Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), dan User Experience (UX) yang dimediasi oleh Trust terhadap penggunaan QRIS dalam meningkatkan efisiensi bisnis pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei yang disebarkan kepada 210 pelaku usaha UMKM di wilayah Jakarta. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 4 dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa ketiga variabel Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), dan User Experience (UX) yang dimediasi oleh Trust, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap business efficiency pada UMKM. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi QRIS dalam konteks UMKM, serta pentingnya peran Trust dalam meningkatkan efisiensi bisnis melalui teknologi pembayaran digital.
