NILAI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DALAM PEWARISAN TARI BARIS JOJOR LUTUNG JENUK DI DESA SELULUNG KINTAMANI

The Jojor Lutung Jenuk Baris Dance, which originates from Selulung Village, Kintamani, Bali, has become a symbol of cultural heritage that is rich in values and character education. This research aims to think in depth about the values of character education contained in the process of inheriting this dance in Selulung Village. Qualitative research methods with an ethnographic approach are the main basis for exploring detailed data through literature studies, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research results illustrate essential values such as honesty, discipline, cooperation, loyalty, courage and creativity which are reflected in every aspect of this dance. The inheritance of these values occurs through the ulu apad customary system, which builds awareness of responsibility and order in society regarding each person's role. This dance is not only a representation of art, but also a medium for in-depth character formation. The conclusion of this research shows that the Jojor Lutung Jenuk Baris Dance not only maintains the richness of cultural heritage, but also becomes a moral and ethical foundation for the people of Selulung Village. A deep understanding of these values helps communities strengthen their identity in a context of harmony and tolerance, and plays a role in maintaining the continuity of a very valuable cultural heritage.

The internet and online platforms have opened doors for global market penetration, allowing companies to reach a wider audience and expand their business reach. Furthermore, technology is also changing the way businesses operate through the adoption of digital solutions such as e-commerce, big data analytics, and artificial intelligence. These innovations enable companies to optimize their operational processes, improve efficiency, and create added value for their customers. This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Motor Vehicle Tax Penalty Administration Sanctions Elimination Program at the Samsat Sigi Technical Implementation Unit. This study used a method with qualitative descriptive data. The research location is located at the Samsat Sigi Technical Implementation Unit Office. The theory used in this study is the theory proposed by Dunncan. The informants in this study amounted to 5 (five) people. The data obtained in this study are from observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis methods are Data Collection, Data Condensation, Data Presentation, and Conclusion Drawing / Verification

The results of this study show that the implementation of the Motor Vehicle Tax Penalty Administration Sanctions Elimination Program at the Samsat Sigi Technical Implementation Unit has not been effective as a whole, this is due to the non-achievement of the Integration indicator from the results of the study it is known that from the aspect of internal and external coordination has not been effective, the Adaptation indicator consisting of aspects of Tax Collector Officer Resources, not yet adequate. Second, Tax Collection Facilities, especially those related to the Application, The computerized system has not been optimal so that the management of tax revenue data and information has not been effective.

Kinerja Pegawai Pada Bidang Penelitian Dan Pengembangan Di BAPPEDA LITBANG Kabupaten Pasangkayu

This research aims to describe and analyze employee performance in the Research and Development Division of BAPPEDA Litbang Pasangkayu District. A qualitative approach was utilized to deeply analyze the topic and gain an accurate understanding of the research objectives. The grand theory employed in this research is based on Robbins' theory, focusing on five main aspects: Quality, Quantity, Timeliness, Effectiveness, and Independence. The research findings indicate that employee performance in carrying out tasks and functions in the research and development field at BAPPEDA Pasangkayu District is effective. However, constraints related to the number of employees remain a significant issue affecting performance quantity. Effective time management strategies are required to address excessive workloads, while prudent budget allocation and human resource management are key to achieving research and development objectives. Additionally, findings regarding independence indicators suggest that some employees still tend to delegate their tasks to honorary staff. Therefore, efforts are needed to provide training and capacity building for civil servant employees to enhance their independence in task completion. It is hoped that the implementation of these strategies will optimize employee performance in the research and development field and ensure the success of planned programs

PENERAPAN E- GOVERNMENT DALAM PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI KELURAHAN TONDO KOTA PALU

This research aims to determine the extent to which the application of E-Government is implemented in public services at the Tondo Village Office, Mantikulore District, Palu City, which is studied based on the theory of Application of E-Government or Electronic Service Systems by Richardus Eko Indrajit (2004) with three aspects / elements namely Support, Capacity, Value and this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach method. Based on the results of this research, the researcher concluded that the Implementation of E-Government in Public Services at the Tondo Subdistrict Office from several aspects/elements which are used as references in this research are as follows: Support, support from policy stakeholders in the form of Regulations, Implementation of E-Government. -Government in Tondo Village is regulated by Palu City Regional Regulation Number 10 of 2015 concerning the Implementation of One-Stop Integrated Services Article 1 which supports the implementation of E-Government within the Palu City Government. Capacity (Capabilities/Resources), Availability of financial resources originating from APBD funds and the availability of sufficient supporting facilities to support the implementation of E-Government at the Tondo Village Office. Value (Value/Benefits), the presence of E-Government is really wanted by the community because it can be accessed anywhere and at any time so that people don't have to queue at the Tondo Village Office, Mantikulore District, Palu City. However, there are still elderly people or people who do not understand gadgets or technology and prefer to come directly to the Tondo Village Office to handle files, as well as Human Resources who are less competent so that the implementation of E-Government at the Tondo Village Office is still a little lacking Maximum.

PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN QUICK ON THE DRAW DALAM MATA PELAJARAN GEOGRAFI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK FASE F DI SMAN 1 LUBUK BASUNG

This research is based on the problem of active learning caused by the lack of students asking questions, no participation in helping friends during discussions, no feedback to students when presenting discussion results. There are no students who refute, provide suggestions or criticize. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze data regarding the application of the Quick On The Draw model in geography learning to increase the activity of phase F students at SMAN 1 Lubuk Basung. The type of research used is quasi-experimental research. The research design used was Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design phase F at SMAN 1 Lubuk Basung which was registered for the 2023 – 2024 academic year consisting of 10 classes with a total of 354 students. The sampling in this study was random sampling where everyone in the entire target population had the same opportunity to be selected. Obtained research results: Application of the Quick on the draw learning model in geography learning to increase the activity of phase F class students at SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Basung. Geographic learning activities Students in the Phase F9 experimental class at SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Basung 2023/2024, obtained an average percentage score of 96.2% which is classified as "Very Good" and the Control class obtained an average percentage score of 80.3 % classified as "Good". Based on the independent sample t test regarding students' questionnaire answers, it can be concluded that the sig value is = 0.008 < 0.05 which states that this coefficient value is significant because tcount is = 2.150 > ttable 2.651 Therefore, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted. The influence of the Quick on the Draw learning model in increasing students' learning activities in Geography subjects at SMAN 1 Lubuk Basung.

The type of research used is qualitative research. Research informants were determined using Snowball Sampling, which is a technique for sampling data sources that initially were small in number, but gradually became larger as the research progressed and the need to deepen the information needed to complete the required data. This study examines the internalization of Islamic religious education values in the formation of student character in Roudhatul Athfal throughout the OIC-South Sumatra Regency. The purpose of this research was to determine the internalization of Islamic religious education values in the formation of student character in Roudhatul Athfal throughout the OIC-South Sumatra Regency.This research uses qualitative descriptive methods. The primary data sources in this study are teachers and students of Roudhatul Athfal in OIC-South Sumatra Regency. The result of this study is the internalization of Islamic education values carried out in Roudhatul Athfal throughout the OIC-South Sumatra Regency in increasing students' religious observance including memorization activities, congregational dhuhur prayers, early learning and religious lecture activities. Internalization of Islamic education values in Roudhatul Athfal in OIC-South Sumatra Regency is very effective in increasing the observance of student worship, especially Roudhatul Athfal students in OIC-South Sumatra Regency.

An Analysis of Subtitling Strategies in Inside Out Movie Based on Gottlieb's Theory

Movie subtitling is a critical aspect of audiovisual translation, bridging the gap between languages and cultures. This study aims to explore the strategies used in the subtitle translations of the the movie Inside Out and evaluate the accuracy level of the translations associated with the identified strategies. In this study, the research uses the script and subtitle of the movie Inside Out (2015) by utilizing the ten translation strategies in Gottlieb's theory to review the data found. The results show that the transfer strategy is the most applied strategy by the translator while translating this Inside Out (2015) movie.

This study aims to determine how the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance through work discipline at the Bank X Branch of Surabaya. This research uses quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The variables used are independent variables consisting of reward and punishment, thedependent variable is employee performance, the variable Interving work discipline. The population in this study were all employees of the Bank X branch of Surabaya, which amounted to 117 people. Collecting primary data using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive data analysis, regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and path analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that Reward has a significant effect on employee discipline at Bank X Surabaya Branch. Punishment has a significant effect on the work discipline of employees of Bank X Surabaya Branch. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at Bank X Surabaya Branch. Reward has a significant effect on employee performance at Bank X Surabaya Branch. Punishment has a significant effect on employee performance at Bank X Surabaya Branch. Reward has an effect on the performance of the employees of Bank X Surabaya Branch. Punishment affects the performance of the employees of Bank X Surabaya Branch.

This study examines the implementation of school management based on school accreditation references. the focus of this research is to determine the achievement of school management components at Integral Al Bayan Makassar elementary school. The purpose of this study was to determine the achievement of school management components at Integral Al Bayan Makassar elementary school. The approach in this research is qualitative with descriptive approach. This research was conducted at Al Bayan Makassar Integral Elementary School. The data sources in this study were principals and teachers. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results showed that the implementation of school management based on school accreditation reference includes: (1) Curriculum Management, In curriculum management, Al Bayan Makassar Integral Elementary School involves stakeholders continuously in curriculum development to meet the target of quality excellence in curriculum development, involves stakeholders to adjust programs based on needs and provides a budget for curriculum implementation. (2) Management of Teachers and Education Personnel, Al Bayan Makassar Integral
Elementary School in the management of teachers and education personnel by first recruiting teachers and education personnel in accordance with the criteria,
recruitment and selection that is transparent and accountable conducted by the foundation and then new teachers and education personnel will be coached and assisted at school for three months. (3) Management of Facilities and Infrastructure, Management of facilities and infrastructure at Al Bayan Makassar Integral Elementary School has a positive impact on the learning process, schools always ensure that all facilities and infrastructure are ready for use by checking regularly so as not to interfere with the entire educational process at school, schools also always observe if there are obstacles or deficiencies in the availability of facilities and infrastructure.

Pengaruh Riba Dalam Penggunaan Fitur Shopee Pay Later Terhadap Generasi Millenial

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak riba dalam penggunaan fitur ShopeePay Later terhadap generasi milenial. Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi finansial (fintech), banyak platform belanja online yang menawarkan fungsi pembayaran, seperti ShopeePay Later yang memungkinkan pengguna melakukan pembelian dengan bunga tunai atau kredit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan wawancara mendalam terhadap beberapa pengguna Shopee Pay Later dari generasi Milenial Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan ShopeePay Later memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap generasi Milenial. Meskipun fitur ini memudahkan berbelanja online, banyak responden yang mengalami tekanan finansial akibat dikenakannya bunga atas pembelian yang dilakukan melalui sistem kredit. Beberapa responden mengaku terjerumus ke dalam spiral utang yang sulit diatasi sehingga menimbulkan stres dan kekhawatiran terhadap situasi keuangan mereka.Studi ini juga menyoroti pentingnya peran literasi keuangan dalam penggunaan fitur ShopeePay Later. Banyak responden yang mengaku belum memahami konsep riba dan dampaknya terhadap keuangan pribadinya. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan generasi milenial agar lebih sadar akan resiko riba dan dapat mengelola keuangan dengan lebih bijak.

Abstrak. At the end of 2019, an epidemic hit the international world, including Indonesia. This outbreak is known as Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19), where it spreads very quickly and confirmed patients continue to increase every day. So this condition has quite a significant impact on all sectors of life, be it social, religious, educational, economic, and so on. In the field of education itself, there are fundamental changes in the learning system. Where the teaching and learning process is usually carried out face-to-face, now it must be shifted to online learning. The aim of writing this article is to examine the online learning evaluation system using Google Forms. Therefore, we must know the online learning evaluation system using Google Forms. In this article the author uses the library research method, namely deepening, examining and identifying knowledge contained in the literature (reading sources, reference books or other research results). The results of this research show an evaluation of online learning using Google Form.

Implementasi Media “Carika” Berbasis Model PBL Upaya Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Bahasa Indonesia pada Peserta Didik Kelas IV

The problem of learning difficulties of grade IV students of SD Negeri Kandangan 04, Semarang Regency is in the subject Indonesian the procedure text material, causing the learning outcomes of some students to have not reached completion. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the media "CariKa" based on the PBL model of class IV procedure text material and its effect on the understanding of text material, procedures and learning outcomes of students. The subjects in the study were grade IV students of SD Negeri Kandangan 04 Semarang Regency totaling 23 students. Data analysis techniques used include tests, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that the application of the PBL model of class IV procedural text material with the help of "CariKa" media in grade IV SD Negeri Kandangan 04 Semarang Regency made it easier for students to understand the procedure text material and there was a change in the improvement of the learning outcomes of the summation material as seen from the comparison of the percentage of completeness of pretest and posttest scores with an increase, namely from 30.44% to 65.22%.

PENGARUH HIPNOTERAPI TERHADAP PASIEN YANG MENGALAMI GANGGUAN KECEMASAN : LITERATURE REVIEW

Background : Anxiety is a common psychological disorder that can have a detrimental impact on a person's life. Anxiety disorders usually occur due to stress such as facing exams, job interviews, or making important decisions. Hypnotherapy is one of the many therapies used to treat anxiety disorders. Purpose : This review of the research aims to evaluate how hypnotherapy affects individuals with anxiety problems. Method : The first step in analyzing literature is to search for journals by utilizing national and international web sources such as Google Scholar. Results : Findings from the 5 selected journal articles, it can be concluded that although anxiety has various reasons, hypnosis is a technique that is generally useful for reducing anxiety levels. Conclusion : Hypnotherapy is an effective method for reducing anxiety. Hypnotherapy is useful in treating a person's mental health. It is recommended that the hypnotic approach in mental therapy be studied more deeply in order to treat patients with anxiety disorders better.

KOMUNIKASI ORANG TUA PADA ANAK PENDERITA AUTISME: LITERATUR REVIEW

Autism spectrum disorders (ASD) pose significant challenges in communication and social interaction, affecting affected individuals and their families. Understanding how parents communicate with their autistic children is critical to providing effective support and intervention to improve the quality of life for these individuals. This study aims to explore the communication strategies used by parents in interacting with their children diagnosed with autism, highlighting the significance of parental communication in responding to the needs of autistic individuals. A comprehensive literature review was conducted to gather insights from five relevant studies that focused on parental communication in the context of autism. These studies use qualitative methods such as case studies, interviews, observations, and document analysis to investigate various aspects of parents' communication with autistic children. Findings emphasize the important role of parental communication in the management and development of children with autism. Effective communication strategies, including interpersonal communication styles, openness, empathy, and positive reinforcement, were identified as important elements in facilitating meaningful interactions between parents and their autistic children. Additionally, these studies emphasize the importance of collaboration between parents, educators, health professionals, and the general public in creating a supportive environment for autistic individuals. This research highlights the critical role of parental communication in supporting the social and emotional well-being of children with autism. Further research is needed to deepen our understanding of the complexity of autism and to develop comprehensive interventions and support programs that address the diverse needs of autistic individuals and their families. Additionally, educational initiatives aimed at increasing parents' and educators' knowledge about autism and effective communication strategies are essential to building inclusive environments and maximizing the potential of individuals with autism.

Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan: Literature Review

Every employee must have experienced boredom in facing the work routine every day. Monotonous routines can reduce the spirit and motivation of work that is owned so that later it will have a bad impact on company performance. Giving work motivation to an employee appropriately will create enthusiasm, and encouragement at work so that this will increase work productivity. To achieve company goals, potential human resource management will affect employee performance which in turn will affect company performance. To be able to show performance, companies are required to uphold the motivation and work discipline of employees. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The literature review research method was carried out using the PICO search on the Google Scholar database . There are 5 journals that meet the criteria and show the results that the t-count value is greater than the t-table and the significant value is smaller than the alpha value (0.05). Then hypothesis one (H1) and hypothesis two (H2) in this study are accepted. This shows that the better the employee discipline, the better the performance will be. So that the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance is because the strategy implemented by the company can be pursued. Vision and mission are the main foundation for an educational institution in determining the direction and goals to be achieved. Implementing a good vision and mission in education management can have a positive impact on improving the overall quality of education. This is an important aspect in efforts to improve the quality of education in accordance with the 2020 education unit accreditation instrument (IASP). The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of the vision and mission and objectives consisting of developing, disseminating and improving the vision and mission and objectives in accordance with the IASP MI instrument. 2020. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods to describe things related to achieving the vision, mission and goals in improving the quality of education. Developing the vision and mission of the madrasah is based on preparing a vision and mission that is in accordance with the specific needs of MIN 2 Bandung City. The socialization process at MIN 2 Bandung City is carried out through meetings, brochures/banners, social media and other activities. Socialization is designed to reach all stakeholders evenly and is easy to understand. Improving the vision and mission is used as a basis for continuing or even developing other work programs that are more relevant to the vision and mission and needs of MIN 2 Bandung City. The process of improving the vision, mission and goals at MIN 2 Bandung City was carried out through meetings involving all stakeholders.

Literasi digital merupakan salah satu aspek yang berperan penting dalam pencapaian indikator SDGs 2030. Namun salah satu tantangan umum yang menjadi permasalahan dalam literasi digital adalah minimnya akses terhadap teknologi, salah satunya bagi pelaku industri UMKM. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk memahami sejauh mana program literasi digital berhasil mencapai indikator SDGs 2030 dan sejauh mana program literasi digital berhasil mengatasi berbagai tantangan di era global saat ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan tinjauan pustaka untuk menganalisis penelitian sebelumnya yang dilakukan serta alat analisis deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan dan menyimpulkan data yang telah diperoleh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program literasi digital berbasis aplikasi dapat memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan bagi UMKM dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs 2030), melalui peningkatan pendapatan, perluasan pasar, dan peningkatan pemahaman terhadap literasi digital.

Education is an instrument in shaping students' personalities so that they become a quality and inclusive generation. One of the essential strategies that can be implemented to realize the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is by integrating digital literacy in an inclusive curriculum. This research aims to understand effective and efficient teaching strategies in an inclusive curriculum, identify challenges and solutions faced in integrating digital literacy, and explore the effectiveness of implementing digital literacy into an inclusive curriculum in increasing students' understanding and skills in the context of the 2030 SDGs. Using the method literature review, this research collects and analyzes data from various literature sources related to integrating digital literacy in an inclusive curriculum. The results of this research show that integrating digital literacy requires a holistic and adaptive approach, involving various educational stakeholders to overcome technological, curriculum and human resource barriers. Apart from that, this research also found that implementing teaching strategies that utilize digital technology can significantly improve students' skills and understanding so that it will support the achievement of SDGs 2030. The implications of these findings are expected to help curriculum developers and educational practitioners in designing and implementing teaching practices more effectively and inclusive.

The writing in this article uses literature study as a data collection method by using previous research as a foundation to provide a comprehensive analysis. Digital ethics education is a challenge as well as a strategy to deal with the development of today’s world. Through digital ethics education, students can be guided to utilize technology as it should be, and avoid misuse. This article is expected to provide an overview of the influence of digital technology on the success of the 2030 SDGs agenda, and how the transformation of ethical digital education can be a decisive step in the success of the SDGs.

Dampak Konversi Hutan Tropis dan Penggunaan Pupuk Kimia terhadap Keanekaragaman Hayati pada Proyek Food Estate Kabupaten Gunung Mas

Food Estate is part of the National Economic Recovery (PEN) program aimed at anticipating a food crisis in Indonesia due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The program is supported by the Omnibus Law on Job Creation, which mandates ministers/head of agencies, governors, and regents/mayors to provide the necessary permits and non-permits for the implementation of National Strategic Projects. The research methods used are literature studies, spatial analysis, and the collection of primary data from books, scientific articles, and the internet. The research results indicate that the conversion of tropical forests into Food Estate land has led to the loss of natural habitats, forest fragmentation, and carbon emissions. The excessive use of chemical fertilizers has polluted groundwater and rivers, causing eutrophication and disrupting the balance of ecosystems. The cumulative impact of tropical forest conversion and the use of chemical fertilizers has led to a significant decrease in biodiversity in the Gunung Mas Food Estate area. This research uses the Normative Juridical method, aimed at analyzing and dissecting the components of a problem for further examination and then linking them to the laws, legal principles, and legal norms applicable as a solution to the food estate issue in Gunung Mas Regency. This research recommends the implementation of sustainable farming practices, such as reducing forest conversion, using organic fertilizers, and applying environmentally friendly farming techniques, to minimize the negative impacts on biodiversity and achieve sustainable food security in the Gunung Mas Food Estate.

The method used in this research is Literature Review or literature review which is in the form of an explanation of a theory of discovery or a research topic, the explanation of these theories can be used as a theoretical basis. The results of this research are that digital technology and literacy play a very important role in supporting education and making it easier for teaching staff, students, even researchers and education to implement digital literacy more effectively and create quality education in accordance with SDGs goal number 4, even with digital literacy it is possible creating education that cares about the surrounding environment. Because as time goes by, more and more individuals are using technology for their daily lives and these two things cannot be separated.

In connection with this, this article examines the ongoing dispute between MS Glow and PS Glow in a complex and in-depth manner regarding the dispute resolution process related to the use of trademarks and forms of legal protection for PS Glow which are reviewed using the system followed by the Indonesian state. to files. This research is included in normative juridical research carried out through a statutory regulation approach. The findings of this study indicated that mediation was not a successful resolution method, so efforts continued through an arbitration body. Through arbitration, MS Glow has been proven to have committed brand infringement and paid damages to PS Glow. The first to file principle in trademarks stipulates that the first trademark registration has priority, and the importance of registering a trademark in accordance with the relevant product class is to prevent related legal disputes. The trademark dispute case between MS Glow and PS Glow shows the importance of registering a trademark correctly and in accordance with regulations to guarantee exclusive rights to the trademark.

In Indonesia, the parties who are impacted by environmental damage can seek a settlement that goes into the civil realm by filing a lawsuit to the court. One of these lawsuits can be filed by environmental organizations based on their legal standing. The legal status of environmental organizations in resolving environmental disputes in Indonesia is a matter of concern in the context of environmental protection in this country. Therefore, this article aims to explore the existence and dynamics of environmental organizations in Indonesia in actively participating in environmental protection efforts by conducting legal standing related to disputes in the existing environmental scope. This article is based on a normative juridical method in which the data collection approach is carried out by examining primary legal materials and secondary legal materials.

Tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa saat ini pengelolaan lingkungan hidup masih cukup sering dilaksanakan dengan tidak memperhatikan peraturan perundangan dan kelestarian lingkungan sehingga dapat menimbulkan sengketa. Di Indonesia, pihak yang terdampak atas kerusakan lingkungan dapat mengupayakan penyelesaian yang masuk ke ranah keperdataan dengan mengajukan gugatan ke pengadilan. Gugatan tersebut salah satunya dapat diajukan oleh organisasi lingkungan hidup berdasarkan adanya kewengan menggugat atau legal standing yang dimiliki. Status hukum organisasi lingkungan hidup dalam penyelesaian sengketa lingkungan hidup di Indonesia merupakan hal yang mendapat perhatian dalam konteks perlindungan lingkungan hidup di negeri ini. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengupas mengenai bagaimana keberadaan dan dinamika organisasi lingkungan di Indonesia dalam berpartisipasi secara aktif untuk melakukan upaya perlindungan lingkungan dengan melakukan legal standing terkait sengketa di lingkup lingkungan hidup yang ada. Artikel ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif yang pendekatan pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan menelaah bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder.

Ulah PT NSP Yang Menimbulkan Kebakaran Hutan Berujung Ganti Pertanggung Jawaban Di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta

Abstrak. The event of forest or land burning caused by humans is a definition of forest fire. In Indonesia itself, forest fires often occur which cause significant losses. Forest fires often occur due to human activity, but can also be caused by other causes. In this article, the forest fire that will be discussed was caused by PT Nasional Sago Prima (NSP), PT Nasional Sago Prima located in Riau, which made the PT spend quite a lot of money because of the fire. The fire also caused a haze disaster which was very detrimental to local residents, which certainly disrupted residents' activities and certainly brought losses to all existing areas. In this case, we will explain what happened and what caused the fire to occur, causing huge losses. Apart from that, it also discusses decisions regarding forest and environmental fires caused by PT Nasional Sago Prima, and what things must be paid attention to so that this incident does not happen again.

Abstrak. Peristiwa terbakarnya hutan atau lahan yang disebabkan oleh manusia merupakan sebuah definisi kebakaran hutan. Di Indonesia sendiri kerap terjadi kebakaran hutan yang membawa kerugian yang tidak kecil. Kebakaran hutan sering terjadi karena ulah manusia, tetapi bisa juga disebabkan oleh yang lainnya. Pada artikel ini kebakaran hutan yang akan dibahas disebabkan oleh PT Nasional Sago Prima (NSP), PT Nasional Sago Prima bertempat di Riau yang membuat PT tersebut mengeluarkan uang yang cukup besar karena kebakaran tersebut. Kebakaran tersebut juga menyebabkan bencana kabut asap yang sangat merugikan warga sekitar yang pastinya mengganggu kegiatan warga dan pastinya membawa kerugian pada segala bidang yang ada. Dalam kasus ini akan menjelaskan apa yang terjadi dan apa penyebab terjadinya kebakaran tersebut sehingga menimbulkan kerugian yang sangat besar. Selain itu juga membahas putusan putusan yang menyangkut tentang kebakaran hutan dan juga lingkungan yang diakibatkan oleh PT Nasional Sago Prima, dan hal apa yang harus diperhatikan agar tidak terulang lagi kejadian tersebut.

Pengelolaan Sampah di Jawa Tengah melalui Implementasi Kebijakan dalam Peraturan Daerah

Abstrak. This Regional Regulation covers various aspects of waste management, including general provisions, regional waste management, waste management at the district/city level, guidance and supervision, administrative sanctions, investigation provisions, and other aspects. This article uses mixed methods that combine a qualitative approach through secondary data analysis and a quantitative descriptive approach. The research population consisted of all regional regulatory policies regarding waste management issued by regional governments in all cities/districts in Central Java, which totaled 35 regional regulations. Of these, only 13 regional regulations were selected for further analysis. Data were collected through archival documentation, and validity was tested by assessing the acceptance of measuring tools used by the scientific community, based on related literature such as books and journals. Researchers will analyze regional regulatory policies using a content analysis approach. The data analysis technique includes six stages: unitizing, sampling, recording or coding, data reduction, drawing conclusions abductively, and narrating the results in accordance with the research questions.

Artikel ini menggunakan metode campuran yang menggabungkan pendekatan kualitatif melalui analisis data sekunder dan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari semua Dari total 35 kebijakan peraturan daerah tentang pengelolaan sampah yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah daerah di seluruh kota/kabupaten di Jawa Tengah, hanya 13 kebijakan peraturan daerah yang terpilih untuk subyek analisis lebih lanjut. Data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi arsip, dan validitas diuji dengan menilai penerimaan alat ukur yang digunakan oleh komunitas ilmiah, berdasarkan literatur terkait seperti buku dan jurnal. Para peneliti akan melakukan analisis kebijakan peraturan daerah dengan menerapkan metode analisis isi. Teknik analisis data mencakup enam tahapan: pengunitan, pengambilan sampel, perekaman atau koding, pengurangan data, pengambilan kesimpulan secara abduktif, dan penarasian hasil sesuai dengan pertanyaan penelitian.

The water crisis is one of the pressing environmental issues in this modern era. In the midst of increasing shortages of natural resources, providing clean water is becoming increasingly difficult and complex. This article aims to examine the challenges faced in dealing with the water crisis, especially in providing clean water throughout the world. The water crisis is caused by various factors, including climate change, environmental degradation, pollution, and overexploitation of water resources. Climate change causes irregular rainfall patterns and increases the frequency of droughts, while pollution threatens the quality of available water. Population growth and rapid urbanization increase pressure on the availability of clean water. Providing clean water is becoming increasingly difficult in many regions, especially in developing countries that lack adequate infrastructure. Which then raises questions about the factors and impacts of the water crisis on the environment, what the challenges are in providing clean water, and what the international role and solutions are in overcoming the water crisis. The main challenges include access to safe and clean water sources, sustainable management of water resources, and community empowerment to overcome these problems. To overcome the water crisis, comprehensive and collaborative action is needed from various parties, including government, non-governmental organizations, the private sector and civil society. Steps that can be taken include investment in water infrastructure, promotion of environmentally friendly technology, improved wastewater management, and public awareness campaigns about the importance of water conservation. Apart from that, there is also a need for cross-border cooperation to overcome the global water crisis. Awareness of the importance of water as a source of life must be increased, and innovative solutions need to be encouraged to overcome this increasingly complex challenge.

This requires individuals to have qualified digital literacy, including teachers and educators. This research aims to understand the role of teachers and educators in encouraging digital literacy for sustainable development. The method used in this research is the traditional review method. The traditional review method is used to provide an overview of a research topic. This method is done by identifying, assessing, and interpreting sources that are already known to the researcher. The results show that teachers and educators have an important role in fostering digital literacy awareness in students through various strategies. The implementation of digital literacy also has positive impacts on supporting sustainable development.
