Regular cat feeding is often hindered by the owner's busy schedule, especially when away from home, making it difficult to monitor food availability and risking the cat running out of food without the owner's knowledge. This study aims to design an automatic cat feeding system with Telegram notifications to monitor food availability. The system uses an Arduino Uno as the main controller, an RTC DS3231 for feeding schedule management, a servo motor to dispense the food, and an ultrasonic sensor to detect food availability. In addition, an ESP32-CAM is used to monitor the food condition through image processing, classifying it into three categories: sufficient, low, and empty. The research was conducted through hardware design, software design, system integration, and testing stages. The test results show that the system is able to dispense food according to the predetermined schedule, monitor the food condition using the ESP32-CAM, and send food condition notifications via Telegram, allowing the owner to monitor the cat's food availability remotely.References
