Abstract

Rantai pasok kopi Indonesia menghadapi tantangan krusial dalam hal transparansi dan keterlacakan yang berdampak pada daya saing. Teknologi blockchain menawarkan solusi potensial untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara kualitatif potensi dan kelayakan implementasi Hyperledger Fabric pada rantai pasok kopi di Indonesia. Menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur sistematis terhadap 30 jurnal ilmiah (2022-2025), studi ini menemukan bahwa arsitektur blockchain berizin (permissioned) pada Hyperledger Fabric merupakan solusi paling unggul. Platform ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan keterlacakan, keamanan data, dan kepercayaan pemangku kepentingan secara signifikan. Dibandingkan dengan VeChain yang berfokus pada integrasi teknologi Internet of Things (IoT), Hyperledger Fabric lebih unggul dalam aspek tata kelola (governance) dan privasi data, menjadikannya pilihan ideal untuk konsorsium rantai pasok kopi swasta di Indonesia. Implementasinya
dapat mengatasi asimetri informasi dan manipulasi data secara efektif.
