Legal protection for people with mental disorders is a crucial component of fulfilling human rights and the right to health; however, in practice, discrimination, neglect, and limited mental health and rehabilitation services still persist. This study aims to examine the implementation of legal protection regarding the rights to care for PWDs based on Law No. 17 of 2023 on Health, as well as the government’s role in ensuring the fulfillment of PWDs’ rights. This study employs a normative legal research method using a legislative approach and a conceptual approach through the analysis of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The results indicate that the implementation of legal protection for ODGJ has not been optimal due to ongoing limitations in rehabilitation facilities, insufficient mental health education, low public awareness, and social stigma that hinder the fair and humane fulfillment of ODGJ’s rights. This study also shows that the government has a role in protecting the rights of people with mental health conditions through health services, rehabilitation, and education, in accordance with Law No. 17 of 2023 on health. Therefore, there is a need to enhance the government’s role in providing mental health facilities, public education, and oversight of the implementation of legal protection for people with mental disorders in accordance with statutory regulations.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengalaman driver ShopeeFood dalam menghadapi orderan fiktif pada sistem pembayaran Cash on Delivery (COD). Orderan fiktif menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang sering dialami driver karena pelanggan tidak memberikan respons, menolak pesanan, atau memberikan alamat yang tidak sesuai, sehingga menyebabkan kerugian finansial maupun psikologis bagi driver. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam terhadap driver ShopeeFood yang pernah mengalami orderan fiktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orderan fiktif memberikan dampak negatif berupa kerugian finansial, stres kerja, tekanan emosional, ketidaknyamanan saat bekerja, serta menurunnya rasa aman driver dalam menjalankan aktivitas pengantaran. Selain itu, kendala komunikasi antara pelanggan dan driver serta proses reimburse yang dinilai lambat juga menjadi hambatan dalam penanganan kasus orderan fiktif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan sistem verifikasi pelanggan, penguatan keamanan transaksi digital, dan penyederhanaan prosedur reimburse guna memberikan perlindungan yang lebih baik bagi mitra pengemudi ShopeeFood..

CAMPUR KODE PADA PODCAST THE CATCH UP CLUB DI YOUTUBE

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of code-mixing as a growing sociolinguistic trend in digital media, particularly YouTube and podcasts, which serve as interaction spaces for bilingual communities. The Catch Up Club podcast was selected as the research object because it exhibits intense code-mixing that has not been widely examined in previous studies. This study aims to describe and analyze the types of code-mixing and their usage trends within The Catch Up Club podcast on YouTube. A qualitative approach was employed, using content analysis on the speech in The Catch Up Club Episode 13, "Salam Bugar." Data were collected through the listening and note-taking technique, and then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed 84 instances of code-mixing, consisting of 78 instances of outer code-mixing (92.86%), 4 instances of inner code-mixing (4.76%), and 2 instances of mixed code-mixing (2.38%), with a dominance of English element insertions. These findings indicate that code-mixing in podcasts is a communication strategy influenced by bilingualism, the development of digital media, the social identity of the younger generation, and the need to use specific terms, while also contributing to the advancement of sociolinguistic studies regarding language use in digital media.

The high prevalence of dual nutritional problems and stunting among young children in Mimika Regency poses a serious challenge that requires consistent preventive measures. As a strategic step, the government has implemented regulations through Minister of Health Regulation No. 66 of 2014. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the child growth and development monitoring program at the Timika Public Health Center (BLUD Puskesmas), specifically through a case study at the Al-Amiin II Hidayatullah Integrated Kindergarten. The approach used is descriptive qualitative, employing George Edwards III’s policy implementation theory as the analytical framework, which encompasses four main variables. Data in this study were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the community health center, the school, and parents. The results indicate that communication has been clear and real-time through the use of official letters and a WhatsApp group. Regarding resources, collaboration between medical staff and educators was optimal, although the data recording system remained manual. Meanwhile, the disposition aspect demonstrated a high commitment to service from the implementers, and the bureaucratic structure was clearly defined through flexible MoUs and SOPs. This study recommends implementing data digitization for long-term efficiency and providing more private examination rooms at schools.

Analisis Peran Shipping Agent PT. Maritim Indo Trans dalam Meningkatkan Efisiensi Operasional Shipping Line May Tanker SDN BHD di Pelabuhan Ciwandan

This study aims to analyze the role of the shipping agent PT. Maritim Indo Trans in improving the operational efficiency of the shipping line May Tanker Sdn Bhd at Ciwandan Port. This research is motivated by the importance of ship operational efficiency in reducing port stay time and operational costs, in which the shipping agent plays a strategic role as a liaison between the ship and the port authorities and related agencies. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed to identify the role of the shipping agent and the factors influencing its performance on ship operational efficiency. The results show that PT. Maritim Indo Trans has carried out its agency role quite optimally, including managing ship documents, coordinating with relevant agencies, and supervising loading and unloading activities. The implementation of this role contributes to improving operational efficiency as indicated by reduced waiting time, turnaround time, and port stay. However, the effectiveness of this role is still influenced by internal factors such as limited human resources and suboptimal internal coordination, as well as external factors such as weather conditions, limited port facilities, and congestion of activities at the dock.

Analisis Retorika Aristoteles (Ethos, Pathos, dan Logos) Dalam Video Khutbah Idul Adha Ustad Abdul Somad “Harta Hanyalah Titipan, Sudahkah Kamu Berqurban?”

This study aims to describe the use of Aristotle's rhetoric including ethos, pathos, and logos in the video of Ustaz Abdul Somad's Eid al-Adha sermon entitled "Wealth is Only a Deposit, Have You Sacrificed?". This study uses a qualitative approach with a content analysis method. The research data source is a sermon video uploaded through the Ustaz Abdul Somad Official YouTube channel. The research data is in the form of speech containing elements of ethos, pathos, and logos, which are collected through listening and note-taking techniques. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of identification, classification, interpretation, and presentation of data based on Aristotle's rhetorical theory. The results show that there are 15 data consisting of 4 ethos data, 6 pathos data, and 5 logos data. The ethos element is shown through the use of verses from the Qur'an, hadith, opinions of scholars, and stories of Islamic figures that serve to strengthen the speaker's credibility. The pathos element is seen through speech that is able to arouse the audience's emotions, such as emotion, gratitude, empathy, admiration, and compassion. Meanwhile, the element of logos is manifested through logical argumentation, causal relationships, solutions, and rational explanations of religious concepts. Research findings indicate that these three rhetorical elements are used in an integrated manner, increasing the effectiveness of the delivery of the da'wah message and strengthening the persuasive power of Ustaz Abdul Somad's sermon.
