Integrasi Corporate Governance dan Manajemen Organisasi dalam Meningkatkan Keberlanjutan Ekonomi Program Pembinaan Pemuda pada Organisasi Non-Profit Berbasis Komunitas

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi Corporate Governance dan manajemen organisasi dalam meningkatkan keberlanjutan ekonomi program pembinaan pemuda pada organisasi non-profit berbasis komunitas. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan literature review konseptual dengan menelaah berbagai teori dan temuan empiris terkait tata kelola organisasi, manajemen non-profit, serta perspektif ekonomi organisasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip Corporate Governance seperti transparansi, akuntabilitas, tanggung jawab, independensi, dan keadilan yang diintegrasikan dengan fungsi manajemen (perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian) berkontribusi signifikan terhadap efektivitas program dan efisiensi pengelolaan sumber daya. Integrasi tersebut memperkuat legitimasi organisasi, meningkatkan kepercayaan pemangku kepentingan, serta mendorong keberlanjutan ekonomi jangka panjang melalui penciptaan nilai sosial dan pengembangan human capital. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini menawarkan kerangka konseptual yang menghubungkan tata kelola, manajemen organisasi, dan keberlanjutan ekonomi dalam konteks organisasi non-profit berbasis komunitas. Secara praktis, kajian ini memberikan implikasi manajerial bagi penguatan tata kelola dan sistem manajemen organisasi dalam menjaga keberlanjutan program pembinaan pemuda.
