menafsirkan temuan yang sudah ada, bukan menghasilkan data lapangan baru. Hasilnya, di atas kertas kurikulum fikih MI memang tersusun rapi dan bertahap dari Fase A sampai Fase C, dan secara umum cocok dengan tahap perkembangan anak. Meski begitu, ada tiga jarak yang menonjol. Sebagian materi di fase akhir menuntut penalaran abstrak yang belum dikuasai kebanyakan anak usia MI. Praktik di kelas masih cenderung mengandalkan hafalan ketimbang pemahaman. Dan kemampuan guru menerjemahkan dokumen menjadi pengalaman belajar nyata sangat beragam. Sumber data primer penelitian ini adalah Al-Qur’an dan kitab tafsir, sedangkan sumber data sekunder berupa buku, jurnal, dan karya ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan komunikasi digital dan media sosial.</p> <p>Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Al-Qur’an memiliki prinsip-prinsip etika komunikasi yang relevan dengan praktik media sosial modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengertian hermeneutika dan tafsir kontemporer, menjelaskan kedudukan hadis dalam tafsir Al-Qur’an, menganalisis penerapan hermeneutika terhadap hadis dalam tafsir kontemporer, serta mengkaji pandangan para ulama mengenai penggunaan hermeneutika dalam studi hadis dan tafsir. Hermeneutika memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami hadis melalui analisis konteks sosial, budaya, dan historis kemunculannya, sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya kontekstualisasi ajaran Islam tanpa mengabaikan nilai-nilai dasarnya. However, in contemporary social practice, various forms of adaptation, negotiation, and even deviations have been observed, indicating a dynamic interpretation of gender justice. This study employs a normative legal methodology combined with an empirical approach through literature review and analysis of social practices. The results show that justice in Islamic inheritance law is not merely distributive in nature but is also contextual and oriented toward the maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah, particularly the protection of justice and the public interest. Selama ini, kedua disiplin tersebut berkembang sebagai bidang kajian yang relatif terpisah, meskipun keduanya memiliki hubungan epistemologis yang sangat erat sebagai dua pilar utama dalam memahami wahyu Islam. Pemisahan ini dalam perkembangannya menimbulkan fragmentasi metodologis yang berdampak pada terbatasnya pendekatan holistik dalam penafsiran teks-teks keagamaan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif-analitis. Sumber data terdiri atas literatur klasik dan kontemporer dalam bidang ilmu hadis, ulumul Qur’an, metodologi tafsir, serta kajian hermeneutika dan ilmu sosial yang relevan. Analisis dilakukan melalui pendekatan interdisipliner dengan menekankan model kritik historis-kontekstual untuk mengidentifikasi titik-titik integrasi antara kedua disiplin tersebut. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi ilmu hadis dan ulumul Qur’an dapat dibangun melalui tiga dimensi utama, yaitu integrasi epistemologis, integrasi metodologis, dan integrasi kontekstual. Integrasi ini memungkinkan terjadinya dialog kritis antara otoritas tekstual Al-Qur’an dan hadis dengan pendekatan historis serta analisis kontekstual dalam membaca realitas kontemporer. Quraish Shihab, and several modern thematic tafsir works. This study employs a qualitative research method with a library research approach. The analysis is conducted through a comparative method focusing on the characteristics, functions, authority, and position of hadith in the process of Qur’anic interpretation within each work. The findings reveal that classical tafsir places hadith as a binding and hierarchical source of transmitted authority (riwāyah), making it the primary reference for explaining the meanings of Qur’anic verses. In contrast, contemporary tafsir tends to employ hadith in a more selective, critical, and contextual manner by considering historical, social, and modern interpretive needs. These differences indicate a methodological transformation in Qur’anic exegesis that extends beyond the transmission of narrations toward efforts to understand the relevance of Qur’anic messages in contemporary contexts. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode campuran (mixed method) dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang melibatkan 29 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan diskusi interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kategori Setuju memperoleh persentase 50,74% dan Sangat Setuju 40,41%, sehingga total tanggapan positif mencapai 91,15%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Peran ustad dan ustadzah dalam mengatasi bullying verbal dilakukan melalui pembinaan akhlak dan karakter, pemberian nasihat dan bimbingan, keteladanan dalam bertutur kata, pengawasan terhadap interaksi santri, serta pemberian teguran dan arahan kepada santri yang melakukan bullying verbal. Peran tersebut dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran maupun di luar pembelajaran. 2) Bentuk-bentuk bullying verbal yang terjadi di Majelis Diniyah Takmiliyah Ulumudin Pulosari meliputi perilaku mengejek, mengolok-olok, memanggil teman dengan julukan yang tidak baik, menghina, serta ucapan yang merendahkan perasaan teman sebaya. Perilaku tersebut umumnya muncul dalam interaksi sehari-hari antar santri dan sering dianggap sebagai candaan. 3) Strategi yang dilakukan ustad dan ustadzah dalam mencegah bullying verbal meliputi penanaman nilai-nilai akhlakul karimah, pembiasaan adab berbicara yang baik, pemberian pemahaman tentang dampak bullying verbal, penguatan sikap saling menghormati antarsantri, serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman, nyaman, dan religius. One way that can be done is by creating teaching materials that focus on differentiated learning, which is able to accommodate variations in students' abilities, interests, and learning styles. This study aims to create teaching materials with a differentiated learning approach on environmental topics for second-grade students at MIS Miftahul Jannah Palangkaraya. This study adopted the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. The results of validation by material experts, media experts, and field trials showed that teaching materials based on differentiated learning were declared very suitable for use in the learning process. The assessment from material experts obtained a percentage of 85.4% with the category of "Very Suitable", from media experts 100.0% also with the category of "Very Suitable", teacher assessment reached 97.1%, and the results of the trial from students were 84.4%. Effectiveness testing demonstrated that the teaching materials improved students' understanding and learning outcomes regarding environmental issues. This thought was then developed by Muslim philosophers such as Al-Farabi and Ibn Sina. However, this development also gave rise to criticism from Islamic theologians, particularly Abu Hamid Al-Ghazali. This article aims to analyze Al-Ghazali's criticism of philosophy as expressed in his work Tahafut al-Falasifa. This study uses a library research method with a textual analysis approach to Al-Ghazali's main works and secondary literature in the study of Islamic philosophy. The results show that Al-Ghazali criticized twenty philosophical doctrines and considered three of them as deviations from Islamic teachings: the concept of the eternity of nature, the view that God only knows universals, and the rejection of physical resurrection. This criticism is not only theological but also epistemological because Al-Ghazali emphasized the limitations of human reason in understanding metaphysical reality. The theories used to analyze the problem are: collaborative learning theory, social constructivism, and social learning theory. This study employed a qualitative descriptive research design, utilizing data collection methods such as observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. Dini. The main focus of this research is to identify how both good moral values and bad moral values are reflected through the actions, speech, and conflicts experienced by the characters, particularly the main character named Sri. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with a sociology of literature approach. The primary data source is the novel "Pada Sebuah Kapal" by Nh. Dini, published in February 2023. Data collection techniques were carried out through careful reading and note-taking of text quotations that reflect ethical and moral principles. Data analysis techniques include the stages of examination, identification, in-depth analysis, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that there are two categories of moral values in the novel. First, good moral values which include independence, honesty, responsibility, social relationships, and fortitude in facing life's trials. Second, bad moral values are presented through dishonesty and infidelity (unfaithfulness in marriage). Through the inner struggle of the character Sri, this novel portrays a woman's struggle in seeking happiness and self-identity amidst the moral consequences of every decision made. In the context of Christian education, such collaboration extends beyond community involvement by incorporating churches and faith communities as strategic partners in nurturing students’ character, spirituality, and social responsibility. Nevertheless, challenges such as limited parental participation, ineffective communication between schools and communities, and inadequate management of school–community relations continue to hinder efforts to improve educational quality. This study aims to analyze the synergy between schools and communities in enhancing educational quality from the perspectives of educational management and Christian education. The study employed a library research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected from relevant scholarly sources, including journal articles, books, government documents, and previous research findings, and were analyzed using content analysis techniques. The findings reveal that school–community relations function as a strategic instrument influencing educational inputs, processes, and outcomes. The effectiveness of this relationship is supported by the implementation of educational public relations principles, participatory leadership, transparent two-way communication, and active community involvement. From a Christian education perspective, this synergy is grounded in the values of agape, koinonia, and diakonia, which foster transformative partnerships among schools, families, communities, and churches. Dalam konteks pendidikan Kristen, sinergi tersebut memiliki dimensi yang lebih luas karena melibatkan gereja dan komunitas iman sebagai mitra strategis dalam pembentukan karakter, spiritualitas, dan tanggung jawab sosial peserta didik. Namun, berbagai permasalahan seperti rendahnya partisipasi orang tua, lemahnya komunikasi antara sekolah dan masyarakat, serta belum optimalnya pengelolaan hubungan sekolah dengan masyarakat masih menjadi hambatan dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kajian pustaka (library research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan sekolah dan masyarakat merupakan instrumen strategis yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas input, proses, dan output pendidikan. Efektivitas hubungan tersebut didukung oleh penerapan prinsip-prinsip manajemen humas pendidikan, kepemimpinan partisipatif, komunikasi dua arah yang transparan, serta keterlibatan aktif masyarakat. Axiology, as a branch of philosophy that examines the nature of values, serves as a crucial instrument in evaluating the extent to which science makes a positive contribution to humanity. The phenomenon of modern science, which tends to adopt a value-free paradigm, often neglects the spiritual dimension, thereby contributing to ecological damage and humanitarian crises.&nbsp; Therefore, this study aims to integrate Islamic axiological principles as an ethical foundation for contemporary scientific activities. This study employs a library research method with a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data analysis was conducted hermeneutically on various primary and secondary literature sourced from scientific journals and philosophical works related to Islamic education and scientific ethics.&nbsp; Research findings indicate that the axiology of Islamic education positions tawhid as the pinnacle of value consciousness that guides the entire educational process. The framework of Islamic education is not only oriented toward cognitive achievement but also toward the realization of the “insan kamil” (the perfect human being) through the functional integration of the concepts of ta’lim (knowledge transmission), tarbiyah (potential development), and ta’dib (internalization of etiquette). This study concludes that the internalization of spiritual values into rational thought is imperative for the development of the humanities. The purpose of this research is to describe the characteristics of poetry in each period of Indonesian literature and to explain the development of appreciation and criticism patterns in accordance with social, cultural, and technological changes. This research employs a library research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data were obtained from various literature sources, such as books, scientific journals, articles, and poetry works representing each literary generation. Data collection was carried out through documentation techniques, while data analysis used qualitative descriptive techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that each literary generation has different characteristics. The Balai Pustaka generation tended to follow traditional poetic rules and raised themes of customs and education, while the Pujangga Baru generation emphasized nationalism, romanticism, and idealism. The 1945 generation introduced freedom of expression, the spirit of struggle, and more straightforward language use. Furthermore, poetry from the 1966 to the 2000s generations became increasingly diverse through social criticism, language experimentation, and the use of digital media as a means of literary publication and appreciation. The development of poetry appreciation and criticism has also shifted from being limited to academics to becoming more open through mass media and digital platforms. The theory used is the theory of "Sociolinguistics." This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research data are students' spoken utterances containing elements of code-mixing, while the data sources are students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program at Universitas Persatuan Guru 1945 NTT, particularly in informal conversations on campus. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, recording techniques, note-taking techniques, and in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed through the stages of data transcription, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the forms of code-mixing found in student conversations include code-mixing in the form of words or particles, phrases, blends, and reduplication. The elements of code-mixing that appear come from Kupang Malay, English, and slang. Elements of Kupang Malay are seen in the use of words or particles such as&nbsp;beta,&nbsp;katong,&nbsp;su,&nbsp;ko,&nbsp;sa,&nbsp;dong, and&nbsp;dorang. English elements are seen in the use of phrases such as&nbsp;share link Zoom,&nbsp;worth it,&nbsp;check out,&nbsp;mental breakdown, and&nbsp;me time. The blended form is seen in the word&nbsp;di-filter, while the reduplication form is seen in the use of&nbsp;omong-omong. The factors causing code-mixing include daily language habits, local identity and solidarity, informal situations, the influence of technology and social media, emotional expression, and communication efficiency. Dalam berbagai media publik, termasuk media infografis sejarah, penggunaan bahasa yang baik dan benar menjadi aspek yang harus diperhatikan agar informasi dapat dipahami secara jelas dan tidak menimbulkan kesalahpahaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis bentuk-bentuk kesalahan berbahasa Indonesia yang terdapat pada media infografis sejarah di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Medan (FIS UNIMED). Penelitian menggunakan metode observasi dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui pengamatan langsung terhadap media infografis sejarah yang terdapat di lingkungan Program Studi Pendidikan Sejarah FIS UNIMED. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih ditemukan berbagai kesalahan berbahasa, meliputi kesalahan penggunaan huruf kapital, ejaan, tanda baca, pemilihan kata, serta penyusunan kalimat. Kesalahan yang paling dominan ditemukan adalah kesalahan ejaan dan penggunaan tanda baca. One of the innovations implemented by Tribun Sumsel is the use of podcast programs that apply storytelling strategies in presenting local news. This study aims to examine the implementation of storytelling strategies in packaging local news through Tribun Sumsel podcasts and to identify the role of digital media in supporting information dissemination to the public. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation conducted during the internship program at Tribun Sumsel. The findings reveal that storytelling strategies make information delivery more engaging, easier to understand, and capable of increasing audience involvement. In addition, digital media platforms such as social media and podcasts play a significant role in expanding the reach of information to the community. Several challenges were encountered during the production process, including limited production time and the need to adapt content to audience preferences. However, these challenges can be addressed through effective team coordination and the utilization of digital technology. At this age, children often experience a phase of picky eating influenced by behavioral factors, eating habits, and the family environment. Family-based health education is crucial in improving families' knowledge and skills in addressing this issue. One non-pharmacological intervention that can be provided is Tui Na massage, a traditional massage technique that aims to stimulate digestive function, improve the body's energy circulation, and help increase children's appetite. This activity aims to provide family nursing care to Mr. E, focusing on his 2-year-old child who is experiencing decreased appetite and is underweight. The method used is a family nursing process approach, which includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and physical examinations. The intervention provided included education on the importance of balanced nutrition and training in Tui Na massage. Results indicate improved family knowledge and skills in caring for children, as well as a more positive family response to addressing feeding issues. Family health education using non-pharmacological approaches such as Tui Na massage is an effective strategy in supporting improved nutritional status and child growth and development. Education in Saudi Arabia functions not only as a medium for knowledge transfer, but also as an instrument for character building based on Islamic values and the development of competitive human resources. The aim of this study is to describe the education system in Saudi Arabia, identify the various challenges faced, and analyze the educational policies implemented by the government in responding to these challenges. This research uses a qualitative approach with a library research design. Data were obtained from various literature sources such as books, scientific journal articles, and official educational policy documents of Saudi Arabia, then analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify key themes related to the education system, its problems, and policy directions. The findings show that the education system in Saudi Arabia has an integrative character combining Islamic education and modern education, yet it still faces several challenges such as disparities in educational quality across regions, the dominance of traditional teaching methods, dependence on foreign teaching staff, and a mismatch between graduates’ competencies and labor market needs. The government has responded to these challenges through various educational reform policies under the Vision 2030 framework, emphasizing curriculum modernization, strengthening vocational education, improving teacher quality, and digitalizing the learning system. The background of this research is based on the increasing challenges of diversity in Indonesia, including potential social conflicts, intolerance, and the spread of provocative information that may disrupt harmony in a plural society. The objective of this study is to analyze the contribution of multicultural education in promoting tolerance and strengthening the practice of religious moderation in a multireligious community setting. This research employs a qualitative approach using library research methods by collecting secondary data from books, academic journals, and other relevant scholarly sources. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative techniques through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, supported by source triangulation to ensure data validity. The findings reveal that multicultural education plays a significant role in shaping attitudes of tolerance, openness, and respect for religious differences in Balun Village. These values are internalized through families, educational institutions, religious leaders, and social interactions, resulting in a harmonious community life. Religious moderation is reflected in daily practices such as mutual cooperation, deliberation, social collaboration, and respect for religious worship among different faith groups. The study concludes that multicultural education is a key factor in strengthening religious moderation and maintaining social harmony. The aim of this research is to analyze the Finnish education system comprehensively, identify its main problems, and examine the educational policies implemented to maintain and improve its quality. This study employs a qualitative approach using a library research method, where data are collected from secondary sources such as academic books, peer-reviewed journals, international reports, and relevant scholarly publications. The data analysis technique used is content analysis, involving the classification and interpretation of information based on the main focus of the study. The findings reveal that the Finnish education system is built on principles of educational equity, high teacher professionalism, formative assessment, and a flexible curriculum that grants substantial autonomy to schools and teachers. However, the system also faces several challenges, including increasing student diversity due to immigration, declining student motivation in certain levels, and the pressures of technological advancement and globalization. The educational policies implemented in Finland, such as free education, decentralized governance, and research-based teacher education, play a crucial role in maintaining the system’s quality. Dinas Kebudayaan Kota Palembang sebagai instansi pemerintah daerah yang bergerak dalam bidang pelestarian dan pengembangan kebudayaan memiliki berbagai kegiatan internal maupun eksternal yang perlu dipublikasikan kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen dokumentasi dan liputan kegiatan eksternal dilaksanakan oleh Bidang Media Digital dan Komunikasi Publik Dinas Kebudayaan Kota Palembang sebagai sarana transparansi informasi publik. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung selama kegiatan magang, dokumentasi, dan partisipasi dalam kegiatan peliputan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses manajemen dokumentasi dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan utama yaitu pra-produksi, produksi, dan pasca-produksi. Pada tahap pra-produksi dilakukan perencanaan dan koordinasi liputan, tahap produksi berupa pelaksanaan dokumentasi kegiatan di lapangan, sedangkan tahap pasca-produksi meliputi pengolahan, pengarsipan, dan distribusi informasi melalui media digital. Pemanfaatan media sosial dan konten digital terbukti membantu instansi dalam menyampaikan informasi secara cepat, akurat, dan mudah diakses masyarakat.
