This research aims to design and implement a prototype of an automated package sorting system based on the Arduino Uno microcontroller, utilizing color identification parameters. This system was developed to enhance the accuracy and speed of the sorting process within a production line. The research method involves integrating hardware components, including a conveyor system, Infrared (IR) sensors, a TCS3200 color sensor, a servo motor, and an LCD screen. The system's operational mechanism begins with the detection of an object by the IR sensor, which triggers a precise stop of the conveyor motor directly beneath the color sensor. The color spectrum data captured by the TCS3200 sensor is then processed by the Arduino Uno to drive the servo actuator toward the designated storage location. Test results indicate that the prototype operates with a system success rate of 90%. Based on the test data, the conveyor transport mechanism and the IR sensor's stopping system demonstrate high accuracy. However, fluctuations in color reading precision were observed, influenced by ambient light interference. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of a literature review. Data were obtained from various sources such as scientific journals, books, and official documents relevant to the research topic. The data analysis technique was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that there are several main obstacles in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, namely teachers' difficulties in understanding and developing the Learning Outcomes (Capaian Pembelajaran/CP) and the Learning Objective Flow (Alur Tujuan Pembelajaran/ATP), limitations in applying innovative learning models, lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure, and low student readiness to participate in student-centered learning. Furthermore, limited training and mentoring for teachers also act as inhibiting factors. Indonesia's social structure, comprised of various ethnic groups, requires Pancasila as its fundamental national law and moral principles to maintain peaceful social interactions. This study aims to examine how Pancasila values function as a unifying force throughout Indonesian history while assessing the ban on pork sales operations in Medan City in February 2026 through an analysis of Pancasila values. This study uses a qualitative research design that utilizes the desk observation method to investigate information from various sources, including books and scientific journal articles, as well as relevant media reports that support the research subject. The research findings indicate that Pancasila values, which include tolerance and human dignity, as well as national unity, collective decision-making, and social justice, serve as important components for maintaining social harmony among diverse communities. Community disputes in Medan City indicate that the implementation of Pancasila social values faces difficulties due to difficulties in understanding government policies and the diverse needs of the community. This study aims to analyze collaborative leadership practices in fostering harmonious relationships between schools, families, and communiities. This research employs a qualitative approach using library research method through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) design. Literature sources were obtained from academic databases, particularly Google Scholar, covering publication from 2020 to 2026, and manage using Mendeley reference softwere. The findings reveal that collaborative leadership plays a significant role in strengthening the tri-center education partnership through three main strategies: building open communication, forming collaborative work teams, and develeoping community partnership programs. Parental involvement proved to have a significant positive impact on student academic achievement, while community support enriches school educational resources. Furthermore, the implementation of collaborative leadership contributes to creating a more democratic work culture, enhancing teacher professionalism, and improving the overall quality of education. This dependency poses a significant risk if maintenance is still reactive, as sudden failures can trigger significant financial losses. As a solution, the MachinaSense Predictive Engine Guardian system is designed using ESP32-based Internet of Things (IoT) technology to continuously monitor machine conditions [2]. This system integrates four critical sensor parameters to detect anomalies early. [3]. Meanwhile, the vibration sensor plays a role in detecting mechanical disturbances such as bearing wear through vibration frequency analysis [5]. To prevent insulation damage due to heat, a temperature sensor is used to monitor the condition of the stator [4], while the rotational speed is monitored through an RPM monitoring system to analyze the motor slip value according to the fundamental theory of electrical machines [6]. All sensor data is acquired using I2C and UART communication protocols and then sent to a cloud platform via a WiFi network [4]. This multi-sensor integration has been proven to be able to identify operational deviations before they exceed critical thresholds, thus providing a much more accurate diagnosis than single-sensor methods. Through a descriptive qualitative approach and a literature study method analyzing academic journals and official curriculum documents, this research shows that the Merdeka Curriculum is not a paradigm that severs historical roots, but rather a dialectical process that refines the legacy of K13. K13 has laid a solid philosophical foundation through the integration of three competency domains (attitudes, knowledge, skills), a scientific approach, a thematic-integrative structure, and authentic assessment. The Merdeka Curriculum then liberates this foundation from various implementation constraints such as teachers' administrative burdens and lack of flexibility by introducing structural innovations including Learning Outcomes (Capaian Pembelajaran/CP) as a replacement for Core Competencies/Basic Competencies (KI/KD), Teaching Modules as a replacement for the rigid Lesson Plans (RPP), and a more holistic diagnostic-formative-summative assessment system. An in-depth analysis of the Grade 10 Indonesian Language Student Book shows that each of its text-type-based chapters is a perfect manifestation of K13 principles that can be directly and creatively adapted into Teaching Modules. The results of the study indicate that the curriculum in Indonesia has undergone significant changes, starting from the 1947 Curriculum to the Merdeka Curriculum, influenced by social, political, cultural factors, as well as the development of science and technology. The Indonesian Language curriculum has also undergone a transformation, from a grammar-based approach to a communicative and text-based approach that emphasizes critical thinking skills, literacy, and contextual language proficiency. The research method used is normative juridical with a statute approach and a conceptual approach. Primary legal materials are sourced from the Qur'an, especially the five ahkam verses, the Consumer Protection Law (UUPK), and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law. The results of the study indicate that the practice of manipulating descriptions, fictitious reviews, and visual engineering of digital products are clear violations of the universal principles contained in the Qur'an, especially in the verses concerning the prohibition of measurement fraud as analogous to QS. Al-Mutaffifin verses 1-3, betrayal of trust in QS. An-Nisa verse 58, and the destruction of the essence of willingness or antaradhin in QS. An-Nisa verse 29 which has implications for the invalidity of assets obtained by business actors illegally according to QS. Al-Baqarah verse 188. In addition, fulfilling product specification promises is an absolute obligation according to the command of QS. Al-Ma'idah verse 1 which provides the right of khiyar for consumers who are harmed. This study also concludes that the positive legal instruments in the Consumer Protection Law and the Electronic Transaction Information Law have a very strong level of synergy with the principles of Sharia Economic Law in an effort to protect consumers' property ownership rights (hifzh al-mal) through enforcing the values of transparency and honesty of information in the digital era. These students bear the responsibility of formal academic learning at their university, which includes numerous courses and assignments, while also being responsible for religious studies at the pesantren, including memorization and various lessons. This raises the question of how mahasantri at the An-Nidhom Islamic Boarding School maintain their learning motivation through self-reward and how they enhance their motivation. This study aims to examine the influence of self-reward on the learning motivation of university students at An-Nidhom Islamic Boarding School in Cirebon City, in terms of both its maintenance and improvement, using Fredrick Herzberg’s motivation theory. This research is a field study using a descriptive qualitative method.. The conclusion of this study is that the mahasantri at An-Nidhom Islamic Boarding School demonstrate a balanced and ideal level of motivation, as evidenced by the fulfillment of the two factors in Fredrick Herzberg’s motivation theory: the hygiene factors and the motivation factors. The alignment of efforts between the pesantren and the mahasantri results in both the maintenance and enhancement of the students’ learning motivation. This research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method by analyzing various scientific journals related to active participation in elementary school partnerships. Data collection techniques were conducted through documentation studies of scientific journals, reference books, and relevant policy documents. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.</em> <em>The results indicate that there is a substantial alignment between the values of Pancasila and Islamic values, such as divinity, humanity, unity, deliberation, and social justice. The internalization of these values can be carried out through contextual learning, teacher role modeling, and habituation within the educational environment. However, the implementation still faces several challenges, including the dominance of cognitive-based approaches, limited teacher understanding in integrating values, and insufficient supportive environments.</em> <em>These findings contribute to enriching the discourse on character education based on the integration of ideological and religious values. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem blok berada pada kategori cukup baik hingga baik, sedangkan hasil belajar mahasiswa berada pada kategori sedang hingga tinggi. Secara deskriptif, terdapat kecenderungan hubungan positif antara penerapan sistem blok dengan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Faktor metode pembelajaran, manajemen waktu, dan strategi pengajaran dosen menjadi aspek penting yang memengaruhi efektivitas sistem ini. Dengan demikian, sistem blok dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar apabila didukung oleh perencanaan yang matang, metode pembelajaran yang variatif, serta pengelolaan beban kognitif yang tepat. This study aims to analyze trends in food poisoning cases and identify risk factors contributing to these incidents in Indonesia during the years 2022-2024. The study employed a quantitative descriptive design using secondary data sourced from reports by the Center for Drug and Food Policy Analysis of the Indonesian Food and Drug Supervisor Agency (PUSAKOM BPOM RI). Analysis was conducted using trend analysis, descriptive epidemiology, and bivariate and multivariate analysis to determine associated and dominant factors. The results indicate that food poisoning trends are fluctuating, with a significant increase in 2023 and a decrease in 2024, although the number of cases remains higher than in 2022. The distribution of cases indicates that regions with high population density, such as Jakarta, East Java, and West Jawa, tend to have a higher number of cases, which is associated with inadequate sanitation facilities. Risk factor analysis indicates that the food poisoning is influenced by various dynamic factors, with age being a relatively consistent influencing factor. Younger age groups tend to face a higher risk, influenced by consumption behaviors and low adherence to food safety principles. This value falls within the interval of 76% - 100% with a very good interpretation. This indicates that the percentage of implementation of the use of digital handout teaching materials was well executed with a percentage result of >75%. (2). The results of the independent t-test analysis in this study showed a Sig. (2-tailed) value of <0.001, which is less than 0.05, meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a very significant difference between the posttest learning outcomes of the experimental class students and the control class students. The researcher used documentation as the technique of data collection and semantic analysis as the technique of data analysis.</em> <em>The findings showed that both denotative and connotative meanings were found in the lyrics. The researcher identified a total of 55 data, consisting of 22 denotative meanings and 33 connotative meanings. Denotative meanings appeared in words with literal meanings such as mirror, eyes, light, and heart. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. The research results show that students contribute through community education, social campaigns, and social oversight. Forms of tangible contributions include anti-corruption socialization, organizational/community activities, and utilization of social media. The obstacles faced include lack of public awareness, limited support, and environmental factors. Efforts to overcome these obstacles include increasing education, collaboration with relevant institutions, and innovation in student programs. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pelaksanaan surveilans campak di tingkat pelayanan kesehatan primer. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan telaah dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan sistem yang mencakup komponen input, proses, dan output. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan surveilans telah berjalan sesuai dengan pedoman yang berlaku serta didukung oleh ketersediaan sumber daya, sarana prasarana, dan kebijakan, meskipun masih diperlukan optimalisasi dalam distribusi beban kerja. This study aims to analyze the concept of Al-qardh based on the normative foundations of the Qur’an and Hadith, as well as its relevance in the modern context. Using a library research method with a content analysis approach to relevant literature, the study finds that Al-qardh is not merely a financial transaction but also a manifestation of moral responsibility and social solidarity. However, a gap exists between its normative ideals and contemporary implementation, particularly in the form of administrative costs and operational constraints. The findings indicate that Al-qardh is based on principles of justice, transparency, and accountability as reflected in Surah Al-Baqarah: 282 and Surah Al-Hadid: 11. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. Based on the research results obtained, it can be concluded that commitment has a significant influence on teacher performance, namely t_{count} > t_{table} or 2.571 > 1.724. The headmaster’s work creativity has a significant influence on teacher performance, namely t_{count} > t_{table} or 2.131 > 1.724. The results of the regression coefficient test show that the commitment and work creativity of the headmaster influence teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Batang Hari. The percentage contribution of the independent variable X_1 (Commitment) is 54.3% and X_2 (Headmaster’s Work Creativity) is 45.0% toward the dependent variable Y (Teacher Performance), while the remaining 2.1% is influenced or explained by other variables. These values provide a solid moral foundation for educating children to become individuals of noble character. Korupsi tidak hanya disebabkan oleh kelemahan individu, tetapi juga oleh faktor sistemik seperti kurangnya integrasi antara sistem teknis dan keuangan, lemahnya pengendalian internal, serta rendahnya transparansi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur, analisis komparatif, dan sintesis praktik terbaik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa akuntansi teknik yang mengintegrasikan metode rekayasa dan prinsip akuntansi mampu menghasilkan sistem pengendalian yang lebih akurat, berbasis data, dan dapat diverifikasi. Pendekatan seperti cost engineering, value engineering, dan life-cycle costing dapat meminimalkan manipulasi anggaran dan kecurangan, sementara teknologi seperti Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Building Information Modeling (BIM), dan kecerdasan buatan (AI) meningkatkan deteksi dini penyimpangan. Selain itu, kolaborasi lintas fungsi antar pemangku kepentingan memperkuat tata kelola dan pengawasan. Akuntansi teknik juga mendukung transparansi dan akuntabilitas melalui laporan yang memadukan data finansial dan justifikasi teknis. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan salah satu guru dan siswa di salah satu SMK di Bandar Lampung yang sudah melakukan pendekatan partisipatif dan kolaboratif di lingkungan sekolah. Meskipun kerangka regulasi menitikberatkan pada perlindungan PMI, orientasi tersebut secara tidak langsung menimbulkan <em>blind spot</em> dengan mengabaikan kerentanan hukum dan ekonomi LPK sebagai aktor institusional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan analitis, serta mengintegrasikan teori keadilan kontraktual (Atiyah dan Rawls), analisis ekonomi hukum (Posner), dan teori kontrak relasional (Macneil). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perjanjian LPK–PMI secara formal memenuhi syarat sah kontrak, namun secara substantif mengalami ketidakseimbangan dan lemahnya daya paksa. Orientasi perlindungan yang berlebihan terhadap PMI menyebabkan distribusi risiko yang tidak proporsional, sehingga LPK menanggung beban finansial tanpa jaminan perlindungan hukum yang memadai. Kondisi ini memicu <em>moral hazard</em>, menurunkan efisiensi ekonomi, serta melemahkan kepercayaan dalam hubungan kontraktual. Selain itu, ketiadaan mekanisme normatif yang jelas terkait penegakan klausul penggantian biaya menunjukkan adanya kekosongan hukum. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan rekonstruksi kerangka hukum dan kontraktual berbasis keseimbangan risiko dan perlindungan proporsional. Informan penelitian ini adalah guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Langkah-langkah model <em>Fishbowl </em>meliputi a) Rombongan siswa yang besar dapat dibagi menjadi kelompok diskusi dan kelompok pendengar; b) Tempat duduk diatur dengan formasi setengah lingkaran dimana kursi kelompok pendengar dibiarkan kosong dan menghadap peserta diskusi; c) Kelompok pendengar duduk mengelilingi kelompok diskusi, seolaholah sedang melihat ikan yang berada pada sebuah mangkuk (Fishbowl); d) Selama kelompok diskusi berdiskusi, bagi kelompok pendengar yang ingin menyumbangkan pikiran atau pendapat dipersilahkan; dan e) Guru mempersilahkan untuk mengeluarkan pendapatnya masingmasing dan memberikan pertanyaan untuk kelompok; 2) Kelebihan model <em>Fishbowl </em>yaitu a) Mendorong siswa untuk berpikir kritis; b) Memfasilitasi siswa dalam mengekspresikan pendapatnya secara bebas; c) Mendorong siswa untuk menyumbangkan ide atau pemikiran dalam memecahkan masalah secara bersama-sama; d) Membantu siswa dalam memilih satu atau beberapa alternatif jawaban untuk memecahkan masalah berdasarkan pertimbangan yang matang; 3) Kekurangan model <em>Fishbowl </em>adalah a) Jawaban siswa terkadang menyimpang atau tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan; 2) Hanya siswa yang aktif berbicara yang cenderung mendominasi diskusi dan menyampaikan pendapatnya; 3) Bagi guru yang belum menguasai kelas, penerapan metode ini dapat memakan waktu yang cukup lama; dan 4) Metode ini membutuhkan waktu yang relatif intensif untuk pelaksanaan secara efektif. Halal certification is mandated by law and the latest government regulations, but the challenges of supervision and certification costs remain an obstacle. This study aims to enhance consumer trust and the effectiveness of regulations using qualitative methods through interviews and literature reviews.</em><em> The research results indicate that supervision is carried out by business actors internally and by BPJPH externally, supported by LPH and MUI. Cases like marshmallow and Warung Ayam Goreng Widuran emphasize the importance of supervised and transparent distribution. Import-export supervision is still limited but is conducted through inter-agency cooperation. BPJPH implements risk-based supervision and gradual sanctions, as well as establishing synergy with various parties. Overall, the supervision process is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, covering education, certification, label revocation, cooperation both domestically and internationally, and the implementation of SJPH. Data collection was conducted through documentary analysis, while data analysis utilized content analysis. The results indicate that the evaluation system in the textbook is quite good and systematic.Assessments are presented in both formative and summative formats and include a variety of question types, such as multiple-choice, short-answer, matching, translation, sentence construction, true-false, and fill-in-the-blank. The assessment also covers the four language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Based on Brown’s principles, the assessment in this textbook meets the criteria of practicality, validity, and authenticity. The reliability aspect shows good potential but remains dependent on the teacher’s consistency in administration and scoring. Meanwhile, the washback aspect has the potential to positively impact learning, although this still requires validation through field research. This innovation aims to minimize production costs while enhancing the nutritional content of the fish cakes.</p> <p><strong>Purposes:</strong> This research aims to develop an innovative fish cake product by utilizing John Dory (<em>Zeus faber</em>), cassava (<em>Manihot esculenta</em>), and the addition of water clover leaves (<em>Marsilea crenata</em>) as alternative ingredients that are both nutritious and economical.</p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> The research method employed is a true experimental design featuring three treatment proportions of John Dory and cassava—80%:20%, 70%:30%, and 60%:40%—with the addition of 50 grams of water clover to each treatment.</p> <p><strong>Result:</strong> There were significant differences across all organoleptic aspects for each treatment. The analysis draws on the semantic theories of Yule (2010) and Lyons (1977) to identify and interpret three types of lexical relations: repetition, antonymy, and synonymy. The findings reveal that repetition is the most dominant lexical relation, appearing in more than 30 instances across eight distinct recurring phrases, functioning to reinforce the speaker's emotional persistence and unwavering devotion. Antonymy is found in ten contrasting pairs such as "broke" versus "broken-hearted" and "move on" versus "not moving" which highlight the emotional conflict at the heart of the song. Synonymy is identified in seven sets of near-synonymous words and phrases that create lexical variety while sustaining consistent meaning. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research design, as it seeks to interpret the meanings of words within their context rather than to quantify data. The data are taken from a BBC News article and collected using a documentation technique by identifying words and phrases that represent political risk. The analysis reveals that several key lexical items, such as risk, threat, danger, uncertainty, and escalation, are used to construct the concept of political risk in the text. These lexical items are analyzed based on their denotative, connotative, and contextual meanings. The findings show that risk is the most dominant lexical item, supported by other related words that emphasize different dimensions of political instability. Furthermore, the study finds that these lexical items function not only to describe events but also to emphasize uncertainty, construct a perception of danger, and influence readers’ interpretations of the political situation. In addition, the study demonstrates that lexical choices play a crucial role in media discourse, particularly in framing political issues. This ability plays a crucial role in supporting daily activities and maintaining overall health. One factor thought to influence cardiovascular endurance is the Body Mass Index (BMI), which is used as an indicator of a person's nutritional status based on the ratio of body weight to height. Abnormal BMI values, whether too low or too high, can impact the body's physiological functions, particularly the cardiovascular system. This study aims to analyze the relationship between BMI and cardiovascular endurance through a literature review method. Data were collected from various national and international scientific journals relevant to the research topic over a specific time period, then analyzed descriptively and comparatively to obtain a comprehensive picture. The results of the study indicate that individuals with a normal BMI tend to have better cardiovascular endurance compared to individuals with a low or high BMI (overweight or obese). A high BMI is associated with decreased cardiovascular efficiency due to increased body fat, while a BMI that is too low can also impact physical capacity due to limited energy reserves. However, the relationship between BMI and cardiovascular endurance is not simple. Other factors such as physical activity level, age, gender, and lifestyle also influence the condition. Using a "learning by doing" approach, students were introduced to basic menus, practiced typing school assignments, and learned how to format documents neatly. The results show that this mentoring successfully improved the students' technical skills and confidence in using computers as study tools. Beyond just mastering the application, students are now better prepared to utilize technology to complete their academic tasks more creatively. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 23 siswa, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi kehadiran dan nilai hasil belajar. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan korelasi Product Moment untuk mengetahui kekuatan hubungan antara kedua variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat kuat antara kehadiran siswa dan hasil belajar dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,89. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat kehadiran siswa, maka semakin tinggi pula hasil belajar yang diperoleh. Dengan demikian, kehadiran siswa dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu indikator penting dalam memprediksi keberhasilan akademik siswa. The study aims to explain the definitions of tasybih and isti‘arah, describe their rules and elements, and analyze their application in the verses of the Qur’an. The research focuses on three main problems, namely the meaning of At-Tasybih wa Al-Isti‘arah, the principles and forms of both styles, and their implementation in the Qur’an. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature study approach by analyzing books of tafsir, balaghah, and related scientific journals. The results show that tasybih functions as an explicit comparison between two things based on similar characteristics, while isti‘arah uses figurative expressions to convey deeper meanings. Both styles have significant roles in strengthening meaning, beautifying language, and clarifying Qur’anic messages. Examples found in several Qur’anic verses demonstrate that the use of tasybih and isti‘arah contributes to the rhetorical and aesthetic beauty of the Qur’an while also providing spiritual and moral values for readers. Therefore, understanding these rhetorical styles is essential in order to interpret Qur’anic verses comprehensively and accurately. The research involved five informants from two WhatsApp groups consisting of active university students. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that WhatsApp stickers function as a medium for expressing emotions, creating humor, strengthening interpersonal relationships, and simplifying communication in informal interactions. However, the use of stickers also has the potential to create misunderstandings due to differences in interpretation and communication context. The research method used is normative juridical with a regulatory and contextual approach, supported by primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials through literature review. The results of the study indicate that in the inheritance system based on the Civil Code, consanguinity is the main basis for determining heirs, as regulated in Article 832 and Article 852 of the Civil Code, while affinity is only recognized to a limited extent by the longest surviving husband or wife. As a result, stepchildren in a second marriage do not have the status of heirs ab intestato because they do not have a blood relationship with the testator. However, stepchildren are still allowed to obtain a share of the property through other legal mechanisms such as gifts or wills while still paying attention to the provisions of legitime portie. The findings indicate that the disaster was triggered by the accumulation of fragile limestone lithological characteristics and high rainfall intensity, which were exacerbated by illegal mining activities utilizing oversteepening methods. Juridically, this phenomenon reflects a failure in environmental governance and weak supervisory coordination within the mining sector. This study concludes that several measures are imperative: strict law enforcement regarding the legality of the Work Plan and Budget (RKAB), technical improvements through drainage systems and vegetation, and the strengthening of Environmental Impact Assessment (AMDAL) standards. The objective of this research is to explore how transactional politics adapts within digital environments and how it influences the quality of civic engagement. The findings indicate that transactional politics has not diminished; instead, it has transformed into more subtle and technologically mediated forms, such as digital campaigning incentives, micro-targeted messaging, and online influence operations. While digital platforms potentially encourage broader participation, they also risk reinforcing superficial engagement driven by short-term incentives rather than substantive political awareness. The study also highlights structural challenges, including digital inequality, low political literacy, and the dominance of elite-controlled narratives. The results of this study indicate that YouTube accounts can be classified as intangible assets, as they possess economic value and are manageable. From a legal perspective, based on Articles 830 and 833 of the Civil Code, a YouTube account can be part of an estate. The analysis reveals that the ratio decidendi was constructed upon three hierarchical pillars: proof of genealogical relations, validation of prior judgments dating to 1951, and affirmation that the plaintiff lacked a valid legal basis. In the context of the Sabu indigenous community in East Sabu Subdistrict, Sabu Raijua Regency, there is a unique concept known as bui pa kepue, which literally means "a child who fell from a tree," referring to a child born outside a marriage recognized as valid under customary law. In contrast to the stigma commonly prevalent in broader society, Sabu customary law grants specific recognition to bui pa kepue children. This article aims to analyze the position of bui pa kepue children within the framework of Sabu customary law and its implications for inheritance rights. This study employs a normative legal methodology with conceptual, statutory, and anthropological approaches, supported by a literature review of relevant customary law and positive law sources. The results indicate that bui pa kepue children receive social recognition and inheritance rights through the maternal line; however, this recognition remains limited, as reflected in symbolic restrictions within customary rituals and the absence of a legal relationship with the paternal line. Kelelahan kerja dapat menyebabkan penurunan konsentrasi, produktivitas kerja, serta meningkatkan risiko kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan kerja pada pekerja Konveksi Alsidiq Kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif analitik dengan desain <em>cross sectional</em>. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret–April 2026 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 44 pekerja yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengukuran antropometri dan kuesioner <em>Industrial Fatigue Research Committee</em> (IFRC). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji <em>Chi-Square</em> dengan tingkat signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara durasi jam kerja (<em>p-value</em> = 0,041; OR = 5,000) dan status gizi (<em>p-value</em> = 0,017; OR = 7,000) dengan kejadian kelelahan kerja. Sebaliknya, tidak ditemukan hubungan yang bermakna antara umur (<em>p-value</em> = 0,759) maupun masa kerja (<em>p-value </em>= 1,000) dengan kelelahan kerja pekerja. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah durasi kerja berlebih (> 8 jam) dan status gizi kurang merupakan faktor risiko dominan terhadap kelelahan kerja di Konveksi Alsidiq. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rudenim Manado memiliki peran strategis dalam penegakan hukum keimigrasian melalui pelaksanaan pendetensian, pengawasan, pengamanan, dan deportasi terhadap warga negara asing yang melanggar ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 tentang Keimigrasian. Pelaksanaan deportasi dilakukan melalui tahapan verifikasi identitas, persiapan dokumen administrasi, koordinasi lintas instansi, hingga pengawalan pemulangan ke negara asal. Such changes often give rise to various challenges and internal resistance, whether stemming from organizational culture, functional differences, or the attitudes of organizational members toward change. This study aims to examine organizational change and adaptation strategies that can be applied to address internal challenges and resistance, enabling organizations to adapt effectively to environmental changes. The research method employed is a literature review (library research) using a traditional review approach. Data were obtained from various literature sources, such as scientific journals, books, and previous research relevant to the topics of organizational change and adaptation strategies. Analysis was conducted narratively and systematically to gain a comprehensive understanding of the concept of organizational change and its management strategies. </em><em>Research findings indicate that organizational change requires systematic steps, ranging from assessment, identification, and definition of change, to strategy development and evaluation. Internal resistance is influenced by differences in functional orientation, organizational culture, and low member trust in the change. Effective adaptation strategies include the application of Lewin’s model, Kotter’s model, a participatory approach, open communication, resistance management, and continuous evaluation. The results indicate that the regulation of microplastic pollution within Indonesian environmental law remains general and lacks specific provisions addressing this type of pollution. This condition leads to weak legal certainty in determining liability for polluters. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode <em>literature review</em> dengan mengumpulkan dan menelaah berbagai penelitian terdahulu yang relevan.</p> <p>Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman teologi lingkungan berkontribusi dalam membangun kesadaran ekologis pada aspek kognitif, menumbuhkan empati dan tanggung jawab moral pada aspek afektif, serta mendorong tindakan nyata yang mendukung konsumsi berkelanjutan. Tindakan tersebut meliputi pengurangan konsumsi berlebihan, penggunaan produk ramah lingkungan, pengelolaan limbah yang baik, dan dukungan terhadap produk lokal. Selain itu, pendidikan, literasi lingkungan, kondisi ekonomi, dan dukungan sosial menjadi faktor moderasi yang memengaruhi penerapan nilai-nilai teologis dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Employing a qualitative library research approach, the analysis synthesizes 17 sources spanning 1927-2026, focusing on positive reinforcement via weekly rewards of Rp2,000 per student. Problem formulations address (1) the absence of systematic reward systems in remote classrooms, and (2) inconsistent reinforcement of memorization behaviors. Objectives include designing a localized Token economy model and projecting a 20-point increase in simulated PISA scores within 6 months. The main aim of this research is to identify and explain the denotative and connotative meanings found in the lyrics. Semantics is used as the main theory to understand how meaning is formed in language, especially in song lyrics. The data used in this study come from the lyrics of the song Angel. The analysis shows that the lyrics contain both literal meanings (denotative) and implied meanings (connotative). The denotative meanings refer to words like angel, light, voice, and wings in their direct sense, while the connotative meanings reflect deeper ideas such as protection, hope, spiritual guidance, peace, and emotional comfort. The findings indicate that the song does not only communicate simple messages through words, but also conveys emotional and spiritual meanings that can be interpreted in different ways by listeners. This situation indicates a gap between students’ actual needs and the data used as the basis for service planning. This study aims to analyze the areas of students' learning problems based on the results of the PTSDL Problem Identification Tool (AUM) in class IX-2 at UPT SMP Negeri 11 Medan. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through the distribution of the PTSDL AUM instrument to 23 students. Data were analyzed through scoring and percentage calculations across five aspects: prerequisites for mastering the material, learning skills, learning resources, personal conditions, and the socio-emotional environment. The results of the study indicate that the dominant issue lies in the aspect of learning skills (27.13%), followed by personal conditions (11.75%) and the socio-emotional environment (6.85%), while learning resources (4.2%) and prerequisites for mastering the material were relatively low. These findings indicate that students’ primary difficulties lie in managing the learning process. Using a library research approach and sociological analysis of written sources, the study interprets how traders’ practices reflect community participation in local economic development (LED). The discussion shows that open access to trading spaces, distribution patterns from wholesale to retail, job creation, and multiplier effects on surrounding support sectors constitute concrete forms of community participation. Infrastructure support such as road accessibility and the nearby bus terminal strengthens the market’s function as a node for the mobility of goods, people, and social interaction. Sociologically, the market operates not only as a site of economic exchange but also as an arena where social networks, solidarity, and intergroup relations are continuously formed. However, in modern economic practices, production is often oriented toward material profit, neglecting the moral values that should serve as its fundamental basis. This study aims to examine the concept of production from the perspectives of the Qur’an and Hadith using a philosophical approach and to relate it to historical practices in Islamic civilization. The research employs a qualitative method with a library research approach by analyzing relevant literature sources, including classical Islamic texts and contemporary scholarly works. The findings indicate that production in Islam is grounded in the principles of tawhid, justice, responsibility, and professionalism, which are integrated within the framework of maqashid al-shariah. Furthermore, production is viewed as an act of worship aimed at achieving comprehensive welfare (falah), rather than merely generating economic profit. This study also reveals that the Islamic concept of production has a strong philosophical foundation encompassing ontological, epistemological, and axiological dimensions, and has been historically implemented during the era of Caliph Umar ibn Khattab and the Abbasid dynasty. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah, dengan sampel sebanyak 23 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket terkait jumlah uang saku dan pengeluaran harian siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan perangkat lunak statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara uang saku dan pengeluaran harian siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 5,22 + 0,43X, yang menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan uang saku sebesar Rp1.000 akan meningkatkan pengeluaran harian siswa sebesar Rp430. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uang saku memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam memprediksi pengeluaran harian siswa. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian implementasi jaringan dan juga melakukan edukasi mengenai strategi internet aman bagi anggota PKK. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah <em>Participatory Technology Development</em> (PTD) yang meliputi empat tahap yaitu Observasi Diagnostik, Penyajian Materi Teoretik, dan <em>Hardware Walkthrough</em>, dan <em>Hands-On Experiences</em>.Dalam pelatihan ini terdapat dua teknik yang diajarkan yaitu mengamankan <em>gateway</em> dengan mengganti kata sandi default menjadi kata sandi yang kuat dan juga menggunakan teknologi <em>MAC Address Filtering</em> untuk membatasi akses jaringan internet anak ke perangkat tertentu. Small-scale food processing industries, such as meatball grinding businesses, are vulnerable to sanitation hygiene problems and noise hazards. This study aimed to describe the implementation of sanitation hygiene practices and the impact of noise exposure on workers at Penggilingan Bakso Daging Sapi Kita in Tasikmalaya. The study employed a descriptive quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. A total of 36 respondents were selected using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using univariate analysis. The results showed that the majority of respondents had a senior high school education background (77.8%) and were in the non-risk age category (58.3%). The implementation of workers’ sanitation hygiene practices was predominantly categorized as poor (61.1%), mainly due to the low use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). All respondents (100%) experienced the effects of noise exposure, with most categorized as experiencing moderate noise impact (55.6%). This research used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of four seventh-grade students, namely Intan Dewi, Nazril Badrin Nasution, Aisah Nuraini, and Berlian Akila Zidni Lubis. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that students have diverse learning style tendencies and do not only focus on one particular learning style, but rather use a combination of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles in the learning process. These differences in learning styles influence students’ learning behavior, such as the way they understand material, concentration levels, activeness in learning, learning motivation, and social interaction in the classroom. In addition, the learning environment, classroom atmosphere, and teachers’ teaching methods also affect students’ comfort and focus during learning activities. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews involving 15 students, consisting of 4 male students and 11 female students. The findings show that peers are not always the main factor that encourages students’ learning motivation. Most students stated that their willingness to study comes more from their own personal intention rather than direct encouragement or invitation from friends. However, peers still have a positive influence in certain situations, especially through examples of learning behavior. When one student starts doing assignments or paying attention to lessons, other students may feel encouraged to do the same. In addition, the role of peers becomes more visible during group work activities. Students cooperate, help each other, and explain learning materials to friends who do not yet understand the lesson, such as in English subjects. Students’ interest in certain subjects, such as Indonesian, Mathematics, English, and Arabic, also influences their enthusiasm for learning. The background of this study focuses on the low level of students’ learning concentration caused by academic pressure, environmental distractions, and individual factors. The main problem addressed in this research is the students’ weak ability to maintain attention during the learning process. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of applying the Progressive Muscle Relaxation technique on improving students’ learning concentration, with the expectation of contributing to the development of effective learning strategies that enhance focus and academic achievement. The method used in this study was a quantitative approach with a Pre-Experimental design, specifically the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research sample consisted of 32 students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a learning concentration questionnaire and analyzed using the Paired Sample t-Test to test the established hypothesis. The validity and reliability of the instrument were examined using the Product Moment correlation and Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The results of statistical analysis showed an increase in students’ learning concentration after the implementation of the Progressive Muscle Relaxation technique, as indicated by the average posttest score of 54.00, which was higher than the pretest score of 50.47. The two-tailed hypothesis test revealed that the tcount value (-4.47) was within the hypothesis acceptance region (tcount -4.47 > ttable 2.04) with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the Progressive Muscle Relaxation technique is effective in improving students’ learning concentration, indicating that the hypothesis (Hα) is accepted. Validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen diperiksa menggunakan korelasi Product Moment dan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan peningkatan konsentrasi belajar siswa setelah penerapan teknik Relaksasi Otot Progresif, yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai rata-rata posttest sebesar 54,00, yang lebih tinggi dari nilai pretest sebesar 50,47. Uji hipotesis dua arah mengungkapkan bahwa nilai t hitung (-4,47) berada dalam wilayah penerimaan hipotesis (t hitung -4,47 > t tabel 2,04) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara postur kerja dan keluhan muskuloskeletal di kalangan pekerja industri tempe rumahan di Cirahong, Kabupaten Ciamis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional yang melibatkan 32 responden menggunakan total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi postur kerja membungkuk, duduk terlalu lama, memutar tubuh, penggunaan alat bantu kerja, postur kerja statis, dan kebiasaan peregangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara semua variabel postur kerja dengan tingkat keluhan pekerja, yaitu postur membungkuk (nilai p <0,001), duduk terlalu lama (nilai p 0,035), memutar tubuh (nilai p 0,035), kurangnya alat bantu kerja (nilai p 0,043), postur kerja statis (nilai p 0,003), dan kebiasaan peregangan (nilai p 0,007). The study is motivated by the importance of history learning in shaping national identity, national character, and students’ critical thinking skills amid the development of modern education. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques conducted through interviews with history teachers and several students at SMA Negeri 11 Muaro Jambi. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum has a positive impact on improving students’ historical awareness. More flexible, interactive, and project-based learning encourages students to actively understand historical materials and relate historical events to present-day life. In addition, the use of discussion methods and exploration of historical sources was considered effective in increasing students’ learning interest. However, several obstacles were found, including limited learning time and students’ adaptation to the new learning system. In the rapidly evolving digital era, Generation Z as the cohort that grew up alongside information and communication technology holds a strategic role in implementing the values of state defense. This study aims to analyze the relevant forms of state defense implementation for Generation Z as well as the challenges and opportunities faced in manifesting the spirit of state defense in the digital age. The method used is qualitative research with a library research approach. Data were collected from various literary sources including books, scientific journals, articles, legislation, and relevant digital sources. The results show that Generation Z can implement state defense through non-military means, including digital literacy, counter-narratives against radicalism and hoaxes, active participation in national life online, and the use of digital platforms to strengthen national identity. The main challenges include threats of digital disintegration, disinformation spread, and national identity crisis. The many responsibilities that must be carried out simultaneously cause some students to experience difficulties in managing their time effectively. The purpose of this study is to analyze the time management difficulties of sixth-semester students in dealing with academic demands and field activities. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving sixth-semester students selected purposively, then analyzed using the interactive model of Matthew B. Miles and A. Michael Huberman which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that students experience difficulties in determining task priorities, procrastination habits, fatigue due to dense schedules, lack of discipline in following plans, and pressure caused by overlapping academic and field activity schedules. Supporting factors for successful time management include self-discipline, social support, and the use of daily schedules.
