This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, which aims to understand in depth the detrimental behavior in cases of drug transmission. This research aims to analyze the influence of school facilities on students' learning abilities and motivation at Al Ulum Integrated Middle School, Medan. With a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document review. Facilities available at the school include air-conditioned classrooms, computer laboratories, libraries, mosques and sports fields. The research results show that school facilities have a very important role in supporting the learning process.
Adequate facilities, such as classrooms equipped with projectors and air conditioning, can improve students' concentration and understanding of the lesson material.
These findings confirm that adequate facilities not only support academic aspects, but also play an important role in building students' intrinsic motivation. Therefore, improving the quality and accessibility of educational facilities is very important to create a conducive learning environment. It is hoped that this research can provide valuable input for schools and stakeholders in efforts to improve the quality of education.

Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi No.90/PUU-XXI/2023: Isu Politik Dinasti Terkait Batasan Usia Calon Presiden dan Wakil Presiden pada Pilpres 2024. Banyak fenomena yang terjadi terkait dengan pemilihan presiden dan wakil presiden seperti polemik terkait Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi No.90/PUU-XXI/2023 terkait batas usia calon presiden dan wakil presiden pada pilpres 2024 yang menimbulkan isu nepotisme dan politik dinasti. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis isu politik dinasti terhadap Gibran Rakabuming dalam putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi No.90/PUU-XXI/2023 terkait batas usia calon presiden dan wakil presiden pada pilpres 2024. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode studi pustaka sesuai dengan isu dan mengumpulkan data kemudian menganalisisnya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 90/PUU-XXI/2023 yang merupakan putusan yang kontroversial. Putusan tersebut dikabarkan hanya dilatarbelakangi oleh kepentingan satu orang saja dan dibarengi dengan upaya untuk membantu salah satu calon wakil presiden, Gibran Rakabuming, pada pemilihan presiden tahun 2024 yang sebelumnya terkendala oleh syarat batas usia dalam mencalonkan diri sebagai wakil presiden. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa putusan tersebut merujuk pada indikasi kurangnya integritas seorang hakim yang dapat menjadi pemicu timbulnya permasalahan publik dan berisiko menguatnya politik dinasti dalam negara demokrasi. Oleh karena itu, sebagai penegak hukum, hakim harus memastikan setiap putusan persidangan sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku, menjaga integritas proses peradilan, dan melindungi hak-hak individu.

Abstrak: Putusan MK No.90/PUU-XXI/2023: Isu Politik Dinasti terkait Batasan Usia Capres-Cawapres dalam Pilpres 2024. Banyak fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi terkait pemilihan presiden dan wakil presiden seperti polemik terkait putusan MK No.90/PUU- XXI/2023 terkait batasan umur calon presiden dan wakil presiden pada Pilpres 2024 yang memunculkan isu-isu nepotisme dan politik dinasti. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengkaji isu dinasti politik terhadap Gibran Rakabuming pada putusan MK No.90/PUU-XXI/2023 terkait batasan umur calon presiden dan wakil presiden dalam Pilpres 2024. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode studi literatur yang sesuai dengan isu tersebut tersebut dan mengumpulkan data kemudian dianalisis. Hasil penelitian ini berupa putusan MK No.90/PUU-XXI/2023 yang merupakan putusan kontroversial. Putusan tersebut diisukan karena dilatarbelakangi adanya kepentingan semata-mata satu individu dan disertai sebagai usaha dalam membantu salah satu cawapres yaitu Gibran Rakabuming pada Pilpres 2024 yang sebelumnya sempat terhalang pada syarat batasan usia dalam mencalonkan sebagai diri wakil presiden. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesimpulan tersebut merujuk pada indikasi kelemahan integritas pada seorang hakim yang dapat dijadikan pemicu permasalahan publik dan risiko memperkuat politik dinasti dalam demokrasi. Oleh karena itu, sebagai penegak hukum, hakim harus memastikan bahwa setiap keputusan konferensi sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku, melindungi integritas proses peradilan, dan melindungi hak-hak individu.

Abstract. Robbery is a criminal act that involves the seizure of property through violence or threats, often targeting individuals in public places. This study aims to explore the factors that drive individuals to engage in robbery, focusing on the experiences of a prisoner at Cipinang Prison. The research employs a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and observations, allowing the researcher to gain a comprehensive understanding of the social, economic, and interactional backgrounds of the perpetrator. The findings indicate that MAA's decision to commit robbery was influenced by economic pressure, the loss of a parent, and associations with friends involved in criminal activities. Furthermore, social interaction and communication with his group played a crucial role in shaping the norms and rationalizations that supported his criminal behavior. Thus, this research emphasizes the importance of understanding the social and economic context of offenders to develop more effective prevention strategies and foster a safer environment for the community.

Abstrak. Pembegalan adalah tindakan kriminal yang melibatkan perampasan barang dengan kekerasan atau ancaman, sering kali menargetkan individu di tempat umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali faktor-faktor yang mendorong individu terlibat dalam tindakan pembegalan, dengan fokus pada pengalaman seorang narapidana di Lapas Cipinang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi, yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif mengenai latar belakang sosial, ekonomi, dan interaksi pelaku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keputusan MAA untuk melakukan pembegalan dipengaruhi oleh tekanan ekonomi, kehilangan orang tua, dan pergaulan dengan teman-teman yang terlibat dalam kejahatan. Selain itu, interaksi sosial dan komunikasi dengan kelompoknya berperan penting dalam membentuk norma dan rasionalisasi yang mendukung perilaku kriminal. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya memahami konteks sosial dan ekonomi pelaku kejahatan untuk merancang strategi pencegahan yang lebih efektif dan menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih aman bagi masyarakat.

This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of student brawls in Indonesia, focusing on the social factors influencing such behavior. The method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The research was conducted over one month, from October to December 2024. The informant in this study consisted of one inmate involved in a brawl, selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews and document analysis. The data obtained were analyzed using thematic analysis. The results of the study indicate that student brawls are triggered by various factors, including social environment influences, peer pressure, and individual failures in building a positive identity. The case studied shows that group solidarity often obscures individual fear and morality, leading to aggressive actions that can result in physical injury, damage to public facilities, and even loss of life. Referring to Karl Marx's conflict theory, this study analyzes that social conflict arises from the unequal distribution of power in society. This study emphasizes the importance of supervision from various parties, such as families, schools, and communities, to prevent deviant behavior among adolescents.

This study aims to understand effective spiritual training strategies for church members in building the faith and character of the congregation. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this study utilizes a literature review to explore theories related to theological teaching and community development. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with church leaders and congregation members, as well as participant observation during worship and small group activities. Thematic analysis was conducted to identify practices that support spiritual growth. The results of the study indicate that in-depth theological teaching, supported by a solid community and involvement in service, contributes significantly to the formation of strong faith and character. This study is expected to contribute to the development of better spiritual development strategies in the church.

PENGEMBANGAN KEMASAN PRODUK PAPER CUP TAKE AWAY MENGGUNAKAN METODE QUALITY FUNCTION DEPLOYMENT (QFD) DI HOMWOK KOPI

The Indonesian coffee market is experiencing rapid growth, driven by the rising popularity of coffee consumption and the take-away culture. Consequently, the demand for practical, eco-friendly, and recyclable packaging is also increasing. The same applies to Homwok Kopi, which prompted this study to develop an optimal design for take-away paper cup packaging using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. The results revealed that the proposed take-away paper cup packaging will use 350 gsm ivory paper material with dimensions of 59 cm in length, 22 cm in width, and a weight of 20 grams. An innovative locking mechanism for smaller cups will be incorporated to ensure the cups remain stable within the packaging, minimizing spillage during movement. The design features a combination of broken white and blue colors, along with a handle that is comfortable to grip.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan program literasi di SDN Kolor II dan mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program literasi di SDN Kolor II, seperti membaca 15 menit sebelum pembelajaran dimulai, Sabtu Ekspresi, dan pojok baca kelas, belum berjalan secara maksimal. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi kurangnya minat siswa dalam membaca, minimnya fasilitas literasi, kurangnya kreativitas guru dalam mengelola program literasi, serta koleksi buku di perpustakaan yang belum diperbarui. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa optimalisasi program literasi di SDN Kolor II membutuhkan perbaikan fasilitas, peningkatan kreativitas guru, dan pembaruan koleksi buku perpustakaan agar dapat meningkatkan minat siswa terhadap literasi.

This research aims to describe community participation in the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program organized by the National Land Agency in Buton Regency. The study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, involving both primary and secondary data. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, and data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis included several stages: data preparation, organization, reduction, and presentation. The findings indicate that the PTSL program in Buton emphasizes community involvement in various stages, such as outreach, land registration, boundary determination, and preparing certification requirement documents. Therefore, the government is encouraged to position the community as active participants in the land registration process and support their accountability in this program.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus pada sejumlah sekolah yang menerapkan aplikasi Rumah Belajar dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini mempermudah guru dalam melakukan asesmen formatif, memberikan umpan balik secara cepat, serta memonitor kemajuan belajar siswa secara lebih efektif. Aplikasi ini juga membantu siswa untuk melakukan evaluasi diri dan meningkatkan keterlibatan mereka dalam pembelajaran. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan akses internet dan kurangnya pemahaman teknis dari sebagian guru dalam memanfaatkan fitur-fitur aplikasi secara maksimal. Secara keseluruhan, aplikasi Rumah Belajar dapat dijadikan alat bantu asesmen yang efektif jika didukung oleh pelatihan yang tepat untuk pendidik dan infrastruktur teknologi yang memadai.

This study aims to determine the effect of using E-comic learning media based on local wisdom on the reading literacy skills of grade V students of SDN Karangduak II. The research used a quantitative approach with a quasy exprimental desaign method. The research sample was fifth grade students of SDN Karangduak II consisting of experimental and control classes. E-comic learning media was developed by integrating local wisdom values to increase students' engagement and understanding in reading activities. Data were collected through reading literacy test, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using statistical tests to determine the significance of differences in learning outcomes between the experimental group using E-comics media based on local wisdom and the control group using conventional learning media. The results showed a significant positive effect of using E-comic learning media based on local wisdom on improving the reading literacy skills of fifth grade students of SDN Karangduak II.

The purpose of this article is to find out that this Bullying behavior is very dangerous, and should not be normalized. This article was also created to find out how to overcome Bullying and what the role of teachers is in Bullying behavior in elementary schools. When there was news of Bullying against elementary school students which resulted in death, almost everyone was shocked and blamed each other. The world of education is being sued by both the Ministry of Education, schools and teachers who teach. Parents are also questioned about their role in educating children. Bullying is a form of aggressive, violent action that hurts other people continuously The causes are varied, starting from a family environment that is always fighting, shows that are less educational, a social environment that is less friendly and even teachers who still don't fully understand how to deal with Bullying behavior at school. The method we use in this article is qualitative research (literature study or literature review) with various written sources available through reading journals, scientific articles, books and relevant reports.

This research aims to provide understanding to discuss the implementation of project-based learning (PjBL) strategies as an active method in increasing student involvement in elementary schools. This research uses the systematic literature review (LSR) research method. This data was obtained from various data sources through search, assessment and analysis from written and trusted sources. The research results show that Project-Based Learning (PjBL) is an innovative pedagogical approach that provides meaningful learning experiences through real project activities. This strategy allows students to develop complex skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, and problem solving directly in an authentic learning context. Through PjBL, students do not just receive passive information, but actively design, explore and complete challenging projects according to the expected competencies. Implementing the PjBL strategy requires systematic planning from educators. Teachers act as facilitators who design learning projects that are challenging but still appropriate to the developmental stages of elementary school students. The main challenge in implementing PjBL is teacher competence in designing and guiding the learning process.

PENGARUH PERKEMBANGAN KOGNITIF ANAK TERHADAP PEMBELAJARAN DI SEKOLAH DASAR

This article aims to explore the influence of children's cognitive development on learning in elementary schools. This article uses the systematic literature review (SLR) research method. This data was obtained from various data sources through search, assessment and analysis from written and trusted sources. The data collection process was carried out by searching for journal literature, articles online using the Google Scholar search engine and Open Knowledge Maps from 2019 to 2024 which had gone through a filtering process from 958 articles to 21 articles. The results of the discussion of this article show that children's cognitive development greatly influences learning in elementary school. Children who have high cognitive abilities will find it easier to receive, capture and understand the material they are studying, and vice versa, children with low cognitive abilities will experience difficulty in receiving, capturing and understanding the material they are studying. A child's cognitive development can be influenced by several factors such as the learning environment, the quality of teaching received by the child, the third factor is the child's diet, and the final factor is the social aspect. Therefore, it is important to collaborate between teachers and parents to understand children's cognitive development stages and develop appropriate learning strategies.

Abstract. Sexual assault and harassment against women are forms of gender-based violence that have become serious issues in various countries, both developing and developed. This problem involves not only individual aspects but also results from discriminatory social norms that place women in subordinate positions. Social stigma often serves as a barrier for victims to report incidents, while patriarchal culture exacerbates gender injustice. The psychological impact on victims is significant, causing trauma that disrupts mental health. Women's financial dependence also contributes to the difficulty of fighting violence, perpetuating this cycle. Additionally, the development of technology and social media has created new forms of harassment, such as cyber harassment, which are becoming increasingly complex. A lack of digital literacy makes women vulnerable targets. Therefore, there is a need for an approach that integrates education, legal reform, and social support to address this issue. Efforts to empower women and prevent gender-based violence must be designed to involve all layers of society and address the root causes of gender inequality.

Islamic religious education plays a crucial role in enhancing the spiritual well-being of the elderly at the At-Taqwa Elderly Care Home in Lamongan. With the increasing elderly population in Indonesia, spiritual support through religious education has become increasingly relevant. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, collecting data through in-depth interviews with the home's administrators and direct observations. The findings indicate that activities such as congregational prayers, Quranic learning, study circles, and social religious activities effectively strengthen faith, provide meaning in life, and improve the mental and emotional health of the elderly. Thus, Islamic religious education in elderly care homes not only fulfills spiritual needs but also contributes to holistic well-being, helping the elderly live more peacefully and happily in their daily lives.

Abstract. Moral education is an important foundation in shaping the character of the younger generation,
especially in an Islamic boarding school environment which has the main mission of producing individuals with
noble character. This study aims to analyze the implementation of moral education in shaping the character of
students at An Nuur Kembangbahu Islamic Boarding School. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data
collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that moral
education at An Nuur Islamic Boarding School is implemented through a holistic approach that includes
habituation of good behavior, teaching Islamic values, and exemplary behavior from caregivers. Santri are
trained to apply moral values through activities such as congregational prayer, yellow book recitation, community
service, and fostering social attitudes in everyday life. Strengthening Islamic values is carried out in an integrated
manner through the formal and non-formal curriculum. In addition, the ustadz and caregivers act as role models
who consistently show commendable behavior, thus providing a positive influence on students. This
implementation has proven effective in shaping the character of students who are disciplined, responsible, honest,
and have integrity. The results also revealed that the success of moral education at An Nuur Islamic Boarding
School is inseparable from a supportive environment, and the commitment of caregivers in assisting students.
This research confirms that moral education in pesantren is a strategic model in producing morally, intellectually,
and spiritually superior generations.

ANALISIS KOMPARATIF NARAPIDANA KASUS PENCURIAN : KAJIAN MOTIF, POLA, FAKTOR DAN RESPON HUKUM

Abstract. Theft is one of the most common crimes in society, with various underlying motives and patterns. 1 This study aims to analyze the motives, patterns, causal factors, and legal responses to theft cases using Robert K. Merton's Anomie theory as a framework. Through a qualitative descriptive method, data was collected from in-depth interviews with inmates at Cipinang Class I A Penitentiary, East Jakarta. The results showed that social factors such as poverty and unemployment significantly contributed to theft. Additionally, there are differences in legal responses between the Indonesian positive law system and Islamic criminal law towards theft offenders. This study is expected to provide a better understanding of the causal factors of theft and policy recommendations for crime prevention, as well as contribute to law enforcement and offender rehabilitation.

Abstrak : Tindak pidana pencurian merupakan salah satu kejahatan yang paling umum terjadi di masyarakat, dengan berbagai motif dan pola yang mendasarinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis motif, pola, faktor penyebab, dan respon hukum terhadap kasus pencurian dengan pendekatan teori Anomie dari Robert K. Merton. Melalui metode deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan dari wawancara mendalam dengan narapidana di Lapas Kelas I A Cipinang, Jakarta Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor sosial seperti kemiskinan dan pengangguran berkontribusi signifikan terhadap tindakan pencurian. Selain itu, terdapat perbedaan dalam respon hukum antara sistem hukum positif Indonesia dan hukum pidana Islam terhadap pelaku pencurian. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih baik tentang faktor-faktor penyebab tindak pidana pencurian serta rekomendasi kebijakan untuk pencegahan kejahatan, serta memberikan kontribusi dalam penegakan hukum dan rehabilitasi pelaku.

Max Cleaning adalah UMKM yang bergerak di bidang jasa pencucian dan reparasi apparel mengalami permasalahan pada kualitas pelayanan dan produktivitas yang mengakibatkan terjadinya tida tepat waktu. Untuk meningkatkan performa, Max Cleaning menggunakan metode SERVQUAL untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan metode WLA untuk mengurangi beban kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan lima dimensi SERVQUAL: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy, serta untuk mengurangi beban kerja karyawan. Terdapat berbagai elemen kerja di unit washing dan repairing, termasuk penerimaan barang, klasifikasi material, proses cuci, reparasi, dan pengecekan kualitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pelayanan sudah mendekati ekspektasi pelanggan, ada kekurangan pada dimensi tangibles dan responsiveness yang perlu diperbaiki. Secara keseluruhan, pelayanan UMKM ini sudah memenuhi harapan pelanggan. Namun, perhitungan beban kerja menunjukkan bahwa pekerja di unit washing dan repairing mengalami overload, dengan beban kerja yang melebihi kapasitas efisien. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk menambah jumlah pekerja atau melakukan redistribusi tugas untuk mengurangi beban kerja yang berlebihan dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional.

ANALISIS PENGARUH CASH CONVERTION CYCLE, INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY SET, LEVERAGE, FIRM SIZE, DAN LIQUIDITY TERHADAP CASH HOLDING

Cash is an important asset because cash is internal funding in a company. Companies must have a strategy for managing cash to prevent bad possibilities from occurring, such as crises in the future. One aspect of cash management used is cash holding. Cash holding refers to a company's decision to maintain a certain amount of cash or cash equivalents on their balance sheet, to meet short-term obligations, manage uncertainty, or to finance investments that may arise. This research aims to examine the influence of the cash conversion cycle, investment opportunity set, leverage, firm size and liquidity on cash holding. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial reports. This research focuses on companies operating in the retail sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021 to 2023. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method so that the amount of data processed in this research is 104 data samples. To test the research hypothesis, multiple linear regression analysis was used using SPSS version 20. The research results show that investment opportunity set, leverage and liquidity have a positive influence on cash holding. Meanwhile, cash conversion cycle and firm size have no influence on cash holding. In future research, it is hoped that the research sample can be expanded by increasing the number of research periods. Future researchers can add other variables that can influence cash holding such as cash flow, cash flow variability, net working capital, sales growth, dividend payments and profitability.

Makna merupakan suatu arti atau suatu maksud yang terkadung dalam suatu kata. Ada berbagai macam jenis makna. namun peniliti hanya menggunakan tiga makna dalam menganalisis suatu puisi. Penilitian ini berjudul Analisis makna leksikal, gramatikal dan referensial pada puisi "Percayalah" karya Benazir Kafilah. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1). Menjelaskan makna leksikal pada puisi "percayalah" karya Benazir Nafila, 2). Menjelaskan makna gramatikal pada puisi "percayalah" karya Benazir Nafilah. Dan 3) menjalaskan makna leksikal pada puisi "Percayalah" karya Benazir Nafilah. Dalam hal ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kialitatif yang di mulai dengan cara membaca kemudian mengetahui puisi yang akan di analisis agar mendapat kesimpulan yang akhirnya menjadi hasil dari penelitian mengenai makna leksikal, makna gramatikal, dan makna referensial pada puisi "percayalah" karya Benazir Nafilah.

Transformasi digital memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan pariwisata, menawarkan peluang untuk promosi, manajemen, dan akses informasi yang lebih baik melalui platform seperti media sosial, situs web, dan aplikasi perjalanan. Teknologi ini juga dapat mendukung pelestarian budaya dengan mendokumentasikan tradisi dan memfasilitasi komunikasi di antara pemangku kepentingan pariwisata. Namun, digitalisasi pariwisata budaya dan religi Banten menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan literasi digital di antara pengelola pariwisata lokal dan infrastruktur yang tidak memadai. METODE KERJA PADA PROYEK RENOVASI GEDUNG DITJEN TENAGA KESEHATAN

Abstract. The renovation project of the Directorate General of Health Workforce Building is a construction project that requires careful planning, organized execution, and strict control. With a project duration of 120 calendar days, this project includes works such as lightweight brick wall construction, installation of tempered glass partitions, and mechanical and electrical installations. A systematic construction method is applied to ensure the smooth execution of the project, including the preparation of a master schedule, periodic evaluations, and quality control through mock-ups and material testing. In addition, strict Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols are enforced to ensure the safety of the workforce. Challenges such as limited site access and material management were overcome through innovation in project management and the use of supporting technology. As a result, the project was completed on time with quality in accordance with technical specifications, without significant safety incidents.

Abstrak. Proyek renovasi Gedung Ditjen Tenaga Kesehatan merupakan salah satu proyek konstruksi yang memerlukan perencanaan yang matang, pelaksanaan yang terorganisasi, serta pengendalian yang ketat. Dengan waktu pelaksanaan selama 120 hari kalender, proyek ini mencakup pekerjaan dinding bata ringan, pemasangan partisi kaca tempered, hingga instalasi mekanikal dan elektrikal. Metode konstruksi yang sistematis diterapkan untuk memastikan kelancaran pelaksanaan proyek, termasuk melalui penyusunan jadwal induk, evaluasi berkala, serta pengendalian kualitas melalui mock-up dan uji material. Selain itu, protokol keselamatan kerja (K3) diberlakukan secara ketat untuk menjaga keselamatan tenaga kerja. Tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses lokasi dan pengelolaan material berhasil diatasi dengan inovasi dalam manajemen proyek dan penggunaan teknologi pendukung. Hasilnya, proyek ini berhasil diselesaikan tepat waktu dengan kualitas sesuai spesifikasi teknis tanpa insiden keselamatan kerja yang signifikan.

Through daily activities, children are taught values such as responsibility, independence, and cooperation. However, there are obstacles such as limited facilities and the number of caregivers that affect the effectiveness of character education. The method used in this study is qualitative, involving observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that caregivers play an important role model, while social interaction among foster children also supports character formation.

Manajemen Ekstrakurikuler Dalam Meningkatan Brand Image SD Negeri Baban I Sumenep

PERAN AKHLAQ TASAWUF DALAM MENANAMKAN NILAI SPIRITUAL PADA ANAK USIA SEKOLAH DASAR

Penerapan akhlak sufi dalam mengajarkan nilai-nilai spiritual kepada peserta didik sekolah dasar merupakan langkah mendasar dalam membentuk pribadi keagamaan yang baik sejak usia dini. Moralitas sufi berakar pada ajaran Islam tentang penyucian jiwa (tazkiyatun nafs) dan penguatan hubungan seseorang dengan Allah, serta menekankan pentingnya kejujuran, ketulusan, kasih sayang, dan kerendahan hati dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Anak-anak sekolah dasar berada dalam masa perkembangan yang kritis dan nilai-nilai moral dan spiritual dapat diajarkan secara efektif melalui pendekatan yang disesuaikan dengan sifatnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi metode penerapan akhlak Sufi di lingkungan sekolah dasar, menganalisis efektivitasnya, dan mengeksplorasi tantangan yang dihadapinyaPenelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dimana data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam terhadap guru, orang tua dan siswa, serta analisis dokumen kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan akhlak tasawuf dilakukan melalui berbagai cara, seperti amalan doa sehari-hari (doa, dzikir, permohonan), serta transmisi nilai-nilai spiritual melalui kisah-kisah inspiratif dari masyarakat. Ini menunjukkan bahwa hal itu mungkin terjadi. Al-Qur'an dan Hadits B. Menciptakan budaya sekolah yang kondusif bagi pengembangan spiritual, termasuk kegiatan pembelajaran agama, pengajaran, dan kerja sosial. Lebih lanjut, keteladanan guru sebagai teladan menjadi faktor penting dalam penanaman nilai-nilai tasawuf pada siswa. Penerapan ini telah memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan sebagai berikut: B. Meningkatkan kesadaran spiritual peserta didik, mempererat hubungan dengan Allah SWT, dan mengembangkan karakter yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai Islam seperti kejujuran, kesabaran, dan saling menghormati. Namun penelitian ini menunjukkan sejumlah tantangan, termasuk kurangnya pemahaman mendalam tentang moralitas sufi di kalangan pendidik dan terbatasnya waktu untuk memasukkan nilai-nilai tersebut ke dalam kurikulum yang sudah sibuk.

Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan moralitas tasawuf merupakan strategi yang efektif untuk mengembangkan kesadaran spiritual dan moral pada anak sekolah dasar, asalkan didukung oleh sinergi antara sekolah, keluarga dan masyarakat, saya simpulkan. Rekomendasinya antara lain melatih para pendidik dalam etika tasawuf, mengembangkan kurikulum yang lebih fleksibel, dan memperkuat komunikasi antara orang tua dan sekolah untuk menjamin keberlangsungan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari siswa.

The aim of this research is to analyze the moral values of three popular folk tales commonly taught in elementary schools: Malin Kundang, Timun Mas, and Danau Toba. This research uses a literature review method. The analysis results show that these folk tales contain various moral values such as responsibility, honesty, simplicity, courage, and gratitude. Additionally, there are social values such as respecting parents, loving family, maintaining trust, and avoiding arrogance. Therefore, folk tales serve as an important means of personal development that can strengthen social and cultural relationships within society.

The existence of books containing stories is very popular with elementary school students because it can train illustrations and can increase their interests and talents. This creativity is highly regarded as a person's ability to use their imagination to get ideas or ideas through their interactions with others. Pada Penelitian ini membahas perancangan ulang tata letak fasilitas di UMKM Tempe Murni Mochlar untuk mengatasi permasalahan alur kerja yang tidak efisien dan jarak perpindahan material yang panjang, yang berkontribusi pada rendahnya produktivitas dan tingginya biaya operasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sistematis melalui metode From-To Chart dan Activity Relationship Diagram, yang diintegrasikan dengan teknik CRAFT dan Blocplan untuk menganalisis hubungan aktivitas serta mengoptimalkan pengaturan fasilitas. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam efisiensi operasional, pengurangan biaya produksi, dan pengelolaan lingkungan kerja yang lebih terorganisir. Perancangan ulang ini memberikan peluang bagi UMKM untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan bisnis, sekaligus mendukung kontribusi terhadap perekonomian lokal. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan berbasis data dan perencanaan strategis dalam mendukung pertumbuhan sektor usaha kecil dan menengah.

Abstract. Construction project control is essential to achieve efficient results and meet established targets. One of the methods used in project control is Earned Value Management (EVM). EVM is an approach that integrates time and cost analysis to assess project performance objectively. This article discusses the application of EVM in a steel staircase installation project, focusing on two key performance indicators: Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI). The study aims to evaluate how SPI and CPI can be used as value indicators in measuring the performance of the steel staircase installation project and provide recommendations for improving project management.

Abstrak. Pengendalian proyek konstruksi sangat penting untuk mencapai hasil yang efisien dan sesuai dengan target yang telah ditetapkan. Salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam pengendalian proyek adalah Earned Value Management (EVM). EVM merupakan pendekatan yang menggabungkan analisis waktu dan biaya untuk menilai kinerja proyek secara objektif. Artikel ini membahas penerapan EVM pada proyek pemasangan tangga baja dengan fokus pada dua indikator kinerja utama, yaitu Schedule Performance Index (SPI) dan Cost Performance Index (CPI). MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA FASE A

This study aims to analyze effective strategies for improving students' academic performance and learning outcomes in Phase A (early primary education) using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Phase A is a critical stage in student development, where foundational cognitive, social, and emotional skills are established. This research reviewed and analyzed 25 scholarly articles from various indexed journals, selected based on their relevance to the topic and publication quality. The review results indicate that active learning approaches, technology integration, and strengthening parental involvement significantly enhance students' learning outcomes. Moreover, the role of teachers as facilitators of interactive learning and providers of constructive feedback has proven effective in boosting students' motivation and engagement in the learning process. This article concludes that implementing holistic and student-centered strategies positively impacts students' academic performance and learning outcomes. The recommendations from this study include developing student-centered learning programs, providing intensive training for teachers on innovative methods, and enhancing collaboration between schools and parents. This research provides valuable contributions to the development of educational theory and practice in Phase A to support students' academic achievement optimally.

he spread of HIV remains a significant public health issue globally, including in Indonesia. This study focuses on mapping the prevalence of HIV in the districts of Solo City from 2021 to 2023 using Geographic Information System (GIS) technology. Employing QGIS software, spatial analysis was conducted to create thematic maps showcasing the annual distribution of HIV prevalence across districts. The findings reveal a consistent increase in HIV prevalence over the three years, with Banjarsari and Jebres districts recording the highest rates. This spatial distribution correlates strongly with population density and urbanization levels. The study emphasizes the importance of targeted interventions, including regular health screenings, education programs, and equitable healthcare access to curb the spread of HIV in high-risk areas. The results serve as a scientific foundation for policymakers to enhance HIV prevention and management strategies.

This study aims to examine the influence of external pressure, ineffective supervision, audit opinion, and change of directors on financial statement fraud in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018–2022 period. The research sample was selected using the purposive sampling method from the annual reports of 29 banking companies, and the data were analyzed using logistic regression with SPSS version 26. The results showed that ineffective supervision significantly influenced financial statement fraud, while external pressure, audit opinions, and changes in directors had no significant effect. These findings imply the need for banking company managers to enhance supervision effectiveness to minimize the potential for financial statement fraud that could harm external parties.

Climate change events are becoming a global issue affecting the agricultural sector. Climate change can reduce crop productivity, including coffee plants, especially in tropical areas that are sensitive to weather fluctuations. Climate change also affects the prevalence of diseases and pests that attack coffee plants. Increased temperatures can accelerate the life cycle of pests such as the coffee berry borer, which can cause huge losses to farmers. In addition, fungal diseases such as Hemileia vastatrix (the cause of coffee leaf spot) may increase as weather conditions change. Rising temperatures and changing rainfall patterns have a negative impact on robusta coffee productivity, especially due to heat stress, drought and pest attacks. This research emphasizes the need for the development of climate-resilient coffee varieties as well as sustainable agricultural practices to support the sustainability of coffee production in Indonesia..

However, there are also opportunities from free trade agreements and regional initiatives that can be utilized to expand markets. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of the problem based learning (PBL) learning model on creative thinking skills using a systematic literature review method. By collecting and reviewing research results from various scientific journals, this article evaluates how effective PBL is in improving creative thinking skills in various educational settings. Based on the results of the review, the Problem Based Learning Model has been shown to have a significant impact on students' thinking skills through teaching that is oriented to problems that are often encountered in everyday life. This article can be used as a reference for teachers to integrate PBL into the curriculum to improve student creativity.

The learning methods applied by teachers have a big influence on their students. Teachers often provide learning methods to students using the lecture method, where students often feel bored in learning, especially mathematics. Given the problems in mathematics learning, teachers must be creative to increase students' enthusiasm for carrying out mathematics learning, using board game-based learning media. The development of game media in learning is very rapid for every teaching staff to follow advances in game-based technology for mathematical problem solving abilities. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of applying Board Game learning media to improve mathematical problem solving abilities. The method used by researchers is the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. With data collection techniques by documenting and reviewing 10 articles related to Board Game learning media and 10 articles related to mathematical problem solving from articles for 2018-2024. The articles used in this research were 20 national journal articles obtained from Google Scholar. From most of the studies in this article, researchers can conclude that board game learning media can help students improve their mathematical problem solving abilities.

Pengaruh Minat Belajar Terhadap Pemahaman Konsep Matematika Pada Materi SPLDV Kelas X SMK Al-Falah Jakarta Selatan

This research explores the important role of learning interest in increasing students' understanding of mathematical concepts, especially on the topic of Systems of Linear Equations in Two Variables (SPLDV). Using a quantitative approach and correlational survey method, this research analyzes the relationship between students' learning interest and their understanding of concepts. Data was collected from 94 grade 10 students at Al Falah Vocational School, South Jakarta. The research results show that students who have a high interest in learning have better understanding, with a correlation coefficient of 0.70 and a determination coefficient of 49%. These results show that almost half of the variation in students' SPLDV understanding can be explained by their learning interest. This research also emphasizes the need for innovative teaching methods to increase student engagement and understanding. Implications for educational strategies and future research directions are discussed.

Abstract. Cocopeat is an organic material derived from coconut fiber, which is now one of the planting media that is widely used in modern agriculture. Cocopeat has a light texture and consists of fine particles similar to peat. Because it is rich in lignin and cellulose, cocopeat has a high ability to absorb water and good structural stability, even after long-term use. Apart from its superior physical properties, cocopeat can balance the pH in the range of 5.5 to 6.5, making it suitable for various types of plants. Cocopeat can also be used in hydroponic systems to increase aeration and maintain nutrients, so that plant roots can grow well. Research shows that cocopeat has natural antimicrobial characteristics that help prevent the emergence of pathogens in plants. However, there are several obstacles to using cocopeat, one of which is the high levels of salt or sodium and potassium ions that are often present in the raw product, so a washing process is required before it can be used. Cocopeat is the focus of organic waste management studies. In organic farming practices, cocopeat can increase soil fertility by improving its structure and increasing its ability to absorb water. The advantages of cocopeat make it an ideal choice when compared to other planting media that have a greater impact on the environment. However, the use of cocopeat in some areas is still hampered by technological limitations in processing and distribution costs. Therefore, developing technology for processing cocopeat and reducing logistics costs is very important to expand the use of cocopeat. By improving production processes, cocopeat has great potential to support the agricultural sector and protect the environment.

Abstrak. Cocopeat merupakan bahan organik yang berasal dari serat kelapa, yang kini menjadi salah satu media tanam yang banyak digunakan di pertanian zaman modern. Cocopeat ini memiliki tekstur ringan dan terdiri dari partikel halus mirip gambut. Karena kaya akan lignin dan selulosa, cocopeat memiliki kemampuan tinggi dalam menyerap air dan stabilitas struktur yang baik, bahkan setelah pemakaian jangka panjang. Selain kelebihan sifat fisiknya, cocopeat dapat menyeimbangkan pH dalam rentang 5,5 hingga 6,5, sehingga cocok untuk berbagai jenis tanaman. Cocopeat juga dapat digunakan dalam sistem hidroponik untuk meningkatkan aerasi serta menjaga nutrisi, sehingga akar tanaman dapat tumbuh dengan baik. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cocopeat memiliki karakteristik antimikroba alami yang membantu mencegah munculnya patogen pada tanaman. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pemakaian cocopeat, salah satunya adalah tingginya kadar garam atau ion natrium dan kalium yang sering ada di produk mentahnya, sehingga diperlukan proses pencucian sebelum bisa digunakan. Cocopeat menjadi fokus dalam studi pengelolaan limbah organik. Dalam praktik pertanian organik, cocopeat dapat meningkatkan kesuburan tanah dengan memperbaiki struktur dan meningkatkan kemampuan untuk menyerap air. Keunggulan cocopeat menjadikannya pilihan ideal ketika dibandingkan dengan media tanam lain yang lebih berdampak pada lingkungan. Meskipun demikian, pemanfaatan cocopeat di beberapa wilayah masih terganjal oleh keterbatasan teknologi dalam pengolahannya dan biaya distribusinya. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan teknologi untuk pengolahan cocopeat dan penurunan biaya logistik sangat penting untuk memperluas pemakaian cocopeat. Dengan meningkatkan proses produksi, cocopeat memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung sektor pertanian dan melindungi lingkungan.

DAMPAK PENERAPAN E-COMMERCE AMAZON TERHADAP PENINGKATAN EKSPOR UMKM DI INDONESIA

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to see how the implementation of e-commerce through the Amazon platform impacts the growth of MSME exports in Indonesia. Contributing more than 61% of GDP and 97% of employment, MSMEs are pillars of the national economy. Despite their great potential, MSMEs often face obstacles such as limited access to international markets, lack of understanding of digital technology, and difficulty meeting global standards. Through Amazon, MSMEs gain direct access to millions of global consumers, efficient logistics infrastructure, and analytical tools to understand market behavior. This research is qualitative in nature and uses a descriptive-analytical approach that relies on literature studies from various sources. The results show that Amazon is able to increase the visibility of MSME products and facilitate international market expansion more effectively than conventional methods. However, significant challenges remain, including high selling costs, intense global competition, and low digital readiness of MSMEs. In addition, government support in the form of training, access to funding, and supportive regulations are necessary for MSMEs to compete in the global market. With the optimization of strategies and collaboration between MSMEs, the government, and Amazon, this platform has the potential to become a catalyst for increasing exports of Indonesian MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana penerapan e-commerce melalui platform Amazon berdampak pada pertumbuhan ekspor UMKM di Indonesia. Dengan kontribusi lebih dari 61% PDB dan 97% lapangan kerja, UMKM adalah pilar ekonomi nasional. Meskipun memiliki potensi besar, UMKM sering kali menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan akses pasar internasional, kurangnya pemahaman teknologi digital, serta kesulitan memenuhi standar global. Melalui Amazon, UMKM mendapatkan akses langsung ke jutaan konsumen global, infrastruktur logistik yang efisien, dan alat analitik untuk memahami perilaku pasar. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis yang bergantung pada studi literatur dari berbagai sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Amazon mampu meningkatkan visibilitas produk UMKM dan memfasilitasi ekspansi pasar internasional dengan lebih efektif dibandingkan metode konvensional. Namun, tantangan signifikan tetap ada, termasuk biaya penjualan yang tinggi, ketatnya persaingan global, dan rendahnya kesiapan digital UMKM. Selain itu, dukungan pemerintah berupa pelatihan, akses pendanaan, dan regulasi yang mendukung sangat diperlukan agar UMKM dapat bersaing di pasar global. Dengan optimalisasi strategi dan kolaborasi antara UMKM, pemerintah, dan Amazon, platform ini memiliki potensi menjadi katalisator peningkatan ekspor UMKM Indonesia di era digital.

Analisis Postur Tubuh Kerja Pada Proses Penyediaan Bahan Baku CV. SP Alumunium Menggunakan Metode REBA

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis postur karyawan CV. SP Alumunium Yogyakarta selama proses pengambilan bahan baku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) untuk menemukan keluhan tubuh pekerja, menemukan penyebabnya, dan menawarkan solusi untuk memperbaiki postur pekerja untuk mengurangi risiko cedera. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa postur kerja saat ini memiliki skor REBA 9, yang menunjukkan bahwa ada kemungkinan besar akan terjadi cedera. Disarankan agar karyawan menggunakan back support dan poster edukasi sebagai perbaikan. Setelah simulasi perbaikan, skor REBA turun menjadi 4, menunjukkan peningkatan, tetapi masih diperlukan perbaikan. Perkiraan biaya untuk melakukan perbaikan ini adalah Rp. 1.200.000. Diharapkan penelitian ini akan membantu CV. SP Aluminium Yogyakarta menciptakan tempat kerja yang lebih aman dan nyaman bagi karyawan.

Sistem Pengolahan Citra Digital Untuk Mendeteksi Ekspresi Wajah Secara Real-Time Menggunakan Deep Learning YOLOv5

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology encourages innovation in image processing and computer vision, one of which is a real-time facial expression detection system. This research aims to develop a system based on the YOLOv5 method and deep learning algorithms to detect facial expressions, such as neutral and smile, with high accuracy. The system is designed using training data processed through Roboflow, including dataset collection, labeling, and augmentation. The performance evaluation of the model was conducted using confusion matrix with accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-Score values, which showed an average accuracy of up to 99.6% with increasing datasets. The real-time system test results show the success of detecting facial expressions even when faced with variations in environmental conditions. This system has the potential to be applied in various fields, such as human-machine interaction, security, and education, and can be improved by increasing the variety of expressions recognized and integrating expert systems for more complex emotion analysis.

Islamic education for Generation Z faces unique challenges arising from technological developments and social change. Generation Z, who were born in the digital era, are often isolated from religious communities, experience academic stress, and lack time for religious worship and learning. This study aims to explore the challenges faced by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at SMPN 1 Sugio in teaching religious values to students. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that the main challenges include time constraints, low student interest, differences in cultural backgrounds, and the negative influence of digital media. However, there are also motivating factors such as an organized learning environment and worship routines that support the formation of student character. PAI teachers can implement effective strategies, including technology integration and active learning approaches, to increase student interest and motivation in learning Islamic teachings.

This study aims to analyze the role of Dhuha Prayer habituation in enhancing students' discipline as part of the preparation for the Golden Generation 2045 at MI Islamiyah Attanwir Talun. This research is motivated by the importance of fostering discipline from an early age, particularly in Islamic educational environments that emphasize a balance between academic and spiritual aspects. Discipline is a crucial factor in educational success, and one approach to instilling it is through the habituation of religious practices, such as the Dhuha Prayer. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method, utilizing data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consist of students and teachers involved in the Dhuha Prayer habituation program at the madrasah. The findings indicate that the habituation of Dhuha Prayer contributes to improving time management, self-control, and adherence to school regulations. Furthermore, this program fosters respect, enhances spiritual motivation, and positively impacts students' discipline in both academic and social aspects. However, several challenges were identified in its implementation, such as maintaining students' consistency in performing the Dhuha Prayer and the role of teachers in providing continuous motivation.Thus, the habituation of Dhuha Prayer at MI Islamiyah Attanwir Talun has proven to be an effective strategy in shaping students' discipline and can serve as a valuable approach to character education in madrasahs.

This study aims to examine the implementation of YouTube as a learning media to improve the learning interest of third-grade students in the subject of Science and Social Studies (IPAS) at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). YouTube was chosen as a learning media due to its ability to present material in a visual and interactive way, which can capture students' attention. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with an experimental design. Data were collected through questionnaires given to students to measure their learning interest before and after the use of YouTube as a media. The results of the study indicate a significant increase in students' learning interest after the implementation of YouTube, as shown by higher questionnaire scores. Therefore, YouTube as a learning media can be considered an effective alternative in enhancing students' learning interest in the subject of IPAS at MI.
