Abstract: Accuracy and patience are one of the characteristics of children which can influence their cognitive development, considering that early childhood children have not yet stabilized their patience and accuracy characteristics, so they are given treatment by playing, one of which is playing puzzles. The objectives in this plan use pre-test and post-test. The data collection method in this research is based on observation and documentation. The data analysis method used in this research uses random sumpling, namely quantitative statistics. The independent sample test is used when carrying out data analysis. Utilizing flashcard media includes a positive affecton expanding children's cognitive improvement. The point of this inquire about is to degree how much impact flashcard media has on the numerical memory of children matured 3-4 a long time at PAUD Aisyiyah Matahri Bersinar, Waru Locale. The research methods used consist of quantitative, experimental and data collection techniques using observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used to test the research hypothesis uses the t test with the help of the SPSS 18 for Windows evaluation version program application. Research results: 1). Using flashcard media can improve the number memory of students at PAUD Aisyiyah Matahari Bersinar 2). There is an influence of flashcards on number memory in children aged 3-4 years. This means that flashcards have a big influence on the numerical memory of children aged 3-4 years.

In today's digital era, social media is not only used as a communication and entertainment tool but also as an effective source of learning for students. This article discusses the utilization of social media as a learning medium, focusing on platforms commonly used by students such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. With its ability to provide quick access to information, flexibility in learning time, and potential for collaboration, social media can support the educational process beyond the classroom. However, using social media for learning also faces challenges such as the risk of distraction, issues with information validity, and the need for adequate digital literacy. This article aims to explore the benefits, challenges, and strategies to optimize the use of social media in education, as well as provide recommendations for students and educators to effectively leverage social media to support teaching and learning processes.

Tradhisi Kupatan di Desa Sumberejo Kecamatan Ambulu Kabupaten Jember (Tintingan Folklor)

Kupatan tradition in Sumberejo Village, Ambulu Sub-district, Jember Regency is a cultural heritage that has symbolic and religious meaning. This tradition initially developed as a form of gratitude and self-purification after the month of Ramadan, which was introduced through a cultural approach by Sunan Kalijaga. However, along with the times, the value and meaning of this tradition has shifted. This study examines the Kupatan Tradition from a folkloric perspective, with the aim of explaining (1) the origin of the Kupatan Tradition in Sumberejo Village, (2) the implementation of the Kupatan Tradition in Sumberejo Village, (3) the form and meaning of the equipment needed in the Kupatan Tradition in Sumberejo Village, (4) the function of the Kupatan Tradition in Sumberejo Village, (5) changes in the Kupatan Tradition in Sumberejo Village, (6) efforts to preserve the Kupatan Tradition. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this research with interview, observation, and documentation methods as data collection techniques. The results of the data are oral and written, with research instruments in the form of researchers, questionnaires, observation sheets, and supporting tools. The results showed that the Kupatan tradition in Sumberejo village is The Kupatan tradition in Sumberejo village is held at Watu Ulo Beach on the seventh day of the month of Syawal as an expression of gratitude. Its performance is divided into two parts, namely the slametan and the procession of gunungan and pegon. The Kupatan tradition has been transformed into a procession, influenced by globalisation and modernisation, but also supported by the efforts of the Jember Tourism and Culture Office, which has made this tradition part of the Watu Ulo Pegon event. This research shows that the kupatan tradition not only functions as a cultural symbol, but also as a projection system, a validation of cultural institutions, a means of education, a means of monitoring norms, a means of strengthening local identity and a tourist attraction. Therefore, there is a need for synergy between the government, community and educational institutions in preserving this tradition so that its original values are maintained amidst the dynamics of changing times.

This research examines the entrepreneurial competence of school principals and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the entrepreneurial competence of school principals at Muhammadiyah Limbung High School, Gowa Regency. With a descriptive qualitative approach, data is obtained from school principals and teachers through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the entrepreneurial competencies of school principals at Muhammadiyah Limbung High School, Gowa Regency include 1.) Creating innovation through extracurricular activities., 2.) Working hard to increase teacher capacity through training such as learning digitalization workshops and involving the community with the police, namely national dialogue to create an effective learning organization., 3.) Strong motivation in line with the school's vision and mission, participating in competency strengthening activities., 4.) Never giving up providing the best solutions with help, teachers, students, through new program initiatives such as activities positive., 5.) Having entrepreneurial instincts by mentoring entrepreneurial talents among students and teachers through the learning process. Supporting factors include support from school personnel, high work ethic, strong intentions, never giving up before taking action, daring to take risks. Pandangan Tiga Mahasiswa Calon Pendidik Terhadap Isu Child Grooming di Sekolah

Child Grooming di sekolah adalah masalah serius yang membahayakan keselamatan dan kesejahteraan siswa. Hal ini sering melibatkan guru atau pendidik yang memanipulasi hubungan emosional untuk mengeksploitasi anak secara seksual atau dalam bentuk kekerasan lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pandangan mahasiswa calon guru mengenai masalah Child Grooming dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya hal tersebut di lingkungan sekolah. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner mengenai pemahaman mereka tentang grooming, faktor-faktor penyebabnya, hak siswa, dan kebijakan perlindungan anak di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memahami grooming sebagai tindakan manipulatif yang dapat merugikan kesejahteraan psikologis dan emosional siswa. Faktor utama yang berkontribusi pada grooming adalah kurangnya pengawasan, dinamika kekuasaan yang tidak sehat antara guru dan siswa, serta kurangnya pendidikan tentang perlindungan anak. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan etika untuk mencegah praktik grooming di sekolah.

This study aims to design a web-based digital system for managing incoming and outgoing letters at UPTD Kesmavet. The system is developed to improve administrative efficiency by enabling faster and more structured document recording, storage, and retrieval compared to manual methods. The research methodology includes direct observation, system requirements analysis, and implementation using web-based technology. The results indicate that the designed system effectively reduces the risk of document loss, enhances transparency, and facilitates letter management for users. Security features such as user authentication and access control help maintain data integrity and prevent unauthorized access. Overall, this system is expected to be an effective solution in improving productivity and administrative performance at UPTD Kesmavet.

TINGKAT PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL BEING PECANDU NARKOBA PASCA REHABILITASI DI BNN KABUPATEN CILACAP

This study aims to determine the level of psychological well being in drug addicts after completing the rehabilitation process at the BNN Cilacap Regency. This study uses a qualitative research design with a case study research type to determine the level of psychological well being of the research subjects. In this study, the researcher used 2 people who were selected as research subjects using a purposive sampling technique with individual characteristics as drug addicts who had completed rehabilitation. Data collection methods were in the form of interviews and observations. The results of the study showed that both subjects had good psychological well being on average after completing the rehabilitation process, this can be seen from the results of the study which showed that 6 aspects of the subject's psychological well being were at a high or good level. Although there is one aspect that is not yet optimal in one of the subjects.

Analisis Faktor Pemilihan Venue Panggung Budaya Taman Mini Indonesia Indah Pada Event Enhypen Encore Party

This study aims to determine the selection factors and strategy of Panggung Budaya as the selected venue for the ENHYPEN ENCORE PARTY event held at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. This study uses a qualitative method by interviewing five informants from Taman Mini Indonesia Indah, and using the SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, and Results) analysis tool. The SOAR analysis tool can help describe and compare current capabilities with capabilities that are desired to be developed in the future, from both internal and external aspects. The results of the study show that the Panggung Budaya venue has advantages in terms of capacity, cost, capability and flexibility of use. However, challenges are still found in additional infrastructure for events outside concerts and festivals. With the right strategy, this venue can be a leading venue for more diverse events in the future.

Pengembangan Kecerdasan Emosional dan Kecerdasan Spiritual dalam Pendidikan Karakter Siswa

Character education has become a major focus in global education systems, including in Indonesia, as a response to the challenges of globalization, technological advancements, and complex social changes. This study aims to explore the role of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence in shaping students' character, not only academically competent but also possessing integrity, empathy, and social awareness. Through a literature review and theoretical analysis, this research examines how these two aspects of intelligence can be integrated into the framework of character education. The findings indicate that emotional intelligence, which includes the ability to recognize, manage, and direct emotions, plays a crucial role in enhancing students' ability to manage conflicts, reduce mental stress, and build positive social relationships. Meanwhile, spiritual intelligence helps students understand the meaning of life, develop moral values, and build harmonious relationships with themselves, others, and God. The integration of these two aspects creates a strong foundation for shaping holistic student character. The main challenges in implementing character development programs are the lack of educators' understanding of the importance of emotional and spiritual intelligence, as well as limited resources and time. Therefore, this study recommends collaboration between schools, parents, and the community, as well as training for educators to create a learning environment that supports the comprehensive development of students' character
