Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected through an online questionnaire from 100 university students in Pematangsiantar. The findings show that the majority of respondents perceive fintech applications as easy to use, offering fast and practical transactions with user-friendly interfaces. Security is considered relatively good, although concerns about potential fraud still exist. In addition, peer influence and social media play a significant role in encouraging students' interest in using fintech services. The three dominant factors influencing interest are ease of use, perceived security, and social influence. These findings indicate that fintech has become a preferred financial solution among the younger generation, in line with the growing trend of financial inclusion in Indonesia. This study used a qualitative approach involving 70 respondents. The results showed that 60% of respondents were in semester 3-4 and 80% worked in private companies. A total of 64.3% felt able to manage their time well, although 50% often felt overwhelmed. Commonly used strategies include schedule planning (58.5%), prioritizing (51.4%), and using tools such as calendars or apps (41.4%). In addition, 67.1% claimed to have improved their time management skills. This research aims to identify potential hazards, conduct risk assessments, and determine control measures using the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC) method at the Welding Department of PT Otomotif ZX. The research method used is descriptive quantitative through direct observation and HIRADC data analysis. The results show that out of a total of 5 main work activities, 24 potential hazards were found with risk classifications as follows: 1 extreme risk, 14 high risks, and 9 medium risks. The potential hazards include risks of cuts, burns, hearing impairment, and muscle injuries due to non-ergonomic work postures. Based on the risk assessment results, control recommendations were developed through the five levels of the hierarchy of controls, namely elimination, substitution, engineering controls, administration, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This research aims to analyze the most frequent types of defects in one automotive component, identify their root causes, and provide applicable improvement solutions. The study was conducted using a Quality Control Circle approach with the Pareto Diagram to prioritize defect types based on their frequency and impact, and the Fishbone Diagram to identify root causes based on the 4M+1E categories (Man, Machine, Method, Material, Environment). The results show that rust and out-of-standard defects are the most dominant, generally caused by a lack of operator understanding, unstable machine conditions, non-standard work methods, and suboptimal raw material quality and work environment. Improvement recommendations include operator training, machine repair, work method adjustments, and production environment supervision. The implementation of these solutions has proven to significantly reduce defect rates and improve product quality. Teachers act as facilitators who help students construct understanding, not just transfer knowledge. Constructivism-based learning requires students to think actively, compose concepts, and take responsibility for their learning outcomes. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei, data dikumpulkan dari 38 siswa kelas XI-2 melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Canva berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pemahaman materi siswa (sig. 0,001 < 0,05) dengan koefisien regresi 0,641. Nilai Adjusted R² sebesar 0,256 menunjukkan bahwa 25,6% variasi pemahaman siswa dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan Canva. The findings revealed that although the physical condition of the library is decent, its limited space and unsystematic organization hinder optimal use. The book collection is dominated by fiction, with a significant lack of non-fiction and academic resources. While literacy programs such as "Literacy Tuesday" are implemented, teacher involvement in designing and integrating literacy activities into daily lessons remains limited. Collaboration between teachers and librarians is not yet effective. Pelalawan is a region rich in forest and peatland resources but faces serious environmental pressures such as deforestation, land fires, and industrial pollution. Using a qualitative approach and case study methodology, this research identifies various technological innovations that have been implemented, including IoT-based air quality sensors, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for land monitoring, and the conversion of industrial waste into renewable energy. The findings reveal that these innovations have the potential to enhance environmental management effectiveness but are still hindered by limitations in human resource capacity, bureaucratic resistance, policy fragmentation, and a lack of sustainable funding. The study also highlights the importance of multi-stakeholder collaboration among the government, private sector, and local communities in strengthening technology-based environmental policies. Policy recommendations include strengthening digital infrastructure, revitalizing licensing systems, and improving human resource capacity through technical training. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, field observations, and analysis of policy documents in several mangrove ecotourism locations in Indonesia. The research findings indicate that mangrove ecotourism ecosystems provide dual ecological and socio-economic impacts. From a conservation aspect, this model has succeeded in increasing community participation in mangrove rehabilitation and reducing environmental destruction activities. Economically, ecotourism creates livelihood diversification through various tourism-based businesses and mangrove derivative products. However, the study also identified major challenges in the form of: (1) ecological pressure from uncontrolled tourist visits, (2) equitable distribution of economic benefits, and (3) limited management capacity of local communities. This study recommends an integrated policy framework that includes: strengthening regulations based on environmental carrying capacity, collaborative management models, increasing community capacity, and fair benefit sharing mechanisms. The results indicate that implementing strong business ethics, including transparency and social responsibility, can enhance consumer trust and customer loyalty. Furthermore, adaptive strategies such as digitalization, product innovation, and cost efficiency significantly improve MSMEs’ resilience during crises. Prior to Islam, Arab society was dominated by exploitative economic practices such as usury, market monopolies, and unequal wealth distribution, resulting in significant social disparities. Through the revelations of the Qur’an and his Sunnah, Prophet Muhammad (SAW) introduced economic principles emphasizing justice, equity, and moral ethics, including the implementation of zakat as a wealth redistribution instrument, the prohibition of usury, and the enforcement of fair and transparent transactions. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using literature review to trace and analyze the transformation of the economic system during the Prophet’s era. The findings indicate that the Islamic economic system established by the Prophet focused not only on financial aspects but also on social and ethical dimensions, such as the prohibition of hoarding, fair price determination, and the strengthening of social solidarity through infak, charity, and waqf. This system succeeded in creating a prosperous, just, and competitive society, and serves as a model for the development of modern Islamic economics. It also seeks to understand why individuals remain in unhealthy relationships despite experiencing emotional harm. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, using a case study approach and in-depth interviews with Gen Z individuals in Bandung City who have experienced toxic relationships. The results indicate that communication failures such as one-sided assumptions, silent treatment, and emotional invalidation are the root causes of damaging relationships. Additionally, emotional dependence, hope for change, and low emotional literacy were identified as common reasons for staying in such relationships. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews with students who have taken the Vector Calculus course. The results of the study indicate that students have difficulty in understanding the relationship between line and surface integrals, determining the normal orientation of the surface according to the right-hand rule, and performing proper surface parameterization. In addition, the complexity of calculating the rotation of the vector field is also a challenge. Students suggest the use of interactive visual media and gradual exercises as effective strategies in facilitating understanding of the concept. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas kebijakan tersebut dari aspek normatif dan implementatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual, disertai dukungan data sekunder dari DJPK, BPK, dan BPS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara normatif, UU HKPD telah merumuskan kerangka kebijakan yang lebih terstruktur dan efisien, antara lain melalui penyederhanaan jenis pajak dan retribusi, penguatan prinsip keadilan fiskal, serta integrasi teknologi informasi. The goal is to create a user-friendly and effective learning platform, improving both aesthetics and functionality. Research results show a Maze Usability Score of 57 (moderate) for the account registration landing page (5 users), and 71 (moderate) for the redesigned quiz. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of this study are as follows: 1) The steps of the Blended Learning model include identifying learning objectives, designing a combination of face-to-face and online learning, selecting appropriate media and digital platforms, implementing instruction in rotation or integration, and conducting evaluation and reflection on learning outcomes. This model enables students to enhance their listening skills; 2) The advantages of the Blended Learning model include greater flexibility in time and learning location, increased interaction between students and teachers, and the potential to support student-centered learning; 3) The weaknesses of the Blended Learning model are the need for adequate technological infrastructure, the fact that not all teachers and students are digitally prepared, and the challenge of designing an effective integration between online and face-to-face instruction. In their neighborhood, women's involvement in social activities such as the PKK (Family Welfare Movement) is part of their routine, which they carry out with various adjustments. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to examine how women balance their domestic and social roles. The research was conducted in 2025 in RW 03, Jatinegara Village, Cakung Subdistrict, East Jakarta, with five housewives who are active in the PKK community as subjects. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and literature review. This study employs qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, presenting results narratively based on the direct experiences of the informants. The findings reveal that women continue to prioritize domestic responsibilities while simultaneously actively participating in social activities such as resident registration, religious activities, and managing environmental health programs, which are part of PKK activities themselves. Some of them face structural challenges, such as resistance from residents, difficulty finding replacements for cadres, and a lack of support from the surrounding community. Despite these challenges, they consistently fulfill their roles and view community activities as a form of social contribution and a means to expand networks and strengthen women's roles in society.</em></p> <p><em>Keyword: Women, Dual Roles, Household, Community, PKK</em></p> <p>Abstrak: Perempuan memiliki peran ganda yang dijalankan secara bersamaan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, yaitu mengurus rumah tangga sekaligus aktif dalam kegiatan komunitas. Di lingkungan tempat tinggalnya, keterlibatan perempuan dalam kegiatan sosial seperti PKK menjadi bagian dari rutinitas yang mereka jalankan dengan berbagai penyesuaian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana perempuan menjalani peran domestik dan sosial secara bersamaan. Penelitian dilakukan pada tahun 2025 di wilayah RW 03 Kelurahan Jatinegara, Kecamatan Cakung, Jakarta Timur, dengan subjek lima orang ibu rumah tangga yang aktif dalam komunitas PKK. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang menyajikan hasil secara naratif berdasarkan pengalaman langsung para informan. This phenomenon is increasingly widespread along with the ease of internet access and the increasing use of gadgets. The research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach and interviews with five informants who have been involved in online gambling activities. The results show that the motivation to play online gambling is not only economic, but also related to social pressure, curiosity, and entertainment seeking. This activity causes significant changes in consumption behavior, such as overspending, neglecting basic needs, and the tendency to borrow money for gambling. Analysis using Mark Griffiths' addiction theory and Abraham Maslow's needs theory shows that online gambling becomes a compensatory tool for unmet psychological needs, while forming an addictive cycle that damages financial and emotional conditions. The study concludes that online gambling not only affects the economic aspects of individuals, but also worsens the psychosocial conditions and social relations of young people as a whole.</em></p> <p><em>Keyword: Online Gambling, Consumptive Behavior, Young Generation, Addiction, Psychological</em></p> <p>Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak keterlibatan dalam judi online terhadap perilaku konsumtif generasi muda. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur dan wawancara terhadap lima narasumber yang pernah terlibat dalam aktivitas judi online. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa motivasi bermain judi online tidak hanya bersifat ekonomi, tetapi juga berkaitan dengan tekanan sosial, rasa penasaran, dan pencarian hiburan. Aktivitas ini menimbulkan perubahan signifikan dalam perilaku konsumsi, seperti pengeluaran berlebihan, pengabaian kebutuhan pokok, dan kecenderungan meminjam uang untuk berjudi. This tradition is believed to be a manifestation of respect, politeness, and a serious commitment to building familial relationships. Nevertheless, the indigenous community believes that a marriage without Tepak Sirih does not fulfill the </em><em>values</em><em> of tradition, even though it remains valid according to religion and state law. The Tepak Sirih tradition is classified as 'urf fi'li, which means a habitual practice continuously performed by the community and not in conflict with the principles of Islamic law. Therefore, although this tradition is not obligatory according to Islamic law, its implementation is still permitted and appreciated as part of preserving local cultural values.</em></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Abstrak</strong>. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan cara studi pustaka, di mana informasi diambil dari jurnal akademik, buku, dan artikel yang relevan. Pembahasan artikel ini mencakup empat bagian penting, yaitu: (1) konsep dan prinsip pembelajaran aktif dalam konteks pembelajaran Sosiologi, (2) karakteristik pembelajaran Sosiologi serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya, (3) studi kasus mengenai penerapan pembelajaran aktif dalam kelas Sosiologi berdasarkan kesimpulan dari berbagai sumber literatur, dan (4) menerapkan penerapan pembelajaran aktif terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran Sosiologi. The results show that the beauty of tourist destinations is no longer judged solely by physical experience, but rather by how "aesthetic" and shareable they are on social media. Social validation in the form of likes and comments has become the primary motivation for tourism activities. This phenomenon also creates unique social pressure among Gen Z, who feel compelled to continuously produce visual content to maintain their digital presence. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan administrasi akademik di MAN Enrekang secara umum berada dalam kategori baik. Dimensi keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati menunjukkan performa yang baik, ditandai dengan ketepatan pelayanan, responsivitas petugas, jaminan profesionalisme, serta sikap ramah dan perhatian terhadap pengguna layanan. Namun, pada dimensi bukti fisik, ditemukan bahwa fasilitas dan sarana pendukung layanan masih tergolong normal dan memerlukan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan dan efisiensi layanan. Melalui pendekatan studi pustaka dan analisis terhadap temuan-temuan sebelumnya, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Cooperative Learning memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Strategi seperti STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) dan Jigsaw terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi siswa, kolaborasi, serta kemampuan berpikir kritis dan reflektif. Namun, keberhasilan implementasi Cooperative Learning sangat dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan guru, fleksibilitas waktu belajar, serta dukungan kebijakan sekolah yang adaptif. The findings reveal that most children at TK Harun Ar-Rasyid have shown good progress in recognizing and expressing emotions, forming social relationships, and cooperating with peers. Teachers' roles and parental involvement significantly influence this development. However, challenges remain, such as inconsistent parenting patterns and limited parental time. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation.</em> <em>The results of this study are as follows: 1) The steps of the VCT model include: developing a complete instructional plan (scenario) outlined in the Lesson Plan (RPP) by clearly defining the targeted values; during the lesson opening, the teacher explains the learning objectives, content scope, methods, tools, and general overview; the teacher presents a stimulus and issues relevant to the learning material; students are asked to classify the material and problems, then analyze case by case, and determine their own stance along with arguments and reasoning—students are encouraged to relate the case to their own experiences; the teacher and students provide comments and engage in discussion to reinforce the students’ values; the teacher and students conclude the lesson together; 2) The advantages of the VCT include: helping students identify personal values; increasing self-awareness; encouraging responsible decision-making; developing social skills and empathy; being flexible and adaptable to various learning materials; 3) The disadvantages of the VCT are: it is not sufficient to build strong character alone; it tends to focus more on cognitive aspects and less on the affective domain; and it requires highly trained teachers. Critical and in-depth analysis is conducted on the literature to gain a comprehensive understanding of the research topic and build strong, evidence-based arguments. Thus, this literature study becomes a solid foundation for the research.</em> <em>The results show that early marriage is a complex issue that affects household and individual welfare. Although gadgets provide easy access to information and support learning, their uncontrolled use can have a negative impact on students' learning behavior. This study aims to analyze the positive impacts, negative impacts, and factors that influence the use of gadgets on students' learning behavior through a literature review method. Data were obtained from nine scientific journals published between 2020 and 2025 and analyzed descriptively-qualitatively. The results of the study show that gadgets can increase students' learning motivation, digital literacy, and access to information if used wisely. However, negative impacts were also found, such as decreased concentration, stress, sleep disturbances, and a tendency towards social isolation. Factors that influence these impacts include duration of use, purpose of use, digital literacy, and parenting patterns and the school environment. The results of this study are: 1) The steps of the model include: self-monitoring stage, self-evaluation stage, self-reinforcement (including reinforcement, extinction, or punishment), and self-instruction stage; 2) The strengths of the Self-Management Technique model are its relatively simple implementation, the possibility to integrate it with other training methods, its direct impact on individual behavior through emotions and attitudes, and its flexibility to be conducted individually or in groups; 3) The weaknesses of the Self-Management Technique model include the lack of intrinsic motivation and commitment in individuals, behavior targets being personal and subjective, making them hard to define and evaluate, the surrounding environment and future conditions being unpredictable and complex, students being overly independent, teachers imposing programs on students, and the absence of environmental support. The development process involved prototype design and two phases of field testing to evaluate capacity, rotational speed, separation performance, and screening system effectiveness. In Trial 1, the machine featured a 3–5 kg hopper capacity and a low RPM, producing 1 kg of separated cloves per minute (60 kg/hour) with a separation rate of 75% clove buds and 25% stems. In Trial 2, with a 10–15 kg hopper and higher RPM, output increased to 2.5 kg per minute (150 kg/hour), with improved separation efficiency of 90% buds and only 10% stems. The screening system was also improved from a flat, non-inclined vibrating setup in Trial 1 to a 10-degree inclined fixed tray in Trial 2, further enhancing separation quality. This study aims to describe how JoMO emerges as a new lifestyle among Gen Z students at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, and to identify the factors that drive its adoption. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through questionnaires and literature studies. The results show that some students have adopted the JoMO lifestyle by reducing meaningless social involvement, focusing on themselves, and choosing activities that support productivity and mental health. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach, adapting the Borg & Gall development model, which includes preliminary study, planning, product development, expert validation, limited testing, revision, and field trials. The developed model integrates Islamic spiritual values with Minangkabau local wisdom, such as consensus (musyawarah), mutual cooperation (gotong royong), and politeness (sopan santun), resulting in improved religious understanding and moral awareness among students. Expert validation and trial outcomes indicate that the model is both feasible and effective for implementation in elementary school settings. Proses kerja pada pembuatan kain tenun di UKM Tenun Ikat Bima masih dikerjakan secara manual dan seringkali melibatkan aktivitas yang kurang ergonomis seperti menunduk, membungkuk, dan duduk dalam waktu yang lama, yang berisiko menyebabkan masalah Muskuloskeletal Disorder. Berdasarkan kuesioner Nordic Body Map, 6 pekerja di UKM Tenun Ikat Bima, keluhan tertinggi terjadi pada bagian punggung (96%), pinggang (92%), lutut kanan (88%), bahu kanan (83%). Diketahui pekerja melakukan aktivitas pekerjaan dengan posisi statis/ posisi duduk membungkuk dengan 7 jam kerja/hari. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut dilakukan Analisa mengenai postur kerja untuk meminimalisir risiko MSDs menggunakan metode REBA. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada proses pengikatan benang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan perhitungan score REBA diketahui bahwa pada pekerja 1,2,3,5, dan 7 mendapatkan score 6-7 dengan tingkat risiko sedang, dan pekerja 4 memiliki score 8 dengan tingkat risiko tinggi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah ketidakseimbangan antara persediaan dan permintaan, yang ditunjukkan dengan tingginya tingkat <em>stockout</em> sebanyak 443 dan <em>overstock</em> sebanyak 1818 selama periode 10 bulan, dari Juni 2024 hingga Maret 2025. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan peramalan penjualan untuk menentukan jumlah persediaan yang lebih optimal dengan menggunakan tiga metode yaitu <em>Weighted Moving Average</em> (WMA), <em>Double Exponential Smoothing</em> (DES), dan <em>Trend Analysis</em>. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa metode DES memberikan hasil paling akurat untuk kemasan 120 ml sebanyak 334 dus, dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 35.174%. Kemasan 220ml sebanyak 1200 dus, dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 14.34%. Kemasan 330ml sebanyak 1114 dus, dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 9.409%. Kemasan 600ml sebanyak 787 dus, dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 9.587%. Fenomena ini menjadi perhatian serius di SMAN 10 Merangin, sehingga mendorong penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengendalian diri terhadap perilaku bolos siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI yang berjumlah 49 siswa, yang sekaligus menjadi sampel penelitian melalui teknik total sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket skala Likert yang telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji asumsi statistik (uji normalitas dan linearitas), dilanjutkan dengan analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku bolos sekolah berada pada kategori tinggi dengan persentase sebesar 69%, sedangkan pengendalian diri siswa juga berada pada kategori tinggi yaitu sebesar 73,55%. Uji korelasi menghasilkan nilai koefisien sebesar -0,616 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif dan signifikan antara pengendalian diri dengan perilaku bolos sekolah. Semakin tinggi tingkat pengendalian diri siswa, semakin rendah kecenderungan mereka untuk membolos. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa menurut Fathul Qarib, akad nikah online tidak sah karena tidak memenuhi syarat ittihād al-majlis (kesatuan tempat) dan kehadiran fisik para pihak. This research aims to apply the saving matrix method and the nearest insert algorithm to optimize the distribution route of goods at Afsheena Outlets. The saving matrix method is an economical technique to calculate distances and routes by paying attention to the carrying capacity of the vehicle, while the nearest insert algorithm can determine the order of consumer visits at the time of distribution based on the total minimum distance. The results of the study show that the saving matrix method and the nearest insert algorithm can optimize the distribution route of goods at Afsheena Outlets. This is evidenced by the decrease in total mileage by grouping 6 distribution routes from the initial route of 77.2 km and the final route of 70 km or a decrease of 9.3%. Salah satu metode yang umum digunakan untuk melindungi data video adalah kriptografi yang bertujuan untuk mengubah data asli menjadi bentuk terenkripsi agar tidak dapat diakses oleh pihak yang tidak berwenang. Dilakukan perbandingan antara tiga algoritma kriptografi populer, yaitu Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), Data Encryption Standard (DES), dan Blowfish, dalam proses enkripsi dan dekripsi video. Penelitian ini menganalisis performa ketiga algoritma berdasarkan waktu pemrosesan, konsumsi sumber daya, keamanan hasil enkripsi dan efisiensi penyimpanan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa AES memiliki tingkat keamanan tinggi tetapi membutuhkan waktu pemrosesan lebih lama dibandingkan dengan Blowfish. DES menunjukkan kelemahan dalam aspek keamanan karena ukuran kuncinya yang lebih kecil, sehingga lebih rentan terhadap serangan kriptografi. Blowfish menawarkan keseimbangan antara kecepatan pemrosesan dan keamanan, menjadikannya pilihan yang efisien untuk pengamanan video dengan performa yang lebih baik dibandingkan DES. This disease is characterized by inflammation of the bronchioles and alveoli due to infection by bacteria, viruses, or other microorganisms. Clinical symptoms include fever, productive cough, shortness of breath, and the presence of crackles upon auscultation. Physiotherapy management for children with bronchopneumonia may include inhalation therapy using a nebulizer and chest clapping techniques to help clear the airways, improve lung ventilation, and reduce the level of dyspnea. This study utilized a case study method involving three pediatric patients diagnosed with bronchopneumonia. Physiotherapy interventions included nebulizer administration (0.25 ml salbutamol diluted in 0.9% NaCl to a total volume of 2 ml, administered twice daily for three days) and chest clapping (10–15 minutes, 2–3 times daily). Evaluation was conducted using the Borg scale for dyspnea and assessments of sleep quality. The results showed a decrease in Borg scale scores and an improvement in sleep quality in all patients following the intervention. This physiotherapy intervention was clinically proven to be effective in supporting the recovery of children with bronchopneumonia. This condition leads to inflammation of the bronchi, increased mucus production, and airway obstruction. Young children often have difficulty clearing mucus effectively due to immature cough reflexes. One non-pharmacological therapy that can assist in mucus clearance and improve breathing is chest physiotherapy. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of chest physiotherapy in managing respiratory disturbances in children with bronchitis. Methods: This study was conducted through a literature review and observation of three pediatric cases diagnosed with acute bronchitis. Physiotherapy interventions were carried out over two days using techniques such as postural drainage, percussion (tapotement), and vibration, performed twice daily. Results: Following the interventions, all patients showed improvements in oxygen saturation, decreased respiratory rates, and a reduction in abnormal breath sounds such as crackles (ronchi) and wheezing. Overall, there was an increase in patient comfort, including better sleep quality and physical activity levels. The findings reveal that mindful learning is conducted through three main stages: information, transformation, and evaluation. Each stage is applied using contextual, reflective, and participatory strategies. While the approach positively enhances student engagement and social awareness, it faces several challenges, including limited teacher understanding, time constraints, and academic pressure. This study recommends supportive strategies such as teacher training, the creation of reflective learning environments, and active involvement of parents and communities. Policy implications include curriculum development that accommodates mindfulness, preparation of practical modules, and structural reforms in madrasah education systems. This type of research is quantitative descriptive correlative. The population of all mothers who have toddlers in the working area of the Baiturrahman Health Center in Banda Aceh City, with a total population of 584 toddlers. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling so as to obtain the number of samples of 85 respondents. Data collection techniques using a modified questionnaire from previous studies with the R count validity test (0.968) and the validity test results (0.936) and observation sheets. The results showed that the mother's knowledge of immunization was in the good category (72.9%), the majority of stunting (57.6%), with a complete basic immunization status (89.4%). The absence of a significant relationship between mother's knowledge of immunization and the incidence of stunting p-value 0.120 (> 0.05). Instrument testing was conducted through pilot testing, and data normality was assessed using the Shapiro-Wilk test. The relationship was analyzed using the Spearman correlation test. The results showed a significant relationship between staff knowledge and the implementation of internal quality control (p < 0.05). High knowledge contributed to more consistent and accurate application of quality procedures. This research uses a cross sectional approach, namely a research design by taking measurements at the same time. The total population for this study was all 104 diabetes patients hospitalized at Horas Insani Pematang Siantar Hospital. Sampling was taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely determining samples with certain considerations, meaning that each subject taken from the population was chosen deliberately based on certain objectives and considerations, the number of samples required was 51 respondents. The instrument used was a questionnaire sheet while testing was carried out using the Pearson Product Moment test because the data distribution did not have a normal distribution, namely <0.05. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of giving red ginger compresses on reducing the pain scale in gouty arthritis sufferers at Horas Insani Hospital. This research design uses a Quasi experimental design with a one group pre-posttest design where this research is carried out by observing groups of subjects before the intervention, then observing again after the intervention. The total population for this study was all 16 gouty arthritis patients who visited Horas Insani Pematang Siantar Hospital in January – April 2023. Sampling was taken using total sampling technique. Total sampling means the number of samples is the same as the population or the entire population used as a sample is 16 people. The instruments used were observation sheets and the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) questionnaire with the Wilcoxon test because the data distribution did not have a normal distribution, namely <0.05. The research results showed that the pain scale for gouty arthritis patients before being given the intervention was the lowest score of 4 and the highest was 6 in the moderate pain category and the pain scale after being given the intervention was the lowest score of 2 and the highest was 4 in the mild pain category. The conclusion of this study was that there was an effect of giving red ginger compresses on reducing the pain scale in gout arthritis sufferers at Horas Insani Hospital with a p value of 0.001 < 0.05. Secara spesifik, ditemukan bahwa pelatihan guru dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. This study aims to describe the role of students participating in Field Work Internships (PKL) in the Department of Library Science in supporting the library's collection preservation program. The method used was qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results indicate that the PKL students carried out a series of planned preservation activities, including: identifying and selecting damaged collections, checking and creating classification labels, simple physical repairs (such as hemming), packaging collections, inputting bibliographic data into the SLiMS system, and arranging collections on shelves. The implementation of these activities has been proven not only to extend the useful life of collections and maintain the integrity of their information, but also to significantly improve the quality of library services by making collections easier to find, neatly organized, and well-cataloged.
