Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keefektifan sistem whistleblowing yang diterapkan di PT JKL melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan empat partisipan yang merupakan perwakilan karyawan dari berbagai bagian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitas sistem whistleblowing meliputi kemudahan pelaporan, perlindungan identitas pelapor, budaya perusahaan yang mendukung kejujuran dan etika, serta dukungan dari pimpinan. Hambatan utama yang ditemukan dalam implementasi sistem ini adalah kurangnya sosialisasi mengenai mekanisme pelaporan, kekhawatiran akan kerahasiaan identitas, budaya kekeluargaan antar karyawan, dan rendahnya kepercayaan terhadap sistem. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan beberapa rekomendasi, seperti perlunya penyebaran informasi secara merata, penerapan sistem reward yang tepat, dan pembentukan budaya perusahaan yang etis. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan sistem whistleblowing di lingkungan kerja serta sebagai referensi untuk penelitian lebih lanjut di masa depan.
