Abstract

Subtainable development is a very important goal in today’s global era. Digital literacy skills will be a key skill to achieve sustainable development goals. This requires individuals to have qualified digital literacy, including teachers and educators. This research aims to understand the role of teachers and educators in encouraging digital literacy for sustainable development. The method used in this research is the traditional review method. The traditional review method is used to provide an overview of a research topic. This method is done by identifying, assessing, and interpreting sources that are already known to the researcher. The results show that teachers and educators have an important role in fostering digital literacy awareness in students through various strategies. The implementation of digital literacy also has positive impacts on supporting sustainable development.
