Implementasi Work-Life Balance dalam Perspektif Islam pada Karyawan Muslim

Abstrak
Work-life balance menjadi isu penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia modern akibat meningkatnya tuntutan kerja yang berdampak pada kesejahteraan karyawan. Bagi karyawan Muslim, keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi tidak hanya bersifat manajerial, tetapi juga merupakan kewajiban religius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep dan implementasi work-life balance dalam perspektif Islam pada karyawan Muslim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur terhadap jurnal ilmiah, buku, serta sumber-sumber Islam seperti Al-Qur’an dan hadis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Islam menekankan prinsip keseimbangan (tawazun), moderasi (wasathiyah), tanggung jawab (amanah), serta maqasid syariah.
