Pengaruh Eksistensi Masjid pada Pemanfaatan Ruang sebagai Objek Wisata Religi

Abstract

The mosque is a place of worship for Muslims who occupy the majority position in Indonesia. Apart from that, mosques can be used for other types of religious activities or as a place to study. Mosques can also increase their function, not only as places of worship but also as religious tourist attractions. Religious tourism is a type of tourism related to religion, history, customs and beliefs of a people or community group which is used as a routine activity to visit every year. Meanwhile, space utilization is an effort to create spatial structures and spatial patterns in accordance with spatial plans through the preparation and implementation of programs and their financing. This research explores how the existence of a religious tourism mosque can influence space utilization.
