Learning achievement is an important indicator in measuring the success of the educational process, both at the individual and institutional levels. Learning achievement is influenced by various factors, including internal factors such as motivation, interest, and intellectual abilities, as well as external factors such as family environment, teaching methods, and the role of teachers. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The subjects of the study are teachers. The data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study are: 1) The steps in the Everyone Is A Teacher Here model involve dividing students into several groups of four to five students. Each group is given a flipchart by the teacher to decide on a lesson topic or theme, and the group's work is posted on the wall. Each group then rotates and observes the work of other groups, with one representative explaining the questions raised by other groups. The class corrects the work together and draws conclusions; 2) The advantages of the Everyone Is A Teacher Here model include increasing student participation during the learning process, making learning more enjoyable and interactive, encouraging cooperation among students in solving problems, fostering mutual respect and appreciation of classmates' work or opinions, and helping build a culture of cooperation and openness to feedback; 3) The disadvantages of the Everyone Is A Teacher Here model include the potential for inefficiency if the group size is too large, as some students may rely on others' work, requiring considerable time to develop awareness and effective cooperation habits among students, and the potential for noise disruption during activities, which could disturb other classes.
