<p><em>on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative approach by utilizing survey methods to collect data from the population or samples in the company. The sample uses saturated sampling, so all employees are sampled in this study. The analysis method in data processing is validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient testing, determination coefficient testing, hypothesis testing (f test and t test) using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that the workload value t count (1.464 <1.664). This is also strengthened by the ρ value > Sig. 0.05 or (0.147 > 0.05). Thus, H0 is accepted, this indicates that there is no significant influence partially between workload and employee performance. The value of the physical work environment t count (6.419>1.664). This is strengthened by the ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.00<0.05). Thus, H2 is accepted, this indicates that there is a partial significant influence between the physical work environment and employee performance. For the simultaneous test, F count = (74.206>2.33) is obtained, this is also strengthened by the ρ value <Sig. 0.05 or (0.00<0.05). <p><em>This study aims to analyze the effect of product variation on purchasing decisions among Generation Z consumers of Kopi Kenangan in Solo City. The research is motivated by the rapid growth of the modern coffee industry and the changing behavior of young consumers who tend to prefer innovative and diverse products. This study employs a quantitative approach with an associative research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that product variation has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a coefficient of determination of 0.470. This means that product variation explains 47% of purchasing decisions, while the remaining is influenced by other variables outside the model. These findings suggest that greater product diversity increases consumers’ likelihood to make purchases. <p><em>Letter of Credit</em> (L/C) merupakan instrumen pembayaran utama dalam perdagangan internasional yang menjamin keamanan transaksi antara eksportir dan importir. Namun proses operasional L/C pada PT Bank X masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, terutama terkait aktivitas manual, beban kerja, kecepatan proses, serta risiko kesalahan dokumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis alur operasional L/C secara menyeluruh, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan inefisiensi, serta merumuskan strategi optimalisasi melalui pendekatan <em>Business Process Managem</em>ent (BPM) dan digitalisasi proses. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui keusioner mendalam, observasi langsung, serta analisis dokumentasi internal bank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hambatan pada tahapan verifikasi dokumen, beban kerja, serta proses otorisasi yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Selain itu, penggunaan sistem yang tidak terintegrasi menyebabkan tingginya waktu tunggu dan risiko kesalahan. Melalui proses pemetaan dan analisis operasional, penelitian ini mengusulkan strategi digitalisasi seperti otomasi pemeriksaan dokumen, integrasi sistem lintas unit kerja, penerapan alur kerja otomatis, serta pemanfaatan OCR berbasis AI atau <em>machine learning</em> dan RPA untuk mengurangi kesalahan dan mempercepat turn around time (TAT). <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi konsumen terhadap merek, kualitas layanan, dan harga dalam membangun loyalitas pelanggan pada layanan transportasi online Maxim di Kota Pematangsiantar. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah persaingan ketat antar penyedia jasa transportasi online yang menuntut perusahaan memahami faktor-faktor penentu loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner kepada 397 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel merek, kualitas layanan, dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Di antara ketiga variabel tersebut, kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hal ini ditunjukkan melalui hasil uji t dan uji F serta nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 64,9%, yang berarti ketiga variabel tersebut menjelaskan loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 64,9%, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. <p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><em>. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk for the period 2014–2024, as measured by liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios. The research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data used are secondary data obtained from the company’s annual financial reports published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis technique used in this study is financial ratio analysis, which includes the current ratio, quick ratio, cash ratio, debt to equity ratio, debt to asset ratio, long-term debt to equity ratio, return on assets, return on equity, and net profit margin. The results show that, in terms of liquidity, the current ratio is 322.02%, the quick ratio is 153.57%, and the cash ratio is 70.06%. Based on the Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 740/KMK.00/1989, these results indicate that the company’s liquidity condition is very healthy. In terms of solvency, the debt to equity ratio is 62.32%, the debt to asset ratio is 35.73%, and the long-term debt to equity ratio is 7.18%, all of which indicate an unhealthy condition, as the values are below 100%. Meanwhile, from the profitability perspective, the return on assets is 21.26%, the return on equity is 32.71%, and the net profit margin is 10.31%, showing that the company’s profitability level is very healthy.</em></p> <p><em>Keywords: Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio, profitability ratio, Financial Performance </em></p> <p> </p>Andri IndrawanShelby Virby

<p><em>Amid intensifying competition in the beauty sector, this study investigates how brand ambassador, brand image, and product quality relate to purchasing decisions for Glad2Glow moisturizer products. The research adopts a quantitative design implemented through a survey, where primary data were obtained via questionnaires administered to 100 respondents with prior experience using the product. Data processing was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The empirical results indicate that, on a partial basis, brand ambassador and brand image do not exert a significant influence on purchasing decisions, implying that consumers do not primarily rely on brand representation or perceived image when making purchase choices. Conversely, product quality demonstrates a positive and significant effect, reflecting that functional value and performance play a central role in meeting consumers’ skincare expectations. When considered simultaneously, the three variables account for 59.9% of the variation in purchasing decisions. These findings underscore the strategic importance of consistently maintaining product quality to enhance competitive positioning in the market. Furthermore, the study suggests that while marketing elements such as brand ambassador and brand image remain relevant, greater emphasis should be placed on product-oriented improvements to better align with consumer priorities.</em></p>Intan Nur AlifahTri Ratna Pamikatsih

<p><em>This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, exchange rate, and interest rate on stock prices of mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2024 period. This research employs a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique and panel data analysis using E-Views 13, accompanied by classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination test. The sample consists of five mining sub-sector companies. The partial test (t-test) results show that inflation (X1) has no significant effect on stock prices (Y), with a probability value of 0.9051 > 0.05. Similarly, the exchange rate (X2) has no significant effect on stock prices (Y) with a probability value of 0.8767 > 0.05, and the interest rate (X3) also has no significant effect on stock prices (Y) with a probability value of 0.6511 > 0.05. The simultaneous test (F-test) also indicates an insignificant result with an F-probability value of 0.367572 (>0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.1368 indicates that only 13.68% of the variation in stock prices can be explained by the three variables, while 86.32% is influenced by other factors outside the model. It is concluded that stock price movements in the mining sector are more dominantly affected by external factors such as global commodity prices rather than domestic macroeconomic conditions.</em></p>Jannah AndiniDede Hendra

<p><em>This study aims to analyze the comparative financial performance of PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk and PT Summarecon Agung Tbk based on liquidity, profitability, and solvency ratios during the period 2015–2024. This research employs a quantitative comparative approach using secondary data in the form of audited annual financial statements. The analysis includes Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), which are tested using normality, homogeneity, and Independent Sample t-test with the assistance of SPSS. The results indicate that there are significant differences in CR and DAR, while no significant difference is found in ROA. <p>Dalam persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, kepuasan pelanggan menjadi faktor krusial bagi keberhasilan perusahaan, terutama di industri jasa pendidikan seperti bimbingan belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk jasa dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Bimbel Joya di Komplek Kahuripan Bogor Kualitas produk jasa, yang mencakup kurikulum, materi ajar, dan metode pengajaran, serta kualitas pelayanan, yang meliputi interaksi pengajar-siswa, responsivitas, dan fasilitas, diyakini memiliki peran signifikan dalam membentuk kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan explanatory survey. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen Bimbel Joya di Komplek Kahuripan Bogor pada tahun 2023, berjumlah 615 konsumen. Sampel diambil menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%, menghasilkan 86 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk jasa secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05) dan nilai t-hitung 19,764 (> t-tabel 1,98896). Demikian pula, kualitas pelayanan secara parsial juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05) dan nilai t-hitung 30,378 (> t-tabel 1,98896). Lebih lanjut, kualitas produk jasa dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05) dan nilai F-hitung 502,503 (> F-tabel 3,11). <p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><em>. This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction at Rumiko Cafe in Tangerang Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is an associative quantitative method. The population in this study consists of Rumiko Cafe customers, with a total of 99 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and processed using SPSS Version 25. The tests conducted include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple and multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis tests (t-test and F-test). The results show that Service Quality and Price have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The multiple regression equation obtained is Y = 4.315 + 0.494X1 + 0.324X2. The correlation coefficient (r) value of 0.866 indicates a very strong relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.751 indicates that 75.1% of the variation in Customer Satisfaction can be explained by Service Quality and Price, while the remaining 24.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model. Based on the simultaneous test, the calculated F value is greater than the table F value (144.482 > 3.09) with a significance value below 0.05, indicating that Service Quality and Price have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on Customer Satisfaction at Rumiko Cafe in Tangerang Regency.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><strong><em> Service Quality; Price; Customer Satisfaction.</em></strong></p>Muhamad AlfariziAsep Sulaeman

<p><em>This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and communication skills on employee performance at Sushigo Mall Central Park, West Jakarta. The research used a quantitative associative approach with a saturated sample of 31 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination with SPSS. The results show that work discipline and communication skills have a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance. <p><em>This research aims to determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions of red bricks in Wailiti, Alok Barat District. The population in this research are consumers of TONI PUTRA's red brick owned by Mr. Antonius Gebang located in the Wailiti sub-district, Alok Barat District. The sample in this research is 96 people. The technique used in this study is the Random Sampling Technique. This research uses descriptive method and quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the influence of the independent variable product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, which means that h1 is accepted and h0 is rejected. Based on the results of simple linear regression calculations, it is obtained Purchase Decision = 6.199 + 0.417 (Product Quality). Testing the hypothesis from the calculation of the t test results obtained t count> t table 9.641> 1.6601, which means that h0 is rejected and h1 is accepted. <p><em>This study aims to analyze and compare the liquidity and solvency ratios of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk and PT Kino Indonesia Tbk. The research employs a quantitative comparative approach using secondary data obtained from the companies’ financial statements for the period 2015–2024. The data analysis technique applied is financial ratio analysis, specifically the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The results indicate that PT Kino Indonesia Tbk has a better level of liquidity compared to PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk, while PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk shows a higher level of solvency. This study is expected to serve as a reference for investors in evaluating the financial performance of companies. <p><em>This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk based on liquidity and profitability ratios during the period 2015–2024. This research was conducted to determine the company’s ability to meet short-term obligations and generate profits under fluctuating economic conditions. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data used are secondary data obtained from the company’s annual financial statements through documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis through financial ratios, including Current Ratio (CR) and Quick Ratio (QR) for liquidity, as well as Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) for profitability. The results show that the company’s liquidity condition, as measured by CR, is generally in a good category because it is above the standard, although it fluctuates over time. However, the QR indicates that in several periods the company’s ability to meet short-term obligations without relying on inventory is still less optimal. Meanwhile, profitability ratios (ROA and ROE) show a declining trend during the observation period, indicating a decrease in the company’s effectiveness in generating profits from its assets and equity.</em></p>Yeyen SartikaPuji Muniarty

<p><em>This study aims to examine the effect of the work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on teachers’ job satisfaction. The population of this study consists of vocational high school teachers in Pondok Aren District, with a sample of 78 teachers. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using Microsoft Excel and SmartPLS version 4.1.1.6. The sampling technique applied in this study was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a significant effect on teachers’ job satisfaction. Meanwhile, work discipline does not have a significant effect on teachers’ job satisfaction. <p><em>The purpose of this study aims to investigate the effect of Training, Work Discipline, and Compensation on Job Satisfaction at the South Sukabumi Village Office. Using a Likert scale questionnaire, the study involved a sample of 62 respondents with the Non-Probability Sampling method and saturated sample technique. The results of multiple linear regression analysis in SPSS v.26 showed that Training had no effect while Work Discipline and Compensation had a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. <p><em>This study aims to analyze the influence of financial ratios on the financial performance of banking institutions listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2020–2024. The research is based on the crucial role of banking financial performance in maintaining national financial stability, especially during the post-pandemic recovery period. A descriptive quantitative approach with an associative analysis method was employed to examine the relationships among variables using numerical data from banking financial ratios. Multiple linear regression analysis was applied to five independent variables Current Ratio (CR), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), Profit margin (PM), Return on Equity (ROE), and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) with Return on Assets (ROA) as the dependent variable. The findings show that BOPO has a significant negative effect on ROA, while PM, ROE, and DAR have significant positive effects, and CR shows no significant effect. These results indicate that operational efficiency, profitability, and leverage are the dominant factors influencing banking financial performance. Future researchers are encouraged to include variables such as Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and bank size, as well as adopt panel regression or SEM methods for more comprehensive and in-depth results.</em></p>Putri Lutfiyatul KhasanahC. <p>This study aims to analyze the effect of money supply and interest rates on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) in Indonesia during the period 2005–2025. The capital market plays a strategic role in the economy as a means of investment and capital accumulation, making the IHSG a key indicator of a country’s economic condition. The variables in this study consist of money supply (M2) and interest rates as independent variables, and the IHSG as the dependent variable. This study employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis with EViews 12 software.The partial results indicate that money supply has a positive and significant effect on the IHSG, with a t-statistic value of 8.7332 and a probability value of 0.0000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, interest rates have a negative but not significant effect on the IHSG, with a t-statistic value of 1.156 and a probability value of 0.2628 > 0.05. Simultaneously, money supply and interest rates have a significant effect on the IHSG, as indicated by an F-statistic value of 120.1064 > F-table 3.55 and a probability value of 0.0000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.9302, indicating that 93.02% of the variation in the IHSG can be explained by these two variables, while the remaining is influenced by other factors outside the model.These findings indicate that money supply has a more dominant influence than interest rates in affecting the movement of the IHSG in Indonesia. <p><em>This study aims to examine the influence of positive psychological capital and growth mindset on individual well-being and educational consumption expenditure patterns in farming households in Selayar Islands Regency, both through direct and indirect influences. This study used a quantitative approach with a causal-associative design. The study population included farmers in Bontomanai, Benteng, and Buki Districts, with the sample determined through purposive sampling technique based on the criteria of farming households with school-age children. Data collection was conducted using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire, while data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results showed that positive psychological capital and growth mindset had a positive and significant effect on individual well-being and household educational consumption expenditure patterns. In addition, individual well-being was proven to have a significant effect on educational consumption expenditure patterns and acted as a mediating variable in the relationship between positive psychological capital and growth mindset and educational consumption expenditure patterns. <p><em>This study aims to evaluate the role of Islamic banking in strengthening global economic resilience after the financial crisis. The study emphasizes how the principles of risk-sharing, prohibition of speculative activities (gharar), and avoidance of interest (riba) in Islamic finance provide stability compared to the conventional interest-based system. The research adopts a qualitative approach through literature review and comparative analysis of financial data from international institutions such as the IMF and the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB). The findings reveal that Islamic banking contributes to reducing systemic risk by promoting asset-backed financing and ethical investment principles. Post-crisis recovery in several Muslim-majority countries shows that Sharia-based financial institutions maintain better liquidity and solvency ratios. <p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><em>. This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality (X1) and Location (X2) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) at Starbucks Supermall Karawaci. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction with the hypothesis test obtained a tcount value > ttable, namely (5.313 > 1.984) thus the hypothesis is accepted. Location has a significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction with the hypothesis test obtained a tcount value > ttable, namely (2.381> 1.984) thus the hypothesis is accepted. <p>Minat beli merupakan perilaku yang timbul sebagai respon terhadap objek yang menunjukkan harapan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian. Adanya perubahan gaya hidup terhadap kendaraan bermotor roda dua menyebabkan meningkatnya minat beli <em>scooter matic</em> di Indonesia. Vespa Piaggio <em>matic</em> merupakan salah satu <em>trend center scooter matic </em>di Indonesia meskipun harga jual yang dibanderol cukup tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi harga dan gaya hidup terhadap minat beli konsumen Vespa Piaggio Matic di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan hasil uji validitas <0.05. Diperoleh 82 responden dari komunitas <em>Modern Vespa</em> Malang. Analisis data secara deskriptif dan analitik dilakukan menggunakan uji Spearman dan regresi linier berganda. Nilai signifikansi dari hasil analisis variable persepsi harga adalah 0.000 (p<0.05) dan gaya hidup 0.000 (p<0.05) terhadap minat beli. Model prediksi nilai yang diperoleh adalah Y=-0,048 + 0,856 (persepsi harga) + 0,184 (gaya hidup). Koefisien determinasi pada penelitian ini yaitu 0,959 atau 95,9%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh persepsi harga dan gaya hidup terhadap minat beli yaitu sebesar 95,9% sedangkan sisanya 4,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara persepsi harga dan gaya hidup terhadap minat beli konsumen Vespa Piaggio <em>Matic</em> di Kota Malang. Oleh karena itu, disarankan melakukan studi mendalam untuk memahami bagaimana konsumen di Kota Malang mempersepsikan harga Vespa <em>matic</em>. <p><em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Mitra Koleksi Mandiri Tangerang Banten both partially and simultaneously. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique uses saturated samples of 83 respondents. Data analysis techniques use data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests. The results of the analysis show: Work motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance with a simple linear regression equation Y = 4.171 + 0.868X1. The correlation coefficient value of 0.900 and the determination coefficient of 81% means it has a very strong level of relationship. This is proven by the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table (18.572> 1.990) and strengthened by a significant value <0.05 (000<0.05). Work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance with a simple linear regression equation Y = 1.832 + 0.927X2. The correlation coefficient value of 0.943 and the determination coefficient of 88.8% means that it has a very strong level of relationship. This is proven by the hypothesis test which obtained tcount > ttable (25.390 > 1.990) and is strengthened by a significant value of <0.05 (000 <0.05).</em> <em>The results of the study showed that work motivation and work discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance with a multiple regression equation of Y = 1,486 + 0.181X1 + 0.756X2. The correlation value of 0.945 and the coefficient of determination of 89.1% means that employee performance is influenced by work motivation and work discipline 89.1% while the remaining 10.9% is influenced by other factors. This is proven by the hypothesis test obtained F count value > F table (335.184 > 3.11) and is strengthened by a significant value <0.05 (000 <0.05). <p><em>. </em><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of influencer marketing and content marketing on consumer purchasing interest both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative method. The population in this study was 592 buyers in 2023-2024. Sampling was taken using random sampling techniques or probability sampling with the Slovin theory method so that a sample of 86 respondents was obtained. The sample data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression techniques, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient, and hypothesis. The results of the study obtained partially (t-test) concluded that influencer marketing had a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest with a calculated t value > t table or (1.994 > 1.988) and a ρ value < Sig. 0.050 or (0.000 < 0.050). Content marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase intention, with a calculated t-value > t-table (2.871 > 1.988) and a ρ value < Sig. 0.050 (0.000 < 0.050). <p><em>This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and job training on employee performance at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, West Java Region Office. Using a quantitative associative method with 68 respondents and multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, indicated by a t-value of 7.376, while job training also has a significant effect with a t-value of 3.556, both exceeding the t-table value of 1.997. Simultaneously, work motivation and job training significantly affect employee performance, as demonstrated by an F-value of 31.263 > F-table 3.14 with a significance level of 0.000. The R Square value of 0.490 indicates that both variables contribute 49% to employee performance, while the remaining 51% is influenced by other factors outside this study. This study employed a qualitative method, employing in-depth interviews with owners, managers, and customers of the Bellagreen Skincare clinic in Tangerang. The results are expected to provide in-depth insights into successful marketing strategies and the challenges clinics face in meeting customer needs and expectations. These findings will contribute to the development of better marketing management practices and effective branding strategies in the beauty industry. <p>This study aims to analyze the level of student dependency on digital payment usage in daily transactions. The rapid development of financial technology has significantly transformed payment systems, especially among university students as digital natives. This research applies a quantitative approach using a survey method with 52 student respondents. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results show that students demonstrate a high level of usage of digital payments, mainly influenced by convenience, speed, and accessibility. However, psychological dependency is categorized as moderate. These findings indicate that although digital payment usage is high, dependency is not yet critical. <p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of Earning per Share (EPS) and Dividend Policy on the stock price of PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk for the 2014–2023 period. This research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the company’s financial statements over a ten-year period of observation. The population in this study consists of all company financial reports, while the sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test) with the assistance of SPSS version 25 software. The results show that partially, EPS has no significant effect on stock price, as indicated by a significance value of 0.387 > 0.05 and a t-value of 0.922 < t-table value of 2.36462. Dividend Policy also has no significant effect on stock price with a significance value of 0.353 > 0.05 and a t-value of -0.994 < t-table value of 2.36462. Simultaneously, EPS and Dividend Policy do not have a significant effect on stock price, as shown by an F-value of 0.848 < F-table value of 4.74 and a significance value of 0.468 > 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that both partially and simultaneously, EPS and Dividend Policy do not have a significant effect on the stock price of PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk during the research period.</em></p>Ferdyan Dwy MustofaAndriyani Hapsari

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to examine how employee performance at SMKN 3 Jombang is affected by competency, training, and human resource development (HRD). To investigate the connections between the variables, the study uses a quantitative method using an associative approach. Of the 161 employees in the study population, 113 were chosen as the sample. The findings indicate that competency, training, and HR development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially as shown through the t-test and simultaneously through the F-test. These results suggest that improving the quality of human resources through strengthening knowledge, understanding, technical skills, and hands-on training supports the optimization of work quantity, work quality, and employee collaboration in carrying out educational duties. The study recommends that SMKN 3 Jombang implement an integrated HR development system based on needs analysis, focusing on enhancing digital competencies, fostering adaptive personality traits, and creating a motivating work environment to ensure sustainable performance improvement.</em></p>Mufidatul A'yunLailatus Sa’adah

<p><em>This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Astra Otoparts Tbk during the period 2014–2023 using financial ratio analysis, including liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios. This research employs a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the company’s annual financial reports published officially.The results indicate that the company’s liquidity ratio is generally in good condition, although it experienced a decline in 2020 due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The solvency ratio shows a relatively stable trend, with an increase in debt ratio during the pandemic period, followed by improvement in the subsequent years. Meanwhile, profitability ratios tend to fluctuate, with a significant decrease in 2020 and gradual recovery during 2021–2023.These findings suggest that PT Astra Otoparts Tbk has the ability to maintain its financial stability despite external economic pressures. The company demonstrates resilience by improving its financial performance after experiencing a downturn during the pandemic. <p><em>This research analyzes the comparative financial performance of PT Gudang Garam Tbk and PT HM Sampoerna Tbk for 2015-2024 through eight key ratios (current ratio, quick ratio, debt to asset ratio, debt to equity ratio, inventory turnover, total asset turnover, return on asset, return on equity) using quantitative approach with secondary annual financial statement data tested via independent samples T-test for normal data and Mann-Whitney U test for non-normal data at α=0.05. Results indicate five of eight ratios show significant differences (p<0.05) with Sampoerna outperforming on quick ratio (t=-5.679; p=0.000), inventory turnover (t=-12.216; p=0.000), total asset turnover (t=-11.569; p=0.000), return on asset (U=4.000; p=0.001), and return on equity (t=-6.227; p=0.000), while current ratio (U=39.000; p=0.405), debt to asset ratio (t=0.023; p=0.982), and debt to equity ratio (t=-0.407; p=0.689) exhibit no significant differences, reflecting similar conservative capital structures in tobacco industry. The study concludes Sampoerna's superiority derives from superior short-term liquidity, operational efficiency, and asset-equity profitability, recommending Gudang Garam optimize supply chain, Sampoerna innovate low-tar products, and OJK-Ministry of Finance enhance industry efficiency oversight.</em></p>Satrya Yudha SaputraPuji Muniarty

<p><strong><em>Abstract.</em></strong> <em>The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of social media and online reviews on customer trust at Samara Beauty Care Clinic, both partially and simultaneously. This study employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to customers of Samara Beauty Care Clinic and analyzed using SPSS. The results of simple linear regression analysis indicate that social media has a positive effect on customer trust with the regression equation </em><em>, while online reviews also have a positive effect with the regression equation </em><em>. The t-test results show that social media has a significance value of 0.003 and online reviews have a significance value of 0.000, indicating that both independent variables have a significant partial effect on customer trust. Furthermore, the multiple linear regression analysis produces the regression equation </em><em>. The simultaneous test (F-test) shows a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05, indicating that social media and online reviews simultaneously have a significant effect on customer trust. The coefficient of determination test shows an R Square value of 84.1%, meaning that social media and online reviews explain 84.1% of the variation in customer trust, while the remaining 15.9% is influenced by other factors outside this study. <p><em>Employee performance is an important factor for organizations that seek to maintain service quality and operational effectiveness. This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and physical work environment on employee performance at PT Mentari Books Store Branch Meruya Utara, West Jakarta. The research used a quantitative associative approach with saturated sampling involving 70 employees. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS 27 through validity, reliability, classical assumption, simple regression, multiple regression, correlation, determination, t-test, and F-test procedures. The findings indicate that work discipline has a strong and significant relationship with employee performance, while the physical work environment also contributes positively to employee performance. Simultaneously, work discipline and physical work environment explain 81.7% of the variation in employee performance, indicating a strong combined effect. The results imply that improving punctuality, rule compliance, workplace facilities, and physical comfort can strengthen employee performance and support human resource management practices in retail-based educational service companies.</em></p>Oky SuwardiDewi Sartika

<p><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">Penelitian ini membahas tentang riba dalam perspektif fikih dan moderasi beragama. Riba secara etimologis berarti tambahan, perkembangan, pembesaran, dan peningkatan, sedangkan secara terminologis merupakan tambahan yang disyaratkan dalam transaksi utang-piutang tanpa kegiatan bisnis riil yang menimbulkan eksploitasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan ( </span></span><em><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">library study</span></span></em><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"> ) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data primer meliputi ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an dan hadis, sedangkan sumber sekunder terdiri dari kitab fikih, jurnal ilmiah, dan literatur moderasi beragama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa riba diklasifikasikan menjadi riba al-fadl dan riba al-nasi'ah, yang keduanya diharamkan berdasarkan QS. Al-Baqarah: 275-281. Fikih muamalah menawarkan alternatif transaksi bebas riba seperti murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah, dan ijarah. Moderasi beragama memberikan pendekatan yang seimbang dalam memahami larangan riba dengan mempertimbangkan aspek kemaslahatan dan konteks ekonomi modern tanpa meninggalkan prinsip syariah. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti implementasi pemasaran digital, penyampaian informasi produk melalui platform digital, serta mekanisme pengambilan keputusan pembelian oleh konsumen pada Usaha Tani Tiram Mandiri di Garut. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam bersama pemilik usaha, konsumen, serta wakil dari Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Garut, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran digital telah diimplementasikan melalui media sosial dan aplikasi perpesanan instan sebagai sarana promosi dan interaksi dengan konsumen, meskipun pengelolaannya masih bersifat sederhana dan belum terstruktur secara sistematis. Informasi produk yang disampaikan melalui media digital berperan sebagai gambaran awal bagi konsumen, namun belum mencakup secara menyeluruh sehingga konsumen cenderung melanjutkan komunikasi untuk mendapatkan klarifikasi terkait kualitas produk, harga, ketersediaan, serta perkiraan waktu pengiriman. Proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian oleh konsumen tidak berlangsung secara langsung, melainkan melalui tahapan pencarian dan evaluasi informasi sebelum keputusan akhir ditetapkan. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan kinerja keuangan Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) dan BCA Syariah dengan menggunakan metode <em>Sharia Conformity and Profitability</em> (SCnP) selama periode 2022–2024. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya pengukuran kinerja bank syariah yang tidak hanya menilai aspek profitabilitas, tetapi juga tingkat kepatuhan terhadap prinsip syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan kedua bank. Analisis dilakukan melalui pengukuran rasio <em>sharia conformity</em> (Islamic Investment Ratio, Islamic Income Ratio, dan Profit Sharing Ratio) serta rasio profitabilitas (ROA, ROE, dan NPM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BSI memiliki tingkat profitabilitas yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan BCA Syariah, ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan konsisten pada rasio ROA, ROE, dan NPM. Namun, BCA Syariah menunjukkan tingkat kepatuhan syariah yang lebih baik dibandingkan BSI. Berdasarkan analisis SCnP, BSI secara konsisten berada pada kuadran <em>Lower Right Quadrant</em> (LRQ), yang mencerminkan profitabilitas tinggi namun kepatuhan syariah relatif lebih rendah. Sebaliknya, BCA Syariah berada pada kuadran <em>Upper Left Quadrant</em> (ULQ), yang menunjukkan kepatuhan syariah tinggi tetapi profitabilitas lebih rendah. Temuan ini mengindikasikan adanya trade-off antara pencapaian profitabilitas dan kepatuhan syariah dalam operasional perbankan syariah. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi manajemen bank dan regulator dalam meningkatkan keseimbangan antara kinerja finansial dan prinsip syariah.</p>M. <p><em>Economic policies are often designed with the expectation of improving macroeconomic stability and public welfare. However, without empirical evaluation, it is difficult to determine whether such policies achieve their intended outcomes. This study aims to examine how econometric approaches can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of economic policies in a more measurable and objective manner. The research adopts a quantitative approach using secondary data derived from official economic statistics. The analysis applies econometric models, particularly panel data regression and causal inference techniques, to assess the impact of selected policies on key economic indicators such as growth, inflation, and unemployment. The findings suggest that econometric methods provide a systematic framework to identify the magnitude and direction of policy impacts, while also revealing potential biases and limitations in policy implementation. Furthermore, the results highlight that not all policies produce uniform effects across regions and time, emphasizing the importance of context in economic decision-making. The study implies that policymakers should rely more on data-driven evaluation to improve policy design and effectiveness. <p><em>The</em> <em>purpose</em> <em>of</em> <em>the</em> <em>study</em> <em>was</em> <em>to</em> <em>determine</em> <em>the</em> <em>effect</em> <em>of</em> <em>service</em> <em>quality</em> <em>and</em> <em>promotion</em> <em>on</em> <em>customer</em> <em>satisfaction</em> <em>at</em> <em>Mie</em> <em>Ayam</em> <em>Bakso</em> <em>Wonogiri</em> <em>Mas</em> <em>Wanto</em> <em>in</em> <em>South</em> <em>Tangerang.</em> <em>The</em> <em>type</em> <em>of</em> <em>research</em> <em>is</em> <em>associative,</em> <em>with</em> <em>a</em> <em>quantitative</em> <em>approach.</em> <em>As</em> <em>for.</em> <em>The</em> <em>population</em> <em>is</em> <em>customers</em> <em>in</em> <em>2023</em> <em>as</em> <em>many</em> <em>as</em> <em>6,046</em> <em>people,</em> <em>sampling</em> <em>can</em> <em>use</em> <em>the</em> <em>slovin</em> <em>formula,</em> <em>so</em> <em>the</em> <em>sample</em> <em>is</em> <em>98</em> <em>customers.</em> <em>Data</em> <em>analysis</em> <em>using</em> <em>validity</em> <em>tests,</em> <em>reliability</em> <em>tests,</em> <em>classical</em> <em>assumption</em> <em>tests,</em> <em>regression</em> <em>analysis,</em> <em>correlation</em> <em>coefficient</em> <em>analysis,</em> <em>determination</em> <em>coefficient</em> <em>analysis</em> <em>and</em> <em>hypothesis</em> <em>testing,</em> <em>The</em> <em>results</em> <em>of</em> <em>the</em> <em>study</em> <em>show</em> <em>that</em> <em>service</em> <em>quality</em> <em>(X1)</em> <em>and</em> <em>promotion</em> <em>(X2)</em> <em>have</em> <em>a</em> <em>positive</em> <em>and</em> <em>significant</em> <em>effect</em> <em>on</em> <em>customer</em> <em>satisfaction</em> <em>(Y)</em> <em>with</em> <em>the</em> <em>regression</em> <em>equation</em> <em>y</em> <em>=</em> <em>13.444</em> <em>+</em> <em>0.380x1</em> <em>+</em> <em>0.378x2.</em> <em>the</em> <em>correlation</em> <em>coefficient</em> <em>value</em> <em>of</em> <em>0.784</em> <em>means</em> <em>that</em> <em>it</em> <em>has</em> <em>a</em> <em>very</em> <em>strong</em> <em>relationship,</em> <em>the</em> <em>determination</em> <em>coefficient</em> <em>is</em> <em>0.614</em> <em>or</em> <em>61.4%</em> <em>while</em> <em>the</em> <em>remaining</em> <em>38.6%.</em> <em>influenced</em> <em>by</em> <em>other</em> <em>factors</em> <em>not</em> <em>examined</em> <em>in</em> <em>this</em> <em>study.</em> <em>Partial</em> <em>hypothesis</em> <em>test</em> <em>obtained positive service quality value t count> t table or (5.333> 1.985) then Hο is</em> <em>rejected</em> <em>and</em> <em>H1</em> <em>is</em> <em>accepted,</em> <em>this</em> <em>indicates</em> <em>that</em> <em>there</em> <em>is</em> <em>a</em> <em>significant</em> <em>influence</em> <em>between</em> <em>service</em> <em>quality</em> <em>and</em> <em>customer</em> <em>satisfaction.</em> <em>Partial</em> <em>hypothesis</em> <em>test</em> <em>obtained promotion positive value t count> t table or (6.828> 1.985) then Hο is rejected</em> <em>and</em> <em>H2</em> <em>is</em> <em>accepted,</em> <em>this</em> <em>indicates</em> <em>that</em> <em>there</em> <em>is</em> <em>a</em> <em>significant</em> <em>influence</em> <em>between</em> <em>promotion</em> <em>and</em> <em>customer</em> <em>satisfaction.</em> <em>The</em> <em>results</em> <em>of</em> <em>the</em> <em>F</em> <em>hypothesis</em> <em>test</em> <em>obtained</em> <em>F</em> <em>count></em> <em>F</em> <em>table</em> <em>or</em> <em>(75.668></em> <em>2.70).</em> <em>This</em> <em>is</em> <em>also</em> <em>reinforced</em> <em>by</em> <em>a</em> <em>significance</em> <em>value</em> <em>of</em> <em>0.000</em> <em><0.05.</em> <em>Thus</em> <em>it</em> <em>can</em> <em>be</em> <em>concluded</em> <em>that</em> <em>service</em> <em>quality</em> <em>and</em> <em>promotion</em> <em>together</em> <em>or</em> <em>simultaneously</em> <em>have</em> <em>a</em> <em>positive</em> <em>and</em> <em>significant</em> <em>effect</em> <em>on</em> <em>customer</em> <em>satisfaction.</em></p> <p><em>Keywords:</em> <em>Service</em> <em>Quality,</em> <em>Promotion,</em> <em>Customer</em> <em>Satisfaction</em></p>Widya Febry NurikaKris Dipayanti

<p><em>This study aims to examine the implementation of Sharia-based human resource management (HRM) in an effort to improve employee performance. This research is motivated by the importance of human resource management that emphasizes not only productivity but also moral and spiritual values derived from Islamic teachings. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach through literature review, examining various concepts of Sharia-based HRM, including the recruitment, selection, employment agreements, and performance evaluation processes. The results indicate that the implementation of Sharia-based HRM can improve employee quality by integrating the values of honesty, trustworthiness, fairness, and professionalism into every management process. Furthermore, an objective recruitment and selection system, accompanied by fair and transparent employment contracts, contributes to the creation of a conducive work environment. <p><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work discipline and physical work environment on employee performance at SPPBE PT Parung Mustika Abadi. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique totaling 45 respondents. Data analysis includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing.The results showed that partially, work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the t-count < t-table value of (-0.144 < 1.681) with a significance value of 0.886 > 0.05. Meanwhile, the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-count > t-table value of (5.707 > 1.681) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, work discipline and physical work environment have a significant effect on employee performance with an F-count > F-table value of (59.604 > 3.220) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This is supported by the regression equation Y = 5.899 - 0.023X1 + 0.880X2. The coefficient of determination indicates that these two variables contribute 73.9% to employee performance, while the remaining 26.1% is influenced by other factors outside of this study.</em></p> <p><em>Keywords: Work Discipline, Physical Work Environment, Employee Performance.</em></p>Guntur RamadhanIbnu Sina

<p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Didi Kalibrasi Indonesia in South Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 57 respondents. The data analysis methods used in this study include instrument tests consisting of validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests, which consist of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing consisting of partial t-tests and simultaneous F-tests.</em> <em>The results showed that Work Discipline had an effect on employee performance with a t-value greater than the t-table (8.083 > 1.674) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Job Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-value greater than the t-table (7.397 > 1.674) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction together had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an F-value greater than the F-table (43.565 > 3.168) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. <p><strong><em>Abstract.</em></strong> <em>This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Woolu Aksara Maya In South Jakarta. The population in this study was 121 employees of PT Woolu Aksara Maya In South Jakarta. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 55 respondents who were considered representative of the population. The data obtained were then analyzed using several statistical analysis techniques, including descriptive statistical analysis, quantitative analysis, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing through t-test and F-test. The entire data processing process was carried out using the SPSS 27 program. The results of the study indicate that partially the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.001 (<0.05). The work motivation variable is also proven to have a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.005 (<0.05). <p><em>This study aims to analyze the training management for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) and industrial workers at the Center for Human Resources Development of Oil and Gas (PPSDM Migas) Cepu. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results show that human resource management at PPSDM Migas is implemented systematically through the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating training. There are different approaches between training for ASN and training for industry. ASN training is more structured following government regulations, while industrial training is more flexible and tailored to specific company needs through cooperation mechanisms such as Cooperation Agreements and tailor-made training. The application of the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) serves as the main framework in training development. Factors influencing training effectiveness include material quality, instructor competence, learning methods, facility support, and post-training evaluation. <p><strong><em>Abstract. </em></strong><em>The acceleration of digital technology in the automotive industry demands high technical competency standards for the workforce to maintain organizational competitiveness. This study aims to analyze competency development strategies in an effort to increase employee work productivity at the TEFA Excellent 1 Workshop Tangerang, identify factors influencing the development process, and formulate an effective strategic design optimization. The urgency of this research lies in the importance of human resource adaptation to electrical and digital systems to mitigate operational hurdles that impact service efficiency.The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data analysis was conducted systematically through Thematic Analysis following the six-phase protocol by Braun and Clarke, including data familiarization, coding, and definitive theme mapping. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the owner, manager, and mechanics, and validated using source triangulation techniques and technical documentation to ensure the credibility and objectivity of field findings.The research results identified three main findings: (1) Competency development strategies are focused on strengthening mechanics’ digital literacy through the use of diagnostic tools (scanners) and specialization in electrical systems to accelerate the repair process; (2) The development process is influenced by internal factors such as technology adaptation motivation and external factors such as facility support and the culture of knowledge sharing (mentoring) among peers; and (3) Strategic optimization is achieved through the integration of technical expertise with educative communication competencies capable of accelerating customer decision-making. This study concludes that a significant increase in work productivity is determined by the HR’s ability to combine digital technical precision with service communication effectiveness.
