Smart spaces leverage computers and the Internet of Things (IoT) to increase comfort and efficiency, at a lower cost than traditional systems. The method used by this panel of researchers uses a prototype as a system development that uses an approach to create a program quickly and gradually so that it can immediately be evaluated by users. In order to obtain data in completing this research, the writer used direct field research techniques in ship accommodation which still uses a manual system in the room. The results of this research were obtained from the design of hardware and software in a smart room which developed an LDR sensor to turn on the lights automatically at night, a PIR sensor to turn on the AC when it automatically detects someone's presence, an ultrasonic sensor to turn on the faucet automatically and uses CCTV that can rotate 3600. The smart room can carry out monitoring using IoT which can be controlled by the ESP12F, which communicates with the Arduino Uno via the Serial Monitor feature for data exchange. Apart from that, SBM also encourages the development of teacher professional competence through training and collaboration. However, challenges such as lack of resources and support from the government are still obstacles in optimizing SBM. Therefore, collaborative efforts are needed between the government, schools and society to create a conducive learning environment. The population in this research is 235 people, and the sample used is 148 people. The sampling technique used is Random Sampling. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire (survey). The hypothesis data collection technique uses multiple regression analysis and the coefficient of determination (R2).The research results show that: 1) there is a positive influence of learning interest on IPS learning outcomes of students, this result can be seen in the t-test where the calculated t-value of learning interest (6.854) &gt; t-table value (1.655). 2) there is a positive and significant influence of learning motivation on IPS learning outcomes of students, this result can be seen in the calculated t-value of learning motivation (4.977) &gt; t-table value (1.655), meaning that the variable is significant. 3) learning interest and learning motivation together influence student learning outcomes, this result can be seen in the F-test where the calculated F-value (7.1421) &gt; F-table value (3.0584). Sumber utama penggeraknya berasal dari kompresor. Tujuan perancangan ini adalah untuk mempelajari desain dan unjuk kerja alat pencetak briket.Penelitian tentang pembuatan alat pencetak briket ini dilakukan dengan metode R&amp;D. Proses perancangan ini dimulai dengan desain alat, yang mencakup desain rangka, desain cylinder pneumatic, dan desain kotak kontrol. Pengujian alat ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif, yang melibatkan pengajuan beberapa pertanyaan atau angket kepada para validator.. Hasil dari pengembangan dan perakitan alat pencetak briket ini sesuai dengan rancangan yang telah dibuat. Uji validasi alat digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil uji kelayakan alat mencapai 100% dengan kriteria sangat baik, dan hasil uji fungsional alat mencapai 90% dengan kriteria sangat baik. This type of research is qualitative research with a content analysis approach. Data collection was carried out using document content analysis techniques in the form of text or content analysis. Then the data obtained was analyzed using data analysis techniques through several stages as follows: data reduction, data display, and conclusions. This research was conducted on the movie “Agak Laen”. The film “Agak Laen” was released in 2024 and premiered on February 1, directed by Muhadkly Acho.The results of this study conclude that this film not only functions as entertainment, but also as an effective medium in conveying character education values. These values are realized through the narrative and characters in the film, where the friendly relationship between the main characters reflects religious character and tolerance. Despite coming from different faith backgrounds, they show mutual respect and work together to solve problems, which illustrates the importance of appreciating diversity in society. Overall, the movie “Ag Agak Laen” succeeds in delivering character education messages in a light and fun way, making moral and character values acceptable without being patronizing. This study aims to determine the influence of the Learning Environment and Learning Creativity on the Learning Outcomes of Economics of Class XI IPS of SMA Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS as many as 4 classes with a total of 113 students. Sampling was carried out using the total sampling technique so that the sample taken was 88 people.The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The validity of the research instrument was tested using the product moment correlation formula for the questionnaire. The reliability of the research instrument was tested using the Alpha formula, which was 0.54 for the Learning Environment and 0.60 for the Learning Creativity questionnaire.Testing of analysis requirements is done by normality and linearity tests. Normality test using Chi Square test, based on the calculation of both normally distributed variables. Linearity test is done by F test, the results show linear and meaningful regression. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant and positive relationship between the learning environment and student learning outcomes with a simple linear regression equation Ῡ = 61.55 + 0.51 X1 and learning creativity with student learning achievement with a simple linear regression equation Ῡ = 61.55 + 0.56 X multi-mediator regression of learning environment and learning creativity with learning outcomes Ῡ = 49.00 + 0.39 X1 + 0.43 X2 For the accuracy of the analysis, the regression linearity test is used. Through the F test, it turns out that Y on X1 and Y on X2 and the regression of Y on X1 and X2 are all linear, so there is no need to look for non-linearity.Thus it can be concluded that this study accepts Ha and rejects Ho. The variables in this study are learning motivation and learning discipline as independent variables and learning achievement as the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive data analysis approach, with a research population of all 9th grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Siantar and a research sample of IX-3 and IX-2 students of SMP Negeri 1 Siantar consisting of 53 students selected using Simple random sampling (Slovin formula). Data collection techniques using instruments: (1) learning motivation questionnaire, (2) discipline questionnaire, and (3) learning achievement in the form of Economics daily test scores.The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of learning motivation on learning achievement, this result can be seen in the t test where the tcount value of learning motivation (3.374)&gt; ttable value (1.67528) which means that the variable is significant. (2) there is a positive and significant effect of learning discipline on learning achievement, this result can be seen in the t test where the tcount value of learning discipline (3.272)&gt; ttable value (1.67528) which means that the variable is significant. (3) learning motivation and learning discipline together affect learning achievement, this result can be seen in the F test where the Fcount value (6.600) &gt; than the Ftable value (2.79). This research method uses quantitative analysis methods associative method through quantitative approach, using 109 respondents. The sampling method used in this study was the slovin sampling technique. Data analysis processing techniques used descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, regression test, correlation test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing. Work discipline and motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 0.690+0.506X1 + 0.0423X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.831, meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a very strong relationship with a simultaneous determination or influence coefficient of 69,1,5% while the remaining 31,9% is influenced by other factors. The results of the partial test of Work Discipline on employee performance show a t value of 4.748 &gt; t table 1.65936 with a significant level of 0.000 &lt; 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that partially work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. The main problem with this soil is the presence of pyrite compounds (FeS<sub>2</sub>). The oxidation of these compounds causes the soil to become acidic, metals and bases dissolve so that the soil becomes poor and the life of aquatic biota affected by the drainage water is disturbed. The oxidized soil, if flooded again, causes an increase in ferrous iron ions and hydrogen sulfide which can poison plants, therefore management of acid sulfate soils needs to be carried out so that the soil has characteristics that can support plant growth. This type of research is quantitative research with a population of class XI of 113 students and a research sample of 88 students. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and distributing questionnaires, while data analysis techniques used validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, f tests and determination coefficient tests.Based on the results of data analysis using excel, it states that there is a significant influence between teacher leadership on the motivation to learn economics of class XI students of SMA Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar, seen from the Tcount value of 65.26&gt; Ttable 1.662. Then, there is a significant influence between teacher communication skills on the motivation to learn economics of class XI students of SMA Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar, this result can be seen from the Tcount value of 33.60&gt; Ttable 1.662, and it is concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the variables of teacher leadership and teacher communication skills have an influence on the motivation to learn economics of class XI students of SMA Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar. The data collection techniques used are ducomentation and questionnaires. The problem in this research is the high level of student communication anxiety in class which is shown through behavior such as being embarrassed to ask the teacher, having difficulty expressing opinions, avoiding speaking in front of the class.This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were students in classes XI-8, XI-9, XI-10 in Economics subjects at SMP Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar with a total of 106 students. The sample in this study consisted of 106 people using a saturated sampling technique with sample determination if all members of the population were used as samples.Based on the results of descriptive analysis, it shows that: (1) there is a negative relationship between communication anxiety and Economics learning outcomes in class XI SMA Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar. This is indicated by the Rcount coefficient value - 0.164 which is smaller than the Rtable value of 0.1891. (2) there is a positive relationship between self-confidence and Economics learning outcomes in class XI SMA Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar. This is indicated by the Rhitumg coefficient value of 0.152 which is smaller than the rtable value of 0.189. (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between communication anxiety and self-confidence and the economic learning outcomes of class Xl students at SMA Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar. This is indicated by the Rcount of 0.194 which is greater than the Rtable of 0.1891.
