Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara mendalam peran guru dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan efektif bagi siswa. Pembelajaran yang menyenangkan merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam meningkatkan minat belajar dan partisipasi aktif siswa di kelas. Sementara itu, pembelajaran yang efektif berfokus pada pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran secara optimal melalui strategi yang tepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dengan guru dan siswa, serta dokumentasi kegiatan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru berperan sebagai fasilitator, motivator, dan inovator dalam proses belajar mengajar. Guru menerapkan berbagai pendekatan kreatif, seperti penggunaan media interaktif, permainan edukatif, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, serta menciptakan suasana yang positif dan mendukung di kelas. Selain itu, guru juga secara rutin melakukan evaluasi dan refleksi untuk memperbaiki metode pembelajaran agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa.

Transformasi Peran Organisasi Kepemudaan Dalam Pendidikan Politik: Studi Kasus Banteng Muda Indonesia di Provinsi Lampung

This study aims to analyze the transformation of youth organizations’ roles in political education in Indonesia, focusing on the Banteng Muda Indonesia (BMI) organization in Lampung Province. As the youth wing of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P), BMI holds a crucial role in promoting political values, disseminating party ideology, and shaping the political awareness of the younger generation. The transformation of this role is significant to examine in light of the evolving political landscape, shifting preferences among youth, and new challenges in political communication influenced by social media and information technology. This research investigates how BMI Lampung has adjusted its approaches and strategies in political education over time. Previously, the organization's approach tended to be indoctrinative and top-down; however, it has gradually shifted towards a more participatory and dialogical model. In this new model, young cadres are empowered to engage actively in political discussions, leadership training, and community service activities. This transformation reflects not only internal organizational change but also an adaptive response to external factors such as increasing political apathy and declining public trust in political parties.

Peran Organisasi Sayap Partai Politik dalam Pembinaan Generasi Muda: Studi Kasus AMPG Provinsi Lampung

Rendahnya partisipasi pemuda Indonesia dalam politik formal menimbulkan kekhawatiran akan keberlanjutan demokrasi dan regenerasi kepemimpinan di masa depan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran strategis Angkatan Muda Partai Golkar (AMPG) Provinsi Lampung dalam membina generasi muda melalui pendidikan politik. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AMPG menerapkan strategi pembinaan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu penyadaran, pemberdayaan, dan pengembangan organisasi. Hal ini diimplementasikan melalui program-program seperti sosialisasi politik, pelatihan kepemimpinan, inisiatif sosial, dan koperasi anggota. Dengan demikian, AMPG tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai organ partai politik, tetapi juga sebagai agen transformasi sosial, membentuk kader-kader muda yang kompetitif dan berorientasi pada pelayanan. Studi ini merekomendasikan penguatan dan perluasan inklusivitas program untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan representasi politik kaum muda dalam proses demokrasi di Indonesia.

Bahasa merupakan alat komunikasi utama dalam kehidupan manusia yang berfungsi untuk menyampaikan gagasan, perasaan, dan informasi. Dalam penggunaan bahasa yang baik dan benar, diperlukan pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap kaidah-kaidah kebahasaan, salah satunya adalah aspek sintaksis. Sintaksis merupakan cabang dari ilmu linguistik yang mempelajari bagaimana unsur-unsur Bahasa mulai dari kata, frasa, klausa, hingga kalimat disusun menjadi satuan gramatikal yang memiliki makna. Dalam konteks kebahasaan Bahasa Indonesia, sintaksis memegang peranan penting sebagai rujukan dalam penyusunan kalimat yang sesuai dengan kaidah tata bahasa. Pemahaman terhadap struktur sintaksis tidak hanya penting dalam kegiatan berbahasa sehari-hari, tetapi juga dalam konteks akademik, pendidikan, jurnalistik, dan berbagai bidang lainnya yang memerlukan kejelasan serta ketepatan bahasa. Permasalahan dalam penggunaan bahasa, khususnya dalam hal struktur kalimat, masih sering ditemukan dalam berbagai bentuk tulisan maupun lisan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman terhadap struktur sintaksis belum sepenuhnya dikuasai oleh penutur Bahasa Indonesia, baik dalam lingkungan pendidikan maupun masyarakat umum. Oleh karena itu, kajian yang mendalam mengenai struktur kebahasaan, khususnya aspek sintaksis, sangat diperlukan sebagai dasar dalam peningkatan kompetensi berbahasa. Sintaksis tidak hanya membahas tentang susunan kata, tetapi juga menjelaskan hubungan antarunsur dalam kalimat, fungsi gramatikal, jenis-jenis kalimat, serta makna yang terkandung di dalamnya. Kajian ini menjadi sangat penting untuk membantu pengguna bahasa memahami pola dan struktur yang membentuk kalimat secara sistematis dan logis. Tujuan Penelitian Menjelaskan konsep dasar sintaksis dalam Bahasa Indonesia sebagai bagian dari kajian linguistik. Menguraikan satuan-satuan sintaksis dalam Bahasa Indonesia, yaitu kata, frasa, dan klausa, beserta pengertian, ciri-ciri, jenis-jenis, dan contohnya.Menjelaskan fungsi-fungsi sintaksis dalam kalimat, yang meliputi subjek, predikat, objek, pelengkap, dan keterangan, lengkap dengan pengertian dan contohnya. Melalui studi ini, diharapkan pembaca dapat memperoleh pemahaman yang utuh dan sistematis mengenai struktur sintaksis dalam Bahasa Indonesia, sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai rujukan dalam penggunaan bahasa yang efektif, efisien, dan sesuai dengan kaidah kebahasaan.

This article reviews the contribution of the youth organization Taruna Merah Putih (TMP) in shaping the character of the young generation rooted in Pancasila values in the Lampung Province. As a wing organization of the PDI Perjuangan, TMP focuses its activities on aspects of political education, leadership strengthening, and social activities to encourage the active role of youth in public and political spaces. By making Bung Karno's Trisakti the foundation of the movement namely political sovereignty, economic independence, and national personality TMP seeks to produce youth who have integrity and commitment to nationality. This study aims to analyze the strategic role of TMP in sowing Pancasila values while empowering youth as agents of social transformation. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach and participatory observation.

Kasus Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) dan Perlindungan Hukum terhadap Nasabah dalam Perspektif Hukum Ekonomi Syariah

Abstract. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) as a sharia-based financial institution has an important role in providing banking services in accordance with Islamic principles. However, in practice, various cases involving BSI, such as service system disruptions, alleged breach of contract, and unclear customer protection, are often of public concern. This study aims to analyze cases involving BSI from the perspective of sharia economic law, with a focus on legal protection for customers. The approach used in this study is normative by examining sharia banking regulations in Indonesia, the fatwa of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI), and the principles of sharia maqashid that are oriented towards justice and the welfare of the people.

Abstrak. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) sebagai lembaga keuangan berbasis syariah memiliki peran penting dalam menyediakan layanan perbankan yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Namun, dalam praktiknya, berbagai kasus yang melibatkan BSI, seperti gangguan sistem layanan, dugaan wanprestasi akad, serta ketidakjelasan perlindungan nasabah, sering kali menjadi perhatian publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kasus-kasus yang melibatkan BSI dari perspektif hukum ekonomi syariah, dengan fokus pada perlindungan hukum bagi nasabah. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah normatif dengan mengkaji regulasi perbankan syariah di Indonesia, fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional-Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI), serta prinsip-prinsip maqashid syariah yang berorientasi pada keadilan dan kesejahteraan umat.

ANALISIS KONTRIBUSI FINTECH SYARIAH TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN UMKM DI INDONESIA

Fintech syariah telah menjadi salah satu inovasi keuangan yang berperan penting dalam mendukung perkembangan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi fintech syariah dalam memperluas akses pembiayaan, meningkatkan inklusi keuangan, serta mendorong pertumbuhan UMKM di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi adopsi fintech syariah oleh UMKM, termasuk regulasi, literasi keuangan, dan kemudahan akses teknologi.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fintech syariah memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam menyediakan sumber pembiayaan yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, terutama bagi UMKM yang kesulitan mendapatkan modal dari lembaga keuangan konvensional. Selain itu, regulasi yang mendukung dan peningkatan literasi keuangan syariah menjadi faktor kunci dalam optimalisasi peran fintech syariah bagi UMKM. Meskipun masih terdapat tantangan, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur digital dan rendahnya pemahaman pelaku usaha terhadap fintech syariah, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dengan kebijakan yang tepat, fintech syariah dapat menjadi solusi pembiayaan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan bagi UMKM di Indonesia.

Keabsahan Kripto dalam Perspektif Hukum Ekonomi Syariah: Studi Kasus Fatwa DSN-MUI terhadap Aset Kripto

Perkembangan teknologi finansial telah menghadirkan berbagai instrumen ekonomi baru, salah satunya adalah aset kripto. Namun, legalitas dan status syariah dari aset ini masih menjadi perdebatan di kalangan ulama dan akademisi hukum Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keabsahan aset kripto dalam perspektif hukum ekonomi syariah dengan fokus pada Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 144 Tahun 2021 serta membandingkannya dengan regulasi syariah di negara lain, seperti Malaysia dan Arab Saudi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei dan analisis statistik deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada investor Muslim, akademisi, dan praktisi ekonomi syariah di Indonesia. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menganalisis data sekunder dari laporan keuangan dan regulasi terkait aset kripto dalam hukum Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden setuju dengan keputusan DSN-MUI yang mengharamkan aset kripto sebagai alat tukar karena unsur gharar (ketidakpastian), dharar (kerugian), dan spekulasi berlebihan. Namun, terdapat sebagian responden yang mendukung kripto sebagai komoditas atau aset digital, selama memiliki dasar yang jelas dan sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Dampak dari fatwa ini cukup signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi masyarakat Muslim di Indonesia, yang cenderung lebih berhati-hati dalam berinvestasi pada aset kripto. Civic Education has a key function in building the character of the younger generation amidst the complex issues of globalisation. This research aims to explore the contribution of Citizenship Education in shaping the character of an adaptive and nationalist Generation Z. The method used is library research by analysing various accredited journals and scientific articles related to learning theory, morals, character, citizenship, and globalisation. The research process was conducted by reading, summarising, and developing the information obtained. The results show that the implementation of Civic Education that focuses on experience, ethical values and digital technology can build critical attitudes, nationalism and a sense of social responsibility among the younger generation. This research shows that an approach that suits the character of digital natives is essential to keep civic values relevant and contextualised in modern times.

Family economic pressure is a significant predictor of stress, anxiety, and depression in individuals and can affect family relationships as a whole. Factors such as poverty and unemployment are identified as the main causes of economic pressure, so appropriate interventions such as family counseling and economic assistance programs are crucial to help families develop effective coping skills and improve their well-being. This study uses a literature approach through books, articles, journals, and other previous research to examine the impact of economic pressure on the mental health of family members. The results show that family economic pressure has a significant impact on individual mental health and family relationships, and highlights the importance of appropriate interventions to reduce the negative impacts. The findings of this study have important implications for the development of policies and programs aimed at reducing the negative impacts of economic pressure on the mental health of family members.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei kepada mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas kampus yang memadai dan ketersediaan sumber belajar yang lengkap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. This article examines the urgency of community involvement in Islamic education by referring to the principles contained in the hadiths of Prophet Muhammad SAW. In the Islamic perspective, education is not solely the responsibility of teachers or formal institutions, but a collective trust shared by all members of society. This study employs a qualitative method with a literature-based approach, utilizing primary sources in the form of authentic hadiths and relevant Islamic educational literature. The findings reveal that society plays a significant role in shaping morality, preserving religious values, and creating a social environment conducive to the learning process. Hadiths related to enjoining good and forbidding evil (amr ma’ruf nahi munkar), conveying even a single verse, and encouraging the pursuit of knowledge emphasize that every individual holds a strategic role in nurturing Islamic education.

This article aims to conceptually explore the role of teachers in fostering creativity among early childhood learners through movement and dance activities within the context of preschool education. Creativity during early childhood is a vital foundation for balanced cognitive, emotional, and social development. Movement and dance serve as multisensory media that not only encourage children's self-expression but also enrich their imagination, confidence, and social interaction. Using a qualitative approach based on literature review and theoretical analysis, this article examines various perspectives on how teachers contribute to designing, facilitating, and integrating artistic activities into daily learning. The findings suggest that teachers play a crucial role as facilitators of creative learning environments, inspirators of artistic expression, and mediators of cultural values. When implemented consistently and contextually, movement and dance activities have the potential to strengthen character development and divergent thinking in young children. The conceptual findings of this article imply the need to enhance the pedagogical capacities of early childhood educators and advocate for curricular policies that provide greater space for artistic expression in early education. Further empirical studies are recommended to verify the practical relevance of these insights across diverse educational settings.

PERAN GURU DALAM MENSTIMULUS KECERDASAN MAJEMUK ANAK USIA DINI DI LINGKUNGAN

This study aims to explore the role of early childhood educators in stimulating multiple intelligences in young children within the school environment, responding to the growing importance of holistic and personalized approaches during the golden age of development. Employing a qualitative case study design, the research was conducted in an early childhood education institution in Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with five early childhood teachers, direct classroom observations, and analysis of daily lesson plans. Thematic analysis revealed that teachers play a central role in identifying and nurturing various forms of intelligence, including linguistic, logical-mathematical, musical, bodily-kinesthetic, spatial, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalistic intelligences. Teachers utilized thematic instruction, differentiated activities, and created rich learning environments to stimulate diverse intelligences. Additionally, teacher sensitivity to children’s unique characteristics and reflective teaching practices significantly enhanced the effectiveness of stimulation strategies. This study contributes to the existing literature on the application of Multiple Intelligences theory in early childhood education and underscores the need for professional development programs that equip teachers to design responsive learning experiences. Practical implications include the need for policy support to improve early childhood educators’ pedagogical competencies. Further research involving a larger and more culturally diverse sample is recommended to broaden the generalizability of findings.

The research findings show that fatherlessness can have a significant impact on children in Indonesia, including emotional and psychological disturbances. The writing of this journal is motivated by family problems in Indonesia, which include financial problems, poor communication, parenting, work-life balance, quarrels, division of household chores, and lack of appreciation. The solution to overcome this problem is to improve communication, share tasks, and appreciate each other. This research is a qualitative research that is library-based (Library Research) using descriptive analysis. The results show that family problems are challenges that can affect family harmony and well-being, such as conflict, financial problems, domestic violence, and differences in perspective on child education. KIPAS counseling model (Intensive, Progressive, Adaptive Counseling toward Structure) as a culturally-based counseling approach rooted in the Indonesian archipelago, relevant to the nation's context. It presents the essence of the Indonesian human being through philosophical perspectives, psychological schools (humanistic, psychoanalytic, behavioristic), and Islamic views. This study aims to analyze the impact of classical guidance services in preventing bullying behavior in students. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of action research. The sample consisted of 88 students in grades VII and VIII at SMPN 4 Tambang who were selected through purposive sampling techniques based on the highest bullying behavior scores. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that classical guidance services delivered communicatively with the help of PowerPoint presentation media and supporting videos about bullying behavior, are able to improve students' understanding of the forms of bullying, as well as foster an attitude of empathy and mutual respect. In addition, students' active participation in discussions and reflections shows a positive change in attitude. This service has proven effective as a preventive effort in creating a safe and bullying-free school environment.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat gegar budaya (culture shock) dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi adaptasi mahasiswa asing di Universitas Islam Riau (UIR). Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner terhadap 60 mahasiswa asing yang dipilih secara stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa asing mengalami tahapan culture shock yang khas, dimulai dari fase antusiasme awal, diikuti fase frustrasi, dan kemudian berangsur menuju penerimaan budaya lokal. Faktor utama yang memengaruhi adaptasi adalah kemampuan berbahasa Indonesia (mean 3,67) dan ketersediaan informasi dalam bahasa asing (mean 3,55), sementara hambatan utama meliputi kesulitan komunikasi sehari-hari (mean 3,13) dan perbedaan nilai budaya. Proses administrasi yang rumit juga menjadi kendala bagi 30% responden. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penyederhanaan prosedur administrasi, pengembangan program buddy system, dan penyediaan layanan konseling untuk meningkatkan adaptasi mahasiswa asing. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan internasional di perguruan tinggi berbasis budaya lokal.

Using a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach, the study reveals that HallosaEr employs code-mixing effectively and creatively in his TikTok videos. The use of code-mixing is not merely a random switch, but a planned and effective communication strategy to build familiarity with the audience, highlight Madurese cultural identity, adjust to conversation contexts, and enhance content appeal. Factors influencing code-mixing include Madurese cultural identity, desire for audience familiarity, social media trends, need to reach a broader audience, and adaptability to conversation contexts. This study demonstrates that HallosaEr's use of code-mixing on TikTok is an effective and creative communication strategy for building connections with the audience and creating engaging and memorable content.

Al-Banjari is a type of Islamic musical art that combines the singing of sholawat or praises for the Prophet Muhammad SAW with the rebana and other traditional musical instruments. The language used by the Al-Banjari community is Indonesian and Arabic, but we often hear some people using regional languages, specifically Madurese, during events such as religious gatherings, weddings, and so on. The factors contributing to the phenomenon of decreasing use of the Madurese language among the younger generation are: 1) young people prefer to use Indonesian in daily conversations, 2) many Madurese families who work or migrate to other cities are starting to abandon the Madurese language, 3) parents no longer use the Madurese language when communicating with their children, 4) young people are more interested in foreign languages than their own regional language, 5) lack of knowledge and understanding about the Madurese language. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with a sociolinguistic approach. this association plays a significant role in fostering a love for language identity among young people.

Seiring dengan banyaknya terjadi kasus pelanggaran HAM yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat dunia, terutama di Korea Utara. Masalah ini menjadikan masyarakat Korea Utara berusaha untuk keluar dari negaranya sendiri dan untuk mencari kebebasan yang diinginkan selama ini. Kasus pelanggaran HAM ini mendapat berbagai respon dari beberapa negara lain hingga organisasi internasional. Berbagai kebijakan dan upaya dilakukan negara lain untuk mengurangi jumlah pelanggaran HAM yang terjadi di Korea Utara. Tetapi hal tersebut kurang mendapat perhatian dari Korea Utara, karena sudut pandang Korea Utara menganggap tidak semua masukan tersebut dapat diterapkan ke dalam masyarakat mereka. This study aims to describe the form of vulgar language variation found in the dialogue of the film betting. Considering that this film is an action film that is popular with teenagers with stories about their lives, the language variation used is interesting to study. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data were obtained from dialogue between characters through the technique of free listening and conversation followed by the technique of taking notes. The results of the study showed 2 data forms of profanity, 9 data forms of curses, and 1 data form of obscenity. These findings indicate that vulgar language in the film betting is not only a form of individual expression, but also reflects complex and conflict-filled social dynamics.

This code mixing is caused by social conditions that do not only consist of one language, it is possible that each region has its own language. YouTube is one of the results of social development, where language can be found there. YouTube presents several types of content such as podcasts, or casual chats. One example is the famous YouTuber, Denny Sumargo who on one occasion invited Livy Renata as his guest star. From the podcast, several code mixing phenomena occurred, especially considering the background of their biodata as Indonesian citizens who both have Chinese blood, making it possible for both of them to not only master one language, so that in the podcast the code mixing phenomenon can be found.

This study aims to analyze the language variety in the Serat Penjajah poem using a sociolinguistic approach, in order to reveal the social, cultural, and ideological meanings contained therein. This poem contains a representation of the suffering of the common people due to oppression and injustice during the Dutch colonial period, which is represented through the use of various variations of the Javanese language, including the ngoko dialect, sociolect, idiolect, and chronolect. The analysis shows that the language variety is not merely a means of communication, but also a reflection of social stratification, cultural identity, and a form of symbolic resistance to the colonial power structure. The sociolinguistic approach shows that language in literary works has an important role as a medium for social criticism and efforts to fight for justice. This finding confirms that traditional literary works, such as the Serat Penjajah poem, function dually as historical sources and as tools of social resistance that are still relevant in the current context.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk, fungsi, dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penggunaan bahasa gaul dalam komunitas motor Lenteng. Komunitas ini dikenal sebagai kelompok remaja pecinta otomotif yang memiliki gaya bahasa khas, hasil dari plesetan bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Madura. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara terhadap salah satu anggota komunitas melalui aplikasi WhatsApp. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahasa gaul yang digunakan memiliki bentuk yang unik dan bersifat internal kelompok, seperti “andai”, “gileeh ben”, dan “setel”. Bahasa tersebut berfungsi sebagai alat komunikasi sekaligus penguat ikatan sosial antaranggota. Faktor yang memengaruhi penggunaan bahasa gaul dalam komunitas ini meliputi pengaruh media sosial, lingkungan pergaulan, serta latar belakang budaya daerah. Bahasa gaul dalam komunitas ini tidak hanya sebagai ekspresi kekinian, tetapi juga mencerminkan identitas dan solidaritas kelompok.

The expansion of Indomie products into Africa reflects new dynamics in the economic and cultural relations of the Global South. Through collaboration between PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk and Tolaram Group, Indomie is not only present as a consumer product, but also plays a role in shaping cultural identity in African countries such as Nigeria, Ghana, and Egypt. This study highlights how this expansion is supported by corporate diplomacy and strategic cooperation through the Indonesia–Africa Infrastructure Dialogue (IAID). Using a qualitative literature-based study method, this research analyzes the role of non-state actors in mediating the flow of cultural globalization in Africa.

The results of the study show that Indomie has transformed into a cultural agent that influences the consumption patterns and lifestyles of local communities. This product has also created a form of cultural hybridization through the adaptation of local flavors and integration into daily life. However, this success also presents challenges related to symbolic dominance and the transformation of local values. These findings demonstrate that economic and cultural diplomacy can be intertwined in the context of contemporary international relations, and emphasize the importance of understanding consumer products as a means of disseminating cultural values and transforming identity in the era of contemporary globalization.

This research discusses the choreography of Piring Gelas Dance which developed in Sanggar Kupek Beghaes, North Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra Province. This dance is a traditional performance art that depicts the courage and determination of Musi Rawas women in maintaining religious and cultural values through the attraction of walking on a pile of plates and glasses. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the choreography of Glass Plate Dance consists of nine main elements: dancers, movements, music, costumes and makeup, floor patterns, performance venues, properties, lighting, and performance techniques. The main dancer must be a girl called dehe, and accompanied by two dayang dancers who are in charge of arranging a pyramid of plates and glasses. Core movements include greetings, glances, turns, transitions, and climbing the plate. The technique of walking on the plate pyramid requires great balance and poise. The main property is 16 glass plates and 6 glasses arranged into a two-level pyramid. This dance is performed in open and closed spaces and holds a deep philosophy of patience, precision, and female elegance. This research emphasizes the importance of preserving traditional dance as a local cultural heritage that is full of educational and aesthetic values.

Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Extreme Programming (XP), yang terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, perancangan, pengkodean, dan pengujian. Penelitian ini membahas pengelolaan kelas di pendidikan anak usia dini dengan fokus pada peningkatan disiplin dan kesiapan belajar peserta didik. Studi dilakukan di TK Lely Medan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan kelas indoor dan outdoor dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan anak serta mengidentifikasi hambatan dan solusi dalam pengelolaan kelas tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan kelas indoor dilakukan dengan sistem klasikal terkendali yang mengutamakan tata tertib dan pembiasaan, sedangkan pengelolaan kelas outdoor menekankan pembiasaan tata tertib dan penerapan hukuman bagi pelanggar disiplin. Hambatan yang ditemui antara lain kurangnya alat peraga, minat anak yang rendah terhadap kegiatan, serta masalah kecelakaan dan berebut permainan di kelas outdoor. Solusi yang diusulkan mencakup penambahan alat peraga, kreativitas guru dalam merancang kegiatan, dan pengaturan rasio guru-anak yang ideal. Kesimpulannya, pengelolaan kelas berbasis manajemen yang efektif dapat meningkatkan disiplin dan kesiapan belajar anak usia dini dengan dukungan strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dan pengelolaan kelas yang kondusif.

Abstract. The geopolitical rivalry in the South China Sea (SCS) has emerged as a pivotal concern in international relations, characterized by divergent interests between China and ASEAN nations. This area is strategically important to the world, which makes it hard for ASEAN countries to deal with China's large territorial claims. China wants to improve its position at sea by being more aggressive in its foreign policy. ASEAN countries, on the other hand, are using different strategies, from soft balancing to hard balancing. This study investigates the influence of China's foreign policy on ASEAN responses, highlighting the interplay of economics, security, and diplomacy. The study employs a qualitative methodology by synthesizing neorealism and neoliberalism perspectives, elucidating economic interdependence and the diplomatic framework essential for mitigating regional tensions.

Abstrak. Persaingan geopolitik di Laut Cina Selatan (LCS) telah menjadi isu utama dalam hubungan internasional, yang melibatkan konflik kepentingan antara China dan negara-negara ASEAN. Kawasan ini yang memiliki kepentingan strategis global telah menciptakan dilema bagi negara-negara ASEAN yang menghadapi klaim teritorial China yang meluas. Melalui kebijakan luar negeri yang asertif, China berusaha memperkuat posisi maritimnya, sementara negara-negara ASEAN berupaya merespons melalui strategi yang bervariasi, mulai dari soft balancing hingga hard balancing. Studi ini mengkaji dampak kebijakan luar negeri China terhadap respons ASEAN dengan menyoroti dinamika ekonomi, keamanan, dan diplomasi. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengintegrasikan perspektif neorealisme dan neoliberalisme yang menawarkan wawasan tentang interdependensi ekonomi dan kerangka kerja diplomatik yang memainkan peran penting dalam meredakan ketegangan regional.
