PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN PERKEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA PUSAT PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN PEGAWAI KEMENTERIAN PENDIDIKAN, KEBUDAYAAN, RISET DAN TEKNOLOGI KOTA DEPOK

. The purpose of this study was to determine the significant influence between Training and Career Development on Employee Performance at the Employee Training Center of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. This research method used a quantitative method approach with saturated sampling, so that the entire population of 69 employees was used as a research sample. Data analysis techniques in this study used validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, t-tests and F-tests (simultaneous). The results of this study are (1) partially there is a significant influence between Training on Employee Performance at the Employee Training Center of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of Depok City, this is proven by the regression equation Y = 19.966 + 0.487 X1 and t count > t table (6.441 > 1.668) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 (2) Partially there is a significant influence between career development on Employee Performance at the Employee Training Center of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of Depok City, this is proven by the regression equation Y = 20.463 + 0.488 X2 and, the t count value is 6.222 > t table 1.668 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) Simultaneously, there is a significant influence between training and career development on employee performance at the Ministry of Education and Culture's Employee Training Center, this is proven by the multiple linear regression equation which is Y = 0.935 + 0.487 X1 + 0.488 X2 and the correlation coefficient value is 0.866. So it can be seen that the correlation coefficient value is included in the interval 0.80 - 0.1000 with the level of relationship between the variables Training (X1) and Career Development (X2) having a strong and significant level of relationship on employee performance (Y). So it is concluded that the training and career development variables have an effect on the employee performance variable at the Ministry of Education and Culture's Employee Training Center.
