PENGARUH KENYAMANAN PSIKOLOGIS DAN TINGKAT KELELAHAN KERJA TERHADAP PENERAPAN KAIZEN 5S MENGGUNAKAN REGRESI LINIER

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum optimalnya penerapan Kaizen 5S pada operator produksi di PT Industri Mesin Laundry Indonesia, yang ditunjukkan oleh penataan alat dan material yang belum rapi, kebersihan area kerja yang belum konsisten, serta kedisiplinan pekerja yang belum merata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kenyamanan psikologis dan tingkat kelelahan kerja terhadap penerapan Kaizen 5S. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 6 operator produksi dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk, dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kenyamanan psikologis dan tingkat kelelahan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerapan Kaizen 5S. Secara parsial, kenyamanan psikologis berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan, sedangkan kelelahan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan.
