PEMANFAATAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS MULTIMEDIA INTERAKTIF PADA MATERI MAD KELAS IX DI MTS DARUL ULUM PALANGKA RAYA

This study aims to develop the use of interactive multimedia-based media to improve student understanding and improve the concentration of learning of class IX students at MTS Darul Ulum Palangka Raya in the learning process of Mad material. In this study using a research model, namely the ADDIE model with data collection techniques in this study, namely interviews, observations, documentation and questionnaires. The questionnaire was given to media experts, material experts, Al-Quran Hadith teachers and students. The data collected were analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results of this study stated that at the Analysis stage the researcher conducted a material analysis. The second stage is design, designing the initial draft of the media. The third stage of development, the resulting product is in the form of a video with the results of the validation of the material expert obtained with a validity result of 79% with good criteria and the results of the validation of the media expert obtained with a result of 82% with very feasible criteria. The teacher's response received an assessment of 100% in the very good category and the trial of 24 students got a score of 62% in the sufficient category. So it can be said that students feel happy and interested. The fourth stage is implementation, at this stage the researcher tests the media. Finally, there is evaluation, at this stage the researcher analyzes the impact of using the media. This study can conclude that the use of interactive multimedia-based media will help improve the concentration and understanding of students at Mts Darul Ulum Palangka Raya.

This research aims to examine or determine the feasibility and effectiveness of scientific literacy-based enrichment teaching materials in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects, especially in trustworthy and honest materials in class VIII of SMP Negeri 11 Palangka Raya using the Research and Development method ( R&D) using the 5E model (Engage, Explore, Explain, Elaborate, Evaluate), this research produces teaching materials in the form of interactive flipbooks. Validation carried out by material experts and media experts resulted in the "very valid without revision" category with scores of 79% and 82% respectively. Filipbook is also designed to increase students' scientific literacy through relevant, interactive and interesting learning methods. The research results show that the use of this teaching material significantly increases students' understanding of the values of trust and honesty and their application in everyday life. It is hoped that this research can become an innovative reference in developing scientific literacy-based teaching materials to improve the quality of PAI learning in schools.

The disparity in Regional Minimum Wage (UMR) across regencies and cities in Central Java reflects economic inequalities between regions. Factors such as cost of living, industrial development, and labor demands influence the variation in UMR. Some areas have a high concentration of industries and higher UMR, while others have fewer industries and lower UMR. This study utilizes Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to visualize UMR and industrial distribution data through interactive maps. This study examines the socio-economic dynamics of handmade bag craftsmen in Laut
Dendang Village, Jalan Sukarela Barat. The focus of the study is to understand the socio
economic changes and developments generated through the creative industry activities of
MSMEs. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, field
observations, and related documents. The main resource person, Mrs. Nelly, shared her
experience in managing a handmade bag business that has opened up employment opportunities
for the surrounding community. Thematic analysis was used to explore patterns in production,
marketing, and product innovation activities. This study found that struggle, hard work values,
and innovation strategies, such as utilizing local cultural wealth and strengthening collaboration
between MSMEs, are the keys to business success. The results of the study provide in-depth
insights into the importance of the creative industry in supporting the local economy and
encouraging communities to create jobs through sustainable innovation.

Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS) is a key indicator in creating a healthy and productive society. In rural areas, although awareness of the importance of PHBS has been increasing, there are still many challenges in its implementation. This article aims to identify efforts that can be made to improve PHBS in rural areas through educational approaches, the facilitation of a healthy environment, and strengthening community roles. Using literature review and interviews with several stakeholders, this study concludes that collaboration between the government, communities, and the private sector plays an important role in creating behavioral changes toward a cleaner and healthier lifestyle.

The General Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) plays a strategic role in monitoring the 2024 elections, ensuring the implementation of the principles of Direct, General, Free, Secret, Honest and Fair (Luberjudil) which are the cornerstone of democracy in Indonesia. East Java Bawaslu is responsible for monitoring the campaign process, voting, and vote counting to prevent violations, fraud, and intimidation. This research uses the literature review method to identify relevant concepts, theories and findings, with data obtained from scientific articles on Google Scholar, as well as current journals that have a direct link to the topic. Data sources include election-related laws and regulations, books, journals and papers. Bawaslu also functions as a law enforcement body that processes reports of election violations and sanctions violators. This research focuses on campaign activities with an approach from Law No. 13 of 2024 on Election Campaigns. Although foreign investment is essential for Indonesia’s economic growth, foreign investment is often accompanied by the risk of conflict between foreign investors and the government. Arbitration has been a more successful method of conflict resolution than litigation to address this issue. The purpose of this study is to examine the potential benefits of arbitration in protecting the interests of foreign investors in Indonesia and to identify the challenges associated with its use. This study examines Indonesia’s arbitration law and the efficiency of its implementation using normative legal research techniques, regulatory approaches, and a literature review. The study’s findings suggest that the neutrality, adaptability, and confidentiality of arbitration make it a promising legal protection for international investors. However, a number of barriers remain significant issues, including inconsistencies between national laws and international norms, lack of public awareness, and inadequate infrastructure. Therefore, to enhance confidence among international investors and foster a better investment climate, strategic steps are needed such as regulatory harmonization, capacity building of arbitration institutions, and promotion of the benefits of arbitration.

Dari hasil analisis kebutuhan yang telah dilakukan, kurangnya waktu unruk menyusun media pembelajaran menjadi kendala unru guru mata pelajan SKI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui paraktikalitas media educaplay yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan sebagian tahapan dari model v. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Untuk mengetahui kualitas media, maka sebelum uji paraktikalitas dilakukan uji validitas media. Hasi dari validasi media yaitu 82%, sedangkan validasi materi diperoleh hasil 98%. Hasil praktikalitas medi pada guru yaitu 82%, sedangkan hasil praktikalitas terhadap siswa adalah 90,7% dengan kriteria praktis. Oleh karena itu, medi educaplay pada materi dakwah nabi dapat digunakan dan diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran.

Learning media holds an important position in the learning process. However, over time, the media that has been previously developed often has limitations, so it needs to be continuously improved. The research on the development of learning media based on Canva hyperlinks using the ASSURE model for the concepts and scope of Islamic jurisprudence for 10th-grade students at Madrasah Aliyah employs the Research and Development (R&D) model ASSURE. The ASSURE model consists of 6 stages, namely (1) Analyze learners (2) State standard objectives (3) Select strategy, technology, media, and materials (4)Utilize technology media and materials (5)Require learner participation (6)Evaluate and revise. However, in this study, the stage of requiring learner participation was not conducted. The instruments used to collect data include interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the results of the material validation test, a "suitable" category was obtained with a score of 78% in the validation test by material experts. Meanwhile, the media validation test by media experts received a score of 82%, which falls into the "very feasible" category. Thus, it can be concluded that the learning media based on Canva hyperlinks for fiqh material and its development for 10th grade at Madrasah Aliyah is suitable for use in teaching

When two people who meet certain standards live together, they are said to be married. that in the event of a divorce, if the child is less than twelve, custody will be awarded to the mother. According to Article 41 of the Marriage Law, the mother is granted custody of the child as long as the father continues to pay for the child's living expenses and tuition. Supporting and educating a child is not a requirement of being their guardian. Depending on the child's interests, both ex-husbands and ex-wives are obliged to provide for and educate their children. The husband and wife are in charge of paying for their children's education and upbringing. The mother may be ordered to pay by the court if the couple is unable to support the child. Whether the lady or the husband is in charge of the child's custody is decided by the judge.

With a comprehensive approach, collective efforts are expected to reduce vulnerabilities and create an environment that is more inclusive, safe and supports the dignity of people with disabilities.

Corruption in Indonesia is a complex and deep problem. From the theoretical perspective of Lawrence M. Friedman, law enforcement related to corruption can be understood through three main elements: legal structure, legal substance, and legal culture. The legal structure includes law enforcement agencies such as the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and the prosecutor's office. Legal substance is related to the rules governing criminal acts of corruption, while legal culture refers to the attitudes and perceptions of society and legal officials towards corruption. Even though law enforcement efforts have been increased through the establishment of the Corruption Eradication Commission and the implementation of stricter laws, corrupt practices are still widespread due to weak elements of legal culture, such as low integrity and legal awareness. This research aims to analyze law enforcement for criminal acts of corruption in Indonesia using Lawrence M. Friedman's theoretical approach and evaluating the obstacles that hinder the effectiveness of law enforcement in eradicating corruption.

Artikel ini membahas tentang dampak munculnya berbagai sekte dalam Islam, khususnya Islam ekstremis, terhadap dinamika agama, dan bagaimana hal tersebut mempengaruhi pendidikan di Indonesia. Fokus kajian adalah integrasi nilai-nilai Islam moderat dalam pendidikan karakter di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Qur’ani Al Bahjah, Blitar. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di madrasah tersebut, nilai-nilai Islam moderat diajarkan melalui visi lembaga yang berfokus pada akhlak mulia dan mengikuti manhaj Ahlusunnah wal Jama’ah. Nilai-nilai moderat yang diajarkan mencakup tawassuth, tawazzun, tahaddhur, syura, tasammuh, i'tidal, islah, dan musawah, yang membentuk sikap siswa dengan tujuan menciptakan santri yang berakhlak mulia dan siap melanjutkan perjuangan peradaban Islam. Dalam kesimpulannya, Penanaman nilai Islam moderat di MI Qur’ani Albahjah dilakukan secara integratif melalui pendidikan formal, budaya sekolah, dan kerja sama antara guru, siswa, serta orang tua. Nilai-nilai ini diharapkan mencetak generasi yang cerdas, bermoral, berkarakter, dan relevan dengan tantangan zaman. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi lembaga sekolah tingkat dasar dan menjadi bahan acuan bagi para peneliti dan praktisi Pendidikan di kemudian hari.

This study aims to explore Generation Z's perceptions of the credibility and popularity of TikTok influencers in influencing fashion product choices. Using a qualitative approach and literature analysis method, this research collects secondary data from journals, industry reports, and relevant academic publications. Literature searches were conducted using keywords such as "TikTok influencer credibility," "Gen Z fashion consumption," and "social media marketing." The results indicate that influencer credibility, including factors like trustworthiness, expertise, attractiveness, and similarity with the audience, significantly affects fashion product purchase decisions. Additionally, the popularity of influencers influences purchase intent, with a larger following enhancing their impact. The findings provide insights into how Generation Z evaluates TikTok influencers and their impact on fashion purchase decisions. This study has limitations due to the use of secondary data, suggesting that future research should involve primary data to gain deeper insights.

Law No. 5 of 1960 on the Basic Agrarian Law (UUPA) states that agrarian reform encompasses not only land reform but also changes in the management of natural resources. Therefore, a more precise and comprehensive definition of agrarian reform is needed in accordance with the provisions of the UUPA. This research employs a qualitative method with an empirical normative legal approach, considering that the implementation of agrarian reform is still ongoing without a clear time limit. This article discusses the role of information quality in the development of information technology among Generation Z. Generation Z, born between 1995 and the early 2010s, is in the midst of rapid technological advances, where access to information through the internet and social media is very easy. This research aims to explore how information quality, which includes accuracy, relevance, and timeliness, affects the acceptance and use of technology by this generation. The methods used in this research include literature study and literature review to collect and analyze data. The results show that high information quality can increase technology adoption among Generation Z, while low information quality can hinder innovation and create confusion. In addition, this study provides recommendations for technology providers and policy makers to improve the quality of information delivered to Generation Z, in order to support innovation, better decision making, and create a more positive user experience. Thus, good information quality is key to maximizing the potential of technology in this digital era.

Environmental Impact Assessment (AMDAL) is an important process in business feasibility studies to evaluate the impact of proposed activities on the environment. This research identifies the components of AMDAL, explains the government regulations governing it, and outlines the steps involved in environmental impact analysis. The method used is qualitative descriptive with a literature review approach. The results indicate that AMDAL consists of the Framework for Environmental Impact Analysis (KA), Environmental Impact Analysis (ANDAL), Environmental Management Plan (RKL), and Environmental Monitoring Plan (RPL). Regulations such as Law No. 32 of 2009 emphasize the obligation of businesses to conduct AMDAL before project implementation. The conclusion of this study underscores the importance of applying AMDAL to ensure environmental sustainability in development projects.

Melihat juga dari banyaknya Negara asing khususnya Negara barat masih sangat kekurangan seorang pendakwah yang mampu membawa agama islam yang rahmatan lil alamin (Islam yang moderat). Seorang santri yang menguasai bahasa asing juga akan mampu berdakwah dan memahami kebudayaan yang dianut oleh bangsa asing apalagi indonesia adalah negara yang memiliki banyak ragam potensi perdagangan yang besar dengan Negara-negara asing. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah : (1) Bagaimana bentuk lingkungan bahasa asing di Pondok Pesantren al- Miftah Modern Bungah Gresik (2) Bagaimana upaya bahasa asing dalam meningkatkan pendidikan islam moderat di Pondok Pesantren al- Miftah Modern Bungah Gresik

Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, karena pendekatan ini digunakan untuk menelusuri tentang bagaimana bentuk lingkungan bahasa asing di pondok pesantren Al Miftah dan Bagaimana upayanya untuk meningkatkan pendidikan islam moderat didalamnya. Oleh sebab itu, proses penelitian ini diharapkan menghasilkan data-data deskriptif berupa tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang atau perilaku yang dapat diamati untuk memberikan penjelasan tentang bagaimana bentuk lingkungan bahasa asing dan bagaimana upayanya untuk meningkatkan pendidikan islam moderat di pondok pesantren modern Al Miftah.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Proses pendidikan islam moderat didalam pondok pesantren modern al miftah, di ajarkan didalam kegiatan pembelajaran seperti, kegiatan drill bahasa, muhadhoroh, safari dakwah, bulan bahasa dan kegiatan muhadastah 3 bahasa. Proses kegiatan didalam lingkungan bahasa berjalan dengan baik dan kondusif , guru memberikan pemahaman terkait pendidikan islam moderat tentang kerukunan antar santri dan toleransi antar santri satu sama yang lain.

The aim of this research is to explain and analyze the cultivation of multicultural values in education at SMP Negeri 3 Leksono, focusing on democratic, humanistic, and pluralistic values within the Merdeka Curriculum. This is a qualitative study using a phenomenological approach. Interviews, observations, and documentation are the data collection methods. The research findings indicate that: (1) The cultivation of democratic values in the Merdeka Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMP Negeri 3 Leksono is achieved through several methods. First, students are organized, including electing the student council president and class president; second, school regulations are arranged through deliberation; and third, students are given the freedom to speak up and voice their opinions. (2) Humanistic values are instilled in the Merdeka Curriculum in the Islamic Religious Education subject at SMP Negeri 3 Leksono. This is done through the Friday Charity program to teach social care, extracurricular activities to promote service, and Saturday activities. (3) The cultivation of pluralistic values in the Merdeka Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education at SMP Negeri 3 Leksono starts by involving all students in academic and religious activities without distinction. Teachers also act as role models and examples for the students.

This study aims to examine the relationship between self-compassion and emotion regulation in students of Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi. The term student is often associated with higher education which often experiences symptoms of depression due to the transition from youth to adulthood. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlational design and involved 134 students who were selected using probability sampling techniques with simple random sampling methods and using the G*Power application with a medium effect size to determine the sample size. The data collection technique used is the emotion regulation scale and self-compassion scale which have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques use assumption tests with normality and linearity tests, as well as hypothesis testing with simple linear regression analysis and Spearman's correlation. The results of this study indicate that self-compassion has a significant positive role on emotion regulation. This finding indicates that the lower the self-compassion, the lower the level of emotion regulation, and conversely the higher the emotion regulation, the higher the self-compassion. This study provides important implications for the development of support programs in understanding the relationship between self-compassion and emotion regulation in college students. By proposing the exploration of other variables that may play a role in this relationship, further research can enrich the insights into the factors of self-compassion and emotion regulation in college students

Some of these main issues are budget readiness for infrastructure development, good regional spatial planning, human resource readiness planning, and socio-cultural aspects of indigenous peoples' rights that need attention. Because the existence of indigenous peoples is very critical because the recognition they get is very weak. The purpose of this article is to find out how the impact of moving the new capital city and how to protect the traditional rights of indigenous peoples. The research method used in the preparation of this article uses the document study method in which data collection. This study concludes that, although the local government of Central Kalimantan has stated its readiness, there are many factors that need to be considered, especially the social aspects and the carrying capacity of the surrounding environment as well as the protection of the traditional rights of indigenous peoples. Therefore, so that the traditional rights of indigenous peoples are not disturbed and do not cause impacts in the future, it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study related to the planning. The results of this study indicate that job burnout has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. This finding indicates that the higher the job burnout received by employees, the lower the level of employee job satisfaction.

The number of work accidents in Indonesia is still quite high and continues to increase almost every year. The mining sector is considered an important component for the world to gain profits as a source of state income. Mining is one of the largest industries in the world, with great risks and a significant possibility of failure in its operations. The aim of this research is to analyze and identify risk factors that can affect the health and safety of workers in the mining industry. The main focus of this research is to classify various risk factors into three parts, namely human factors, equipment factors and environmental factors. The methodology used in this research is a systematic literature review, which includes analysis of various academic sources and related case studies. Based on the findings of this research, it was found that human factors such as (unsafe actions), lack of worker education, age factors, the attitude of workers who do not use PPE, and lack of training and work experience are the main factors causing work accidents among workers in the mining sector. After that, it is followed by equipment factors such as the use of equipment that is not well maintained and equipment that is not suitable for use. And finally environmental factors related to poor ventilation, lack of lighting, extreme weather and exposure to dangerous toxic gases. It is hoped that this research can provide important information and insight into the mining sector to improve worker safety and health and prevent similar disasters from occurring in the future.

This study aims to explore the relationship between adversity intelligence and peer support on the self-adjustment of new students at Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi. Data analysis techniques use assumption tests with normality and linearity tests, as well as hypothesis testing with multiple regression analysis and Spearman correlation. The results of the analysis show that adversity intelligence has a highly significant relationship with self-adjustment, while peer support shows a weak and insignificant relationship. These findings indicate the importance of developing adversity intelligence among freshmen to improve their adjustment ability in the academic environment.

Coffee shops are one of the leading coffee places nowadays which are often visited by young people and adults. Shop owners usually often ignore the long cashier queues. This also happened at Warunge Bapak Coffee, where on weekends the cashier section had quite a long queue. Improvements are continuously made to produce good service. However, the length of time you wait in line will affect the quality of the service provided. This research focuses on services in the cashier section with the aim of reducing long queues at cashier services, Based on observation data and data processing using the Multi Channel Multi Phase queuing method with POM-QM V5 for Windows software, because during observations in this section there is the potential for waiting times. The results show that the average length of waiting time is very dependent on the level of service speed. There are 11 customers every hour. Where the percentage of utilization optimization with these 2 servers is 30.6%. This queuing system can be said to be optimal because the average level of service is greater than the level of customer arrival. However, in actual practice the number of customers who come to Warunge Bapak Coffee is almost the same as the level of service. Thus, it is recommended that the coffee shop improve its performance so that customers who come feel more satisfied, and it can be concluded that there needs to be improvements to the server section at the cashier by adding workers on a part time system to anticipate a surge in customers coming to reduce waiting time.

The results of this study indicate that Self Esteem has a significant effect on Psychological Well Being. This finding indicates that the higher the Self Esteem received by employees, the higher their level of Psychological Well Being. This study provides important implications for the development of support programs in understanding the relationship between self-esteem and Psychological Well Being in employees. By proposing the exploration of other variables that may play a role in this relationship, further research could enrich insights into the factors influencing Psychological Well being, particularly in the work context.

Geographic Information System (GIS) is a computer-based system used to process and store geographic-based data or information. This research aims to develop a web-based GIS to monitor and analyze cases of violence against minors in Central Java Province. This system integrates spatial data obtained by taking the coordinates of the Central Java region via Google Maps, as well as non-spatial data regarding the number of cases of violence against children taken from the Central Java Statistics Agency. This website is designed with features that contain news, education, and maps that mark the number of cases of violence in each region. The map uses yellow to indicate low levels of violence, orange for medium violence, and red for high violence. The result of this research is the development of a web-based GIS system that monitors violence against children aged 0-18 years in Central Java in 2022-2023. This system uses QGIS and makes it easy for users to find out the number of cases of violence that occurred in each city/district in Central Java.

Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test scores, there was an increase. It can be seen in the average difference between the pre-test and post-test results, which is equal to 9.37, proving that the average pre-test and post-test scores are positive. This proves that the STAD-type cooperative learning strategy combined with sing a song on the food digestive system material can improve student learning outcomes in class XI IPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan.

The 21st century Biology learning emphasizes students to be able to master 4C skills, namely high level/critical thinking skills, having a creative mindset, communicating and being proficient in problem solving. Critical thinking skills can be facilitated by using real events that exist in the environment around students. Therefore, we need a LKPD that leads to problem solving activities so that students can learn critical thinking skills and can gain important insights and concepts. The research conducted aims to produce problem-based learning worksheets to train students' critical thinking skills on material environmental pollution sub-material water pollution that is valid, practical, and effective. The parameters measured in the study included the validity of the LKPD based on the presentation component, the content component and the language component, the effectiveness of the LKPD based on the results of critical thinking skills and student responses. This study uses the 4D development model (define, design, development, without disseminate). Data obtained by validation, observation and response questionnaire methods. Data were analyzed with quantitative descriptive. The data analysis technique, namely the validity was analyzed using a Likert scale, practicality by calculating the average percentage then interpreted into a Likert scale. The results of learning critical thinking skills and student responses based on the results of the validity of the LKPD material obtained a score of 86.1% so that it was stated to be very valid, the percentage of media validity was obtained by 88.7% so that it was stated to be very valid, and the teacher's response to the media obtained a score of 93.6% so that declared valid, the percentage of student responses was 84.7%. From the statements that have been presented, it can be concluded that the LKPD developed is stated to be valid, practical, and effective for use in the learning process

This study examines the effect of optimism on academic anxiety among college students. Academic anxiety, which is often caused by exam pressure and academic demands, can have a negative impact on mental well-being and academic performance. Optimism, as a positive outlook that helps individuals face challenges, plays an important role in managing academic anxiety. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlational design and involved 134 students selected using probability sampling techniques with simple random sampling methods and using the G * Power application with a medium effect size to determine the number of samples. The data collection techniques used were the Academic Anxiety scale and the Optimism scale which had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used an assumption test with normality and linearity tests, and a hypothesis test with simple regression analysis and Spearman correlation. The results of this study indicate that optimism has a significant effect on academic anxiety. This finding indicates that the higher the Optimism received by students, the higher their level of academic anxiety. Although the effect is small, these results support the theory of positive psychology which states that individuals who are more optimistic tend to be better at managing stress. This study suggests that educational institutions and parents should be more proactive in fostering optimism among students and exploring other variables that contribute to academic anxiety.

This research aims to explore the role of Dalihan Na Tolu in the lives of the Batak people, especially in relation to regulating social relations and preserving culture in the modern era. This research uses a qualitative approach with observation, interviews and literature review methods. The research results show that the values of Dalihan Na Tolu, which include the concepts of hula-hula, boru, and dongan tubu, are still relevant as guidelines in maintaining social balance, even though facing the challenges of globalization. This research emphasizes the importance of efforts to preserve the Dalihan Na Tolu philosophy to maintain Batak cultural identity amidst current developments.

This research aims to examine and analyze the legal consequences and obligations of the parties in a land lease agreement established for a lifetime duration. The research questions focus on the legal implications of such a lease agreement and the obligations that must be fulfilled by the parties if the agreement is declared void. This research is a normative-legal study that reviews various regulations related to the issues at hand, relying on secondary data through literature review. The findings indicate that the legal consequence of a lifetime lease agreement is that it is null and void due to the failure to meet objective requirements, leading to ambiguity regarding the duration of the agreement. Consequently, the agreement is considered non-existent, and all parties must revert to their original state before the lease was executed. Furthermore, a lifetime lease does not provide legal certainty for the agreement. If the lease is declared void, the obligations of the parties involve restoring everything to its previous condition. The tenant is required to return the leased land to the plaintiff (the lessor), while the lessor must refund the rental payments to the tenant (the lessee). The fulfillment of these obligations should be based on an agreement that fosters fairness for both parties.

This research aims to examine and analyze the obligation of legal counseling by Land Deed Officials and the responsibility of the Deed Officials who do not provide legal counseling for the deeds they create. The problem formulation consists of First, how the obligation of legal counseling by the Land Deed Official to the applicants, Second, how the responsibility of the Land Deed Official who does not provide legal counseling for the deed made in front of him. This research is a juridical-normative legal study, examining various regulations related to the issues at hand. This research is a library legal study conducted by examining library materials or secondary data only. The results of this research are as follows: First, the obligation of PPAT to provide legal counseling is contained in Article 3, letter h of the Code of Ethics of the Indonesian Association of Land Deed Officials (IPPAT). The purpose is to achieve justice and the principle of balance for the parties involved in the deed-making process. If this obligation is not fulfilled, justice and balance in performance for the parties will not occur, which can lead to losses among the parties. Second, the responsibility of PPAT who does not provide legal counseling is an administrative responsibility ranging from reprimands to dismissal with dishonor from IPPAT membership. This is in accordance with the principle of fault-based responsibility; however, PPAT must be proven to have made a mistake to be held accountable. This is also a form of fulfilling corrective justice for the aggrieved party.

This study explores the antioxidant activity and cardioprotective effects of polyherbal preparations in hypertensive patients in primary care from an axiological and ontological perspective. Hypertension is one of the major risk factors for cardiovascular disease, with oxidative stress playing an important role in its pathogenesis. A polyherbal approach utilizing natural ingredients such as moringa (Moringa oleifera), black cumin (Nigella sativa), and gotu kola (Centella asiatica) shows potential as adjunctive therapies. From an ontological perspective, this study focuses on the reality of bioactive compounds and their mechanisms in reducing oxidative stress and protecting cardiovascular function. From an axiological perspective, this study evaluated the value of polyherbal benefits in supporting holistic management of hypertension, especially in primary care. The study used clinical experimental methods and laboratory analysis to measure antioxidant activity, blood pressure, and other cardioprotective parameters. The results showed an increase in antioxidant capacity and a significant decrease in blood pressure, supporting the use of polyherbs as adjunctive therapy. This article emphasizes the importance of a multidisciplinary approach in the development and application of herbal-based therapies.

Through studying the verses of the Qur'an and applying ethical principles in business practices, it was found that honesty in transactions and commitment to the welfare of society are very important aspects.

This study aims to examine how social media, particularly TikTok, contributes to the promotion of religious moderation.This study employs a desk research methodology and a qualitative approach.Information about social media and religious reform was gathered from a variety of pertinent books. An examination of TikTok programs pertaining to religious reform was carried out in order to comprehend how these messages are disseminated and interpreted by the general public, particularly the younger generation. The findings demonstrate that TikTok effectively disseminates ideas of religious equality through hashtag usage and innovative projects. A broader audience has been exposed to content that promotes religious reform ideals, mostly as a result of users' active involvement in the production and dissemination of constructive information and content. The study's conclusion is that religious reform ideals can be widely disseminated via social media, particularly Tik Tok. Social media may play a significant role in increasing public awareness and fostering intercultural and religious peace in Indonesia with the correct digital communication plan.

This article discusses the learning revolution through Hanifida's actions in increasing students' self-confidence using qualitative descriptive methods with case study types. This research uses data reduction analysis and data collection using observation, interviews and documentation techniques in the field directly and checked using triangulation techniques. The results of research conducted by researchers show that: 1) The action program has been proven to increase students' self-confidence in learning. Before the students got to know this program, their learning system was still a mess. However, when the students are guided to use this program of action, the students become less lazy in studying, become fond of reading and make the students enjoy learning independently. There are 9 stages in this process, namely definitely reading, definitely understanding, definitely concluding, definitely exploring meaning, definitely summarizing, definitely drawing, definitely presenting, definitely documenting, and definitely uploading. 2). Supporting factors for the learning revolution through Hanifida's actions in increasing students' self-confidence are support from caregivers, support from parents, a supportive environment, involvement of administrators, availability of tools, materials and media, as well as predetermined regulations. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are accurate reading sources, monitoring control when reading, paying attention to the quality of the presentation, and students who do not yet know the true nature of the action learning model.

This study aims to explore the multidimensional legal aspects in business feasibility studies, focusing on the juridical review, licensing procedures, establishment, and legality of business entities, and their implications for business sustainability and economic growth in Indonesia. The legal framework plays a critical role in ensuring that businesses operate within the bounds of the law, providing protection and opportunities for growth, particularly for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Through qualitative methods and library research, this study analyzes various regulations, including Law No. 40/2007 on Limited Liability Companies, Law No. 25/1992 on Cooperatives, and the implementation of the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. The findings reveal that businesses that comply with legal requirements have better access to financial resources, legal protection, and market opportunities. However, the complex bureaucracy in licensing and business formation remains a significant challenge. This research provides practical recommendations for simplifying regulations and enhancing legal understanding among business owners to foster a more conducive and sustainable business environment in Indonesia.

The selection of the best coffee supplier is a critical factor in ensuring the operational success and quality of products offered by Kedai Kopi Saka. A systematic and objective evaluation process is needed to identify the most suitable supplier that meets various criteria such as product quality, price, delivery punctuality, production capacity, and service quality. This study aims to develop a decision support system (DSS) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to assist Kedai Kopi Saka in selecting the best coffee supplier. The SAW method is employed due to its ability to handle multiple criteria and weight assignments, enabling a comprehensive evaluation of suppliers. The system evaluates suppliers based on predefined criteria, assigns weights to each criterion, normalizes the values, and calculates the final scores to rank the suppliers. The results of this system provide clear and reliable recommendations for decision-makers. The implementation of this decision support system ensures a more transparent, efficient, and accurate supplier selection process. Furthermore, this system contributes to improving the decision-making process at Kedai Kopi Saka and supports its goal of maintaining high-quality coffee offerings for its customers.

Child psychological development is influenced by various factors, one of which is the environment in which they grow and develop. This study aims to analyze the differences in the psychological development of children raised in urban and rural environments, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive aspects. Urban and rural environments offer different conditions that affect children's development, including access to education, technology, and parenting styles. Children in urban areas tend to be more advanced in cognitive development due to greater access to education and technology, but they are more vulnerable to stress and anxiety due to social pressures. On the other hand, children in rural areas possess better social skills due to closer interaction with the community but are limited in access to educational resources and technology, which affects their cognitive development. The research method used is descriptive-comparative with a quantitative and qualitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and direct observations involving children, parents, and teachers from both environments. The research findings indicate that although children in urban areas have greater access to facilities and technology, they face higher stress levels, whereas children in rural areas tend to have lower anxiety and better social skills, but are limited in terms of formal education. This study provides valuable insights for the development of inclusive educational policies and parenting styles that consider the contextual environment of children in order to optimally support their psychological development.

This study aims to analyze the characteristics of bullying victims among males and females and the resulting psychological, social, and academic impacts. A qualitative method was employed through face-to-face interviews with four adolescents, comprising two males and two females who experienced bullying. The findings revealed that male victims tend to experience physical bullying related to physical weaknesses or appearance, while female victims are more often subjected to verbal and social bullying. Psychological impacts include decreased self-esteem, anxiety, and depression, with deeper effects observed in females. Social impacts, such as withdrawal from social interactions, were evident in all respondents, while academic impacts were more prominent in females reporting decreased performance due to a lack of safety in school. This study also highlights the importance of social support and professional assistance as crucial strategies to mitigate the negative effects of bullying. The study's limitations include a small sample size and a focus on individuals without considering group dynamics or institutional policies. Future research is recommended to explore effective interventions for preventing bullying and supporting victim recovery.

QS. At-Taghabun verse 11 contains important concepts regarding faith and destiny, often serving as a foundation for Muslims in facing life's trials. This article aims to delve deeper into the meaning of calamities from both classical and contemporary tafsir perspectives, and how scholars interpret this verse within the context of Islamic theology. The methodology employed in this research is a qualitative approach with textual analysis from various tafsir books, including Tafsir Al-Misbah by M. Quraish Shihab, Tafsir Ibn Kathir, Tafsir Al-Qushayri, and Tafsir Al-Kabir by Fakhruddin Ar-Razi. This study finds that calamities in QS. At-Taghabun verse 11 are understood as part of Allah's decree imbued with wisdom, urging Muslims to accept calamities with patience and reliance on Him, and to connect every event with Divine will. The conclusion of this research indicates that scholars' interpretations of calamities provide profound insights into understanding them as tests and manifestations of Allah's mercy, ultimately leading individuals to greater spiritual closeness with Him. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of Quranic exegesis studies, particularly in the exploration of verses related to calamities and life's trials.

The aim of this study is to provide recommendations and insights related to the integrity of the legal profession, which must be carried out independently, freely, and responsibly in accordance with professional ethical guidelines. The enforcement of law in Indonesia remains a topic of significant interest for discussion. The law enforcement process, which has yet to achieve optimal results, continues to be a subject of debate in both formal and informal forums. The disparity between expectations and reality in the implementation of law in Indonesia raises doubts about the effectiveness of law enforcement, as the law has not yet achieved its intended goals. One of the suspected causes of this issue is the presence of non-legal factors contributing to discrimination, inconsistency, and uncertainty in law enforcement. This situation has the potential to damage the harmonious relationship between society and the law, especially with law enforcement authorities. The approach used in this research is both a legal positivist and conceptual approach. The conclusion of this study suggests that an advocate must maintain their integrity as part of the legal profession and always act in accordance with the professional code of ethics. However, the full implementation of the advocate’s code of ethics still faces challenges, due to the lack of a clear and comprehensive legal framework governing advocacy organizations under the law.

The role of the younger generation as agents of change is crucial in addressing identity search and potential extremism among adolescents. Therefore, strengthening moderate attitudes among students is essential for them to understand moderation, especially in the modern era. This study aims to answer two questions: 1) how to strengthen students' moderate attitudes through Islamic religious education, and 2) how this is implemented in schools. This qualitative research employs a phenomenological approach at Mambaus Sholihin Junior High School in Tuban, utilizing data collection methods such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that strengthening moderate attitudes is achieved through comprehensive religious education, leadership training, social activities, teacher role modeling, wise use of technology, and parental involvement. Religious moderation also encompasses the development of attitudes and behaviors that reflect balanced and inclusive Islamic teachings.
