The development of digital parenting communities provides mothers with a space to share personal experiences, including family conflicts and marital dynamics that are often considered taboo. This study aims to analyze mothers’ self-disclosure practices and the formation of social support through user interactions in the Seputar Bunda category of theAsianparent. Employing a constructivist paradigm and qualitative approach, this study used netnography based on Kozinets’ stages of Investigation, Interaction, Immersion, and Integration. Data were collected through digital observation and documentation of 20 posts and 355 comments published from May 7 to June 13, 2026, and analyzed thematically. Family conflicts and marital dynamics served as empirical contexts for understanding self-disclosure and social support. The findings indicate that self-disclosure occurred through narrative sharing, emotional sharing, and the seeking of solutions and validation, with varying levels of depth from superficial to deep. The semi-anonymous nature of the digital space also encouraged users to disclose personal experiences. User interactions generated social support dominated by appraisal support (132 comments), followed by informational support (127 comments) and emotional support (35 comments). The emergence of me-too responses strengthened digital solidarity and contributed to shared meaning-making through processes of externalization, objectivation, and internalization. Thus, theAsianparent functions not only as a space for sharing experiences but also as a source of social support and collective meaning construction for mothers in digital communication.
