Rancang Bangun Mixer Otomatis Pengatur Takaran Adonan Brownies Kukus Berbasis Arduino Mega 2560

growth of the culinary MSME sector has led to an increased demand for steamed brownies. However, manual production processes particularly during the ingredient measuring and batter mixing stages result in measurement inaccuracies, inefficient production times, and potential contamination. Issues highlight the need for an automated device capable of delivering more accurate, rapid, and consistent results. This study involved the design and construction of an Arduino Mega 2560-based automatic mixer capable of measuring and mixing ingredients. The system utilizes a load cell sensor to weigh ingredients, a servo motor to operate the dry ingredient valve, a dosing pump to dispense liquid ingredients, and a DC motor to mix the batter. Test results showed an average weight sensor error of 1.8 grams, the dosing pump dispensed liquid ingredients accurately, and a 14-minute mixing cycle produced a uniformly mixed batter. However, the servo mechanism for dry ingredients lacked efficiency and requires further refinement.
