Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum presents a learning approach based on the developmental phases of students, emphasizing the achievement of essential competencies. Phase E is part of the curriculum structure designed to strengthen students' literacy, numeracy, and character through integrated elements of the Learning Outcomes (Capaian Pembelajaran or CP). This study aims to analyze the alignment and integration of the Phase E Learning Outcomes elements from the perspective of competency-based curriculum theory and constructive alignment. The method used is qualitative research with a document study approach and a review of scientific literature. The analysis results indicate that the Phase E CP elements have been formulated comprehensively and are interrelated in building holistic competencies. However, there are challenges in implementation, particularly in the aspects of interpreting the elements and developing authentic assessments. This study recommends strengthening teachers' conceptual understanding and developing learning tools that are aligned with the CP structure.
