The research is motivated by the rapid growth of the modern coffee industry and the changing behavior of young consumers who tend to prefer innovative and diverse products. This study employs a quantitative approach with an associative research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that product variation has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a significance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05 and a coefficient of determination of 0.470. This means that product variation explains 47% of purchasing decisions, while the remaining is influenced by other variables outside the model. These findings suggest that greater product diversity increases consumers’ likelihood to make purchases. Namun proses operasional L/C pada PT Bank X masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, terutama terkait aktivitas manual, beban kerja, kecepatan proses, serta risiko kesalahan dokumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis alur operasional L/C secara menyeluruh, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan inefisiensi, serta merumuskan strategi optimalisasi melalui pendekatan <em>Business Process Managem</em>ent (BPM) dan digitalisasi proses. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui keusioner mendalam, observasi langsung, serta analisis dokumentasi internal bank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hambatan pada tahapan verifikasi dokumen, beban kerja, serta proses otorisasi yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Selain itu, penggunaan sistem yang tidak terintegrasi menyebabkan tingginya waktu tunggu dan risiko kesalahan. Melalui proses pemetaan dan analisis operasional, penelitian ini mengusulkan strategi digitalisasi seperti otomasi pemeriksaan dokumen, integrasi sistem lintas unit kerja, penerapan alur kerja otomatis, serta pemanfaatan OCR berbasis AI atau <em>machine learning</em> dan RPA untuk mengurangi kesalahan dan mempercepat turn around time (TAT). Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah persaingan ketat antar penyedia jasa transportasi online yang menuntut perusahaan memahami faktor-faktor penentu loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner kepada 397 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel merek, kualitas layanan, dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Di antara ketiga variabel tersebut, kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hal ini ditunjukkan melalui hasil uji t dan uji F serta nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 64,9%, yang berarti ketiga variabel tersebut menjelaskan loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 64,9%, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk for the period 2014–2024, as measured by liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios. The research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data used are secondary data obtained from the company’s annual financial reports published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis technique used in this study is financial ratio analysis, which includes the current ratio, quick ratio, cash ratio, debt to equity ratio, debt to asset ratio, long-term debt to equity ratio, return on assets, return on equity, and net profit margin. The results show that, in terms of liquidity, the current ratio is 322.02%, the quick ratio is 153.57%, and the cash ratio is 70.06%. Based on the Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 740/KMK.00/1989, these results indicate that the company’s liquidity condition is very healthy. In terms of solvency, the debt to equity ratio is 62.32%, the debt to asset ratio is 35.73%, and the long-term debt to equity ratio is 7.18%, all of which indicate an unhealthy condition, as the values are below 100%. The research adopts a quantitative design implemented through a survey, where primary data were obtained via questionnaires administered to 100 respondents with prior experience using the product. Data processing was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The empirical results indicate that, on a partial basis, brand ambassador and brand image do not exert a significant influence on purchasing decisions, implying that consumers do not primarily rely on brand representation or perceived image when making purchase choices. Conversely, product quality demonstrates a positive and significant effect, reflecting that functional value and performance play a central role in meeting consumers’ skincare expectations. When considered simultaneously, the three variables account for 59.9% of the variation in purchasing decisions. These findings underscore the strategic importance of consistently maintaining product quality to enhance competitive positioning in the market. This research employs a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique and panel data analysis using E-Views 13, accompanied by classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination test. The sample consists of five mining sub-sector companies. The partial test (t-test) results show that inflation (X1) has no significant effect on stock prices (Y), with a probability value of 0.9051 &gt; 0.05. Similarly, the exchange rate (X2) has no significant effect on stock prices (Y) with a probability value of 0.8767 &gt; 0.05, and the interest rate (X3) also has no significant effect on stock prices (Y) with a probability value of 0.6511 &gt; 0.05. The simultaneous test (F-test) also indicates an insignificant result with an F-probability value of 0.367572 (&gt;0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.1368 indicates that only 13.68% of the variation in stock prices can be explained by the three variables, while 86.32% is influenced by other factors outside the model. This research employs a quantitative comparative approach using secondary data in the form of audited annual financial statements. The analysis includes Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), which are tested using normality, homogeneity, and Independent Sample t-test with the assistance of SPSS. The results indicate that there are significant differences in CR and DAR, while no significant difference is found in ROA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk jasa dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Bimbel Joya di Komplek Kahuripan Bogor Kualitas produk jasa, yang mencakup kurikulum, materi ajar, dan metode pengajaran, serta kualitas pelayanan, yang meliputi interaksi pengajar-siswa, responsivitas, dan fasilitas, diyakini memiliki peran signifikan dalam membentuk kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory survey. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen Bimbel Joya di Komplek Kahuripan Bogor pada tahun 2023, berjumlah 615 konsumen. Sampel diambil menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%, menghasilkan 86 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk jasa secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (&lt; 0,05) dan nilai t-hitung 19,764 (&gt; t-tabel 1,98896). Demikian pula, kualitas pelayanan secara parsial juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (&lt; 0,05) dan nilai t-hitung 30,378 (&gt; t-tabel 1,98896). Lebih lanjut, kualitas produk jasa dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 (&lt; 0,05) dan nilai F-hitung 502,503 (&gt; F-tabel 3,11). This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction at Rumiko Cafe in Tangerang Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is an associative quantitative method. The population in this study consists of Rumiko Cafe customers, with a total of 99 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and processed using SPSS Version 25. The tests conducted include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple and multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis tests (t-test and F-test). The results show that Service Quality and Price have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The multiple regression equation obtained is Y = 4.315 + 0.494X1 + 0.324X2. The correlation coefficient (r) value of 0.866 indicates a very strong relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.751 indicates that 75.1% of the variation in Customer Satisfaction can be explained by Service Quality and Price, while the remaining 24.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model. The research used a quantitative associative approach with a saturated sample of 31 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination with SPSS. The results show that work discipline and communication skills have a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance. The population in this research are consumers of TONI PUTRA's red brick owned by Mr. Antonius Gebang located in the Wailiti sub-district, Alok Barat District. The sample in this research is 96 people. The technique used in this study is the Random Sampling Technique. This research uses descriptive method and quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the influence of the independent variable product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, which means that h1 is accepted and h0 is rejected. Based on the results of simple linear regression calculations, it is obtained Purchase Decision = 6.199 + 0.417 (Product Quality). Testing the hypothesis from the calculation of the t test results obtained t count&gt; t table 9.641&gt; 1.6601, which means that h0 is rejected and h1 is accepted. This research was conducted to determine the company’s ability to meet short-term obligations and generate profits under fluctuating economic conditions. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data used are secondary data obtained from the company’s annual financial statements through documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis through financial ratios, including Current Ratio (CR) and Quick Ratio (QR) for liquidity, as well as Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) for profitability. The results show that the company’s liquidity condition, as measured by CR, is generally in a good category because it is above the standard, although it fluctuates over time. However, the QR indicates that in several periods the company’s ability to meet short-term obligations without relying on inventory is still less optimal. The research is based on the crucial role of banking financial performance in maintaining national financial stability, especially during the post-pandemic recovery period. A descriptive quantitative approach with an associative analysis method was employed to examine the relationships among variables using numerical data from banking financial ratios. Multiple linear regression analysis was applied to five independent variables Current Ratio (CR), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), Profit margin (PM), Return on Equity (ROE), and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) with Return on Assets (ROA) as the dependent variable. The findings show that BOPO has a significant negative effect on ROA, while PM, ROE, and DAR have significant positive effects, and CR shows no significant effect. These results indicate that operational efficiency, profitability, and leverage are the dominant factors influencing banking financial performance. The capital market plays a strategic role in the economy as a means of investment and capital accumulation, making the IHSG a key indicator of a country’s economic condition. The variables in this study consist of money supply (M2) and interest rates as independent variables, and the IHSG as the dependent variable. This study employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis with EViews 12 software.The partial results indicate that money supply has a positive and significant effect on the IHSG, with a t-statistic value of 8.7332 and a probability value of 0.0000 &lt; 0.05. Meanwhile, interest rates have a negative but not significant effect on the IHSG, with a t-statistic value of 1.156 and a probability value of 0.2628 &gt; 0.05. Simultaneously, money supply and interest rates have a significant effect on the IHSG, as indicated by an F-statistic value of 120.1064 &gt; F-table 3.55 and a probability value of 0.0000 &lt; 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.9302, indicating that 93.02% of the variation in the IHSG can be explained by these two variables, while the remaining is influenced by other factors outside the model.These findings indicate that money supply has a more dominant influence than interest rates in affecting the movement of the IHSG in Indonesia. This study used a quantitative approach with a causal-associative design. The study population included farmers in Bontomanai, Benteng, and Buki Districts, with the sample determined through purposive sampling technique based on the criteria of farming households with school-age children. Data collection was conducted using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire, while data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results showed that positive psychological capital and growth mindset had a positive and significant effect on individual well-being and household educational consumption expenditure patterns. In addition, individual well-being was proven to have a significant effect on educational consumption expenditure patterns and acted as a mediating variable in the relationship between positive psychological capital and growth mindset and educational consumption expenditure patterns. The research adopts a qualitative approach through literature review and comparative analysis of financial data from international institutions such as the IMF and the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB). The findings reveal that Islamic banking contributes to reducing systemic risk by promoting asset-backed financing and ethical investment principles. Adanya perubahan gaya hidup terhadap kendaraan bermotor roda dua menyebabkan meningkatnya minat beli <em>scooter matic</em> di Indonesia. Vespa Piaggio <em>matic</em> merupakan salah satu <em>trend center scooter matic </em>di Indonesia meskipun harga jual yang dibanderol cukup tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi harga dan gaya hidup terhadap minat beli konsumen Vespa Piaggio Matic di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan hasil uji validitas &lt;0.05. Diperoleh 82 responden dari komunitas <em>Modern Vespa</em> Malang. Analisis data secara deskriptif dan analitik dilakukan menggunakan uji Spearman dan regresi linier berganda. Nilai signifikansi dari hasil analisis variable persepsi harga adalah 0.000 (p&lt;0.05) dan gaya hidup 0.000 (p&lt;0.05) terhadap minat beli. Model prediksi nilai yang diperoleh adalah Y=-0,048 + 0,856 (persepsi harga) + 0,184 (gaya hidup). Koefisien determinasi pada penelitian ini yaitu 0,959 atau 95,9%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh persepsi harga dan gaya hidup terhadap minat beli yaitu sebesar 95,9% sedangkan sisanya 4,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara persepsi harga dan gaya hidup terhadap minat beli konsumen Vespa Piaggio <em>Matic</em> di Kota Malang. Oleh karena itu, disarankan melakukan studi mendalam untuk memahami bagaimana konsumen di Kota Malang mempersepsikan harga Vespa <em>matic</em>. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses saturated samples of 83 respondents. Data analysis techniques use data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests. The results of the analysis show: Work motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance with a simple linear regression equation Y = 4.171 + 0.868X1. The correlation coefficient value of 0.900 and the determination coefficient of 81% means it has a very strong level of relationship. This is proven by the hypothesis test obtained t count&gt; t table (18.572&gt; 1.990) and strengthened by a significant value &lt;0.05 (000&lt;0.05). Work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance with a simple linear regression equation Y = 1.832 + 0.927X2. The correlation coefficient value of 0.943 and the determination coefficient of 88.8% means that it has a very strong level of relationship. This is proven by the hypothesis test which obtained tcount &gt; ttable (25.390 &gt; 1.990) and is strengthened by a significant value of &lt;0.05 (000 &lt;0.05).</em> <em>The results of the study showed that work motivation and work discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance with a multiple regression equation of Y = 1,486 + 0.181X1 + 0.756X2. The correlation value of 0.945 and the coefficient of determination of 89.1% means that employee performance is influenced by work motivation and work discipline 89.1% while the remaining 10.9% is influenced by other factors. This study uses a quantitative method. The population in this study was 592 buyers in 2023-2024. Sampling was taken using random sampling techniques or probability sampling with the Slovin theory method so that a sample of 86 respondents was obtained. The sample data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression techniques, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient, and hypothesis. The results of the study obtained partially (t-test) concluded that influencer marketing had a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest with a calculated t value &gt; t table or (1.994 &gt; 1.988) and a ρ value &lt; Sig. 0.050 or (0.000 &lt; 0.050). Content marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase intention, with a calculated t-value &gt; t-table (2.871 &gt; 1.988) and a ρ value &lt; Sig. 0.050 (0.000 &lt; 0.050). Using a quantitative associative method with 68 respondents and multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, indicated by a t-value of 7.376, while job training also has a significant effect with a t-value of 3.556, both exceeding the t-table value of 1.997. Simultaneously, work motivation and job training significantly affect employee performance, as demonstrated by an F-value of 31.263 &gt; F-table 3.14 with a significance level of 0.000. The R Square value of 0.490 indicates that both variables contribute 49% to employee performance, while the remaining 51% is influenced by other factors outside this study. The rapid development of financial technology has significantly transformed payment systems, especially among university students as digital natives. This research applies a quantitative approach using a survey method with 52 student respondents. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results show that students demonstrate a high level of usage of digital payments, mainly influenced by convenience, speed, and accessibility. However, psychological dependency is categorized as moderate. These findings indicate that although digital payment usage is high, dependency is not yet critical. This research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the company’s financial statements over a ten-year period of observation. The population in this study consists of all company financial reports, while the sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test) with the assistance of SPSS version 25 software. The results show that partially, EPS has no significant effect on stock price, as indicated by a significance value of 0.387 &gt; 0.05 and a t-value of 0.922 &lt; t-table value of 2.36462. Dividend Policy also has no significant effect on stock price with a significance value of 0.353 &gt; 0.05 and a t-value of -0.994 &lt; t-table value of 2.36462. Simultaneously, EPS and Dividend Policy do not have a significant effect on stock price, as shown by an F-value of 0.848 &lt; F-table value of 4.74 and a significance value of 0.468 &gt; 0.05. To investigate the connections between the variables, the study uses a quantitative method using an associative approach. Of the 161 employees in the study population, 113 were chosen as the sample. The findings indicate that competency, training, and HR development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially as shown through the t-test and simultaneously through the F-test. These results suggest that improving the quality of human resources through strengthening knowledge, understanding, technical skills, and hands-on training supports the optimization of work quantity, work quality, and employee collaboration in carrying out educational duties. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the company’s annual financial reports published officially.The results indicate that the company’s liquidity ratio is generally in good condition, although it experienced a decline in 2020 due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The solvency ratio shows a relatively stable trend, with an increase in debt ratio during the pandemic period, followed by improvement in the subsequent years. Meanwhile, profitability ratios tend to fluctuate, with a significant decrease in 2020 and gradual recovery during 2021–2023.These findings suggest that PT Astra Otoparts Tbk has the ability to maintain its financial stability despite external economic pressures. Results indicate five of eight ratios show significant differences (p&lt;0.05) with Sampoerna outperforming on quick ratio (t=-5.679; p=0.000), inventory turnover (t=-12.216; p=0.000), total asset turnover (t=-11.569; p=0.000), return on asset (U=4.000; p=0.001), and return on equity (t=-6.227; p=0.000), while current ratio (U=39.000; p=0.405), debt to asset ratio (t=0.023; p=0.982), and debt to equity ratio (t=-0.407; p=0.689) exhibit no significant differences, reflecting similar conservative capital structures in tobacco industry. This study employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to customers of Samara Beauty Care Clinic and analyzed using SPSS. The results of simple linear regression analysis indicate that social media has a positive effect on customer trust with the regression equation </em><em>, while online reviews also have a positive effect with the regression equation </em><em>. The t-test results show that social media has a significance value of 0.003 and online reviews have a significance value of 0.000, indicating that both independent variables have a significant partial effect on customer trust. Furthermore, the multiple linear regression analysis produces the regression equation </em><em>. The simultaneous test (F-test) shows a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05, indicating that social media and online reviews simultaneously have a significant effect on customer trust. The coefficient of determination test shows an R Square value of 84.1%, meaning that social media and online reviews explain 84.1% of the variation in customer trust, while the remaining 15.9% is influenced by other factors outside this study. This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and physical work environment on employee performance at PT Mentari Books Store Branch Meruya Utara, West Jakarta. The research used a quantitative associative approach with saturated sampling involving 70 employees. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS 27 through validity, reliability, classical assumption, simple regression, multiple regression, correlation, determination, t-test, and F-test procedures. The findings indicate that work discipline has a strong and significant relationship with employee performance, while the physical work environment also contributes positively to employee performance. Simultaneously, work discipline and physical work environment explain 81.7% of the variation in employee performance, indicating a strong combined effect. Riba secara etimologis berarti tambahan, perkembangan, pembesaran, dan peningkatan, sedangkan secara terminologis merupakan tambahan yang disyaratkan dalam transaksi utang-piutang tanpa kegiatan bisnis riil yang menimbulkan eksploitasi. Fikih muamalah menawarkan alternatif transaksi bebas riba seperti murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah, dan ijarah. Moderasi beragama memberikan pendekatan yang seimbang dalam memahami larangan riba dengan mempertimbangkan aspek kemaslahatan dan konteks ekonomi modern tanpa meninggalkan prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam bersama pemilik usaha, konsumen, serta wakil dari Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Garut, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran digital telah diimplementasikan melalui media sosial dan aplikasi perpesanan instan sebagai sarana promosi dan interaksi dengan konsumen, meskipun pengelolaannya masih bersifat sederhana dan belum terstruktur secara sistematis. Informasi produk yang disampaikan melalui media digital berperan sebagai gambaran awal bagi konsumen, namun belum mencakup secara menyeluruh sehingga konsumen cenderung melanjutkan komunikasi untuk mendapatkan klarifikasi terkait kualitas produk, harga, ketersediaan, serta perkiraan waktu pengiriman. Proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian oleh konsumen tidak berlangsung secara langsung, melainkan melalui tahapan pencarian dan evaluasi informasi sebelum keputusan akhir ditetapkan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya pengukuran kinerja bank syariah yang tidak hanya menilai aspek profitabilitas, tetapi juga tingkat kepatuhan terhadap prinsip syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan kedua bank. Analisis dilakukan melalui pengukuran rasio <em>sharia conformity</em> (Islamic Investment Ratio, Islamic Income Ratio, dan Profit Sharing Ratio) serta rasio profitabilitas (ROA, ROE, dan NPM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BSI memiliki tingkat profitabilitas yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan BCA Syariah, ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan konsisten pada rasio ROA, ROE, dan NPM. Namun, BCA Syariah menunjukkan tingkat kepatuhan syariah yang lebih baik dibandingkan BSI. Berdasarkan analisis SCnP, BSI secara konsisten berada pada kuadran <em>Lower Right Quadrant</em> (LRQ), yang mencerminkan profitabilitas tinggi namun kepatuhan syariah relatif lebih rendah. Sebaliknya, BCA Syariah berada pada kuadran <em>Upper Left Quadrant</em> (ULQ), yang menunjukkan kepatuhan syariah tinggi tetapi profitabilitas lebih rendah. However, without empirical evaluation, it is difficult to determine whether such policies achieve their intended outcomes. This study aims to examine how econometric approaches can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of economic policies in a more measurable and objective manner. The research adopts a quantitative approach using secondary data derived from official economic statistics. The analysis applies econometric models, particularly panel data regression and causal inference techniques, to assess the impact of selected policies on key economic indicators such as growth, inflation, and unemployment. The findings suggest that econometric methods provide a systematic framework to identify the magnitude and direction of policy impacts, while also revealing potential biases and limitations in policy implementation. Furthermore, the results highlight that not all policies produce uniform effects across regions and time, emphasizing the importance of context in economic decision-making. The study implies that policymakers should rely more on data-driven evaluation to improve policy design and effectiveness. This research is motivated by the importance of human resource management that emphasizes not only productivity but also moral and spiritual values derived from Islamic teachings. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach through literature review, examining various concepts of Sharia-based HRM, including the recruitment, selection, employment agreements, and performance evaluation processes. The results indicate that the implementation of Sharia-based HRM can improve employee quality by integrating the values of honesty, trustworthiness, fairness, and professionalism into every management process. Furthermore, an objective recruitment and selection system, accompanied by fair and transparent employment contracts, contributes to the creation of a conducive work environment. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique totaling 45 respondents. Data analysis includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing.The results showed that partially, work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the t-count &lt; t-table value of (-0.144 &lt; 1.681) with a significance value of 0.886 &gt; 0.05. Meanwhile, the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count &gt; t-table value of (5.707 &gt; 1.681) and a significance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05. Simultaneously, work discipline and physical work environment have a significant effect on employee performance with an F-count &gt; F-table value of (59.604 &gt; 3.220) and a significance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05. This is supported by the regression equation Y = 5.899 - 0.023X1 + 0.880X2. Didi Kalibrasi Indonesia in South Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 57 respondents. The data analysis methods used in this study include instrument tests consisting of validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests, which consist of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing consisting of partial t-tests and simultaneous F-tests.</em> <em>The results showed that Work Discipline had an effect on employee performance with a t-value greater than the t-table (8.083 &gt; 1.674) and a significance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05. Job Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-value greater than the t-table (7.397 &gt; 1.674) and a significance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05. Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction together had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an F-value greater than the F-table (43.565 &gt; 3.168) and a significance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05. The population in this study was 121 employees of PT Woolu Aksara Maya In South Jakarta. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 55 respondents who were considered representative of the population. The data obtained were then analyzed using several statistical analysis techniques, including descriptive statistical analysis, quantitative analysis, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing through t-test and F-test. The entire data processing process was carried out using the SPSS 27 program. The results of the study indicate that partially the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.001 (&lt;0.05). The work motivation variable is also proven to have a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.005 (&lt;0.05). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results show that human resource management at PPSDM Migas is implemented systematically through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating training. There are different approaches between training for ASN and training for industry. ASN training is more structured following government regulations, while industrial training is more flexible and tailored to specific company needs through cooperation mechanisms such as Cooperation Agreements and tailor-made training. The application of the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) serves as the main framework in training development. Factors influencing training effectiveness include material quality, instructor competence, learning methods, facility support, and post-training evaluation. This study aims to analyze competency development strategies in an effort to increase employee work productivity at the TEFA Excellent 1 Workshop Tangerang, identify factors influencing the development process, and formulate an effective strategic design optimization. The urgency of this research lies in the importance of human resource adaptation to electrical and digital systems to mitigate operational hurdles that impact service efficiency.The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data analysis was conducted systematically through Thematic Analysis following the six-phase protocol by Braun and Clarke, including data familiarization, coding, and definitive theme mapping. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the owner, manager, and mechanics, and validated using source triangulation techniques and technical documentation to ensure the credibility and objectivity of field findings.The research results identified three main findings: (1) Competency development strategies are focused on strengthening mechanics’ digital literacy through the use of diagnostic tools (scanners) and specialization in electrical systems to accelerate the repair process; (2) The development process is influenced by internal factors such as technology adaptation motivation and external factors such as facility support and the culture of knowledge sharing (mentoring) among peers; and (3) Strategic optimization is achieved through the integration of technical expertise with educative communication competencies capable of accelerating customer decision-making. This study concludes that a significant increase in work productivity is determined by the HR’s ability to combine digital technical precision with service communication effectiveness. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by systematically reviewing and selecting 10 relevant national scientific articles related to double burden, work-family conflict, and flexible working systems published between 2021–2026. The collected data were analyzed using a thematic analysis approach to identify major themes related to work flexibility, domestic responsibilities, organizational support, and work-life balance. The results of this study provides an overview of the dynamics of women’s double burden within flexible working systems by showing that WFH and hybrid working do not always create work-life balance, but can also increase work-family conflict, psychological pressure, and the blurring boundaries between work and personal life. This study also strengthens discussions regarding the influence of work digitalization on the changing patterns of women workers’ double burden in the modern work environment. In addition, less adaptive organizational policies and limited support further intensify the complexity of the double burden. These findings indicate that without proper management, flexible work arrangements may become a new source of pressure. Berdasarkan Survei Nasional Literasi dan Inklusi Keuangan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan tahun 2025, indeks literasi keuangan kelompok usia 15-17 tahun hanya mencapai 51,68%, jauh di bawah rata-rata nasional sebesar 66,46%. Generasi ini akan mendominasi angkatan kerja dalam dekade mendatang, namun rendahnya literasi keuangan menyebabkan perilaku konsumtif seperti doom spending dan meningkatnya penggunaan paylater. Pembelajaran akuntansi memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan literasi keuangan karena materi akuntansi seperti pencatatan transaksi, analisis arus kas, dan penganggaran berkaitan langsung dengan pengelolaan keuangan pribadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi peningkatan literasi keuangan pada Generasi Z melalui pembelajaran akuntansi. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data berasal dari 35 artikel jurnal ilmiah terindeks (SINTA dan Scopus), buku teks, serta laporan resmi OJK dan OECD dalam kurun waktu 2020-2025. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima strategi utama yang efektif: integrasi materi literasi keuangan ke dalam kurikulum akuntansi; penggunaan studi kasus berbasis fenomena ekonomi terkini; proyek simulasi investasi dan perencanaan keuangan personal; pemanfaatan teknologi dan aplikasi keuangan digital; serta penguatan kompetensi guru akuntansi melalui pelatihan. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis of marketing strategies in this study uses the STP approach (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) and the 7P service marketing mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence). The results of the study indicate that Ikan Bakar Pak Tiar Restaurant has implemented marketing strategies quite effectively. In terms of the STP strategy, the business conducts market segmentation based on geographic, demographic, and consumer behavior aspects, targets the general public and seafood culinary enthusiasts, and builds a positioning as a grilled fish restaurant with the distinctive culinary taste of Idi Rayeuk and affordable prices. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan uji F dengan bantuan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tukar rupiah secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap return saham dengan nilai t hitung -2,545 dan signifikansi 0,038. Suku bunga secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham dengan nilai t hitung 0,403 dan signifikansi 0,699. Secara simultan, nilai tukar rupiah dan suku bunga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham dengan nilai F hitung 3,319 dan signifikansi 0,097. The research method uses a quantitative approach with simple and multiple linear regression techniques. The research sample consisted of 50 employees taken using the total sampling (saturated sampling) method, so the entire population was used as respondents. The hypothesis test results show that workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance with a t-value (-4.178) &gt; t-table (2.011) and a significance level of p = 0.000. The simple regression equation obtained is Y = 31.418 − 0.218X with an R Square value of 0.267, which means workload explains 26.7% of performance variation. Burnout also has a negative and significant effect on performance with a t-value (-4.499) &gt; t-table (2.011) and a significance level of p = 0.000. The simple regression equation obtained is Y = 30.397 − 0.214X with an R Square value of 0.297, meaning burnout explains 29.7% of performance variation. Simultaneously, workload and burnout have a negative and significant effect on employee performance with an F-value (20.050) &gt; F-table (3.195) and a significance level of p = 0.000. The multiple regression equation obtained is Y = 34.268 − 0.175X₁ − 0.177X₂ with an R Square value of 0.460, which means both variables can explain 46.0% of employee performance variation. These findings confirm that reducing workload and burnout has a real impact on improving employee performance. This research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, with a total population as well as a sample of 57 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using instrument testing, descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, statistical tests, and hypothesis testing with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results of the study indicate that training and HR competencies have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The t-value for the training variable is 2.616, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.004, with a significance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05. This demonstrates that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the t-value for the HR competency variable is 4.363, which is also greater than the t-table value of 2.004, with a significance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05, indicating a positive and significant effect of HR competencies on employee performance. Simultaneously, training and HR competencies have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as reflected in the regression equation<strong> Y = 6.331 + 0.318(X₁) + 0.531(X₂).</strong> The correlation coefficient (R) is 0.896, indicating a very strong relationship between training and HR competencies and employee performance. The coefficient of determination and the F-test results show that the calculated F-value is greater than the F-table value (108.521 &gt; 3.170), supported by a significance value of less than 0.05 (0.000 &lt; 0.05). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan kawat bulu sebagai strategi diferensiasi produk dalam industri kerajinan tangan guna meningkatkan daya saing di pasar global. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur (literature review) terhadap artikel jurnal, buku akademik, dan publikasi ilmiah yang relevan dengan topik industri kreatif, inovasi material, dan diferensiasi produk. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kawat bulu memiliki potensi estetika dan fungsional yang tinggi, seperti fleksibilitas bentuk, tekstur unik, serta kemampuan menciptakan desain yang inovatif dan bernilai seni. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants in this study consist of company management and employees from various departments, selected purposively based on their involvement and understanding of the compensation system and work discipline. The data analysis technique used in this study refers to the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The collected data were analyzed in depth to identify patterns, meanings, and the relationship between employees’ perceptions of compensation and their level of work discipline. The results of the study indicate that employees’ perceptions of the compensation system at PT Ioni Jaya vary. Some employees perceive that the compensation system is not fully fair and transparent, particularly in terms of salary, allowances, and incentives. This condition affects employees’ work motivation and has an impact on their level of discipline, such as lateness and inconsistent attendance. On the other hand, employees who have a positive perception of compensation tend to demonstrate better work discipline. This study concludes that the compensation system plays a significant role in shaping employees’ work discipline. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. All data used are secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of PT Semen Baturaja (persero) Tbk, namely the financial position report and profit and loss report that are officially published. Data analysis techniques used are starting from the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, the feasibility test of the F test model, to the partial t test, with the help of E-views software. The results of the study indicate that PBV is proven to have a significant effect on stock prices, with a calculated t-value of 42.33174 &gt; t-table of 2.447 and a significance level of 0.0000 which is far below the significance limit of 0.05. Conversely, EPS does not show a significant effect because it has a significance value of 0.1676. Similar results also occur in the company age variable which obtains a significance value of 0.6555. In other words, individually, only PBV is able to statistically explain stock price changes in this study. The calculated F-value of 934.8821 is proven to far exceed the F-table of 4.76, and the significance level is 0.000000. This finding indicates that PBV, EPS, and company age simultaneously have a significant influence on stock prices, although partially only PBV is dominant. The coefficient of determination is seen from the Adjusted R-squared value of 0.996798. This figure indicates that approximately 99.68% of stock price variations can be explained by the combination of these three variables. Fenomena penyebaran hoaks di media sosial menjadi tantangan serius bagi masyarakat modern, khususnya mahasiswa sebagai generasi digital yang aktif menggunakan teknologi informasi. Dalam konteks ini, nilai wara’ dipandang memiliki relevansi penting sebagai bentuk kehati-hatian dan kontrol moral dan tanggung jawab dalam menerima maupun menyebarkan informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan sosiologis untuk memahami perilaku mahasiswa dalam menghadapi arus informasi digital. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap mahasiswa FEBI IAIN Parepare, kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa FEBI IAIN Parepare telah menerapkan nilai wara’ melalui sikap tabayyun, verifikasi sumber informasi, serta kehati-hatian dalam menyebarkan berita di media sosial. Nilai wara’ berperan dalam membentuk perilaku kritis mahasiswa sehingga mereka lebih selektif terhadap informasi yang bersifat provokatif dan belum terverifikasi. Selain dipengaruhi oleh religiusitas, perilaku kritis mahasiswa juga dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan sosial dan budaya akademik kampus Islam yang menanamkan etika komunikasi digital. Namun demikian, implementasi nilai wara’ masih menghadapi tantangan berupa tingginya arus informasi digital, budaya komunikasi instan, dan pengaruh media sosial yang mendorong penyebaran informasi secara cepat tanpa proses verifikasi mendalam. The high demands for precision and workload in the public sector serve as the primary background for examining the factors that drive civil servant productivity. The research method used was quantitative with a descriptive and causal approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 328 respondents, employees of the Ministry of Environment. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) to test direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results showed that of the seven proposed hypotheses, five were accepted and two were rejected. Partially, Organizational Culture had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. Competence and Training were shown to have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, but not on Job Satisfaction. Furthermore, Job Satisfaction has been shown to have a significant positive influence on Employee Performance and acts as a mediating variable, particularly in the relationship between Organizational Culture and Performance. Interesting findings in this study indicate inequalities in compensation (Tukin) and workload, although overall employee performance remains in the very good category. The background of this study is based on the failure to achieve optimal realization of zakat potential despite the automatic zakat deduction policy being implemented. This study applies a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving BAZNAS managers and ASN as key informants. The results revealed that the policy has been implemented administratively through direct deductions from ASN salaries, but still faced obstacles related to limited socialization, lack of transparency, and varying levels of ASN trust in zakat management institutions. ASN's views on this policy tend to be positive although they are still influenced by factors of understanding, economic conditions, and levels of trust in zakat management institutions. This study aims to analyze the readiness and challenges of implementing Zakat Core Principles (ZCP) and Waqf Core Principles (WCP) in strengthening Islamic social finance management in Indonesia. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a library research approach, utilizing data from academic journals, books, regulations, and official documents related to zakat and waqf. The findings indicate that Indonesia has a relatively good level of readiness for implementing ZCP and WCP, supported by regulations, institutional frameworks, and the digitalization of zakat and waqf management. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including low public literacy, limited human resource capacity, suboptimal use of digital technology, and the need for stronger governance and supervision systems. The implementation of ZCP and WCP plays a strategic role in enhancing transparency, accountability, and effectiveness in managing zakat funds and waqf assets, while strengthening the contribution of Islamic social finance to economic development and social welfare. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used the rao purba formula, so that a sample of 96 respondents was obtained. While the primary data collection technique is through a questionnaire which is processed using the SPSS Version 27 application system. The data analysis method uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a coefficient of determination of 74.2% and the hypothesis test obtained t count&gt; t table or (16,457&gt; 1.98552) or a significance of 0.000 &lt;0.05. the effect of product quality and price simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation </em><em>Y = 2,680 + 0,240X1 + 0,623X2</em><em>. The research background is based on the urgency of optimizing Sharia-based fiscal and social instruments as solutions to poverty and economic inequality, which remain significant challenges in Indonesia. The research aims to analyze the contribution of zakat, infaq, sadaqah, and waqf (ZISWAF), as well as Islamic public finance instruments such as Sharia-based state budgets, toward community welfare indicators. The method employed is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach in Indonesia, reviewing secondary data from BAZNAS reports, the Ministry of Finance, and the Indonesian Waqf Board from 2018 to 2023. The results indicate that transparent and accountable management of Islamic public finance can reduce absolute poverty rates, while optimization of Islamic social finance through productive waqf and program-based zakat has been proven to improve the human development index in various regions of Indonesia. The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is 50 respondents with an associative approach, the sampling technique uses saturated sampling where all populations are used as samples in this study. Data analysis uses validity tests, realism tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of the analysis, the regression equation value Y = Y = 1.716 + 0.404X1 + 0.556X2 was obtained. It can be interpreted that the value of the leadership regression coefficient is positive which is 0.584 and the value of the competency regression coefficient value is positive which is 0.871. The value of the simultaneous determination coefficient or its influence contribution of 0.866 or 86.6% indicates that Leadership and Work Achievement simultaneously contribute 86.6% to Work Performance, while the remaining 13.4% is influenced by other factors. In the results of the partial test (t-test) the influence of leadership on employee work performance showed a T-&gt; Ttable value (4.986 &gt; 2.011) with a significance value of 0.00 &lt; 0.05 which means that leadership had an effect on employee work performance and the results of the partial test (t-test) of competence on employee work performance showed a T-&gt; Ttable value (12.259 &gt; 2.011) with a significance value of 0.00 &lt; 0.05 whose competence had an effect on employee work performance. The results of the simultaneous test (Test F) showed the value of Fcal &gt; Ftable (151.793 &gt; 3.20) with a significant value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05. This research method uses a quantitative research method with an associative method approach. The data collection method used is primary data and secondary data. The population in this study was 113 employees, the sampling technique used was slovin, namely 54 respondents. Data analysis used SPSS version 25 Data collection by questionnaire. The data analysis method uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, auto correlation test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, and hypothesis test. The results of the study show that: (1) Partial hypothesis testing of the organizational culture variable (X1) obtained a calculated t-value&gt; t-table (9.201&gt; 2.006) and a significance value of 0.000 &lt;0.05, meaning that Organizational Culture (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). (2) Partial hypothesis testing of the Job Satisfaction variable (X2) obtained a calculated t-value &gt; t-table (7.671 &gt; 2.006) and a significance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05, meaning that Job Satisfaction (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). (3) Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained a calculated f-value &gt; f-table (67,370 &gt; 3.18) and a significance value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05, it can be concluded that Organizational Culture (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y). The determination obtained R Square of (0.725) means that the variables of Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction together have a contribution of (72.5%) influence on Employee Performance. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan serta literatur yang relevan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perumda masih menggunakan SAK ETAP dalam penyusunan laporan keuangannya. Namun, setelah dilakukan penyusunan kembali berdasarkan SAK Entitas Privat, ditemukan beberapa perbedaan, antara lain pada terminologi laporan keuangan, struktur penyajian, fleksibilitas metode laporan arus kas, serta tingkat kelengkapan informasi. SAK Entitas Privat memberikan penyajian laporan keuangan yang lebih sistematis, relevan, dan informatif dibandingkan SAK ETAP. Meskipun demikian, dalam penelitian ini perusahaan masih menggunakan pendekatan biaya historis sehingga belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkan fleksibilitas yang ditawarkan oleh SAK Entitas Privat.
