Menakar Mutu Materi dan Elemen Berbahasa Teks Pidato: Uji Kesesuaian Buku Teks terhadap UU Sistem Perbukuan No. 3 Tahun 2017

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of speech text materials in Indonesian language textbooks based on the feasibility standards stated in Law Number 3 of 2017. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data in the form of speech text materials, including structure and linguistic elements. Data were collected through documentation and analyzed using content analysis techniques. The findings indicate that the materials generally meet the main structure and apply fairly communicative language; however, there are still weaknesses in the depth of the material, the use of persuasive elements, and the development of students’ critical thinking skills. Therefore, improvements are needed to make the materials more contextual and interactive in order to align with established standards and learning objectives.
