Islam sebagai agama mayoritas masyarakat Indonesia telah berkembang melalui proses adaptasi dengan kebudayaan lokal yang hidup dan berkembang di tengah masyarakat. Proses adaptasi tersebut melahirkan berbagai tradisi keagamaan yang selaras dengan ajaran Islam, sehingga masih tetap dilaksanakan dan dilestarikan hingga saat ini. Dengan begitu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji relasi antara ajaran Islam dan budaya lokal pada tradisi Tahlilan dalam masyarakat Indonesia, serta menelaah bagaimana proses akulturasi tersebut membentuk identitas keislaman yang khas. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam artikel ini merupakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode <em>literature review</em> (kajian pustaka), melalui penelusuran dan analisis kritis terhadap artikel jurnal nasional, buku-buku akademik, serta publikasi ilmiah relevan yang berkaitan dengan agama Islam, budaya lokal, serta tradisi keagamaan masyarakat Indonesia. Secara garis besar, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi Tahlilan dimaknai sebagai sarana ibadah yang memiliki dimensi sosial, budaya, dan psikologis yang kuat. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana identitas kaum muda dibangun dan direpresentasikan dalam pidato BTS di Sidang Umum Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa pada tahun 2018 dan 2020. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menerapkan Analisis Wacana Kritis (CDA) dari Norman Fairclough (1995), yang terdiri dari analisis tekstual, praktik diskursif, dan praktik sosial. Data diperoleh dari transkrip pidato BTS, didukung oleh teori representasi Stuart Hall (1997). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa identitas pemuda dibangun melalui berbagai strategi linguistik, termasuk narasi pribadi, penggunaan kata ganti, metafora, pengulangan, dan bahasa emosional. Pemuda digambarkan sebagai individu yang tangguh, terhubung secara global, dan bertanggung jawab secara sosial. Pada tingkat diskursif, pidato-pidato tersebut dibentuk oleh kolaborasi institusional dan disebarluaskan secara luas melalui media digital, memungkinkan partisipasi audiens. Pada tingkat sosial, wacana tersebut mencerminkan ideologi dominan pemberdayaan individu, kewarganegaraan global, dan inklusivitas. Namun, representasi tersebut cenderung menekankan agensi individu sambil mengabaikan faktor struktural seperti ketidaksetaraan sosial. Transformasi digital yang mencakup e-government, sistem pengadaan elektronik, big data, kecerdasan buatan, dan blockchain telah membuka peluang besar untuk meminimalkan celah korupsi dengan mengurangi diskresi birokrasi dan memperkuat pengawasan publik. Metode yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi pelayanan publik secara signifikan mampu memutus mata rantai korupsi birokrasi, meningkatkan efisiensi layanan, dan mendorong akuntabilitas pemerintah. Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi hambatan berupa kesenjangan infrastruktur digital, kapasitas sumber daya manusia yang belum merata, serta kerawanan keamanan siber. The main goal of this research is to identify synonymous words and expressions within the lyrics and assess their impact on meaning and emotional depth. A descriptive qualitative methodology is utilized, focusing on the examination of terms and phrases that share similar meanings in the context of the song. For data collection, relevant lexical selections from the lyrics were recorded and categorized based on their semantic relationships. The results indicate that the employment of synonyms enriches the lyrical experience, avoids repetition, and underscores different aspects of love and connection. Additionally, the inclusion of synonymous expressions enhances both the artistic and poetic elements of the song, rendering it more powerful and attractive to listeners. The findings also imply that synonyms are context-dependent and cannot always be used interchangeably without changing the intended message. This research employed a quantitative descriptive method using a total sampling technique, in which all 48 employees were included as research respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a 4-point Likert scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistical techniques, including mean, grand mean, and confidence interval calculations.</em> <em>The results indicate that the utilization of AI is categorized as high, with an average score of 3.27. Based on Herbert A. Simon’s Decision Support System model, the indicators of intelligence, design, and choice fall into the good category. Meanwhile, based on the Big Six information literacy model, employees’ ability to manage information is also categorized as good, with an average score of 3.34. These findings suggest that ChatGPT, as part of AI, is capable of assisting employees in processing information, preparing documents, and supporting decision-making more effectively and efficiently.</em> <em>However, the use of ChatGPT also presents a potential dependency risk that may affect employees’ critical thinking skills if not accompanied by proper verification and independent analysis. With the essence of learning theory from Ki Hajar Dewantara who strongly views that the learning process should provide space for the development of children's creation, taste, and karsa freely, not just the other way around. On the other hand, it can be seen by the among method and the cooperation of the three educational centers, families, schools, and communities in rural environments. This research uses secondary data based on official reports, news, and journal articles according to problems that often arise. At the end of the analysis, it shows that there are still a lot of obstacles in terms of education in remote areas because the learning environment is not supportive for the optimal development of students' potential. The study aims to examine the socio-economic changes of fishing communities, the factors driving these changes, and the implications of marine tourism development on the lives of the Tanjung Benoa community. This research employs the historical research method, including heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and literature studies of written sources and archives related to the development of Tanjung Benoa. The results show that the designation of Tanjung Benoa as a marine tourism area in 1993 became the starting point for the socio-economic transformation of coastal communities. The development of marine tourism created new economic opportunities, leading many fishermen to shift their professions to tourism-related occupations such as watersport operators, tour guides, and other service businesses, which contributed to increased community income. However, these changes also led to shifts in social structure, the emergence of new economic classes, and unequal access to economic resources. In addition, there were changes in cultural values and community perspectives toward the sea, from a living space to a commercial economic space. Nevertheless, the Tanjung Benoa community continues to maintain cultural values and local traditions as the identity of coastal society. Traditional Kediri arts, known as Seni Kediren, face serious pressure from modernization and the shifting interests of younger generations, threatening their continuity. This study employs a historical method with a microhistory approach, encompassing the stages of heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observation, and documentary study. The findings reveal three main conclusions: first, Padepokan Cipto Mudho Laras was founded in 2000 as a historical response to the stagnation of Wayang Krucil Gagrag Kediren and as a tribute to artistic ancestors; second, the padepokan serves as a dynamic space for interaction between Javanese customary values and Kejawen-Islamic teachings, manifested through three core activities—traditional arts preservation, arts education, and arts development or revitalization; third, the padepokan has significant socio-cultural implications for local communities and regional government policy, including the strengthening of social cohesion, increased cultural participation, and the promotion of community-based preservation policies. Hukum perampasan aset tidak hanya di atur dalam undang-undang saja, dalam syariat islam mengantur mengenai perampasan aset dengan melalui dalil al-quran dan al hadist dan di perjelas melalui ijtima ulama. Di dalam fatwa ulama indonesia No IV tahun 2012 menegaskan dan mengatur mengenai perampasan aset tindak pidana korupsi. Untuk mengetaui korelasi mengenai hukum perampasan aset tindak pidana korupsi dalam perseptif hukum islam dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengunka metode pendekaran normatif melalui daftar pustaka, buku, jurnal, artikel dan karya ilmia lainya. The transformation from face-to-face to online learning has led to reduced direct interaction, limited learning experiences, and decreased understanding of the material. This condition has triggered a decline in learning outcomes that is still felt in the post-pandemic period. This article aims to analyze this phenomenon using the perspective of constructivist theory. The method applied is a case study based on secondary data obtained from scientific journals, educational reports, and other relevant sources. The results of the analysis show that the lack of active engagement, minimal contextual experience, and limited interaction during the learning process are the main factors influencing the decline in students' academic abilities. The transition from face-to-face learning to online learning, followed by the return to offline learning in the post-pandemic period, has led to decreased motivation and weakened study habits among students. This article aims to analyze the phenomenon of low student learning discipline after the pandemic using the behaviorism learning theory perspective. The method used is a case study based on secondary data obtained from scientific journals, educational reports, and relevant literature. Behaviorism emphasizes that learning behavior is influenced by stimulus and response, strengthened through reinforcement. This article aims to examine how information overload impacts students' cognitive processing in digital learning. The method used is a literature study by reviewing various national scientific journals and books relevant to cognitivist theory and the stated topic. The analysis shows that excessive exposure to information can disrupt focus, reduce concept comprehension, and cause mental fatigue in students. Pasal 838 KUHPerdata mengatur alasan seseorang kehilangan hak mewaris, sedangkan Pasal 841 sampai dengan Pasal 848 KUHPerdata mengatur mekanisme penggantian tempat oleh keturunan. Namun, KUHPerdata tidak menegaskan apakah keturunan dari ahli waris yang dinyatakan <em>onwaardig</em> tetap berhak menerima warisan melalui mekanisme tersebut. Kekosongan norma ini menimbulkan ketidakpastian hukum dan perbedaan penafsiran dalam praktik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implikasi yuridis status <em>onwaardig</em> terhadap hak penggantian tempat dalam perspektif <em>indignité successorale</em> serta merumuskan konstruksi pengaturan yang ideal. Penelitian menggunakan metode hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, komparatif, dan kasus, termasuk analisis konflik pewarisan dalam film <em>Knives Out</em>. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa status <em>onwaardig</em> merupakan sanksi yang bersifat personal, sehingga hanya menghapus hak waris pelaku dan tidak secara otomatis menghilangkan hak keturunannya. Dalam perspektif <em>indignité successorale</em>, keturunan dari ahli waris yang tidak patut tetap dapat memperoleh warisan melalui mekanisme representasi. Island nations in the region face various challenges such as climate change, transnational crime, illegal fishing, and limited defense capacity. This study employed qualitative methods with desk research techniques and analyzed using the Regional Security Complex Theory. The results show that Australia carries out its role through military cooperation, development assistance, regional diplomacy, and human security programs focused on the well-being of Pacific communities. Australia is also actively strengthening relationships through regional forums such as the Pacific Islands Forum and the security stabilization mission in the Solomon Islands. This study finds that the influence of China and the United States has further complicated geopolitical competition in Oceania, requiring Australia to maintain a balance between security and economic interests. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through semi-structured interviews with two BK teachers and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that bullying occurs in both physical and verbal forms, triggered by emotional conflicts and family-related factors. The intervention is carried out through systematic individual counseling consisting of three stages: the initial stage involving service planning (RPL) and relationship building with an emphasis on confidentiality; the working stage involving problem exploration through dialogue and mediation; and the final stage involving reinforcement through written agreements as follow-up actions. Counseling services are also implemented adaptively through a “simple counseling” approach to address time limitations. The main challenges include limited time and students’ lack of honesty, which are addressed through strategy adjustments and collaboration with school personnel and parents. However, the criminal punishment of such offenses in Indonesia still relies on Article 303 of the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP), which was originally designed to regulate conventional gambling. This condition creates juridical problems because the application of outdated legal norms to online gambling is often carried out through analogical interpretation, which potentially contradicts the principle of legality (nullum crimen sine lege). This study aims to analyze the current criminal punishment framework for online gambling offenses and examine the urgency of reformulating criminal law policy regarding online gambling in Indonesia. The research employs a normative juridical method using statutory, conceptual, and case study approaches to relevant court decisions. The legal materials consist of primary legal sources in the form of legislation and secondary legal sources such as legal literature, journals, and expert doctrines. The analysis is conducted qualitatively and descriptively by examining the compatibility of existing legal norms with the development of digital crimes. The results of the study indicate that Article 303 of the Criminal Code is no longer capable of addressing the complexity of online gambling, particularly in terms of offense formulation, legal subjects, and operational mechanisms of digital crime. The existing criminal sanctions are also considered disproportionate to the socio-economic impacts caused, such as money laundering, public financial losses, and increasing derivative crimes. Therefore, the reformulation of criminal law policy has become an urgent necessity through the establishment of specific legal norms explicitly regulating the definition of online gambling, forms of conduct, criminal liability, and proportional sanctions. The findings reveal that 59.3% of students spend 5 to 8 hours daily on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, primarily for non-academic entertainment. This behavior directly triggers chronic academic procrastination, characterized by the consistent use of the “cramming system” (SKS) for assignments. The study identifies low self-regulation as the primary cause of this phenomenon. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan deksriptif kualitatif melalui desain studi kasus. Desain studi kasus dianggap sesuai, sebab memungkinkan eksplorasi terperinci terhadap dinamika, proses, serta implikasi dari pelaksanaan Bank Sampah Bersinar RT 004/RW 001, yang mencakup dimensi sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Sebagai satu-satunya inisiatif bank sampah yang aktif di kawasan ini, unit tersebut telah berjalan selama tiga tahun. Saat ini tercatat 29 nasabah yang secara rutin mengikuti kegiatan bank sampah. Kehadiran bank sampah ini mencerminkan inisiatif komunitas yang tanggap terhadap tantangan pengelolaan limbah padat domestik, di mana sistem konvensional tingkat keluarahan belum mampu menjangkau secara optimal. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa limbah padat domestik di wilayah studi didominasi botol plastik sebesar (60,67%), posisi kedua di tempati kardus dengan (27,01%), diikuti kertas (6,71%) dan kaleng (5,67%). Nasabah mengumpulkan limbah yang telah dikumpulkan selama 30 hari. Petugas menimbang serta mengelompokkan limbah ke dalam kategori yang sesuai. Komposisi limbah didominasi plastik, mencerminkan pola konsumsi warga. Operasional bank sampah berjalan dengan baik, namun jadwal tidak tetap dan keterbatasan infrastruktur menghambat potensi ekonomi sirkular. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the forms of academic pressure experienced by fourth-semester students and the factors influencing their difficulties in completing final semester assignments. The method used in this study is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews with several fourth-semester students selected purposively. The data analysis technique employed the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that students experience various forms of academic pressure such as anxiety, fatigue, overthinking, lack of confidence, sleep disturbances, and difficulty managing study time. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews with service officers. The results showed that the implementation of a digital system through the E-Seaman Book application was able to improve the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of services compared to the manual system. The service process is carried out through several stages, including data submission, validation, verification, printing, and archiving in a structured manner. However, the effectiveness of data management still faces several obstacles, such as network disruptions, server errors, limited infrastructure, and data input errors by both officers and applicants. To overcome these challenges, the office conducts data rechecking, improves human resource competencies, and develops the integration of digital-based service systems. In addition, service evaluations are carried out regularly to maintain the quality of services provided to users. The findings indicate that the communication and adaptation barriers experienced by RM stem from differences in the system of linguistic norms and communication culture between regions. Lack of awareness regarding the hierarchy of language politeness and social etiquette in Minangkabau led to miscommunication, which resulted in social anxiety, reduced interaction intensity, and diminished client self-confidence. The adaptation process experienced by RM suggests that culture is dynamic and can be internalized through social contact, field experience, and responsive environmental support. Thus, culturally informed counseling assistance becomes a decisive factor in facilitating the client’s adjustment to local communication norms without sacrificing their original cultural identity. Based on the analysis, the effectiveness of cross-cultural counseling is determined by the counselor’s cultural awareness, orientation toward diversity as a resource for personal development, and the selection of intervention strategies aligned with the client’s sociocultural context. In Minangkabau culture, singing and artistic expression through music are generally considered normal and socially accepted behaviors. However, excessive singing without considering time, place, and social conditions may disturb the surrounding environment. This study aims to analyze the causes, impacts, and counseling interventions related to singing behavior through a qualitative case analysis focusing on a student who frequently sings in a boarding house environment. The findings indicate that singing provides positive effects such as stress reduction, emotional expression, increased self-confidence, and opportunities for talent development. Nevertheless, negative impacts include noise disturbance, discomfort for others, vocal strain, and physical fatigue. The counseling intervention combines behavioral counseling and cross-cultural counseling approaches. The method used is a Single Case Experimental Design (SCED) with an A-B design, where phase A represents the baseline condition prior to intervention and phase B represents the counseling intervention phase. The research subject is one student with the initials DD, aged 19 years, from Taluak Kuantan, Riau. Data were collected through pre-intervention assessment interviews, behavioral observation during counseling sessions, and post-intervention follow-up interviews. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with SH, a student from a Javanese cultural background who exhibited a pattern of being overly accommodating. The findings indicate that the overly accommodating behavior experienced by SH cannot be separated from Javanese cultural values such as politeness, unggah-ungguh, tepa selira, and the maintenance of social harmony. These values, which initially functioned as positive internalization, became maladaptive when practiced excessively, causing SH to have difficulty refusing requests, setting personal boundaries, and becoming vulnerable to stress, fatigue, and emotional strain. The social environment, which tended to rely on SH, further reinforced this behavioral pattern. The cross-cultural counseling intervention applied integrated assertiveness training and cognitive restructuring while respecting Javanese cultural norms. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with NA, a second-semester student at UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi who comes from Riau with a Malay cultural background. The results show that NA’s adjustment difficulties cannot be separated from the differences in language and communication patterns between Malay and Minangkabau cultures in the boarding house environment. The use of the Minangkabau language by roommates that NA did not understand created communication barriers, confusion, anxiety, and overthinking. Misunderstandings regarding the cleaning schedule and the accusation of taking a friend’s lipstick further strengthened NA’s feelings of being distrusted, less accepted, and tending to withdraw from the social environment. The cross-cultural counseling intervention applied integrated humanistic, cognitive, and behavioral approaches while still respecting the differences between Malay and Minangkabau cultures. The findings show that cross-cultural counseling helped NA understand that the use of the local language by roommates was a communication habit, not an attempt to mock her. Through cognitive restructuring, NA was able to replace negative thoughts with more rational ones, while assertive communication training helped NA express feelings and reduce withdrawal behavior. Regulasi ini membawa tantangan besar bagi lembaga kearsipan karena arsip modern kini banyak memuat data sensitif seperti riwayat medis, nomor identitas, dan informasi keuangan yang memerlukan protokol pengamanan khusus. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tantangan nyata yang dihadapi pengelola arsip pasca UU PDP serta merumuskan solusi praktis yang dapat diterapkan secara efektif di berbagai instansi. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yang mengumpulkan informasi dari literatur ilmiah, regulasi, serta laporan kasus kebocoran data untuk membedah fenomena secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan empat tantangan utama: belum adanya pedoman teknis baku mengenai prosedur pemusnahan arsip data pribadi, rendahnya pemahaman petugas kearsipan dan HRD terhadap kewajiban hukum baru, keterbatasan anggaran untuk sarana pemusnahan seperti mesin penghancur kertas, serta belum adanya kebijakan internal yang mengatur siklus hidup arsip secara spesifik. Selain itu, ditemukan kesenjangan antara kewajiban menghapus data demi privasi dengan kewajiban menyimpan dokumen demi kepentingan sejarah (nasional). Kasus kebocoran data yang terus berulang di berbagai institusi menunjukkan bahwa sistem keamanan saat ini masih sangat rapuh terhadap ancaman siber maupun kelalaian fisik. Sebagai solusi, pengelola arsip harus segera menyusun kebijakan internal yang adaptif, mengadakan pelatihan rutin bagi staf, serta menerapkan sistem keamanan berlapis untuk memitigasi risiko. These conditions can affect students’ mental health, motivation to learn, and academic success. This study aims to determine the influence of emotional regulation and perceptions of social support on the academic stress of students currently writing their theses. The research method employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design. The sample consisted of 197 active undergraduate students currently working on their theses, selected using accidental sampling. Data collection was conducted via Google Forms using the Student-life Stress Inventory (SIS), the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ), and the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS). Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 22. The results showed that emotion regulation did not have a significant effect on academic stress with a significance value of 0.924, while perceived social support had a significant effect with a significance value of 0.008. Simultaneously, both variables contributed 3.6% to students’ academic stress. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran sistem arsip digital dalam mendorong transformasi kurikulum dan inovasi akademik berbasis data. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menelaah penelitian terdahulu terkait pengelolaan arsip digital, sistem akademik, dan penerapan <em>Data-Driven Decision Making</em> (DDDM) di perguruan tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi arsip digital dengan sistem akademik mampu meningkatkan efisiensi tata kelola data, transparansi kebijakan, dan akurasi informasi. The research method used is Single Subject Research (SSR) with a baseline-intervention-baseline design. The subject of the study was a 21-year-old female student with the initials NA, in her sixth semester, who experienced academic anxiety and decreased learning motivation due to academic pressure, part-time work, family economic conditions, and family demands. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used visual analysis of behavioral changes before and after being given behavioral counseling intervention. The results showed that before being given counseling services, the counselee experienced excessive anxiety, difficulty concentrating, sleep disorders, procrastination, social withdrawal, and decreased learning motivation. After being given behavioral counseling, more adaptive behavioral changes occurred, such as better time management skills, reduced staying up late habits, increased focus in lectures, and the re-emergence of learning enthusiasm and the ability to control anxiety. Behavioral counseling through positive reinforcement techniques, habituation of new behaviors, self-management, and relaxation exercises has been proven to be effective in helping counselees reduce academic anxiety and gradually increase learning motivation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi antarmuka aplikasi Tokopedia guna mengidentifikasi elemen desain yang melanggar etika profesi teknologi informasi dan prinsip kenyamanan pengguna. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah <em>Heuristic Evaluation</em> berdasarkan 10 prinsip Jakob Nielsen melalui observasi langsung pada alur transaksi aplikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya beberapa jenis <em>Dark Pattern</em> yang signifikan, yaitu <em>Sneak into Basket</em> pada fitur proteksi tambahan, <em>Confirmshaming</em> pada dialog pembatalan transaksi, <em>Artificial Scarcity</em> melalui penghitung waktu mundur, dan <em>Forced Cross-selling</em> melalui interupsi layar. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pelanggaran terhadap prinsip <em>User Control and Freedom</em>, <em>Error Prevention</em>, dan <em>Aesthetic and Minimalist Design</em>. However, administrative non-compliance and poor safety enforcement often lead to maritime accidents. This study analyzes the transformation of a vessel's legal status post-sinking and evaluates the shipowner's subsequent legal liabilities under Indonesian national shipping laws and ratified international conventions. Using a qualitative, normative-empirical research method, this study examines Law Number 17 of 2008 on Shipping and Presidential Regulation Number 80 of 2020 on the Ratification of the Nairobi International Convention on the Removal of Wrecks 2007, through the lens of the KM Dahliya F3 sinking on February 12, 2026. The findings show that the sinking of a vessel transforms its legal status from a registered navigation asset into a wreck, triggering mandatory deletion from the ship registry and voiding any associated mortgages. Under strict liability doctrine, the owner is solely responsible for removing the wreck within 180 days to protect navigational safety and prevent pollution. This study highlights a critical enforcement gap between mandatory international wreck removal insurance and practical compliance for traditional inland vessels, exacerbated by passenger manifest discrepancies. This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the dynamics of emotional exhaustion experienced by a 21-year-old female adolescent due to relational imbalance in a three-year-long friendship, as well as to describe the application of Indonesian culture-sensitive counseling strategies as an intervention effort. Using a qualitative research method with a single-case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation of counseling sessions, and analysis of documentation. The findings identified six main problem dimensions: relational imbalance, chronic emotional exhaustion, unmet emotional needs, emotional withdrawal, ambivalence, and a deficit in assertive communication. Collectivist cultural values particularly modesty, social harmony, and friendship loyalty were found to exacerbate emotional exhaustion by inhibiting the expression of personal needs. </em><em>An intervention combining culturally adapted Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), including the application of assertiveness training based on local values and a consensus-building approach, demonstrated high responsiveness to the clients’ cultural context. Cultural values such as respect for seniors, obedience, and polite communication patterns can lead to interpersonal conflicts, social anxiety, and difficulties in being assertive. This study aims to analyze the cultural value conflicts experienced by pesantren students, describe the process of cross-cultural counseling intervention, and evaluate the effectiveness of cognitive restructuring and assertive communication training. The study employed a single-subject experimental design with an A-B-A design involving a 20-year-old male student with a pesantren background. Data were collected through structured behavioral interviews, observations, self-reports, and follow-up interviews. The results indicate that cross-cultural counseling interventions effectively improved assertive communication skills, reduced emotional distress, and enhanced the client’s social relationships without undermining the cultural values he held dear. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of cross-cultural counseling using an integrated approach humanistic (Carl Rogers), cognitive restructuring (Aaron T. Beck), and behavioral (B.F. Skinner) in addressing financial management problems and financial anxiety in a migrant student. The method used is a Single Case Experimental Design (SCED) with an A-B design, where phase A represents the baseline condition prior to intervention and phase B represents the counseling intervention phase. The research subject is one student (initials IB), aged 20 years, a part-time worker at a motorcycle washing service while pursuing studies at UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. Data were collected through pre-intervention assessment interviews, behavioral observation during sessions, and post-intervention follow-up. Behavioral analysis was conducted using the Pancadaya and Likuladu-Masidu framework. Results show that following the intervention, IB was able to identify spending priorities, reduce financial anxiety, develop a simple budgeting habit, and reduce self-blaming tendencies. The subject was a student with the initials MR, aged 20 years, who experienced communication barriers due to cultural differences. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and behavioral assessment sheets. The intervention provided was cross-cultural counseling services using assertiveness, empathy, reflection, and role-playing techniques. Data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitatively by comparing the condition of the counselee before and after the intervention. The results of the study showed that cross-cultural counseling was able to help the counselee understand differences in communication culture in a more positive and adaptive manner. After being provided with counseling services, the counselee began to be able to control the volume of voice and intonation when speaking, increase self-confidence, reduce social anxiety, and rebuild better social relationships with their surroundings. Cross-cultural counseling also helps clients understand that communication adjustments do not mean eliminating their original cultural identity, but rather a form of adaptation in a multicultural environment. Pendidikan merupakan sektor penting dalam pembangunan nasional karena berkaitan erat dengan pembentukan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Namun, berbagai kebijakan pendidikan yang diterapkan pemerintah masih menghadapi kendala dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur melalui penelaahan buku, jurnal ilmiah, dokumen kebijakan, dan laporan resmi yang relevan. Analisis menggunakan teori implementasi kebijakan George C. Edwards III, yang meliputi komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan utama dalam implementasi kebijakan pendidikan adalah komunikasi yang kurang jelas antara pembuat kebijakan dan pelaksana, sumber daya manusia dan keuangan yang tidak merata, rendahnya komitmen pelaksana kebijakan, dan struktur birokrasi yang masih kompleks. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi literatur terhadap 20 artikel ilmiah relevan periode 2021-2026. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa eksploitasi anak sebagai pengamen dan pengemis dipicu oleh tekanan ekonomi akibat tingginya biaya hidup, rendahnya pendidikan orang tua, pengaruh lingkungan permisif, serta ketidakharmonisan keluarga. Praktik ini berdampak serius pada hilangnya hak pendidikan, kerentanan terhadap tindak kriminal, serta gangguan perkembangan fisik dan mental anak. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa penanggulangan eksploitasi memerlukan integrasi multidimensi yang menggabungkan penegakan hukum tegas sesuai Pasal 76 I UU No. 35 Tahun 2014. This research employs a qualitative approach using a library research method, drawing data from books, academic journals, and relevant legal documents. The findings indicate that, normatively, Indonesia’s education system is supported by strong and comprehensive legal foundations. However, in practice, various challenges persist, including unequal access to education, limited resources, and weak coordination among institutions. Furthermore, the dynamic nature of educational policies also affects the effectiveness of implementation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi self determination pada gepeng serta memahami peran Bimbingan Konseling Islam dalam membantu membangun motivasi hidup dan kemandirian gepeng. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara terhadap dua subjek penelitian yang merupakan gepeng. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua subjek mengalami kesulitan ekonomi, rendahnya rasa percaya diri, serta motivasi hidup yang rendah sehingga memengaruhi kemampuan dalam menentukan tujuan hidup dan mengambil keputusan secara mandiri. Selain itu, lingkungan sosial dan kehidupan jalanan yang dijalani dalam waktu lama membuat kedua subjek sulit meninggalkan kebiasaan hidup di jalanan. This phenomenon was experienced by a student identified as A, who is from Dumai and struggled to adapt to the Minang communication culture due to a spontaneous speaking style that was perceived as rude by those around him. This study aims to analyze toxic communication from a cross-cultural counseling perspective among students and to identify counseling strategies used to assist the client’s social adjustment process. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involves data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that interpersonal communication conflicts are influenced by differences in communication culture, low cultural sensitivity, poor emotional regulation, and the influence of the social environment. A cross-cultural counseling approach utilizing self-reflection, role-play, and empathy-building techniques helps clients enhance their cultural awareness, interpersonal communication skills, and emotional regulation. The advancement of information technology has driven organizations to shift from paper-based to digital archiving systems. Google Drive, as a cloud-based storage platform, has emerged as a practical and cost-effective solution for digital archiving, particularly for organizations with limited resources. This study aims to examine the utilization of Google Drive as a simple digital archiving system across various types of organizations through a traditional literature review approach. Three primary studies were reviewed and analyzed: Farikha (2024), Rezki et al. (2024), and Aghnia et al. (2023). The findings indicate that Google Drive has significant potential as a digital archiving medium due to its accessibility, collaborative features, and automatic backup capabilities. However, the effectiveness of its implementation is highly dependent on the consistent application of archiving principles, including file classification, folder structure, file naming standards, and access rights management. Organizations that applied structured archiving principles demonstrated more systematic and retrievable archives, while those that did not faced persistent disorganization despite using the platform. Google Drive sebagai platform penyimpanan berbasis cloud menjadi solusi praktis dan ekonomis untuk kearsipan digital, khususnya bagi organisasi dengan sumber daya terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan Google Drive sebagai sistem kearsipan digital sederhana pada berbagai jenis organisasi melalui pendekatan traditional literature review. Tiga artikel utama dikaji dan dianalisis, yaitu Farikha (2024), Rezki et al. (2024), dan Aghnia et al. (2023). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Google Drive memiliki potensi besar sebagai media kearsipan digital berkat kemudahan akses, fitur kolaborasi, dan kemampuan pencadangan otomatis. Namun, efektivitas implementasinya sangat bergantung pada konsistensi penerapan prinsip-prinsip kearsipan, meliputi klasifikasi arsip, struktur folder, standar penamaan file, dan pengaturan hak akses. In this topic, students still experience difficulties in understanding the material because the concept of a fashion portfolio is still abstract, making it hard for them to visualize the actual form of the designs they are expected to create. As a result, students become less active, less motivated, and the learning process is not optimal since it is still dominated by lecture methods and media such as handouts and PowerPoint. This research aims to develop a realia-based learning media in the form of a fashion design portfolio, as well as to determine the feasibility of the media, student responses, and learning outcomes after using the media. The research method used is Research and Development (R&amp;D) with the ADDIE model, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages, with the subjects being eleventh-grade students of the Fashion Design and Production program at SMK Negeri 1 Brondong. The results show that the realia-based learning media in the form of a fashion design portfolio is considered feasible based on validation by material and media experts, receives very positive responses from students due to its attractive and easy-to-understand presentation, and is able to improve students’ learning outcomes in the topic of fashion collection arrangement. Sistem dirancang menggunakan pendekatan UML yang meliputi use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, dan class diagram. The research method used in this study is R&amp;D with the ADDIE model approach, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and tests. The questionnaires, in the form of instrument validation sheets, were distributed to material experts, media experts, and language experts, using indicators of good e-module characteristics. Test data collection included cognitive and psychomotor assessments. The results of this study indicated that the material feasibility was 90%, the media feasibility was 87%, and the language feasibility was 92%. Furthermore, student learning outcomes through cognitive and psychomotor tests showed a score of 90%. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlation method. The sample in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely all Phase E Fashion Design 1 students of SMK Negeri 1 Wonoasri, totaling 36 students. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used include descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis testing using product moment correlation with the help of the SPSS version 26 program.
